Dreadful! Walked in and ordered a pizza and some chicken, 45 minutes waiting later and decided enough was enough, asked for a refund only to be told they can't and we have to do that via the website, joke of a place that seems to be run by a level of ineptitude money can't buy!

Watching football sunday evening saw the Pizza Hut advert so decided to order after receiving 4 phone calls from the delivery driver over a 25 minute time line we contacted the shop to say to recall the driver to remake the food (not to reheat it) , had a challenging conversation with the manager ! went down as only 2 minutes away (football had finished by this time) greeted by the manager who stated he didn't get paid enough for this s... well you make the stuff!, had to call back down to ask for a refund got told to go away very directly to f... ..f well Mr Manager clearly you are underpaid for your abilities to tell paying customers where to go....... I'm sure Pizza Hut management will be really pleased their advertising is rewarded with the Macclesfield manager telling customers to .... ..f

Dreadful! Pizza undercooked, way way too much cheese, half of it fallen off. Entire thing just a sloppy, gooey mess. Was inedible! The garlic bread tasted like the bread was stale. Really the worst pizza I've ever seen.

Order was not only late (1 hour) and barely warm but half of the order was missing. We then had to wait another 40 mins after saying it would be with us within 20. Food could be best described as below average

Numerous times I have ordered from here and actually never again food always arrives luke warm and never on time waste of time and waste of money need to get drivers that know what their doing wouldn't have given 1star but no option for less

Ordered from here this evening, first order was incorrect and also missing a pizza so asked for replacement order, second order was disgusting and completely inedible was told they would then resend because they don't offer refunds, 45 mins later still nothing!

Although the food was delicious , the service was very slow and disorganised. New tills meant order was given a few times and it took 3 people to make it work. We are very patient people but this was ridiculous as from first entering the takeaway to leaving, it took 35 mins!! Some delivery drivers came in to collect orders and there were not ready, nor even close to being ready. We do not live in the area, but visit Macclesfield regularly and use the Travelodge every time. Will be walking past Pizza Hut to find better service elsewhere. Sorry!!

Probably....the worst thing I have ever put on a plate....dripping in grease and fat...threw it out after one bite.....who eats this rubbish?.....

Probably the most disgusting Pizza ever.....dripping in oil and grease.....threw outside for the fox. Garlic bread was passable....driver couldn't find me....had to stand out in the street to wave him down. Resembled nothing like food....total waste of money

Oh dear. Collected it on time, tastes OK, and only ok, but my gawd you feel rubbish about 5 hours later!! Also the "roast potato" on the roast dinner pizza is salted crisps, nothing more, terrible.

Food okay only ordered on line delivery is terrible as drivers don't seam to have much local knowledge and rely on satnavs which seam to be unable to find our house

I am a pizza fanatic and usually go for the £5 deals but otherwise the pizzas are usually around 10 due to other deals available. So same pricing as other pizzerias. The delivery is always timely and I really like the sprinkle they add to the crust. The only reason I give them one less is due to the GF version which is noticeably smaller in size even though it is listed as a medium. I didnt mind it being square but felt robbed in size. Thats okay though I know for next time, still, I enjoy the deals and the flavours.

Pizza took 20 mins to arrive from ordering to being delivered which is too soon. Pizza was extremely raw and left my partner violently throwing up. Awful and slimy, will not be ordering again.

Pizza looks like it's been dropped, all toppings to one side and the bacon tastes off, not worth the money . Just lost my custom

Poor service,pizza delivered late,pizza delivered cold,pizzas not cheap anyway,cold pizza is the same price as a hot one,how does that work?,perhaps I shld stick with my usual chinese takeaway where they value yr custom & deliver hot food promptly.

Used to be a loyal customer, but standards have slipped and it was happening before the Coronavirus. Yesterday was the last straw. How can you receive an online order AND a phone call from your customer, asking for a cheese-only base with absolutely NO tomato, and then proceed to ignore his request and smother his pizza base with tomato? I wouldn't mind, but this is the third consecutive time this has happened. I've always sent them great feedback when they haven't screwed up my order, but I'm afraid I've had it with them. None of their staff are remotely interested in what they're doing or what their customers want. I've sent a very strongly worded email to their head office and I won't ever order from them again. I can't afford to waste money on people who just don't care. If you like your pizza tasting like cardboard, go to Dominos. Otherwise, try some of the little indie shops, most of them have websites. There's always Macc Flames whose quality is consistently good. But avoid going to Macc Pizza Hut, at least until they sort out their glaringly obvious problems.

Pizza turned up far quicker than expected, not usually a problem but I was in the shower as I thought I had 30 minutes! Biggest problem was the pizza is a LOT smaller than I remember. Since when is a Large 12"? Considering it's the same price as Papa Johns which is bigger and better... don't think I'll be back.

Placed an order based on the website stating it was OPEN.. payment details went through for the order, then a pop up appeared stating the macc shop was closed.... ?????? At least try and keep the web-site updated!!! 2 disappointed youngsters on my hands now!!!

Order food, delivered to footpath, falls out of box and helpful at first then declined. Don’t bother with this place. Obnoxious manager

I've always loved Pizza Hut restaurant pizzas - deep pan espesh, but these takeaway pizzas come nowhere near. I've tried the 3 different dough bases now, but all "soggy bottoms"!! Toppings good, flavour wise, but all dough types had bare areas 2" edges where bare of any topping, even with extra cheese topping ordered, so not enough topping and not spread out enough.Makes a huge difference to the enjoyment.. Tried the Mac Cheese, for a change. Came in a foil tray that was only 1/2 full, so a very stingey portion for £5, and a very weak cheese flavour. Portions of other dishes also small, so poor value. Expensive compared to other local take aways. Their Hut Rewards and "Savebot" now help to give better value. Last delivery order took an hour. Was told he thought it was a different house number!! Plus wrong ice cream flavour. Shall be using Speedy Peppers more.

Absolutely vile, the pizza tastes like the box. Full of grease and just all round vile.

It was great, delivered faster than the speed of light, piping hot I order regularly & have never had a problem, a little pricey maybe but arent all takeaway food outlets?.

I'm a regular customer of Pizza Hut - I order from them at least twice a month and have never had a problem with late deliveries, missing topping etc. Every pizza we've had from them has been lovely and I will continue to order from them. However, walking past their premises on Waters Green every afternoon/evening, no matter what time of day it is, there's always at least two staff members outside smoking cigarettes and having conversations full of rude words you wouldn't say in front of your granny, not to mention the disgusting smell right in front of the premises and the hygiene implications.. This can put some customers off and I just hope these staff members remember to wash their hands (as well as their mouths out) before serving customers and preparing food. But the pizzas are lovely!

Won’t be going back. Didn’t even deliver because they had to walk up stairs. I told them to take it back and I won’t be going back

A bit of a wait between ordering and receiving pizza take out but was during a busy period. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sent the wrong food items and have now been waiting an hour for the corrections to be sent.

Awful customer service, postcode not recognised, so had to call up. Was at first told that they couldnt match the on line deal then told that they could. Then was told that it was going to be £4.50 more. But the real problem was that the lady that I was talking to on the phone had no clue how to deal with anything and just kept saying “I don’t know” More training is needed. In the end I said I’m just going to have to leave it and order from elsewhere. Great pizzas, bad customer service.

Always late delivery, one hour or more for large pizza. Do not expect this with reputated brand like Pizza hut

Sent garlic tear n share that was uncooked in the middle dough was not fresh and smelt stale and I’m still waiting for refund almost a month later even though I was told it would be 14 days to refund my card payment

This evening I ordered a pizza for my girlfriend and my self. The pizza arrived 20 minutes late, not to worry. However I was confronted by a very aggressive delivery driver who stated I gave him an old style pound coin the last time he delivered. Without hesitation I immediately refunded him his new style pound coin and apologised! He then went ahead to explain how he had won the lottery and and told me of all his assets and how this was a voluntary job in which he does for charity. In which I congratulated him on and he left upon him telling me his name as John Whiplash. I rang the restaurant after he left and explained my situation in which the manager told me his charity work was not so! And was extremely apologetic. I would strongly urge any one not to order from this restaurant. Im so pleased I answered the door and not my girlfriend.

Ordered a takeaway from here, when it arrived noticed we were missing a topping we had paid extra for. Went online as would rather have had a refund of the extra amount than a new pizza which was a huge hassle as their customer service was awful. Then spent the next 24 hours with the worst sickness bug and couldn’t go to work. Instead of refunding us for the topping they sent me a voucher which will go to waste as we will never be ordering from here again. Completely different pizzas and quality to what you get in their sit down restaurants in different areas.

Fantastic service it is my birthday and pizza hut sent me a free cookie dooh and even wrote happy birthday on the box ! Lovely thoughtful touch , thank you so much

Found the guy taking the order rude and abrupt, we asked what deals were on and got ignored so got charged £35 for a pizza, cannaloni, 4 bits of garlic bread and 2 cheese cakes. If I ordered the same online it would have been £25. I messaged pizza hit customer care who just said they will look into it and hope our next visit would be better. Not a chance am I falling for that one again, DONT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT !!!!!!!!

Ordered a takeaway for the family were able to order a 50/50 pizza under a deal. It was a large order. They got it all perfect and it was all still hot when I got it home.

Having placed our usual order tonight, there had been a miscommunication with what the order was, however Anthony was brilliant with the problem and he was very quick to correct this, offering a desired solution and a complimentary cookie dough for the inconvenience. Great quick delivery and food was nice and hot on arrival. Finally a competitor to domino's well worth the five star's.

I ordered their takeway service online and to my hotel. It was on time, still warm and the food was tasty. It was well cooked. Would definitely order from here again.

Ahora es 21:34 y pedí en línea en 19:23. Después de una hora nos llamado Pizza Hut y nos dijeron que lo sería otros 20-30 minutos ya que no ha sido en cuestión y un montón de pedidos tenía que ser cocinar! Esto fue después estábamos fuera debía 10 minutos y hablé con 2 personas diferentes. Ninguna disculpa!!! Después de 35 minutos nos llama nuevamente y nos dijeron que sería otros 20-30 minutos. Habiendo tenido suficiente y estar tan hambre que nos estaban mirando el perro, les pedimos que cancelar el pedido y devolvernos el dinero porque era más fácil ir a comida para llevar y recoger algo, a la que la respuesta fue, no podemos hacer eso, alguien se pondrá en contacto con usted el lunes a solucionar esto. Después de que el servicio que recibimos, no estoy esperando una llamada de teléfono en los lunes, pero ya veremos. Si estás leyendo esto y están tratando de decidir si debe dar el beneficio de la duda, no. Hicimos ese error ya que no es la primera vez que han tenido problemas con la Pizza Hut. ahorrarse tiempo y esfuerzo y ir de Dominos en vez!!!!

After being tired of Dominos drop in quality continuously for many weeks and months now... Pizza Hut is relief for Macc.

Usual good pizzas, always seems very noisy and full of young kids.Manager a bit odd and lacked customer service, food order was late in being taken and food was slow, no offer of drinks or apologies were made. he was more of a pest than a help.

I love this Pizza Hut I was sceptical at first because the one I went to in didsbury was terrible, the pizza here is lovely and juicy, i recommend pepperoni.

Lovely Pizza! Wasn't busy but the assistant still got confused with our order, tried to offer to many add ons(sauces, chips, dips) other then that it was fine.

I was thrilled when Pizza Hut opened in Macc. We've ordered at least once every 3 or 4 weeks since & it's been faultless every time. Always prompt, hot & delicious & there's always good deals to be had! Absolutely fantastic!!! X

My wife & I have a Pizza Hut about once a month. Constant great offers on. Cheaper than Domino's & quality is about the same as Domino's.Staff are fantastic & friendly. Great customer service.

Got food delivered and it was quick and easy to order. The pizza was really good, and didn't cost too much compared to some of it's competitors in the area as they do a £6 deal on a medium pizza. Will be ordering again from there soon!

Thank goodness for an alternative to Dominos! Lots of offers, pick or take away. Easy to park and quick friendly service.
