KFC Crewe in Cheshire East

After saying I would not return, it was just convenient too given we did not have much time. On entering the restaurant you noticed it was clean and tidy. Ordered the food which came within a few minutes. All the food was hot and very tasty. Staff friendly. I have nothing bad to say. I hope you keep these standards up and I would happily return again.

Not been here in a while but was tempted in by the new lunch deals. Got to say the customer service was great and I was served quickly. I really enjoyed the meal and the gravy was really thick and tasty. The new deals are great value

I called in this place to find the staff were more interested in chatting to their mates than take an order from myself, I stood there for a while to see if they had actually noticed me but no carried on fooling around with their friends.. A few minutes later this scruffy dirty erchin can out of the kitchen with a member of staff, he obviously didn't work there by the state of his cloths he was in the building trade.. Not a good practice when staff would rather mess around in the kitchens with their friends rather than serve the customers who pay their wage.. Once I saw the scuffy erchin come out of the kitchen I was concerned about the hygiene and left never to return..

Chicken was amazing, but first lot of frys we had were cold, so took them back, staff didn't even apologise, just handed over fresh one's. Bit more more customer service required I think.

Food was ok. Had the Christmas chicken burger, was ok. The issue was the food items that were ready were put on the tray and went cold because the rest of my order was not ready. KFC is so expensive now and for Luke warm ok food it's not good enough

Did not check out the reviews before going here but we actually thought it was really good. Friendly service, we had the zinger box meals. All the food was hot and tasty, everything we ordered was there. My only issue was we struggled to find a clean table. The restaurant was not even busy so this certainly needs to be addressed.

We ordered a takeaway from the restaurant as a treat on a Friday evening. When the food arrived none of it was hot, the miniscule portions of chips in particular were stone cold, one of the side orders of beans was actually gravy and had to be thrown away, and one of the drinks was missing altogether. Not much of a treat for a hard-earned twenty-odd pounds.

So me and my friend we wanted to give them another chance so we want back because honestly they have some decent food however today we got served raw chicken which was dripping with blood it’s not like they were busy of something as there was a lot of laughter and chat from the kitchen. Every single time we go there there’s something wrong our drinks or order in general either something is missing or something is cold etc. Again it’s bit of a shame as it is a nice place however I feel like it needs some proper management.

Surprisingly fair food, didn’t get Salmonella BUT my friends fries tasted literally like hand washing soap not kidding guys. The floor seemed a bit dirty as well as the tables not surprised as it seems like the manager is the only person who actually makes any effort. It was incredibly hot inside as the AC wasn’t working, I don’t necessarily recommend. Just cook something at home guys. Have a wonderful day xx

Always so slow - dirty . Normal wait time 30 mins . Don’t bring to the table . Useless. Machines don’t get re stocked with receipts .

Ordered at 18:15. At 19:05 I had seen one too many people who ordered after me get their food. When I told a member of staff that five people who had ordered after me had received their food, they had the turmerity to point to the screen , and tell me my order was first in the queue. It had been first on the screen for about twenty minutes! It seemed to do the trick though as my hour long wait for fast food was over a short time later. This place is a shambles. Not enough staff, no leadership,no communication with customers, and totally focused on the constant stream of delivery drivers (who also had to wait an age). I wouldn't order for delivery from here though, given the number of bags of food that are just left out going cold. The staff don't care, no one takes any responsibility, there is no communication with customers, and the service is abysmal. At one point no food was bagged up front of house for twenty minutes. Just to really twist the knife, when I got home all three of the meals were not as ordered. This place is a shambles. Do yourself a favour if you want KFC, drive on to the branch at the retail park. This sad excuse for a fast food joint isn't worthy of a zero rating.

Drive through was coned off, Never mind we’ll go in,very busy,got order very quickly, Had to wait 40 minutes for food ,in this time drive through had reopened . A saw a sign saying they were having problems and to bear with them 🥴🙈 Not sure what the problems were as had no apologie Here’s two less customers they will have to worry about in the future. There is a pecking order, so if you want to eat in heed this advice. I have in the past been stood as the next customer to be served for 20 mins without being acknowledged. All the staff are focused on completing deliveroo, Uber eats or just eat orders. They will not acknowledge you. On one occasion we were acknowledged by multiple staff but none of them were assigned to till so they asked colleagues who was. After finding out this key piece of information no effort was made to find this wayward staff member and apparently the till is too complex for anyone else. Today I have had a similar experience so here is my top tip. If you want to eat in the restaurant but also want your fast food to be fast, or at least paced at what could be comparatively considered a brisk walk... GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH... Then park up and bring your food in. BONUS benefit - they will give you food warm enough to make the journey home so it should be toasty after your short walk from the car park. If you can't drive, stay at home and order a "just deliveruber eat."

Waiting for nearly 30 mins and food still not arrived at our table, there is a que of at least 15 people all waiting to pick up there food, will not be coming here again 🤬
