Probably the worst food to be served, cold chips soggy chicken! Ten pounds put straight in the bin! No serviette no finger wipe.

Absolutely rubbish! Nearly 50 quid for 3 if us & it was absolute awful food! Half the order missing from our delivery, rung to complain & was told to come & collect!!! That's why we ordered delivery as not driving 🤷‍♂️

We ordered two items and the same person who took the order forget them. Which was okay but then didn’t give us chips with our meal. But the food itself was fine.

I have visited this place numerous times, and both my family and I are aware that the ordering, waiting, and food receiving process here is exceptionally lengthy. The drive-thru service is notably time-consuming, and even inside orders take an unusually long time. To streamline things, I now order through Just Eat so I can multitask with household chores while waiting for the food. It's become a whole evening affair just to get KFC from this particular location! During last nights visit, we ordered: -Dipping Boneless Feast -Hot Wings -Kansas BBQ Dipped Bites -Mini Fillet Burger (Totalling £33.76 + £1.75 delivery fee + £2.49 service fee and a additional tip for the driver at £1. So all together £39) Keep this in mind when reading the below that I was very sick with the flu and had to deal with it alone without any assistance from Just Eat. Did someone say Just Eat or Just Crap? Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived. After waiting for two hours and seeing the prep screen, I drove to KFC to inquire about the delay. Upon arrival, I found the doors locked, so I had to ask at the drive-thru. The young, understaffed team seemed overwhelmed and apologetic. It saddened me to see them under such pressure, and I felt frustrated at the company for placing such a burden on young workers to handle senior-level inquiries. Upon returning home with my order, I discovered that the chips and the beloved POP CORN CHICKEN were missing. Still to have this marked as delivered and the driver getting paid for a job i had done. This issue may seem trivial considering everything that is going on in the world, but for a large franchise, one would expect such matters to be resolved and staff to be trained. P.s was never offered a refund

Vile uncooked cold food and every single time I’ve been they’ve given me the wrong food!!! Seems like none of the staff have been trained.

Decided to try this KFC again, what a pleasant surprise, chips were hot, chicken was tasty and staff were friendly and helpful. MUCH IMPROVED, didn't get full marks as we didn't go inside so couldn't comment.

Awful!! We ordered two large meals and when we got them after 30 minutes, we returned to the car and realised that we had been given the order but in regular size. We went back and they corrected their mistake. My children ate their burger and fries in the car on the way home (in the dark) and left their chicken wings to eat when they got home. When they started to eat, they realised that the chicken was very undercooked, basically raw in places!! We rang up the manager who said to come back for a full refund, which is 9 miles away from where we live, but we decided they needed to see this chicken in person. We went back and the manager said it wasn't raw but was the flavouring that made it look like that. It definitely was unedible!! He gave us back the money for the chicken only. My children later in the evening both had upset stomachs. We will never return back to this KFC.

i don’t know where i can start with this kfc, it is horrific. i got scammed the first time we was there and we orders a large meal each and they gave us regular but yet we payed full price for 2 large meals and ended up being 20 pounds, we said to them can you change this and they said we can change one thing in your order i said we would like the whole thing changed as it is wrong and they said okay one minute, ended up being 25 minutes to replace 2 chips and 2 drinks. when it got replaced we got driven home by my mum. we was eating in the car and we wanted to eat the rest of the meal when we got home. when we got home we had hot wings, they didn’t look right and i noticed they was barely cooked and completely raw, we rang them up and they said they would give us a full refund or both of the meals again. we went back with the chicken that was raw and they said it wasn’t raw it was from the seasonings they used and how they were cooked. we wanted a full refund but on my gave us 10 pound back when most of the stuff we ordered was undercooked and raw. the chips were still crunchy and the pepsi had a muddy brown kind of look to it. i am fuming and will never return back!!

It's the 2nd time we ordered kfc for delivery and they forget some part of the order, wrong drinks, no salad in the burger. And if you run out of thing just tell the customers. If you can't do your job properly, just work somewhere else. I do not recommend, we were very disappointed.

Tried to order via the app wouldn't allow me to. When we arrived were unable to go into restaurant. So had to then join the drive thru took about 20 minutes. No hot drinks also could no believe how tiny the fillets were in the boneless banquet more like 3 large chicken nuggets. Complete disappointment. In general kfc has really gone down hill. Used to be our favourite. Definitely McDonald's from now on.

I got kfc from chestfield and I was eating the spicy wings and noticed it was slimy and tasted off I looked at the spicy wing to see it was all pink and slimy and smelt off not coming back again

We ordered a meal this evening & had it delivered through Uber eats ( which was fast ) so no complaints there. But as usual there were items missing from the order. Why can’t this place read an Oder correctly. Not happy

Had friends round last night and all fancied kfc.usual queuing up at drive through 45 mins to get to pay and collect desk to be told sorry cash payment only our card machine is not working. Wtf ! Again ! Store is run by young idiots that dont have a clue how to organize anything.

The drive through was packed so I decided to go in shop to order .big mistake. Customers were just being ignored and were actually having to ask to be served. I waited 15 minutes to be served only to be told sorry the card machine is not working so its cash only !!so I had to order of of the self service and then wait another mins..customers were filling up the seating area just waiting for take away food orders.Delivery drivers were in and out all of the time .oh and look out for the fella in his early 20s that works behind the counter,he has a black cap on with red spots on it .he is making a point of shaking hands with every delivery driver that comes through the door.whilst serving everyone food with his nose poking out of his face mask! What a great way to spread covid complete idiot. Then when we did finally get home with the food the the coating on the chicken was soggy and undercooked. Complete terrible experience.

My 17 year old son got asked for an interview for a team member, part time. He found out facts and history of KFC, dressed smart and got there on time. The so called manager plainly said to him, " Can you do fulltime" my son said I cant do mon and Tues but I can do fulltime hours over the other 5 days.The manager said, I'll get back to you and that was the interview.Since confronting this manager today, he told me the job was for an 18 year old. I said why are you interviewing my 17 year old son then, when there is no chance he can get the job?It shows diversity, the manager said.Really KFC?? You think you can treat young people like dirt. You're an appalling company and you deserve all your bad reviews

We bought the 8 piece dipping boneless feast for £15.99 (McDonald’s drive through was sadly closed for refurbishment) 2 out of 5 stars because the chips were dry and tasteless... literally never had chips this bad! Had to throw all 4 portions in the bin! The 8 piece chicken was very nice. The popcorn ‘’chicken’’ was edible. We would return if we could exchange the chips for alternative sides.

I can't complain about staff attitude as there is little interaction in the drive thru. I can however say that in the last 10 visits they have got my order correct on just 3 occasions. There is regularly something missing when I get home or completely the wrong order. Today it was just a plain chicken burger instead of a Zinger Stacker. It's a joke.

Every time I get food from this KFC the order is never accurate. It's never a one off, something is always guaranteed to be missing. Staff are rude and unhelpful, they literally just want you in and out. Always waiting so long for food. Was sat in the drive through yesterday for an hour only to get home and my food was cold and missing mini fillets and the previous time I went I was waiting 45 minutes inside to place order and recieve food to find out the gravy was spilt in the bag and chicken missing. Appauling service, would score it 0/5 if I could, nothing good to say.

I went yesterday and I had a chicken twister wrap, honestly, I've never eaten something so disgusting and I'm not trying to be nasty either! The mayo tasted out of date and did not taste like the normal pepper mayo sauce. The gravy was also spilt all over my food when I opened the box. It's normally really good there, so upset me it was rubbish yesterday!

If you own this franchise, how can you let this go on. Rude staff. Food takes ages. Drive through has no question but still takes forever to cook food. This has been going on for years hence the fact no customers.

First thing you will notice is the long queue for fast food from the non-KFC outlet here and the lack of a queue for KFC, this should be the first warning sign. Despite the lack of a queue you will spend ages in the drive thru waiting for the order to be taken, ages waiting for them to pick it out of the counter and put it in a bag, you will experience the rude, couldn't give a damn attitude of the staff and you will be rewarded with cold greasy chicken that will go straight in the bin.Don't bother, there is a reason no-one local goes here.

Bought two zinger burgers and chips at around 12..15 home 12.20. Chips were cold and not very nice. The burgers were missing the zing and I think were left over from the night before. I have never had chicken !ike it, very tough. Rang to speak to the manager to complain and still waiting the call. Rang again but no pick up. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Had to give it star but its not worthy of one.

Don’t eat anything from this hole.. we visited the Whitstable store Yesterday the chicken was tough and greasy , the final straw was when a customer complained the eastern European manger was rude and aggressive to this female customer. Avoid at all costs.

El servicio es muy lento. Con frecuencia, se equivocan en el pedido o se pierden algo. El pollo a veces está seco. Weather you Have just me in the drive through or 20 cars ur so slow it’s unbelievable every time I order food it takes ages it’s almost like you just have muppets working dont no what there doing

Feel like this place needs a complete fresh start, fire all the staff and hire new management. Honestly just awful. Came in for the popcorn chicken bucket to be told they have RUN OUT of popcorn chicken so I opted for the boneless banquet instead. When I finally got it after waiting for 15 minutes, there was popcorn chicken in there! Clearly just didn’t want to sell the bucket, don’t understand why? Also asked for the dip with my meal and didn’t get it, food was cold, just a disaster really. We also had two fillet burger meals which had no lettuce in them, just a piece of cold chicken in a bun, great stuff! Not. Don’t go here, it’s a complete waste of time and you will be disappointed every single time. The staff don’t have a care in the world, the drinks are flat, the food is cold and always not what you ordered. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Fire them all, hire new staff and management that actually care about customer service and the running of a business and then maybe you will start getting some good reviews on here for once and actually start making some money ☺️ no wonder I’ve never actually seen the place busy

Don't know why but this KFC is awful. Went in for a box of 80 popcorn chicken that was on offer and a 6 piece bargain bucket. They would not sell the 80 piece popcorn saying they were out of them but they would sell me a large popcorn chicken. The chicken in the 6 piece bucket was all small pieces and the fries were stone cold. I like KFC a lot, but every time I get my food from the whitstable restaurant I get the feeling that they don't care about the business. I'm not going to go there again, enough is enough.

Ditto with other reviews: WORSE KFC ever. Vegan burger was served cold, chips warm (ish) and leftover from couple of hours previous, pepsi flat. Staff were funny in that no smile, no hello, no response to any kind of human contact really, only a slight murmur when asked a direct question. We returned our food, they pretended to warm it (I think) and served it cold again! Complained - No response!!

We swerved in here as McDonald drive be through was so busy and we were short of time. Drive through very slow. Ordered vegan burger and fries.fries not vegan as cooked with chicken..vomit inducing. 4.49 for a drink and quarn burger. 15 mins wait.my daughter tried to eat it but it was frozen. Not cooked at all. Had to go back was told there was another one cooking which would be ten mins . Asked for money back and will never ever go back. The worst KFC i have ever eaten at!!!! There was food all over the floor, felt like i was eating in a zoo pen. very unhappy with this place should be shut up at once. WE CAME, WE TRY, WE WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Acabo de llegar a casa y, literalmente, quiero regresar y tirarlo a los niños rudos que finalmente nos sirvieron. No, no hacía frío porque vivimos a kilómetros de distancia tampoco. Podría pegarlos en la onda mir pero podría terminar con el posicionamiento de alimentos. Mantente alejado. Las necesidades de cierre, siempre siempre tan malas aquí, solo van porque la cola siempre es masiva en McDonald's, lo que dice algo.

Pedimos nuestra comida y la llevamos a la mesa. El pollo estaba caliente y era prácticamente imposible de romper con los dedos sin quemarse, pero eso es mejor que tener frío. Tampoco fue el pollo más bonito que he probado en mi vida y, en cuanto al recubrimiento especial, fue bastante duro y seco. Sospecho que se ha mantenido caliente durante bastante tiempo, obviamente no tengo pruebas de eso. Sus nuevos chips de estilo son horribles, es casi una bolsa de pedazos que no puedes comer y algunos buenos consejos que puedes. Ambos teníamos Pepsi Max, que cuando llegamos a beberlo nos dimos cuenta de que no tenía hielo, por lo que estaba tibio y era casi plano. Cuando estábamos listos para partir, había una fila de personas y, como acababa de llegar a casa después de una cita en el hospital, estaba demasiado cansada para pararme y esperar. Poor all round, down to owners and managers. Opening and shutting is for staff not customer convenience. I like ordering inside not drive-through so if late ensure I arrive before 10pm. But they lock the door ever earlier. A few minutes before 10.00 stopped working so I made it 5-10 minutes to be safe. Now even THAT doesn't work! Others were trying the door. I pointed out they could use the drive through "F*** that, I'm over to McDonalds" (It's 50 metres away and has well trained staff).World of difference all round with other local KFC's such as Broadstairs.

They open when the manager says he's "ready to open" so do not expect any opening times on the doors will be met. I was in a hurry on my way to work and the first chicken of the day was over cooked and greasy. i asked for three pieces and i got three tiny pieces in a bag no serviettes and no wipes which I had to go

I was having lunch with colleagues,when i was totally apalled by the way the manager spoke to the young members of staff at the Chestfield KFC,I could not believe it as it was rude and embarrasing to the staff an public who were there at the time.I felt so sorry for the youngsters involved as did my three colleagues,how can he expect to get the best out of these polite young people when he is so totally vile to them,in front of everyone. I will not be setting foot in this KFC again an nor will my colleagues and it gives this KFC a very bad name.I felt compelled to write this review as it was so awful to see,this so called manager should be disciplined as i think the title has definitley gone to his head an he is abusing his position,One very unhappy customer!!!!

My family and i visited this restaurant and i have to say the service was excellent ,the food very tasty and what was so lovely to see was that this company employs youngsters who clearly want to work hard and get some real life work experience that will help them go far in life rather than them struggling to find jobs and ending up hanging around the streets which could lead them into trouble! Well done KFC its a shame more companys dont follow this example.Would certainly visit this restaurant again!

Terrible. Even though I was the only person in the queue they still got my order wrong. The chicken looked like it had spent all day in a heat cabinet. It was dry and tasteless. This restaurant has been going downhill for a while. The food is overpriced for what you get. I will not be going there again.

After six days of waiting to see if I could come back and sort out your issues I was told no with no reasons my reason for quitting was bullying which caused me to have panic attacks and mixed emotions due to my learning difficulties then I asked the head office but they haven’t given me a reply. Three previous employees were allowed back but not me which I find rude and offences

Walked in and it didn’t seem too busy, barely any staff on and all looked very young. Not a smile to be seen from any of them! Was served after about 15 minutes of waiting in the line, and then waited another 15 for my meals. They had given us the wrong drinks and did not give me any of my dips (that she charged me extra for because she didn’t ask what dips I wanted with my meal and they should have come with them btw) other customers were also complaining about the long wait and the wrong drinks and meals, one customer even wanted a refund as she had been waiting 30 minutes and no one seemed in any rush at all to get her her meals. Absolutely ridiculous! We are paying for a service as well as the food. Sort your staff out and put a rocket up them if you must, no manager should be letting them wander around aimlessly without a care in the world! Awful awful awful

Forgot our order then said they couldn't find it and we had to provide a receipt. I thought I would give them a second chance after the last disaster here. NEVER AGAIN

Twice I’ve come here and both times I had to wait for a long time to get served, when I did get seen I had to sit n wait for my chicken

Just called in this afternoon & the first thing to notice is all the weeds around the building plus the filthy windows! Once inside the floor hadn't been swept or tables cleared! It wasn't busy & most of the tables were vacant but we're covered in bits of food & spilt drink! The Guy serving didn't seem to have a clue & missed part of our order! We asked for Milk & was told they had run out! The condiment trays were dirty & part filled! There was a puddle of Pepsi spilt on the serving counter that was there when we arrived & there when we left! Around our feet at the table was chips, serviettes & spilt drinks! It was just so awful! I would never go there again!

I keep saying I’ll never go back but then I think it can’t be bad all the time. Order always wrong. Food cold, small pieces of chicken, rude staff and never opens on time. A poor KFC. Worst in the world.

El pollo crudo se deshizo y no pueden contar las papas fritas. La bebida horrible estaba mal. The chicken place looked like a KFC from the outside, but I think I may have walked into the wrong shop! I asked for two 2 piece chicken meals and chips and took my food home for consumption. Once open, my food did indeed look like chicken, however, when I removed a piece from the box, I was left holding a cold soggy thing that would almost make you want to be a veggie!! I thought, maybe the other one is better. I lifted the second one out of the box and it was warm!! whoopee, warm is almost okay, I took a bite and............................ YUCk, they may have put the batter stuff on but let me tell you people, Colonel Saunders' special recipe mix was most definitely missing. Do not go here until something drastic happens to the place. The place could do with a full time cleaner or at least someone who is willing to wipe a table. The place was a mess. Should've turned back when I noticed this really.

Visited Kfc chestfield today and couldn't believe how dirty the place was. Toilets, Windows, tables & floors were disgustingly dirty. Staff didn't seem bothered about clearing & cleaning tables. Food was nothing special. Makes McDonald's next door look like a palace. Won't be going back there in a rush. Time to step it up off.

Staff are always rude, been waiting for 45 minutes and still waiting when we asked where it was we were told “not my f****** problem” by Callum and he told us we’re rude for asking if our food will be out soon as we had to be at an event

I used to enjoy KFC - not after a visit to Chestfield. Not a good experience, Dry tasteless chicken, chips small portion- no Krushams - told after paid. Not very organised - run by school levers Avoid this place- Mcd next door better

Toilets hadn't been cleaned for at least 3 days. Kitchen?? Always running out of things long before closing time. Specialists at serving kiddie sized bits of chicken, or is that now company policy?

The food from here is absolutely awful. The female foreign manageress seems to think putting chicken she has just dropped on the floor, into my box is acceptable, then refuse a refund to me because I changed my mind, with good reason for doing so. She was aggressively shouting and speaking in her own language and an all round nasty individual to be working for kfc. The food there is tasteless and dry, the service is shocking, the place needs to be shut down and taken over by people who care.

Stupid I know but after the firm reading the awful reviews I thought they would up their game, WRONG last night 5/3/19 called again drive through chicken tasteless and just warm,and as for the new french fries well never again, off to Canterbury (Sturry Road) or Canterbury high street next, never will I go to Whitstable ever again.

We have been to KFC on many occasions and each time there has been something wrong. They either say we cannot have hot drinks due to the machine not working, not putting forks, napkins or wipes in the bag. Today my husband went to get dinner for our family and when he got home most of our order was missing, the chips were cold and just thrown in the bag (all upside down). When going through the drive-through we are usually waiting at least 10 minutes. The food is always dry, half measures and terrible.

Recommend going to a different kfc, waiting nearly half an hour for 2 krushems and a sm popcorn. Food all over the side. A lot of unhappy customers. No communication between staff.

Long queue waiting to order food inside. Finally got to order and then waited nearly 25 minutes for food. Wanted corn on the cob but didn't have any. Someone complained and we was offered free extras. Once home, the food was tasteless, dry - only best thing was the Pepsi! Seemed to be serving the drive-thru quicker than inside the restaurant.

Order a Twister wrap and a Zinger wrap and you will only ever get two plain ones or two Zingers. The ends of the wrap itself are usually so stale, (like they were today) it cracks and falls to bits. The chicken inside is always only ever lukewarm.

Went through drive though would’ve given up if wasn’t stuck. Waiting a good 5 minutes between cars !

We ordered 2 box meals through the drive through and were told to park up, our order would be out shortly. After patiently waiting for 20 MINUTES we decided to go in and complain, and joined a queue of drive through customers doing the same! The manager wasn’t helpful at all and said he’d rush ours through...

He pasado por el camino varias veces en el último mes y esperé unos 5 minutos en el tannoy cuando fui el único que estaba allí, llegué a la ventana y todavía no había conseguido mi comida (3 trozos de pollo solos). , sin chips)! Había dos personas con auriculares, ¡pero la respuesta fue muy lenta! Fui allí esta noche y pensé que entraría, pero esperé 45 minutos por mi comida. Vio a la gente ir y venir, algunas personas se dieron por vencidas y no llegaron para ordenar! No es exactamente la comida rápida que debería ser! Broma absoluta de un lugar!

Terrible. ¡Simplemente terrible! A pesar de no tener casi ningún cliente. Se habían quedado sin alas calientes. Me dijeron que estacionara por 2 minutos y me llevarían la comida. 15 minutos después entré en la tienda y obtuve un reembolso. mejor que vayas a McDonald's. ¡Al menos tienen un personal amable que en realidad no se olvida de los clientes!

Personal grosero incompetente. No por primera vez he pasado por el camino y se olvidaron del maíz dulce de mis hijos. Después pagué 2 extras. Devolví al compañero y fueron groseros y no nos dieron el maíz dulce. No tenía recibo porque no me dieron uno. Patético y rudo personal, más allá de incompetente. Evitar. No desperdicies tu dinero. Comida siempre fría también.

Fui aquí ayer para comer (a pesar de que la zona de asientos parece que no se había limpiado en días) ya que me encanta el pollo KFC. Apenas había una suela en el interior, aunque había mucho personal. . . . . . . . desafortunadamente, el personal tenía más intención de atender el viaje en automóvil a través de los clientes que cualquier otra persona que estuviera en el mostrador, y después de haber sido ignorados en el mostrador durante aproximadamente 6 o 7 minutos, decidimos irnos a McDonalds al lado, a pesar de que odio a McDonalds. servido inmediatamente allí!

fui ayer para mi comida para llevar el viernes por la noche, fue servida por Brandon, muy útil ya que no voy a KFC a menudo y no sabía qué era una comida lo suficientemente grande para un adulto. La tienda está muy limpia, llegó a casa y el pedido fue correcto, caliente y sabroso.

Went through the drive through. Wanted a Big Daddy meal for my partner but they couldn’t sell any meals with a burger as had run out of buns!! So chose another meal with a Pepsi but they had run out of that too!! I ordered a side of gravy which wasn’t in the bag but had paid for it! Chips were disgusting and over done! Never ever go there again totally disappointed!! Yuk!

If your thinking of going. Don’t bother. Your better off going to McDonald’s! The chicken is actually awful- Dry and grey! And Luke warm if ur lucky! I’ve been a few times over the last few months. There is always something wrong. Missing items etc. If you ask for cheese in a burger, they’ll charge you for it, but not put it in! It’s a total waste of time and money. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Went for a simple 3 piece Colonels meal. However advised I could NOT have coffee as they had no CUPS - also told they had no SALT . The only drinks available were the toxic Orange Tango and normal Pepsi. No napkin or finger wipes in bag

Again we have gone to KFC when they have run out of something, this time they have run out of wraps at 3.30pm on a Tuesday!! We went through the drive through but could hardly hear the young man speak and when we got to pay, there was no apology on running out of something.

We turned up there today at 4pm - having checked its opening time - but it was shut!!

Everytime I come here food is always correct, hot and lovely. Staff albeit sometimes not smiling when serving are always willing to help when Im undecided with what I want to have for dinner. I will always keep coming back for food

Disappointing visit on this occasion. Was told "chicken fillets will be 3 minutes, is that ok" - not really a choice! Dips ordered. When the fillets were ready and placed into their boxes, there were no French fries ready! Once home, their were no dips,...

Paid for meals via drive thru ,pointed out to staff that the amount they wanted wasn't correct this was because they had missed an item off the order so they amended the order and charged me more , low and behold when I got home opened the order the part that they originally missed off wasn't there neither was the cob that was ordered ,The only bit they did well was over charging me well done KFC .

Así que yo y mi mujer hermosa fui a por nosotros una bebida caliente. . . Luego tomó como pedí 30 minutos para hacerlos. . . . Husband went for a family bucket as I was unwell. Came home with lukewarm over cooked/heated chips, overcooked hard coated chicken, lots of corn as no coleslaw available & to add insult to injury no salt, sauces, wipes or napkins! My I don't have to cook treat to cheer me up was rubbish!

Every time I visit this KFC the place is always dirty with food under tables and and bins overflowing.When we sat at a clean ish table the surface was so sticky we walked out.Sorry guys that's it will not use again.

I must say that we have been using this outlet as a takeaway for many years and have never had a bad meal. Staff are always helpful , quick and friendly.

If you are a fan of battery farm cruelty, over use of agricultural antibiotics, environmental degradation and minimum wage slavery then your in for a treat.

Half of the tables in there weren't cleaned and were full of rubbish, the bin was overflowing and the floor was absolutluty filthy! It was 9.00pm so it wasn't busy at all, we waited about 20 minutes for our food and it wasn't even that nice as every piece of food was lukewarm.

We have had a number of problems with this KFC from them getting the order totally wrong to actually having someone running the drive through who could not actually speak English , yesterday evening we thought we would give them another try , when we pulled in the drive through was at a total stand still so we went into the car park which looked like someone had just toped all the bins over but in fact the bins were just totally overflowing, I went to use the toilets which are not only very cramped but were smelly and dirty , the mirrors looked like someone had actually tried to be wiped but with a filthy cloth as they had greasy smears across them . The young lady who served us looked like her makeup would have been more fitting on a drag queen , I think we were lucky her false eyelashes didn't fall in our food , the food itself wasn't nice it was a mess as if it had just been thrown together, the staff give the impression that they don't want to be there ! I did ask about the rubbish outside and the overall lack of cleanliness inside and was abruptly told they were short staffed, when clearly there were a few staff milling around with nothing to do . I do feel that these issues should be dealt with as it gives the whole company a bad name , sooner rather than latter !they deserve zero rating but it would not let me submit without showing one !!!!

I have been to a lot of KFC fast food restaurants over the years and this is bar far easily one of the worst ones.The service is poor, staff seem intent on continuing their personal conversations rather then putting the customer 1st.The standard of the food is inconsistent and on every visit you don't know what your going to get. Tables are seldom cleared and there is a real vibe of an uncared for and basically poor quality fast food place.Save yourself a poor experience of you want fast food go next door to McDonalds.The Colonal I'm sure would not be happy with how this branch turned out !!!

Went through the drive through and waited 5 minutes at the order point. (2 cars behind me).I continued to drive through to the pickup window and waited a further 2 minutes before anyone came to the window. We explained that we had waited at the order point and had no luck trying to order and asked if order here.The employee then refused to serve and also rudely spoke to me by telling me 'i cannot speak to you at the order window whilst serving another customer' I then replied 'i understand this. However, it would of been courteous to at least tell me you are serving and I would of then been polite enough to wait' her reply.... 'i was busy. I will not take your order unless you drive back around again'.Being the nice person I am. I drove round again. To be ignored a further 2 minutes before the lady would serve me. After we paid we did eventually get our order.I have given 2 stars on the quality of the food. And hopefully with no spit!

The location is good if you're in a rush. For drivers the layout is simple and safe. Because it does get busy.The service is quick. Professional and efficient.This chicken was crispy. And not greasy. The chips were a littlr soft. The food also holds heat well. A random comment you may say. But if you're driving home a short distance and plan to ear at home. Not in your car. Your food will likely still be warm.The chips are always crunchy. Albeit in small portions. I don't think it's cheap or expensive. Just a standard price for fast food. We went more put of necessity than anything else. But it was better than I expected.

We have KFC about once every 2yrs. We suddenly crave eat and go and grab a bucket. Unfortunately when we have its either cold, thrown together, too greasy, not tasty or just a bit gross. I think the whitstable one is particularly bad and won't bother using them again.
