KFC in Bedford

I keep trying this kfc each time forgetting how awful it is every time I have eaten from this particular restaurant I end up ill.. Never again from Tavistock Street..

Worst kfc iv ever been to I waited 10 minutes to get served which never happened so I walked out. Iv used that kfc before and was just a a terrible experience cold food no cutlery and straws

Today we ordered a variety box KFC, the worst KFC Ever, please do not waste your money ordering or buying KFC from the Tavistock Branch Bedford,the person who ever bought or taken the franchise should be investigated by KFC and bedfor Brough Council for health and safety, clendness, KFC headquarters should check that food is severed according to KFC standards, so many if us are not happy with the service ,quality of food etc, this is giving KFC a bad reputation everywhere ,I am now hesitant to ever purchase KFC ever again. Unfortunately you do not have a zero rating as I would have chosen it.

Visited Tavistock street KFC this evening as friends fancied KFC take away meal. As a last resort as had not so good reports on quality of food at this KFC. Did try interchange but unforeseen closed. Bargain bucket 10 piece and additional 8 hot wings and Fries. Hmm.. Chicken so greasy and dark as if the oil needed changing. Chips full of grease .. we didn’t bother to finish the meal. Not the KFC finger licking experience I’ve loved in the past.. Considering the costs for our meal, definitely not a good experience 😉

Really really bad franchise, rude staff, poor quality service, poor quality food. Went into this store on a Friday lunchtime (1pm ish) to be told no Chicken for 20 minutes, said I’d pop back as had a few things to do. When I got my food for dine in the Chicken was cold, the fries were undercooked and the drink was flat. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this store but will be the last, will never use again!

The staff and environment did not look clean or pleasant as it should be in any fast food or restaurant; I’ve ordered both in person and over delivery and you could tell there’s zero effort being put in making the foods. I remembered seeing how they make a burger and telling myself I will never order from here again. No burger should come just with bread, chicken and mayo and when I asked about lettuce and tomato they said they don’t have any. Just close this franchise and get it checked to be up to standard cause next time I’m going there I will not pay until I see how they make my food and if it’s still trash I won’t pay for it so we can both waste each other time since that’s what has been going on with this kfc in Tavistock road Bedford.

Charged for large fries/drink without asking, side order wrong, drink warm and flat and burger missing correct sauce and a couple of sliters of lettuce. Chips were cold and soggy. There are bad KFC's and good ones. This one is the worse I have ever been to by a long way. How is this place still open?? Avoid at all costs

This place I popped in literally 2 times all the time same chips not done properlycold or soggy,wraps burgers warm,to cold the gravy on 2 occasions not gravey very watery,they dont do cold cans drinks ,well they do but not from fridge ,they sat outside on shelf,they really don't care for future visitors for KFC,they disgrace the name for KFC,no efforts made by staff,most probably un hygienic too in food area,they really not bothered hope this closes down before anyone gets health issues,so upset disgraced by it 0 rating I hope some mystery shopper could look into this too and see for them selves please,what waste money

It came in a KFC box, the shop had a KFC logo and it is an official KFC shop. How on earth did you cook the food.. It was horrible,. Thankfully we are having a family gathering and went around various outlets to see what they tasted like .It would have been for a takeaway for around 100 guests. Thank god we tested the food. We ordered online, wrong ordered delivered, went to shop as they would not answer the phone they would not re do our food had to wait for delivery driver to come back with food, then the driver dropped it on the floor and they still tried to hand us that said food asked for a refund

Don't waste your time and money on this KFC they over do the chicken it's hard, dry, to much mayonnaise and soggy chips. I'm surprised the KFC in Tavistock Street, Bedford is still open because none of the staff are happy and it doesn't seem to be run right A big bypass

Sorry to say - not the best. I know they have stock issues and I ended up changing order to suit availability. But they Started to make up my order when delivery drivers came in and my order packing stopped whilst they packed up the delivery orders- I don’t mind waiting but my food was sat on the side for over 15mins. I asked them to re make the wraps but the rest of the meal was cold and half missing - no bottle of drink was given and after a 25min wait when only 1 person in front I just wanted to get out and didn’t check! As disappointing as everyone states and yet it was still busy. Oh and very little Covid control. Delivery drivers with no masks and 8 people inside the small shop - with very few masks behind the counter either!

Today I went in to order a Zinger Set Meal. I changed my side order to gravy because kfc has the best gravy. Disappointed to say the gravy here was tasteless & diluted. Never had this experiences in any kfc before. The girl who took my order collected my cash prepared my food without sanitising her hands. She even helps to prepare my Zinger Bun without gloves. Really disappointed.

I've only had kfc once. Years ago and swore I'd never touch it again. However office lunch on Friday was kfc. Cold far too much mayo and the fries were soggy. The chicken itself....??? Never again. Had a chemical chlorine smell.

My advice would be to use the drive through, and avoid going in. Floors and tables heavily soiled. Having to ask staff to wipe down a table, the wiped ours and left the one next to it filthy? Floor staff poor, counter staff efficient.

We have been to the Bedford Retail KFC several times as convenient and local but yesterday's visit (Sunday 27th May 18) was vile!
