Nice and friendly service, tasty and fresh fries. Happy to visit. Outside seating is available. Toilet number is limited, only 1 for general use.

the only problem was with the driver who delivery driver who was extremely rude with a bad attitude and lit a fagg up on my front door while I was getting him the code he was after the disrespectful bloke

We ordered for 25£ two kids menu and a cheeseburger : the tomatoes were cold; the lettuce was not there and it was just globally awful. The kids menu are also a scam for 7£ drinks that taste like paracetamol and a « burger » which was bread and steak. They had the audacity to display good reviews I do not recommend

Came in after work yesterday, place was busy but very clean and running well! Zach the manager helped me out! I left my bank card there by accident and Zach kept it safe for me! Would definitely go back again! 5* Zach well done!

Absolutely incredible large fries and service was immaculate throughout

Came in yesterday evening and had an absolutely great experience. Got served by Zach who was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and the food was perfect. First impressions of five guys left a good taste in my mouth and I'm not just talking about the food! Definitely will be back soon.

The food was good but honestly the atmosphere and the service weren’t all that great

Delivery guy was rude. Called me saying he was outside, he was at the wrong address. While I tried giving him directions he hung up on me. I then had to put in the chat that he was at the wrong address and then shouted out to him as he was riding around in the road looking around.

Rick made me the best milkshake from a 5 guys restaurant to date. Isabella gave amazing customer service and Harv worked wonders over the grill. Highly satisfied with the service.

Burgers are always great and you can tell everything is fresh, staff where very friendly when I can to pick up my order.

I can usually take or leave a hamburger and fries at most restaurants, but Five Guys makes the BEST hamburgers and fries! Our kids really love the soda machine and free refills. The people working there were also very kind!

The food was lovely but cold so had to reheat and lettuce was soggy

The food at Five Guys was fantastic—juicy burgers and crispy fries. Alina and Isabella were friendly and provided great service, making my visit even better. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes really stood out. I'll definitely be back

First time visiting, was a little shocked on prices however what we received was an excellent burger and super quantity of chips. Love the refillable drinks too Was very shocked however at the cleanliness of the unisex toilet, which was disgusting. Thankfully it was hubby that was desperate because I wouldn't have been able to use something so gross. Plus side was we mentioned it to a member of staff who immediately went to clean it... 5 mins later he was out. Personally it didn't look much better. Certainly not clean enough for a female to use 🤢

The chips are always cold and burgers are just warm. We have to microwave everything each time. Tastes good but pretty much all other deliveries come piping hot.

Perfect remedy for one of those winter days where the call of the kitchen is just too much. For the times that all you want to do is over indulge, like a fat slob yearning for the mountain of chips and grease piling out of a burger. It’s a proper meal, not regrettable, as the quality is good. Still enough to make you question you life choices as the food coma rolls in and tasty enough that you just don’t care.

You always get the large burger because you think the small won't be enough, same with the fries - however the large is large! The burgers are quality, they actually look like they do on the photos ( not like some other burger chains 🤡) They taste sooooo good - the only issue I ever have with 5 guys is there is tooooo much for me! Great service and smiles from the team in this restaurant - well done guys, clean place, great food👍

Asked and paid for a little hamburger, however it came covered in cheese. I tried to ring the restaurant on the number, and it says number not recognised.

I don’t understand the hype. Burger had so much bread compared to meat. The meat was cooked to medium, which isn’t safe in a fast food establishment. Chips were incredibly salty and inedible.

The burgers here seem smaller and are more expensive than those in the US

Tasty burgers and fries. I have appreciated the chefs wearing and changing gloves often when preparing food. Maybe we could wear something for the facial hairs while cooking. A bit pricey but tasty 😋. Well done !

Delicious food, nice atmosphere in the old American style but the service could be friendlier and everything maybe a little cheaper, but the cleanliness would get a 10/10

Overpriced underwhelming burger and floppy chips!! Don't waste your money!

Well it appears 5 guys are not universally good. In Kuala Lumpur we went 3 times in 11 days, the thick shakes had bits of strawberry in, the burgers were tasty in a fresh soft bun, fries were crisp and fresh. Canterbury...more expensive, mc Donald's class milkshake, bun was not fresh, burger was tasteless, fries were too salty and felt like old and re fried.. Two small cheeseburgers, one fries and two shakes..34 quid. I have been recommending 5 guys too friends and family, going to have to ring and re assess.

Had a good experience and the staff were friendly, and extra helpful when disaster struck and the bag of food split and fries hot the floor, they were replaced straight away with a smile.

Brilliant Customer service from the team last night, first time in five guys and the man at the till was very polite and explained the menu to me without seeming annoyed or impatient Burger was nicely cooked and fries served in a Big portion what was well salted Overall would return

The order arrived more than 20 min after the "promise time" indicated on the receipt and was completely cold.

The most over rated place to eat that I have ever encountered. Burger tasted completely bland, like it needed salt and seasoning. The cheese was overpowering and all of the salad tasted the same. I’ve never had grilled onions that tasted like watery cucumber until now.

First time trying a burger here. It’s an American dinner. The burger was over cooked the chips were good the chocolate milks shake so sweet couldn’t drink it 3 of us went so 2 bacon burgers a small burger 1 lrg chips 1 medium chips 3 milkshakes when you going up and down to get your food and drink and the mayo comes in a tiny paper cup you clear the table and throw your own rubbish away. To change £62-50 Totally overpriced

2 stars are for the nice chips and clean restaurant. Unfortunately rest of meal - burgers and hot dogs were poor quality and overpriced. Better and more affordable eating places in Canterbury. We won't return.

Cold food opened the bag and it looked like a bomb went off inside milkshake had no straw and was spilt everywhere

Probably one of the worst five guys iv been to my son loves the food and he even said let's not go back there again

Five Guys just have the best burgers and fries hands down. So I tried their hotdog for a change, it wasn't what I expected but was great. The milk shakes are also incredible, but it takes real lung power to get them up the straw as they're so thick and creamy.

I wish I had gone elsewhere, £22 for a burger, fries and a shake. Nothing to write home about in terms of food quality, the atmosphere is like any McDonalds, KFC or fast food joint and service was functional. If you could mark the brand over substance, then I would give five stars, I felt very disappointed with this meal given the hype you see everywhere about it.

As I’m returning to Kent university this Sunday, one of the things I’m most excited for is having Five Guys again! I’ve gone there every week at uni on my trips to town and they never failed to be the absolute best fast food option in the whole town: from their refillable drinks and milkshakes each with so many combinations you can make, so many fries, burgers that taste like a pure dream, free peanuts, super friendly employees, chill American atmosphere and great music on the radio (even heard Greta Van Fleet playing once 👌) I’d love to have a part time job here, even for only 4 hours a week!

We admitted it was our first time, so the server explained well and we ordered - totally shocked by the high pricing! Found a clean(ish) table and waited, with our free monkey nuts, to hear our number called. Not a long wait...the food was DELICIOUS - closest I've had to a proper American burger in the UK and the large chips was a proper American portion. Love the choices of toppings and the option to add spice to the chips or have it on the side. It could do with a good clean in the seating areas, and perhaps a few smiles among the staff and the monkey nuts just out on an actual pallet didn't look right...

I really wish for plastic straws for the milkshake

Ordered a cheese burger onion mushroom and fries burger was dry watched them squish it to death with a spatula took over 12 mins to make what I received was a nasty flavourless dry burger with onion that tasted like water no taste and mushrooms that again had no taste and burnt Cajun fries for £16.70 over priced and slow and worst food I've ever had and I've eaten at Dairy Queen

We had to wait long time for the burger nor there were no people at all in the restaurant, somehow burger wasn't as good as at the other five guys restaurants

For the price of the food, all I can say is 🤮 never again. I should of gone to McDonald's 😂

They did not give me cheese on my cheeseburger. Please give me a refund. And no barbeque sauce.

I have to say that as far as burgers go this is not the best I have had but was certainly the most expensive. The meat was so over cooked that it had shrivelled up to two semi-burned offerings. I cannot understand why fresh chilled meat has to be overcooked as part of their process to deliver a semi-custom burger experience. Also, the buns lettuce and onions ended up being a soggy mess. On the plus side the chips were very good. Needless to say I won’t be eating there or the Munich branch again.

Needed a quick bite to eat and couldn’t get in anywhere before a theatre show so thought we would try five guys, what a mistake. £11.95 for an ok burger, 5.95 for possibly the worst chips I have ever eaten, soggy but over cooked, tasted terrible. £4.25 for a flat coke out of the machine and 6.25 for a bottle of beer. Total bill for 2 £38 for essentially fast food, what the hell is that! Restaurant itself was grubby, sticky and smelt of cooking oil. Dirty, wonky tables Offered peanuts that were probably roasted last year, disgusting. Lesson learnt, we won’t ever return and I would recommend sticking to McDonald’s or Burger King if you want a quick burger.

Was served bye a lovely young lady and a women called Donna was h being a really bad day and she offered me a lovely hot dog for free really lit up my day ever so kinda we’re both lovely people.

Food was decent and arrived earlier than expected. Put a note to add whip cream on the milkshake but was not seen. Other than that, the food was still warm and delicious

My server donna was amazing, fast service lovely costumer service recommended the double cheeseburger but having the buns the grilled cheese way! I must say it was delicious!!!!

Great experience at five guys on Friday for lunch. My friend and I were greeted by the manager (I believe) who was very helpful and reassuring. The food was standard five guys- so delicious- will be coming back.

The waitress serving on sunday 21 May, was extremely rude, kept rolling her eyes at everyone, and looked absolutely miserable. Get another job if you hate it that much.

US Franchise in UK. Very good burgers and their own type of Chips/Fries. Not cheap. 4 burgers and 4 Milk Shakes are c. £75. Im my day a take out was under £20. Inflation. Double the cost of USA so premium take out. Worth a trip now and then. Outclass Mc D and Burger King in quality but it is a burger!
