Wasn't expecting much, but the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Food was prepared quickly, although the portion size was rather small.

I was the only one in at 7pm. I was order number 9 of the day... at 7pm. Got a Philly cheesesteak.. found a hair. I left.

Considering the place was empty when we went in as a family. The till chap had his friends in and the tables were filthy. Then when asked to get the table cleaned he soaked the table with some pink liquid which after he'd wiped still had pink residue all over when we used tissues to clean ourselves too. Then when the food comes after 23 minutes (we were the only order they actually had...) the chicken cheese steak was actually really tangy... When complaining about a previous order they messed up not even an apology or offer to resolve the last issue... Icing OK the cake was when my wife complained about the state of the toilets and the till guy goes with the same table cleaning equipment to clean the toilet with. Then comes back and sits on his phone. Final point is why does the chef feel the need to eat off a chopping board when there are no orders to do and that too right in front view of where customers can see... I'd hate to see what goes on back there if that's the case. Really won't be going back again...

We ordred three burgers, their 'signature' fries and a portion of curly fries. The signature fries cost more the double the price and you get less then half a portion of other takeaways. Same with the curly fries, the portion sizes are small and cost more. We ordered three burgers. The godzilla burger had such a foul smell. I really couldn't bring myself to eat it. The second two burgers were chickens one. Their chicken is over cooked to the point that it's dry and tastes burnt. The burgers are soggy and wet. Really really difficult to eat. First and last time we will be ordering from guys.

The food here is absolutely disgusting and no im not saying this to be disrespectful or anything its just simply the truth....i have personally worked in food retail myself for years however this place is disghusting! the girl on the till was great and its not her fault she just did her job however the food was not appropriate to eat the kids burger was a tiny little peice of a normal size burger cut literaly was like finger food ...(they call it a ‘slider’) but that wasnt mentioned 😂😂😂i just find it so funny because when we told the people they said well if u want a full size pay £2.50 extra ...we already paid £4.45 for a niblet..... sorry but are you dumb? how does that make sense???? as well as that we got a philly chese fries...(reallllly bland steak on chips with a cheese slice slapped on top ....😂😂😂 are you serious and the other burger we ordered was drenched in some white sauce like when u picked up the burger it was soggy as hell and just nasty ...when you get a american style burger the bun is almost always tosted but soft this was wet!!!! ABSOLUTELY WET! just fell in peices...my chips had a hair peice in.... i totally understand that yeah that happens un intentionally and i didnt complain because i get that happens by accident but when we complained about the rest the guy laughed didnt rry solve the issue and was cheeky enough to ask for more money ....PLEASE PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU GO🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
