Would like to say what a lovely experience me and my boyfriend had this morning when being served by Lisa, she was so informative and just all round great with her customer service, wish all places had a Lisa

I have been here multiple times and this review is a culmination of those visits as every single one has been consistent with great service, delicious well priced food and there is always at least 3 beers you want to try, which are most often fantastic. This visit was no exception to the above. Beautiful atmosphere, done really well with the plants, booths and decor, nice and clean. Menu has great variety and the food arrived quickly and was hot despite being fairly busy at lunchtime. No reason not to go back. Huge shoutout to Lisa C for her wonderful attention to all customers, not just us, constantly on the move checking if things were ok or delivering food and drink always with a smile and a incredible positive friendly attitude. Very much a standout in the hospitality industry. Highly recommend the cheese dip, beercan chicken or the burgers. Although all the menu is good.

Mac and cheese really disappointing. Like something you could buy as a poor ready meal. A very sad attempt at a small handful of dried up rocket on the side.

Night started off very poor and continued to snowball from there. We booked a table and when arrived it had not been cleaned, still dirty glasses on table and nothing had been wiped down. There were no menus on the table and had to go and source ourselves. We went to the bar to order some drinks, when we ordered, the lady behind the bar looked lost and could not find the drinks we ordered, she had to ask a colleague, who then turned round and said they didn’t have Walmart we wanted in stock (chase Rhubarb vodka), being a Saturday and peak time, I would expect a bar to be fully stocked. We asked if we were to order at bar or if someone would come round, advised someone would come to the table or wave at a member of staff, as we went back to the table, we waited for 20minutes before realising that no member of staff was ever going to come. We eventually saw the gentlemen in grey shirt that served us, from our point of view he tried is upmost to avoid any alter contact and walks passed us without any acknowledgement, walking passed dirty tables round us. We got up and went to bar to order food, food order was taken down, then was eventually told they had sold out of fish and chips. From there it really snowballed. Small plates came out first and were treated as starters even thought they were to come out with main. For anyone that reads this, avoid the calamari like the plague, it was horrendous and after one bite we pushed it to the side, 20 minutes later and having to go and chase, one more main came out, at this time we were waiting for a simple salad to be made and 2 portions of chips. 20 minutes on from this, 40minutes late , salad and chips arrived. We sent these back as we decided enough was enough and we chose to leave, not before getting a refund. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we felt none of the staff wanted to be there, this showed by the avoidance of being round the tables cleaning and a lack of presence. I would comb back the menu and perhaps start offering a more simplified menu that chefs can cope with.

Great atmosphere. Rum tasting was excellent. After the tasting we were left with menus but no one ever came to take out order. Eventually placed at the bar myself. (No big deal) Food took quite a long time, I think there may have been some confusion as the meal was included in our experience voucher. When food eventually arrived it didn’t look as good as I’d anticipated. My plate was a burger and a tin of fries. Plate looked a little bare, either put the chips on the plate or add a salad garnish or corn or something? Burger was very tasty but lots of little chunks of gristle. My wife had schnitzel, very moist and tender but the coleslaw was not really coleslaw, just shredded veg. No mayo or anything to bind it. ate it all as we were very hungry. The voucher for the Rum tasting said “included nibbles”. It did not. We had to ask for some bread as the rum was taking an effect rather quickly!! The focaccia we ordered was superb. To finish we ordered a portion of churros. £7 for 4 very small churros (a notoriously cheap dish to produce) seemed expensive. There was an excellent waitress when we were eating who spotted we were trying to shake the last of the mayo out and brought us a fresh bottle. Overall a nice experience, would go back, just felt that the food fell short of our expectations. Perhaps it was a one off?

Lovely restaurant, drinks were lovely, food was nice. Service seamed slow. The app wasn't working order from the table and and we was waiting 10 minutes at the bar for someone to come and tend the bar and serve use.

The room we were in was cold it took nearly an hour for our main to arrive not once were we asked if things were ok. We ordered a steak, chicken burger and a chicken schnitzel, we got a steak, beef burger and chicken schnitzel. Because we were meeting friends at another venue we didn’t have time to wait for a chicken burger to be cooked, the schnitzel had obviously been deep fried as all you could taste in the breadcrumbs was the fat. We mentioned this when trying to pay our bill after being ushered out of the room but the card machine wasn’t working so had to go to the bar but we weren’t offered any discount for the mistake or the length of time we had to wait. Won’t be back

This is a Brewdog wannabe! We visited here late afternoon today with high expectations. Unfortunately, it was a let down on every level. The building has such potential, and has been refurbished so well. You walk into this grand building expecting pukka food, drink and service. Instead, you are greeted with disinterested bar staff, stinking toilets & tables piled with plates and glasses. We had 1 drink and went elsewhere. It could be so much more with some TLC!!

We visited yesterday and had a team lunch. Lovely friendly staff and great food! Will definitely visit again.

Didn't eat but had a couple of pints of excellent cider pre-theatre. Ideal location opposite the train station, will be visiting again pre- and post Essex cricket fixtures this summer

We were just passing through and found this gem on our trip. Naz took excellent care of us, exceeding expectations. Would definitely recommend this pub.

Had a really lovely time. Group of 4 for lunch plus a little dog. The food was tasty and had a varied menu.. The service was exemplary. Lisa looked after us as a group very well. Would definitely visit again.

Decent service throughout...would have been 5* for all but for delayed food ser.

Late lunch with Three thirds , fish n chips. Staff friendly and love the way they interact with the customers Especially good was interaction with South African lady and kitchen waitress (could of been a chef as had apron on but no hat) I chatted to an old boy customer and he said his (beravement) group love the place. Sure I saw a former 🛠 trying out Geoff Hursts beer

We visited at lunchtime. Great value, tasty food and the beer was delicious! Our server, Lisa, was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Brewhouse and this was a first visit for others in our group. They all said they would return and it was the perfect venue for our visit.

Lovely setting, good food, but most importantly wonderful staff!

Really disappointing experience. We arrived for a sunday roast, the staff wasn't aware if they were serving Chicken or not. A couple of the guest placed an order through the app, they wasn't sure if the food was going to arrive or not. When the food did eventually arrive, it was warm (not hot) one of the meals had a hair on it. The meal with the hair on it was completely refunded however, that guest decided not to order anything else. Also, the three roast meal arrived with one piece of beef. During our meal, we had two more sunday roast turn up which we didn't order. After our meal, we waiting for the bill for far too long. We ended up paying downstairs before exiting. Overall, we left unsatisfied and one person was left hungry. We will not be returning.

I would like to say a big thank you to Rhys the Head Brewer for making our International Women's Brew Day yesterday so enjoyable. He showed our WI group of ladies how to make a new stout which will be ready in a few weeks. The whole day was exceptionally good, all the staff were so friendly and the beer, hot drinks and food all went down very well. The new stout will be called New City Goddess and we will all be back for a sample. Well done to everyone!

Visited this place with friends on Friday and loved it. Really good atmosphere, very clean, great food, great service, easy to order from table. Will definitely be returning!

We booked the all-day brewing experience for my husband’s birthday and I have to say the day was outstanding. Our host and master brewer Rhys was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived for 10am and he explained the day and we started with egg and bacon large rolls with teas and coffee. We then procedure to go through the process of making the beer whilst sampling in half pints all the different beers. Lunch was excellent and great choice of food again with more beer. Rhys was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. He took photos throughout the day which he email over to us. The experience finished around 5 pm which a choice of another beer! We left with a choice of kegs one each - 9 pints of beer! The cost was £95 each for the whole day all inclusive price and I have to say well worth it. It does sound expensive but when you break down the activities, food and drink plus a key of beer it is amazing value. I completely recommend this experience day.

I've been here before and loved it but during my last visit there felt like a few different things that weren't up to scratch. I don't think they had enough bar staff. We were waiting for ages with only two people behind the bar and rows of people going back. At one point a member of staff walked away from the bar with a card machine so no one could pay for their drinks. The thing that irked me the most was that a cherry chouffle here is £7.20!!!! I was expecting it to be around a fiver, considering it's about £3 in Waitrose and you have to pay wages, rent, etc but that fact a 330ml bottle costs more than my partner alcohol-free pint. It's not even a draught pint it's just from a bottle. Unfortunately it's just over priced and I can't stop to enjoy my night because I keep thinking about how much extra it was.

After some initial confusion, we had a very nice meal. Thank you to the lovely Catia for swiftly resolving the problem - and also for recommending the delicious Portuguese wine🤗

we did the all day brewery experience with Rhys and it was utterly brilliant. we thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Rhys was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. food and beer was excellent. we highly recommend doing this experience at the Brewhouse Chelmsford.

I always enjoy coming here. The beer is good and the staff both helpful and knowledgeable.

I booked a private room at short notice for my daughter's 16th birthday party. From the very outset the attention and customer service was exceptional. Special mention to Dragesh who spent time listening to my requirements for the evening and then speaking with the relevant team members to make it happen, and Catia who answered all my queries and again took steps to make the evening a success. On the night they were both there and again provided excellent customer service. The food was lovely and the portions generous. All the guests had a great time, and one of the parents has already spoken about using the venue for her daughter's 16th. Thanks to everyone for making it such a great night. Arlene

Food was very average. Table wasn’t cleared by staff, had to move plates ourselves to be served desert. Glass broke on table next to us and wasn’t cleaned despite asking at the bar. Great concept and looks great inside but disappointing

We recently held our baby shower at Brewhouse kitchen, Chelmsford, and it was fantastic. We couldn’t fault a thing. All the staff were so accommodating, before and during our stay. Great service throughout the day and our buffet food was delicious. I would highly suggest as a venue for an event, or just for a drink and some food with friends. I didn’t catch every staff members name, but all were great. Katya and Dave were brilliant.

Despite the upstairs being basically full, there was no-one available to take drinks orders, which meant trooping up and down the stairs, despite there being a fully stocked bar 10ft from where we were sitting.

I was served by Naz and she was very friendly and attentive, you could tell she has a natural way with people. The minute steak sandwich was cooked to perfection, overall an excellent experience and I will be back.

On the whisky and beer experience, Dragos was a great informative host , a very nice evening out , thank you

After posting the review below a year or so ago, I thought i would give this venue another GI but just for a drink this time. Drinks were fine but what was disappointing was the condition of the ladies toilets which had clearly not been checked as the chain was broken and the toilet roll dispenser had become wedged. It also looked like someone had removed the shelf to try and fix it themselves 🤣. Maybe I've just been unlucky but there are many other bar restaurants in chelmsford that I will continue visiting. Disappointed! We had booked a table but ended up leaving after 1 drink (in some cases half a drink) because all the dishes we wanted on the menu were not available. When we were shown to our table, the team did not advise that certain items were off the menu, it was only after/as we ordered. Based upon this, we would not return.

Had a birthday late lunch here. Was served at the bar and food by Lisa, she covered every avenue. A great asset to you!!

Went for lunch at Brew House and had such a lovely time. Amazing service by Lisa! Food was delicious. Will defo be back!

Our first visit was on the 23rd January we had a lovely lunch the food was amazing our server was called naz she was so helpful so friendly nothing was too much for her , we loved the layout and the decor it was just a lovely experience looking forward to coming back x

Visited for the venue for a whisky & beer pairing experience. Arron was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the different whisky's and beers. Explaining their origins, strengths and how the beer enhanced the flavor of the whisky's. Enjoyable experience and good food. Would definitely recommend.

Family of 5 for lunch (and a delicious fresh craft beer alongside). Served by Katya - not sure we have ever been served by a nicer or more attentive person before. Nice good, generous person, wonderful staff. Sunday roast, kids ate free. A great location too (where it is, and the grandness of the building). Good times. Highly recommend

Upon entering it was not clear if we need to be seated or if we could find a table ourselves. Therefore we stood waiting to be seated as there was a front of house desk, for several minutes. The servers were busy running around however, could see that there was a queue starting to form behind us. It wasn’t until we walked up to the bar to ask if we could be seated, we were then informed that we could sit anywhere that doesn’t have a reservation. So after 10 minutes we found a table. We start down and started to look at the menu. We used the QR code to order our drink first as we were still deciding what to order food wise. After a few minutes our drinks arrived and we knew our food order, however the online menu had gone down and we couldn’t order. We managed to catch a waitress to order our food. I explained to her that I had a dairy allergy, and asked for the cheeseburger with just lettuce, as it contains various different fillings that I was unsure about. She added that I had an allergy to the order, but however, failed to add that I had just requested lettuce in my burger. When our food arrived, 30 minutes later, I opened my burger to find that it still had fillings in that I didn’t want, my other half said I should have sent it back but was too overwhelmed with the poor experience and didn’t want to trouble the waitress anymore than we had, as we had to asked for cutlery, when she brought this to us it wasn’t clean, and then had to ask for sauces. I said to my other half, ‘it’s fine I’ll just scrap what I don’t want out and fill it with ketchup.’ I then went to look at their allergy advice information online to find that it wasn’t very clear if any of the fillings in the burger had dairy in them. Although I know that it most likely isn’t cooked separate I can deal with that. The food wasn’t overall appetising and left feeling underwhelmed. We left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. It’s a good place for a few drinks but wouldn’t recommend the food.

Food - the bare minimum and not fantastic quality- definitely not home made either heated from frozen or from jars . No extras salad decoration or bread. Quite expensive too for what it is. Disappointing

The service was not great no knife and folks bought to the table had to ask for it. Two of the meals were missing items and when told it was not bought to us eg ordered butter chicken burger and was bought southern fried burger not slaw as written on the menu. Burger meal was missing bacon from smoked bacon chill jam burger and not then bought. Desert was not nice and had to ask for the custard that was ordered with it to be bought to the table

Awesome experience, made even better by the staff , all were amazing and looked after me and my wife so well. A big shout out to the manager who fitted us in after I’d booked the wrong Saturday. Great burgers and the beer was top notch

Nice beer (Tropical IPA). Food served was quite tasty but lukewarm. If time not of the essence I would have returned the food.

Me and my dad came here for the brewery experience and I cannot recommend it enough, Rhys was outstanding he really made the experience. If you're into your ale / craft beer this is definitely the place to come. Really good value for money : great beers amazing food and a brilliant insight into what goes on behind the scenes.

Have just done a brewing experience at Chelmsford Brewhouse and it was nothing short of awesome👌. Rhys the master brewer is a rockstar! A great value experience with breakfast, lunch, lots of hands on brewing experience and really informative, plus loads of beer sampling all day and a mini keg to take home at the end. Rhys made all the difference with his no nonsense explaining of the brewing process and letting us do loads of it ourselves. We were a couple and had another 2 people who had booked on and Rhys made it so much fun for the 4 of us... quite frankly working out when we can come back and do it all again!!! Brilliant present idea.

Lisa, lisa lisa! What a dream she was. Looked after us after a 24hr journey from Thailand. We where tied and stressed and she went above and beyond to look after us! What a credit to the buisness! Made our 1hour train wait a dream of an experiance. If back in Chelmsford I will be returning. Coffee and pastries where great. X

Was on a long haul trip back from Thailand got stuck at Chelmsford station for a couple hours at 9am ish. Lisa went above and beyond, sorted us comfy seats with tasty coffees and pastries. Exactly what we needed. Thanks Lisa x

Just spent a work lunch meeting at The Brewhouse. Was served by Lisa, who was great. Very attentive, bubbly and looked after us. Thank you Lisa.... A*+

We loved the place. Excellent selection of beer brewed on the premises. If you are selling the premises as a Brewhouse then you might add a continental twist to include Schweinshaxe (German Pork Knuckle) which you find in the Brewhouses in Germany. It would also make change to similar food in nearby pubs which would add to the selling point of visiting the premises. In addition it would be a nice touch to sell the Belgium Beers in the appropriate glass. All the same the place is a great place to visit.

5 fellow church leaders & I just had a terrific lunch here. We were wonderfully served by Lisa. Both drinks and food were delivered to our tables in great time. All of us enjoyed our choices. I was very impressed with the Currywurst option I chose. Leckeres Essen! I couln't match Dixon Jr & Maddie's Munich experience..... but I joined in the whole Oktoberfest by ordering from that particular menu. We all agreed that this was THE place we would return to as it is nicely central to our towns and cities - and also handy for the station and car-parking. What's not to like? Sehr gute Brewhouse & Kitchen. You have won new customers. Update: I said we'd return...and we did! A few more of us church leader types for a pre-Christmas get-together and then lovely food back at the B&K. The Steak & Ale pie with the colcannon was terrific. As a driver I appreciated the refreshing Entity Pale Ale. Not all low alcohol pale ales taste good...this one was excellent. We shall return.....again.

Excellent lunch at Brewhouse today, a lovely welcome from our waitress Lisa who took time to check the music wasn't too loud for us when she showed us to the table and quickly provided water for the table (really important when you have to take medication before food). The food was delicious and service was attentive but not intrusive throughout. Lisa is a true asset to Brewhouse and made our visit really enjoyable. Lisa you are a star!!

We booked The Brewhouse for a colleague's leaving do - it was absolutely perfect. There was a group of about 25 of us and we had the Anne Knight Suite reserved for us, with the silver finger buffet ordered for food. The food was excellent and they even offered us table service for our drink orders - highly recommended!

Had lovely meal and nice beer despite original beer choice not being available. Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall great time . Mid afternoon visit and place fairly quiet also early January.

On Tuesday 17th December we visited this Brewhouse in Chelmsford with our two grandchildren for coffee, even though it was by then late morning. We were so well looked-after by Lisa that we deciced to stay for lunch and were so glad that we did.  Although the food was good, what made our visit memorable was how much care Lisa took over us.  Nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend this restaurant highly.

Stopped by for some Lunch and were greeted with tasty food at a decent price. The service was also great and very friendly with a special mention to Lisa C for making the meal.

I hadn't any time to Taste the Food or Drinks cause me & my friend had planned it wrong so we arrived at daytime. I can tell about the Location !! I liked the Location a Lot & it does look very welcoming & i wish i stay'd till evening and try the Food & Drinks !! So for Sure i'll update here when i come next time here.

Had a quick stop after a busy Christmas shopping and was welcomed by Catia which was very polite and attentive, Arron took care of us and what a humble lad . Definitely coming back soon

I highly recommend this venue which is located close to the train station and my office. As a self employed company owner it is nice to sometimes spend an afternoon working in here upstairs in one of the booths. They have plenty of power sockets to plug in your laptop which is ideal if your battery is low. The staff are friendly and accommodating plus the beer is tasty. The prices are a bit high but they do have a happy hour at 4pm.

Recently went during Monday lunch time (09/12/24) - Lisa was THE BEST! We had three children amongst the group and she entertained them which was such a lovely touch. She was so efficient with serving us but at the same time didn’t push/rush us and just made us feel so welcome. It’s my first time attending the Brewhouse during the day time as a ‘parent’ I’ve only been during the evening (when I get the rare chance to go out). So I shall be back for Prosecco Fridays 🥂🥂🥂 Anyone going in, ask for Lisa!! SHE’S THE BEST ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Friendly attentive staff that made sure everything was fine, great selection of ales, and above all fantastic food from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-couse Christmas Dinner.

Arriving to our reserved table still covered in mess from the previous booking didn’t give a great first impression and unfortunately it only went downhill from there. Service was very slow despite pre-ordering food as requested - we had to ask someone to order our initial drinks. Then when the first half of our drinks were bought to the table we had about a 10-15 minute gap before the remaining drinks arrived despite ordering at the same time. By which point, those who had starters had already finished eating before they even had their drink to wash it down. Similar split delivery continued for main and desserts. With one persons main and dessert being forgotten each time - and we had to wait a long time to chase someone down to find out about the wait, even resorting to having to go downstairs to find a staff member on some occasions as there was never anyone checking on us upstairs. After speaking to the manager it discovered they were missing one persons preorder on their printed copy despite us providing a preorder for everyone - it seems they downloaded it before we had confirmed it as complete and then didn’t notice they were missing 1 meal compared to the booking number. A round of beers ordered didn’t arrive as per the menu also and had to be changed. Food was ok - but some complaints on not being warm enough. Music was too loud downstairs - due to the mezzanine design of upstairs meant we could barely hear each other when trying to talk during our meal. Couldn’t even pay without hassle as card machine wouldn’t work upstairs and they couldn’t take cash upstairs either so we all had to go downstairs to pay as we left. Even though the manager didn’t charge us for the persons meal that was delayed, the incorrect beers and service charge - it still wasn’t enough to make up for our less than merry festive meal.

Date night with other half, he had a free pint taster of Northwest 24, the pale ale he made in his Brewery experience. He liked the brew that much, he bought two kegs as we left. We had the 3 meat roast which was delicious, veggies were so tasty and meats were cooked just right. Service very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Catia and team for a wonderful evening.

Had a lovely roast dinner with a pint of northwest pale ale which o help make on my brewery experience love the copper vats and the friendly staff will be back for sure

The host and team were very good during the whiskey and beer tasting . The final beer was terrible bacon flavour. I was quite noisy so hard to hear the guy who tried his best. But over all very good

Naz was amazing, great service and made the whole experience better. Lovely food and selection of drinks.

My second time here after a great experience the first time, service was wonderful and welcoming Lisa knew the market, products and was perfectly approachable, a great attitude and a credit to the venue. Naz served me this time with the same vigour and warm welcome, what a great place with great staff and beer to boot, come along, it’s worth the trip.

Booked for second year for our Team Christmas do . Main course was mediocre at best , brussell sprouts like bullets , the stuffing was solid . Service not great still had starter plates on the table when mains delivered . No music , which effected the atmosphere , a shame as the place is roomey and good selection of drinks . Won't be booking again next year .

Table was allocated where I had requested. Service was good and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious! Slight disappointment that Mulled wine was advertised on the table but when I ordered some I was told it's not available until next week....however, overall a very enjoyable experience 😀

Wonderfully friendly staff. The food was sadly average - cold chips, overcooked burger - no one came to ask if our food was ok so had to call a waitress over. Restaurant was pretty much empty, but had to ask to place a dessert order, a beer was ordered but never arrived and empty plates were left on the table for ages! Shame as the venue looked amazing. We put it down to the fact they had only just reopened and so general teething issues.

Popped in on a Thursday knowing there is a pub quiz. But apparently its online now. Exxex Fm who host it obviously don't really know how to conjure a pub atmosphere. Everyone looking at the phone doing the quiz. What was interesting was talking to a few young lads and they fell about laughing when they realised the quiz was via online. This pub need to work out people go out to interact not stare at a screen. Else stay at home with a 4 pack of fosters from the co-op. This place isnt a pub.

Decent brewpub. Had their Paddy's Jeep IPA. It was OK. Location close to the train station.

Hannah was amazing! A real good host! Made me and my friends feel really welcome! Would really recommend this place!

Great food, great staff particularly Catia, the atmosphere is brilliant created by the attitude and care of the staff.

We were gifted a Beer & Burger experience at this venue & it was a great idea. We got 6 (large) tasters each, far more than we expected & they were presented on a paddle. Sadly it turns out we don’t like beer but we had a good effort trying them anyway. The food was lovely and the staff were amazing. Happy, polite & could not be more helpful. We had Lisa & she made the whole experience so much fun. We would def go back but order lager instead or Beer. The venue itself is beautiful with booth seating up on a Mezine, would be fab in the evening. All in all a great place to go

Good and wine was good Service a bit haphazard as both members of staff that served were new and didn't know the wine list or menu

We were a group of around 25. Waitresses looked stressed, one was very curt with an elderly gentleman whose dessert didn’t arrive. Meals chosen in advance so service should have been slick. Food was between warm and cold. Wouldn’t recommend for large groups.

Great food, service great and the beer superb!

We had booked a booth but when we arrived it had been given to someone else and we were then placed right at the back of the restaurant. I asked the waitress to come over and take our food order but after 40 minutes of waiting we left. The atmosphere was odd as there was a very loud sports commentary being broadcast but no tv's showing the event. Music would have been better.

Brewhouse 5* Kitchen 0*. Booked table for meal and drinks. Arrived and was told our table was upstairs, wasn’t taken to table. No table service for drinks, had to go to bar and get them. One starter was forgotten about. Mains came out while we were eating starters. Waitresses just stood there until we told them we weren’t ready. Dismissive manager when complaining about overcooked dessert. Overall experience was poor. Obvious lack of service staff

Oh dear BH&K ... must do better. Unsure if this was just a bad night, but so much to improve. Food was Ok, but nothing special. The service was not great, with one of our servers being totally rubbish and unfortunately clueless. Got our drinks wrong and had to be corrected by another staff member. Drinks were OK, but expensive. Espresso Martinis were ok, but not a full glass. The time to get served drinks was really long, that's if glasses for drinks were available! Now the worst part ... the toilets were disgusting! My partner had to hold her nose in the ladies which stank of wee. Some locks broken, and some toilets without loo paper. She also had to wipe down the seat where it was obvious that male customers were using the female toilets and weeing over the seats and floor. Over all ... we will not be going back in a hurry, and simply cannot recommend on the basis of our experience! Really poor show BH&K ... 😕
