Probably the best burgers we have had . The cajun fries were spot on . Can't say anything bad about the burgers. Going to try a milkshake next time . If you thinking of getting a burger here . Just do it you won't be disappointed!

Popped in with my husband as the place looked so cool with how it’s set up.. didn’t realise we would be getting the best burgers we’ve ever had whilst we were there. The people running it were so friendly, the place was so clean, and the food was out of this world. It’s been an hour and we’ve already recommended it! The best burger in Kent. Tried the Broadstairs one and now the Whitstable one. Always amazing. Go simple, git the Smash but with Gravy for dipping. You will not regret it!!!!!

Game of two halves here. First, the burgers are every bit as good as all the reviews say. They are top notch, fries were good as well. Service was with a smile and delivery rapid. Pricey for a take-away burger but worth every penny. Second, please beware that this is really a take-away. Yes, they have a few bar-height tables with stools but it's not somewhere you really want to be. Frankly, it is a little tatty. They only have a few soft drinks. The only sauce available on the counter for the fries was vinegar. When we asked, we were given a small portion of mayo, maybe it's that way with ketchup as well. This isn't really a criticism the place doesn't pretend to be anything else but it's not mentioned enough on Trip-Advisor. Buy the burgers but eat them elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of going last night it’s as nice as everyone tells you ! Great smash burgers the Cajun fries were perfect and the milkshake was on point . Do your tastebuds a favour and get the beef dripping gravy You won’t be leaving feeling disappointed! The staff really friendly and was very helpful! I can’t stress this enough if you have the chance to visit them then do it !!!!

Me and misses decided to have a cheeky takeaway and boy oh boy the burgers we ordered where amazing. Juicy, full of flavour and just made me so happy when I was eating my mighty burger. Crispy onion and bbq sauce just made it come together expertly. My partner had a bbq burger which she said was wonderfull. Chips on point as well crispy, tasty. Cajun ones where just delight. I know already where ill be going for my birthday meal this year. Our delivery lady Harriet delivered our food bang on time and was so happy and enthusiastic. Can't wait to eat in next time.

Lovely lovely food - had a basic Smash, fries and coleslaw. It all tasted amazing! But a one patty didn’t really hit the mark and would recommend sizing up. Lovely servers and felt very welcome. Would defo eat here again!

Food is good, but we've tried to order for two birthdays now, both tiles phoning in our order a couple of days before, and they've messed it up twice. First time they were so late we ended up picking it up rather than waiting for delivery, second time they just flat out forgot our order altogether. Really disappointed.

The most incredible burgers we’ve eaten, they were so flavoursome and amazing quality ingredients. The milkshakes were also fantastic! Mason and Dan were really friendly, you could tell they loved their jobs and made the place feel relaxed. Would thoroughly recommend!

5 stars all the way! Love this burger joint! Visited broadstairs by chance one day and fell in love with Please Sir! Then saw they had one in Whitstable where I live and am now a regularly visitor and order online! Left some reviews on just eat before but with my fat fingers accidentally left a 4.5 and 4 star review by mistake. Should have always been a five star review but can’t change once submitted! If you haven’t been then it really is worth the visit. I always get a double smash with skin on fries, gravy and strawberry milkshake. Unbeatable!

We have been meaning to visit Please Sir for a while and today we finally got there. I had the Splash burger with the beef dripping gravy and my partner had the Smash burger. We also shared a portion of Cajun fries. Quite honestly the tastiest burger we have ever eaten. The patties were moist and full of flavour. They were beautifully caramelised,cooked to perfection. The service was personable and welcoming and they took the time to talk to us about the food. We are planning to go back and try the rest of the menu. 5 star food and service. We thoroughly recommend a visit .

Fantastic food! Burgers are so, so tasty and the fries were 10/10. Definitely try the milkshakes- they're phenomenal too. The team were really friendly and helpful so couldn't fault the service at all. I'd 100% recommend this place, I'll be back for another visit soon for sure.

Solid smash burger and all the bits you could want.

Visited on a day trip to Whitstable. Really cool place with excellent, attentive staff. Retro arcade is a nice touch too, reminding me of all the cash I misspent as a kid. I had the smash burger which was very good and wish I'd had the appetite at the time to try one of the others as well. I'll give the branch in Broadstairs a visit and see how that goes! In the interests of total transparency, I'm absolutely spoiled when it comes to burgers as I work near a Bleecker which I honestly don't think can be beat. However this place is definitely aiming high and doing a great job! EDIT: You can't leave fractional stars but if I could, it'd be 4.5 - just not quite in the 5 territory for me but that may change when I try other stuff on the menu. Please have free-flowing condiments like Bleecker do. :)

I have visited a lot of burger places and I can say this is one of the best burger places I have visited. These burgers have amazing taste, the patties are so tasty and full of flavour. I had my first experience of a smash burger with Please Sir, which I chose as my birthday treat, and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was absolutely smashing, really tasty. The service was absolutely amazing and so very officiant. They are incredibly friendly, pleasure to order from. I would definitely go again.

I’m a big fan of Please Sir. Quality food and quality service. Stephen the owner a really great bloke too. Went for lunch with a burger loving friend today and had a great meal. He isn’t from Kent so wasn’t aware of what was to come but was an immediate fan. Great smash burgers, the gravy side was exceptional and great for dipping the burgers into. Milkshakes were exceptional- the Ferrero Roche one was 👌🏼. Thank you Stephen once again.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the nice young lady even called to let me know she was running a little late with our delivery. This is the first time I had tried these burgers so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the burger. I felt the patty was too thin and quite dry. I really like gourmet burgers and used to have them in London lots. I went to GBK and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. I only bought one patty as I thought that would be a nice juicy burger...it wasn't. I would have preferred it to be thicker and juicer as I think that's where you get the difference between a processed Mc Donald's patty and a good quality one. It was too thin. The starter burger should be a really good one which you can build further if you are feeling extra hungry or gluttonous! Also the junior burger that my daughter had actually looked slightly bigger than mine. A thin patty would have been fine for her..mine should have been more generous. We had cajun and normal chips. I really liked the cajun ones and the normal chips were good too. I also thought the coleslaw was nice but the portion size should be bigger for £3. I was also pleased they offered a junior burger option. They should also offer junior sized milkshakes and junior chips. We didn't try the milkshakes but they sound delicious. At £30 for an adult and kids burger and chips it is extremely expensive. It needs to be on point for that as, for people now, takeaways are no longer a weekly norm for people. They are a treat due to their cost.

Ive had many a burger in London, however the Please Sir Limitless burger (double patty) beats all of those! So good, will certainly be back when next in Kent! Thank you!

First experience of Please Sir tonight - food was great - burgers streets ahead of ordinary takeaways, and delivery driver happily dropped me home as he delivered my order - what service!

The burger was genuinely one of the best I've had. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the options they had meant there's something for pretty much everyone. I had the 'Splash' burger and the beef dripping gravy that came with it was also great. The fries fly under the radar a bit just because it's a burger place, but good portion size and consistency were on point.

Got the Limitless burger, was super tasty!! Expensive though, but tastes really good.

Popped in last night for a couple of burgers. Unreal quality, delicious smash burgers. Cheese skirt was yum and to top it off the milkshake (Diam) was out of this world! Staff were great, chatting to us throughout whilst we waited. Wish we lived closer would be here all the time! Recommend everyone to go.

Well, this is a revelation! I’m of vintage years and constantly reminiscing about the hamburgers in the 1970s. Wimpy with fried onions, vans selling them in floury baps etc. I miss the simplicity - no 15 different things piled on, resulting in you tasting little (less is more etc…). Get to the point, you say. Absolutely. Please Sir make the best burgers I’ve had for many, many years. It’s really as simple as that. They are not at all similar to the mass produced vintage ones that I carp on about above. What they do have in common, though is that they don’t let relishes overpower them. Obviously they’re going to be better than the fast food places we’re all more than familiar with - they’re homemade and the attention to detail to everything, like the bun itself, is perfect. The chips are incredible too and for goodness sake, don’t miss out on the beef dripping dip. Don’t take my word for it. Get yourself down there and buy a little piece of burger heaven.

Having read about Please Sir on a Kent news website and, loving a burger, decided to pay a visit. The smash burger and skin on fries didn’t disappoint. Cooked to order and served in disposable cartons. Just a shame we don’t live nearer but will definitely return.

Just had a burger and I can honestly say it was the best burger I have ever had. The meat was cooked to perfection, the bun was fluffy and the toppings were full of flavour. All of the staff are engaging and polite. 10 out of 10 experience!

Four of us came in after a coastal walk as we had heard they had the best burgers. We had a dog with our group so asked if it was OK but everything was fine and they even brought a water bowl out for the dog as it was very hot that day (bless you guys!). We all had the Smash burger and an extra beef gravy dip for the fries. Spectacular! We tried to add a tip to our credit card bill (because the staff were so nice) but the till said no. The lady asked us to leave a review instead so here it is! 100% recommend these guys & gals. PS: BEEF GRAVY DIP! (FTW)

Just traveled down from Essex to try the smash burgers and have to admit it was well worth the one hour plus journey. The staff (Dan and Amelia) were fantastic. They explained the whole concept and even chucked in a recommendation or two. All in all it’s quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked crispy yet super juicy. Don’t forget your beef dripping gravy too … it’s not to be missed

Absolute amazing time, well worth the journey from Essex. Dan cooking the best burger I have EVER tasted. (Even added pickles to my burger) Amelia great service, knowledge of products... Nothing was too much for these guys they went above and beyond... Definitely recommend to friends and will return soon. Thank you so much guys

We had 2 burgers and a portion of cajun fries from here on Sat 16th Sept. We're not from Whitstable and had seen great reviews of this place and fancied a tasty treat to take to eat on the beach. The fries were really good but that was about it. The burgers were the greasiest burgers we've ever had (the buns were also absolutely slick with grease) the patties themselves were tasteless and the flavour of the toppings were overpowered by the flavour of fat. For £12 a pop we were sorely disappointed. £24 on burgers alone and £4 for chips.

What absolutely fantastic burgers, the taste was amazing and they were cooked to perfection. According to the other half it was the best burger he’d ever had. A shout out to Danni for cooking our smashing burgers. The chips were delicious too, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Will definitely be going back and taking friends and family because as Oliver Twist said ‘please,Sir, I want some more’

We have visited Please Sir a couple of times, and on both occasions it has been outstanding but we were particularly impressed tonight. Staff are so friendly, it’s like having dinner with your mates. Food is phenomenal and we left wanting more. P.S ask for the chicken tenders, they are OUTRAGEOUS.

Phoned in for a delivery - answered quickly and attentive taking the order. I love the fact the guy that took the order said “I’ll hand you over to my colleague for payment and I’ll get you order on”. We’ve just moved to the area and I was blown away with these smashed burgers. Beef dripping gravy was fab. Order arrived so quickly I didn’t need to run the fries through the oven. Everything piping hot and perfectly cooked!! Such good service!

Worth the drive just for these burgers. The best we’ve had in a Kent and in years. 2 x burgers , cajun fries and 2 drinks and gravy £27 (not bad). My favourite was the “mighty” that BBQ sauce is to die for! Amazing Pattie and love those brioche buns. The limitless was also very nice. Can’t wait to go back. Staff where really friendly and engaging and really care about their customers and business. 🍔 🍟 Thanks Dan and your colleague!

A decent burger - honestly not as good as the one I had in their Broadstairs branch, but still good. It's good quality - but some may feel it's a little pricey... this isn't helped by asking £1 for a bit of ketchup and mayo when you've already spent nearly £20 on a burger and chips Overall would recommend the chain, but a few service tweaks would make it a must stop

We ordered a broad selection of 1 patty and 2 patty burgers ( smash ,splash, jade and limitless) all incredible, pricing just makes sense 1 patty £8.50 2 patty's £12.00 regardless of style of burger. Special mention to Danni who made our food absolute cracking job and Lola who took our orders and streamlined the process answering all questions we had effortlessly. Can't wait to go back and try the others only one thing I could say they could improve on is serve some beers 🍻
