Absolutely filthy Asked for table to be cleaned but no one did in the time I’d eaten. Floor so dirty and the area they left our food was even worse. Such a shame, staff very friendly but some decent management is needed

They could not have been any slower if they tried. Nearly 35 mins or so in total with a very small queue. Then the list of items on the menu that they didn't have was ridiculous, let alone the rude and poor attitudes of the staff.

Queued up and was second in the queue. The girl served the person in front of me and then walked off. She was faffing about with the hot food display and left me standing for over 8 mins waiting to be asked what my order was. She knew I was there as she said at the start ‘I won’t be a second’. And then just ignored me. It took 15 further minutes to actually get the drinks even though they’d had a 10 minute gap with no one having been served. When I was given the Frappuccino my daughter ordered it was dripping and covered in cream and coffee drink where the same girl had completely over filled the cup. I asked for it to be wiped and she just grunted that tissue was to the left across the restaurant Won’t be bothering again!

Good place to drop into when your shopping. It's completly open, so easy to see if there is a table and how long you may have to wait. Everything you expect at Starbuck's is here.

Stopped at this newly refurbed KFC Broomfield rd in the hope that it might have improved.....how wrong we were! first none of the automated card only machines for ordering were working and counter cash only. after finally managing to pay, food arrived, once home with takeaway found that one portion of chips was missing (not unusual) and that the vegan burger was completely rock solid and inedible and can only assume that it was reheated from earlier, was not worth the effort to drive back to complain but will definitely not be using this branch again. best option close it down and use the more professional and polite branch at Springfield.

2 High StreetI ate here last week with my girlfriends and it was a lovely experience. It was cosy and warm and nicely decorated for Christmas. Staff were approachable and friendly. Food was delicious! Have been before, would recommend and will return.

ANNE KNIGHT BUILDING, DUKE ST,Popped in on a Thursday knowing there is a pub quiz. But apparently its online now. Exxex Fm who host it obviously don't really know how to conjure a pub atmosphere. Everyone looking at the phone doing the quiz. What was interesting was talking to a few young lads and they fell about laughing when they realised the quiz was via online. This pub need to work out people go out to interact not stare at a screen. Else stay at home with a 4 pack of fosters from the co-op. This place isnt a pub.
