My review isn’t about the food , on December 20th I parked outside KFC at 10.27am , I was rushing as my dad has been rushed to hospital in Crewe , I stopped here to pick him us some things from the grand junction and because they have no parking if they are not open I was charged £60 , absolutely disgusting, 3 minutes for £60, be careful if you think about parking there before 10.30am, on principle I will never eat there again or any other kfc , judging by the reviews about the food I wouldn’t want to!

Restaurant was dirty, sticky floors, food took ages but they were not busy and only one payment terminal was available so had to get served at the counter. Not a good show for KFC.

Placed an order......drove all tge way home to find most of my order missing. When I called the manager, she offered no solution to my problem. I asked her multiple times what she was going to do and her tge answer was for me to drive back the 45 minute round trip. And that was it. How hard is it, surly to put chicken in a bag

The first impression was that the restaurant was greasy and filthy. We could easily see that our order was ready and the two girls on duty were ignoring that fact and the restaurant wasn't even busy. When we asked if we could collect our order, the girl's attitude was revolting and said, "I don't know...is that your order?". It was and when she realised that it was, she then slid the tray with a bad attitude towards us. The table was filthy and we politely asked for a cloth and some spray to clean it, she said it will be over in a minute but it never came. We could see her and her co worker being rude about us. Totally ruined our family meal and the food was luke warm and greasy. We will never eat here ever again.

Needs serious regional management/franchise inspection and a health inspection. The place is shockingly filthy - first thing you notice when you come in is how bad the self service machines are. The things are coated in fingerprints so much the image isn't clear, I don't think they had been cleaned in a week or more. The people actually still using them must be mad. The tables and floor are also filthy and this I don't understand. It seems as if they don't employ managers; there's never anyone on the floor directing things. It's literally teenagers running the kitchen and front of house which makes sense given the state of the place. Food wise: I ordered a burger.. it came with no lettuce and a mountain of sauce.. what on earth? The Robinson's tastes weird, asked the staff and they told us that it gets mixed with either lemonade or water. Asked for water like a normal person and it must have been mixed <1% Robinson's. Wouldn't be surprised if we got e.coli off their water supply.

The delivery bag was dripping with gravy, food stone cold and half of our ordered missing. This place needs shutting down

the food was ok nothing to rave about but the place was vile… food everywhere and half eaten wings on table. every table is dirty. lots of workers behind the counter talking but no one around to clean. wouldn’t recommend coming in to sit down

Firstly, visited toilet prior to meal, disgusting wet toilet paper all over the floor, dirty stained toilet, no excuse as the busy period hadn’t even started. Food was cold, no tea, no coleslaw available either. Will not return.

Ordered a 6 piece bucket it was absolutely awful no variety of chicken all greasy drumsticks . Terrible value for money . Also no gravy told 20 minute wait . First of all only 1 screen was working so not a good start!! The meal was pretty tasteless and when I asked for ketchup I was told that there was none as they ran out and the attitude how dare I ask!! I feel when you review the cost against service and quality and quantity of meal it was poor value

Ordered a meal for my son and friends, 55 minutes for delivery, 2 hours later delivered cold, the people it was meant for gone. Very very poor service, waste of money, will never happen again.

Unfortunately this is a poor example of a KFC and I now avoid like the plague. Orders are never correct or have missing items. Before its refurb it was always dirty and full of rubbish.

I went through the drive thru today and left with my food, got home to see that there was no fillet burger in my fillet burger meal, only chips and gravy in the box. Are the staff that incompetent that they forget to put the main item of a meal in the box, how can you serve a fillet burger meal with no fillet burger!? The restaurant also hardly had anything left, and the lady serving thought it was funny each time she said ‘oh we don’t have that either’. Won’t be returning in a hurry, will stick to McDonald’s in future.

This is the 3rd time i have been to this KFC and i put down the first 2 occasions as a mistake thought 3rd time lucky would be better, but no!!! all 3 times i have been we have been treated with lack of respect, laughed at, been told to drive back around the drive threw to order at the correct window, the guy telling us in a rude manor clearly forgot to mute or turn off his headset as we heard him conversating with his colleges about us and not in a professional mannor, so 2nd time my partner wanted to try again, this time instead of greeting us in a professional manor the guy said 'sup, what can a get ya' genuinly considered what this place was actually selling.. seen as they never seem to have any chicken? but always full of young lads.... anyway... ordered our food disapointed it was cold but iv never really been one to complain working in the catering industry myself i respect the impack it can have. so.. 3rd time lucky tonight last resort as the normal kfc we usually go too had no chicken... to find out this kfc ALSO didnt have no chicken... thata cool it happens.. but the way the staff handled it was a joke.. not one person in that place knew what they was doing. were was the manager on shift to keep the staff calm and in order? were was the instructions? nothing... just a set of headless chickens pecking customers heads... How hard can it be to put chicken in a bag???Went tonight, bought a 12 piece boneless box, massive wait and when I got home they’d missed the kids popcorn chicken and only gave us 10 pieces out of the 12 pieces of chicken and no hot sauce. I phoned them only to be told come and get the rest of your order or 20% off our next order, we live a 15 minute drive away.Definitely won’t be going back!!!

I visited twice in 3 days via the drive thru. 1st visit I was told I couldnt have the gravy mega box because the packing wasn't available. After saying they could package it in anyway possible as long as I got the food then that was fine. The lad serving was incredibly rude with 1 word answers and said I couldn't have it. He passed it over to his supervisor and then suddenly it was ok. I got my meal with no apology for the inconvienienve. Arriving home it was minus my gravy. I tried to ring several times to complain but no answer.Then 2 days later I went again. Gravy mega box ordered again. Surprise, surprise I couldnt order it but offered with coleslaw instead. No chicken available and no gravy. Said I'd wait. Waited 20 minutes and got it with no apology again. Still forgot my coleslaw.Such a bad place to order from.Avoid

We popped in here after a long drive home. We were hungry and wanted something to eat quickly.Firstly, the touch display machine I used to order was filthy. It did not give me a receipt. When I approached the desk, I asked for a receipt as had used my business card. Was told in an extremely surly way that they could not give me a receipt. I asked why not, another member of staff (wearing headphones) who was even more surly became involved and was really helpful by shrugging her shoulders and then rudely turned away. The seating area looked grubby so we opted to take the food home.It really was the worst meal we had eaten in quite some time.I ordered a zinger burger but received a bap containing a small piece of chicken (barely larger than a nugget) covered with a layer of dark green, slimy lettuce.My husband had chicken pieces and couldn't eat them as they were so salty.The miniscule bags containing the fries had been thrown into the bag upside down so had all spilled out.The potato mash had a hard crust on the top so not sure how long that had been sitting around for.All in all, the food was garbage and quite frankly the staff attitude needs to be addressed. Yes, it's fast food but I do not appreciate being scowled at by moody adolescents who would clearly rather be elsewhere. Go and visit the McDonalds in Macon way where the staff are always bright and cheerful....see if you can pick up some tips on customer service!!!!!

Visited the store yesterday evening for a take out order. It took 25 minutes to be served the food we ordered. When we got home and began eating, i discovered a piece of pop corn chicken which had clearly been on the floor as it was covered with dirt and dust. I then found a dead beetle in the bottom of the box. Wouldn't eat here again if someone paid me too. Dirty and disgusting!

Management not interested. Slow service, quicker to walk to the other restaurant than use their drive thru. Rude staff.

Clean restaurant. Food freshly cooked to order. Prefer the fries they used to do rather than the current chips though.

I have to admit I was a bit shocked to see all of the negative reviews for this restaurant when I came to write this.

No reviews about this KFC for 2 years and they were not good.It seems ok to me and i go often.Always clean and good service and food is fine.

The reviews say it all “crap” waited ages and it wasn’t that busy, the chips were horrible and we was 2 portions short and one of the six pieces of chicken was a wing altogether it was far from finger licking.

We came at 5.30pm on a Saturday night for the first time and were greeted with youths running in and out constantly using the facilities. ALL the tables were dirty with a lad walking round doing no cleaning just pushing chairs in. No interaction from the staff and no manners. Will NOT be coming back.

When arrived in KFC, first thing was it took a while for someone to come and take my order.. half of the things they did not have! Waiting Ages for the food, when it finally came got half of the order wrong, when complaining to staff they laugh in your face! Other people were frustrated as they also were waiting for a long time.! Shut this place or do something!

Absolutely diabolical. Will never go again. Order taken incorrectly. When tried to rectify with another member of staff we were responded to with total hostility and an unwillingness to resolve matters. Treated disgustingly!! Would never set foot in the place again.

Called in for a quick tea with my daughter. This certainly didn't end up a quick tea as had to wait nearly 10 minutes before we ordered, although there was nobody waiting to order in front of us, there were several who had ordered but were waiting for their meals. I have to say this was not the fault of the young girls behind the counter, they were trying their best, but appeared a little lacking in training or customer service skills. While there were several people waiting and complaining about the wait, where were the management? I can only guess they were hiding around the back, instead of taking the lead and facing the flack. When the meals eventually came, they were wrong, but soon put right. Would I use KFC in Crewe again? Not if I can help it.

Loads of staff on duty this evening but the tables and floors were filthy. Our sit in meal soon became a take away as there was nowhere clean to sit and food populated the floor in liberal measure. Sat in car, and found the chips were fatty and soggy and the chicken on the bone wasn't much better. The kind of place where you always say 'never again' but through Chinese mind control they make you go there again. I aim to see my GP to build up resistance to this mind manipulation to protect my stomach from any further attacks. >:(

Went to KFC at Crewe today never ever again the staff were miserable the place was absolutely filthy bins over flowing food all over the floors tables sticky as never been wiped down all day absolutely shocking

Hit and miss sadly. Sometimes excellent, sometimes awful. you can never tell!!! Still - it is what it is, if you are the type to eat fried chicken, it's hardly the cordon bleu experience you are wanting - it's usually ticking a box. Zingers usually ok!

Visited kfc, wanted gravy with our sit in meal, only to be refused any. When questioned why we couldn’t have any. We were told it was for the drive thru only. The ‘ten’ tubs of gravy was clearly visible under the heater behind the counter. Discrimination!

Often a queue for the drive thru. Staff can be friendly, or rude, just the look of the straw. Get what you pay for. Typical chicken place. Not great quality. Chips are nice at McDonald’s.

Went to get tea for the family got bargain bucket two big daddy meals and two kids meals spent over £40 it was disgusting I've seen chicken wings bigger then the chicken I got what a wast of money I tryed ringing them a number of times but no one picking up what a joke don't go £40down the drain

Been a couple of times and despite a love of KFC, this particular restaurant is a shambles. We appreciate there had been logistical problems so most KFC were on a limited menu but they still managed to get it wrong. The service is slow, most of the staff don’t know what they are doing. My girlfriend hates mayonnaise, I asked specifically for a burger without mayo and was assured there wasn’t any anyway due to the shortage problems. Sure enough I got home opened the burger and found the mayo and an unhappy girlfriend. Dirty tables, no cup holders and the customer in front of me decided to take an entire pile of serviettes leaving none for anyone else (this is not KFC’s fault but their greedy customer). Proper put me off KFC. The only upside is the new app they have with discounts / loyalty points for food.

every time you order takeaway they give you the smallest prices of chicken so you don't notice until you get home also we've had on many occasions part of our order missing

This restaurants service is appalling , whether that's because ones working there aren't correctly trained or simply can't be bothered . How difficult can it be to check orders on a screen ? I've done it myself in the past & worked for kfc , & pretty much foolproof .Never the less your order is Always incomplete and have to drive all the way back to get what's missing .make sure you Always check your order if you use drive through as don't want to get home & find it's either missing items or wrong items given , it's a pain in the backside when you have half your order missing & incorrect nearly every time you use it . We need a bigger & more efficient KFC in Crewe or sandbach even , why do we have to keep traveling to Crewe miles for this poor service .Last 3 times I've visted now order was wrong each time , the last time had over 7 pieces of chicken missing & wrong order given , the time before I walked up to drive through window as they had just given me wrong meal again , the lady in car had been given wrong meal , and there was another lady waiting as her meal was wrong as well .If kids didn't like KFC as much I wouldn't use ever again in my lifetime .

Ni siquiera se disculparon. KFC hacer algo al respecto por favor. El lugar es un desastre y que no refleja su marca en una buena luz. No volveremos hasta que leí en tripadvisor que han mejorado las cosas.

La comida estaba fría orden envió. Muy sosa. Luego llevé a mi hijo en el inodoro para ver que donde un desastre parece que no se han limpiado durante un buen rato. Evitar en todos los residuos cuesta dinero. Este lugar necesita revisión.

Worst KFC - a number of visits; randomly closed a few times, messed up orders and generally not fresh prepared food.

Placed a rather large order for the office only to get it back to find half the order missing. Food looked like it had been thrown together and greasy. We rung the store, they corrected the rest of the order and said they'd throw in two buckets of chicken for the trouble. Bearing in mind we'd just spent £100+. Sent someone back to pick the food up, she asked if the two buckets of chicken were in the bag and the manager confirmed it was., SHOCK- got it back to find there was no buckets and scraps of food left in the bags to replace our 'corrected' order. we will never order from this place ever again. SHAMBLES.

This KFC is probably the worst I've been to. The chairs are always up on the table as if they want to imply they're closed. It means there's not enough seating when this happens, and multiple times I, or customers I've seen have struggled to find seats because one half of the restaurant has their seats up. Maybe they're supposed to be cleaning but they're not...The toilets are also probably the worst public toilets in Crewe. And that's an insult.Another thing is that I wanted to go quickly before work, which I started at 10pm. It was 9:30 and they'd already shut the doors even though it said they shut at 10. The employees were rudely laughing and saying it's not open. I must have read the sign wrong, but of course I didn't. No explanation but whatever. It's KFC's Crewe. You can't really expect much x

The last 3 visits here have been awful. This last visit is one too many and I won't be going again and would urge anyone ele to avoid this place. I ordered my food and went to sit down and eat it. When I opened the box the burger was clearly old as the bun was solid. I took it back to the cashier who called for the manager for a refund, while I was standing there one of the other girls behind the counter was questioning her colleague asking if someone had sold the old burgers that shouldn't have been sold. It disappoints me that this product was knowingly sold past its best and they were aware of it. In fairness to the manager he refunded the cost but this sort of mistake isn't acceptable. The previous time I visited here something similar had happened but I'd taken my food away so didn't go in to complain. KFC used to be my favourite take away but this place is a joke, it needs closing down as the food is terrible and no one seems in control.

I am disgusted by the service I received at this fast food show tonight ! I arrived to find nobody taking orders and waited at the Window for five minutes for a young girl to use the speaker system to ask my order ! I thought it was a long time to wait as no one in front of me to occupy the staff's attention ! I ordered a boneless box for one to take home for my son ! When asked over the speaker I had requested coke for the drink and a corn as a side !!! When I arrived at the next window I was left waiting again to listen to a load of young people having a disco giggling with music blaring ! After 2 minutes a young girl appeared to take my money no please or thank you in fact quite rude ! Soon enough she went off returning with a half filled cup no straw ! I accepted that and then waited again to be presented with a half collapsed box so I asked for it to be put in a bag ! This must have been an inconvenience as she tutted as she threw the box into a large bag which she handed to me and shut the window no apology or politeness ! Five minutes drive and I was home with a box of cold food that was renk!!! It tasted old and the three fillets were clearly one fillet cut up ! No sauce and so dried it was a choking hazard to swallow it ! I rang the restaurant to see if I could return to get a replacement that would be edible ! No answer but then the music probably masked the sound of the phone ringing !!!! How disgusting it was probably the worst fast food restaurant I ever visited !!!!! My advice is don't bother

Sometimes the fries aren't the best but I've always liked the chicken until recently. I got my usual order of zinger burger with fries, took a bite of the chicken and it was like rubber. The staff replaced it no problem but I decided not to eat it due to the rubbery texture of the first one possibly having been caused by refreezing the chicken, and such bad practice has caused me to boycott KFC, especially this one.

Food was delicious; service was prompt. A young crew (22/11/2016 @ 17:00) but they did really well.Restaurant completely clean.Wish I was a mystery shopper, I'd have given 100%. Well done!

Lunch time visit and they had nothing ready and had a 10 min wait for a simple order. The restaurant is untidy with most tables left uncleared and no staff on duty to clear them. The staff I did deal with were helpfull and apologetic but the place is obviously under staffed.

Recently visited here as not had a 'Kentucky' for some time! Although it was lunchtime the queue was only a few cars and it moved quickly with our meal being rwady as soon as we had moved around to the other side of the building. Food was piping hot and kept that way till we got home (about 10mins away). It was tasty and well cooked and as it was a Tuesday there was a special offer on making it extremely good value (worth looking to see if offers available if trying to keep costs down). Will visit again as staff were also friendly and helpful.

Just popped in and bought a takeaway. Chicken absolutely delicious, coleslaw yummy. Only criticism is the chips were a bit soft, but not soggy. Staff were really helpful and food was ready quickly.

Disgusting from the moment you walk in! Dirty floors, tables and overflowing bins. The place looks like it hasnt been cleaned since it opened in the morning, meanwhile the staff are propped up behind the service counter chatting! A complete dive and so unhygenic. Surely this branch does not comply with health regulations! DO NOT EAT HERE!

We had various meal deals here, all ok, but we only came because our grandchildren wanted to! A little too much of a noisy fast food place for me, kids loved it!

I have been known to slate this KFC. But was really impressed on this visit. Friendly efficient staff on duty and service was fast! The sweetcorn is so delicious will sure have that again next time! Very clean and tidy so well done KFC.

I'm not sure if it's KFC in general but Northwich and Crewe KFC experiences aren't great. The staff could be more professional and friendly, the service could be quicker and the restaurant itself is not very often the cleanest of places.

Quite simply THE worst Kfc you will ever visit.I have come to the conclusion that on the days Kfc train new staff this lot decided to stay in bed.If you're lucky enough to receive your order it will most likely be wrong. I say lucky because on the few occasions I've visited here they have always run out of something.I've even been told they had run out of chicken.If on the off chance they have actually got some chicken take a pillow to take a nap or maybe a short book to keep you entertained because you're in for a long wait. You might drop lucky and get to pass the time listening to the kitchen staff row with each other about whats going wrong on that particular day, but that soon wears thin.I like the odd Kfc so its a shame but I've given up trying with this place. Absolute shambles.

visited the crewe store today around 1;15pm. orderer a big daddy box meal, got back to the office with it...opened up the burger box to find what resembaled a pubic hair in my food. to top it off the Fanta was watered down.........absolutely appaling.

Ordered a tower meal and really nice. If you order a cold drink make sure order without ice cause they put loads in so you don't get a drink cause it's ice

Chicken was dry, bun wasn't big enough for chicken. Didn't get order right. Food cold and not nice at all.

The whole place is flithy with very untrained young staff.I could not wait to get out as I felt dirty sat there. Chicken cold and really needs a visit from EHO

I popped in on the way home from work, I ordered 2 X chicken, medium popcorn chicken, fries, gravy and 3 hot wings. Firstly I had to leave my seat as the popcorn chicken wasn't full, only 2/3rds, so without even a sorry I got handed another from who I now know as Phil.I sat down to find I was given a piece of soggy pale chicken, I spoke to the member of staff who was walking past, she said that's what KFC is like.... Not when I've had it in the past! I asked if I could have another piece and she said come to the desk, No! Could you just bring me one I've had to get up already, she brought another piece a lot smaller and only just warm. I caught the eye of someone I knew and she saw me and told the staff to come over which she did I told her the second piece was cold I asked to speak to the manager but nobody came. I had to get up from my food again to ask for the manager, Phil, came over and I told him and showed him the poor quality food and asked for a refund for the 2 X pieces of chicken which I couldn't eat. Phil walked off and not once did he apologise or even acknowledge my comments, absolutely poor customer service and by this point I was extremely frustrated, he returned with £2.59???? also 2 pieces of chicken and large fries, he did manage to say sorry but a bit too late, he said he'd checked it and its crispy and hot, I opened it but by this point I'd been put off by the whole episode. I was really angry to feel the temperature and again it was warm not hot, enough was enough and I didn't want to be there anymore as my blood was boiling I took the 2 pieces back and told Phil to keep his chicken as its cold and to get the temperature checked. I did say this place has gone right down hill to crap which only the staff could hear (yes I did say that which isn't like me) to have Phil say loudly twice "watch your language" being spoken to like that after the service and food I had, this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, I will be contacting head office also the environmental health to discuss the temperature of the food being served. As a qualified chef I know about temperature of food being served.... Not a happy customer sorry ex customer!

Absolutely brilliantFood so tasty and I enjoyed my day out there.In all I would really recommend going. 5 star establishment.
