The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Made the mistake of parking here for 13 minutes and got a £60 fine. Very poor signage and parked here as McDonalds Car park was full. Further as I parked before 10am the restaurant was closed and everyone using the car park before 10am would have been fined. Disgraceful! Walkden KFC you can go Cluck Yourself!!!

Absolute s**t show paid for a GRAVY mega box drove home and considering it was called a gravy mega box which I paid to upgrade to large I had no gravy, staff over there couldn work under pressure because the amount of just eat orders going out, had the scabbiest prices of chicken in my box. Isn the first time they’ve messed up an order but to forget gravy when that’s what the meal was called is abit mind blowing. Won’t be returning as we pay expensive for a meal and never get what we actually paid for. Shocking either needs to be re-staffed or shut down

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

Wouldn't be so bad if the staff could understand what your saying ....get someone that can speak English and have some manners wouldn't be so bad ..won't be going back ..McDonald's is over the road

Family visit, kfc fries were worst I have ever tasted, like strips of soggy soap, second visit -both experiences aweful!!! where are the managers? Is this standard exceptable by the firm?

Very little choice, went in with a friend but no choice for me . So I just asked for a coffee ,only to be told that the machine was broke. Environment was very dirty. Only plus was that it wax quite empty , however, this was not surprising considering the awful environment.

Got to be honest now, this KFC ( at Latchford, Warrington ) has put me off using KFC anywhere. The last two times has been down to staff attitude. A couple of years ago they were friendly and helpful. No customers in the premises today. I don't like to use the ordering machines, as I get the impression that the customer cannot find the best value on them. KFC pricing seems to bamboozle you with different options, possibly designed to confuse the customer in to over paying. When I pointed out what I consider to be an anomaly on the price, I said that you don't appear to be helping the customers get the best prices. Putting that comment to the member of staff on the counter, she replied that it wasn't her, the company set the price. She didn't seem to get that when I said " you don't appear ", that because she was the face of the company, I was suggesting KFC and not her personally. She didn't want to be helpful and told me to use the ordering machine, because it was no different trying to order at the counter. Obviously I was disturbing her whilst hanging about around the counter. What was my problem with the anomaly?? Nearly everywhere you buy something ( not just JFC ) you get better value the more you order. 3 pieces of chicken £5.49. 6 pieces of chicken £11.49. Therefore, 3 pieces of chicken x two portions = £10.98, which is £0.51 pence cheaper than buying the 6 pieces. Decent companies who want to give their customers the best value, should be pointing that out and give the customer better value for the larger order. The customer shouldn't have to scrutinise the prices to make sure they are not being unnecessarily over charged. My order was for my grandchildren and because of the couldn't care less, unhelpful attitude, I left and took my business elsewhere. ( as I did on my previous visit, when they told me that the drive through was closed, after sitting in the queue behind another vehicle/customer, who they served ) This encounter therefore took me to McDonald's, at the Poplars service station next to the A50/M56/M6. The staff there are always so polite and courteous. Maybe the KFC manager at Latchford would do well to drive up the road and pay it a visit, see and learn how a customer should be treated and pass that information on to his substandard members of staff, it would certainly help to retain customers business.

Kfc Ballymena should be ! shut down ! How can a place run understaffed with zombie like worker's is beyond me. I waited in a cue for over 50 minute's and finally got my order through when my 4 year old daughter needed the toilet, so I took her into the men's toilet's to find faeces all over the wall's, I was horrified. I quietly let the cleaner lady know after for her to look at me as if I had two head's. The worst indoor dining experience I have ever had, whoever run's this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!

Visited the KFC branch Derry Lesley Retail park and had an coffee and was very cold, Went to get hot my coffee, but unfortunately didn’t get the positive review. Staff give me look like I didn’t deserve the coffee from KFC, however they change my mocha to latte and made me like we’re stupid there. Anyways thanks KFC for disrespecting experience ever.

Never again!! Did a drive through for a treat for my 83 year old mother and her sister. Ordered a boneless banquet, which was OK. However, the two pieces of chicken that made up my mother's Colonel's Meal were both drumsticks. One drumstick could be expected... TWO was just a let down. Never again!! I will not be returning to this KFC.

Really delicious food, fresh and flavoursome. The chips were a little bit bland so we used salt from home to spice it up. Everyone enjoyed it and we will order again.

This is the third occasion my family has witnessed the poor and nasty service offered by this KFC outlet. No toilet facilities was provided. Staff said Toilet is out of order. My 5 year old almost wee on his body. The environment was untidy and dangerous. (Liquid was spilled on the floor we met it uncleaned and despite calling the attention of the staff twice..the spill was left un cleaned throughout our stay on the premises. Health and safety was compromised on this occasion.

KFC Towcester, Northampton - Review The KFC in Towcester offers a generally positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. The food is freshly cooked, which is always a big plus, and the interior of the premises is clean and well-maintained. Additionally, having onsite parking is convenient for customers. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. While the inside is spotless, the outside of the premises could use some attention, as it leaves much to be desired. Another significant issue is the ladies’ toilet door not closing properly, which makes the facilities unusable for some customers—a concern that needs addressing promptly. Overall, it’s a good spot for fresh food and friendly service, but these minor issues, especially the restroom situation, slightly detract from the experience.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC Gatwick. The food was very cold , the staff were unhelpful, and the place was messy. To top it off, I received a £60 fine from MET Parking despite not overstaying! The parking system is clearly flawed, and there’s no accountability. I tried to appeal, but it’s a complete nightmare. Avoid this place unless you want overpriced chicken and an unjust parking fine to ruin your day!
