My local closest KFC with a car park, so have visited many times and used the car park whilst dining in the restaurant. After my last visit I was surprised to find I had been issued with a PCN, thinking I must have made a mistake I almost paid it before realising this company had clearly tried to scam me (as it clearly states that if you pay, you cannot appeal). Obviously I have appealed and am waiting on an outcome. When contacting KFC to complain about this company ‘Civil Enforcement Ltd’ trying to scam their honest and paying customers. KFC’s response was that they cannot help customers being scammed by this company that they work with to prevent unauthorised parking. Well thank you very much for your help KFC, it’s wonderful to hear that you care about the well-being of your customers. Couldn’t actually believe it when I received the response. Obviously to avoid getting scammed by KFC and their associates I would advise that you seriously consider an alternative dining experience with a reputable company that actually has respect and care about their guests.

Not too sure how to order and eat food without getting a ticket , 30 minutes is obviously not enough. Joining the 'never come back or recommend ' queue.

If I could give it a 0 I would. This place is horrendous the staff there is so rude and inconsiderate don’t even try to understand you and just get angry when you confuse the menu, they are so impatient and are in need of some anger management classes, the service at this place is almost as trashy as the food never coming here again and I’m warning all of you who read this.

He perdido la cuenta de las veces que una voz me dice en el camino. . No hay café, o, sólo café negro. Sé que KFC tuvo sus problemas cuando cambiaron de proveedor, pero siempre hay un problema en Deptford. Personal que apenas se puede entender, no hay gente o cuchara para comer los frijoles en muchas ocasiones. La persona que toma el dinero tiene que ir a buscar el café del frente del restaurante y no se les puede molestar. . Así que dicen que no hay café. Un traje muy monótono, triste y mal dirigido.

Fuimos allí unas cuantas veces y se cerraron todo, aunque diferían los horarios de apertura. La comida era buena.

Servicio lento, lento, tenga cuidado aquí solo obtiene 30 minutos de estacionamiento gratis antes de que se le expida un boleto, pero su personal demora tanto en atenderlo dentro de la tienda que podría pasar fácilmente los 30 minutos y terminar con un multa.También revise sus papas fritas antes de salir de la tienda, no lo hice y cuando ya había salido de la tienda y había revisado mi bolso solo habían llenado hasta la mitad una bolsa de papel ya pequeña de su mezcla única de papas empapadas, rancias y recocidas. No había sal en las papas fritas ni estaba incluido en una bolsita, así que eran insípidas y flojas.Mi Zinger Tower Burger se inclinaba hacia un lado. Ni siquiera podían construir las capas directamente.Esta tienda de KFC necesita ser visitada por una persona de control de calidad de KFC, trabajan despacio, proporcionan papas fritas de calidad inferior y son incluso más estrictos en sus porciones. Y todo lo que obtienes es una sola servilleta. Esta es de lejos la peor experiencia que he tenido visitando un KFC en el Reino Unido y realmente me induce a visitar cualquier tienda KFC en el futuro si esto es lo que 5. 09 te compra.

Got there at 21.30... and they we’re already closed and didn’t let people in! Made my journey there as website says open until 22... Rubbish! Not gonna go there - been there before once and customer service not good!!!!

Visité tarde en la noche 1 día y juro que vi una rata corriendo al otro lado de la cocina. Lugar horrible y a 2.56 de sal en la herida, los clientes son absolutamente basura. Todos esos niños comportándose mal negro horrible, abusando de los empleados. Sri Lanka el horrible director siempre discutiendo con los clientes. No es un buen lugar para una familia.

Its only the second time I've popped in since living in area for a decade. Impossible to get everything done and eat with a small child all under 30mins. Joining the 'never return again' queue.

When ordering through drive thru, I saw the customer assistant show another assistant my bag of chips and them laughing, not realising I had seen them, to get home to find a hair wrapped up in my chips. Thanks for another terrible service x

Staff very slow. One too many times giving me part of my order. Today I got no drink 🙃. Chips rarely fresh. the only reason why I didn't give one star because the food was ok.

Yo estaba allí con mi familia (3 niños) la cola era larga, después nos dieron la comida, sentarse y comer. Una semana más tarde recibimos un billete bien aparcamiento. Muy decepcionadoNUNCA VOLVER.¿cómo la gente siente si traen a su familia con ellos y la cola es tan larga y sólo hay un cajero. Cuando consiguen su comida, cómo podría sentir si sólo 30 minutos para sentarse y comer y cómo podría disfrutar de su comida con su familia? Yo nunca VOLVER ALLÍ DE NUEVO CON MI FAMILIA Y YO NUNCA SE LO RECOMENDARÍA A CUALQUIERA. ! ! ! !

We used go regulary for a chicken but they introduced a 30 min limit in the car park, My wife went with her sister my daughter and a friend on Saturday lunch and was a bit busy, she was there for 42 min and couple of days later I received a fine by post. I will never go back to this shop and I told her to never go back there.

Food is nice,staff are very slow at serving the customers inside the restaurant they tend to focus on the drive through customers first
