Well the food was nice ,, what actually ordered and arrived anyways. Instead of 4 corn cobs we got 4 gravys . So I called them up and was told that there should be a note on the bag saying they replaced Corn with Gravy ,, nope no note. "Oh well you can make a refund request".. heard that before and it never happened. Now who in their right mind thinks gravy is a perfect replacement for corn ??. Maybe a couple of extra boneless chicken or you know ,, a food that's not gravy!?!?. So far Northwich are running at 75% of my orders being wrong. Either stupid replacements or just missing items with no refunds being honoured. Someone please take over the franchise and run it right with real and proper staff training. If this store isn't a franchise then KFC head office , you need to be looking at this outlet as its hurting your reputation and embarrassing your brand. If that doesn't motivate you then think of the lost Revenue !.

Arrived at 9pm and all sitting area closed off. Why when open until 10pm! Waited 15 minutes for food even though no other customers were there. Food was lukewarm. Chips were cold. Zinger burger dry, warm and lettuce and mayo a joke. This is by far not a cheap option anymore, but yet the staff treat you with very little regard

We went for a quick lunch. First thoughts on arrival was the store looked like it had recently been refurbished.....pretty good first impression. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the food or the service upon having an issue with cold, undercooked bacon xl burger. We asked for the burger to be replaced as it was anaemic and cold. Got given the replacement burger, for that to be even colder and still anaemic. The attitude of the manager, Kirsty I think was her name, was unhelpful and dismissive, no attempt to rectify the complaint. Ended up getting a refund, no replacement, therefore went without lunch. On leaving the store, the same manager shouted after us smugly 'thanks guys, bye' with a grin. Not the act or attitude in fitting with management level anywhere. We will definitely not be back and recommend highly that nobody else does either. We tried to leave feedback on burger Kings own website, unfortunately, that wasn't functioning either! Burger King......King of burgers you are not!

I have never written a poor review but felt i had to on this occasion.... The whole place including the staff seems tired and dirty......filthy nails, a no care attitude and lethargic beyond belief... The trays where the food is kept seem dirty and empty.... I could go on , sadly makes me feel ill even to write about it.MY BOX OF 2 PIECES of CHICKEN went straight into the bin when i left.... AVOID

Disappointment that the seating closes at 7pm so you have to eat in your vehicle the person who I asked at burger was just rude just said no was quite taken back by her blunt and unkind attitude will report this due to Burger King not closing till 10 pm so why can’t they close down a section of seating 30 minutes before closing?

One of the Worst KFC Experiences - Extremely Disappointed I had an awful experience at the KFC Andover (Northern Avenue) branch on 18/04/2025. I placed a £30.98 drive-thru order, only to find it incomplete and poorly prepared when I got home. Missing items (only 8 mini fillets and hot wings instead of 10 of each) Opened coleslaw – serious food safety concern Cold, greasy chicken with barely any edible meat Soggy, cold fries The food was inedible and a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, customer service was shockingly poor. After reaching out, I was offered just a £12 voucher and received copy-paste responses from their Care Squad, showing no real interest in resolving the issue properly. Totally unacceptable for a national chain. I expected far better. I’ve now had to escalate the complaint further. Avoid this branch - and think twice before trusting their customer care to do the right thing.

Very disappointed with my visit to the Cleveleys store. First of all the new self serve machines. Awkward and somewhat difficult to use, making changes to order was impossible. Didn't show the correct menu so unable to order what was wanted. Second of all the food. As mentioned above not all food was shown on the self serve so wasn't able to order what was wanted. What we did order had BLACK COLOURED HUMAN HAIR on it. After looking through to the back, not a single person was wearing any sort of hair protection be it hair net or beard net. Thirdly staff. Not enough members of staff around. Noone was keeping the seating area clean and tidy. The 2 members of staff behind the till area were too busy chatting away and looked put out when asked a question. Finally reward scheme. I have always been able to use my reward app at this location but since going self serve you no longer accept it. Why have an app you can't use? All in all an extremely disappointing visit to KFC. Get rid of self serve or atleast give the option to order at a till. Implement proper hygiene standards and make sure they are always used. Make sure staff are customer focused and not just chatting away. Sort out your rewards app or just get rid of it. I have previously been a 'mystery shopper' and believe me this would not have come close to passing anything. Im not looking for a voucher or a bog standard apology from a template, I want actual action and things doing. As it stands I'm not thinking of going back to Cleveleys KFC for the foreseeable and will be informing others of my experience aswell.
