Starbucks in Chelmsford

Absolutely filthy Asked for table to be cleaned but no one did in the time I’d eaten. Floor so dirty and the area they left our food was even worse. Such a shame, staff very friendly but some decent management is needed

They could not have been any slower if they tried. Nearly 35 mins or so in total with a very small queue. Then the list of items on the menu that they didn't have was ridiculous, let alone the rude and poor attitudes of the staff.

Queued up and was second in the queue. The girl served the person in front of me and then walked off. She was faffing about with the hot food display and left me standing for over 8 mins waiting to be asked what my order was. She knew I was there as she said at the start ‘I won’t be a second’. And then just ignored me. It took 15 further minutes to actually get the drinks even though they’d had a 10 minute gap with no one having been served. When I was given the Frappuccino my daughter ordered it was dripping and covered in cream and coffee drink where the same girl had completely over filled the cup. I asked for it to be wiped and she just grunted that tissue was to the left across the restaurant Won’t be bothering again!

Slow, expensive & dirty. Understaffed, only 1 girl making coffee & a huge queue waiting. Floor needs a good scrub.

Good place to drop into when your shopping. It's completly open, so easy to see if there is a table and how long you may have to wait. Everything you expect at Starbuck's is here.
