The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Absolute shocker again! Ordered inside and ordered a fillet tower burger for me and a fillet tower burger meal for my daughter amongst other things when I got home and checked fries were missing and I'd been given a fillet burger not a tower. Its every time I go it's wrong I usually take it back and get them to correct it, I once had to go back 3 times before they managed to get it somewhere near right. It's the last time I'll go as i usually just go elsewhere but thought I'd give it one last try.

Have tried to find alternative way to address the issue I've just had with food delivered from the whitebirk store. Ordered a 6PC bucket with hot wings, popcorn, fries, beans and gravy. The 6PC of chicken tasted disgusting and we couldn't eat it. Can only describe the taste/smell of that of a wet dog! I've tried to raise the issue directly but unfortunately the website doesn't allow you to do this. I don't usually make bad reviews and I'm aware that doing it on TripAdvisor isn't the best way but until KFC allows you to directly contact them I'm afraid I have to. Was ordered through JustEat but can't fault them as it was delivered on time and still hot so the fault is with KFC whitebirk.

Dirty restaurant , no condiments etc on the counters… Awful - £10 for a boneless banquet… should be sued under the trades description act… or renamed “the borrowers boneless banquet” honestly the meals have shrunk and the prices risen… absolute waste of money, miss millies next time

The mini fillets were way too salty, the hot wings were much worse than any other location I have had hot wings from and they gave us 5 leg pieces in a ten piece bucket. Not great overall, wouldn't recommend, although the food was given to us quite fast.

Cuando ves lo mal que está dirigido el lugar , te hace preguntarte la forma en que se prepara la comida y la falta de higiene alimentaria. No hará una visita de regreso

We were so impressed with the service and cleanliness of this KFC during our visit in early January 2025. The manager took our order at the till and was so helpful. We needed a change to the usual chicken burger and the manager couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Also, when we have visited this restaurant in the past, it has been a bit on the grubby side, but this time, it was spotless and the staff were keeping on top of clearing tables. I was really impressed, it made for a very positive dining experience.

My teen got vomiting and diarrhea after eating here, also myself and my son haven't eaten here in years as we always got upset stomachs after eating here so it clearly hasn't changed.

Evitar evitar llamaron con 7 miembros de la familia después del karting. Desafortunadamente tuve que dar una estrella Gastamos 80 libras aquí para todos nosotros. En una de las hamburguesas había un pelo que el personal no dijo nada aparte de dar una nueva hamburguesa torre solo para encontrar dos pelos más en las galletas. Todos nos fuimos sintiéndonos inquietos y el estómago girándose tras él. Absolutamente asqueroso subió a quejarse de que el personal no interesado en lo que teníamos que decir pidió el pesebre aparentemente está ocupado. Lo siento, pero si está (aparentemente) ocupado, necesita abordar la situación, así que me puse a escribirlo aquí para que la gente lo vea y lea. Desafortunadamente no tomé una foto de la hamburguesa, pero lo hice para la galleta. Personal que no llevaba redes para el cabello ni estaba atado en un moño no llevaba guantes no por lo que vi. No volveré a llamar aquí. Prefiero tener hambre. Solo espero que la gente vea leer y siga mi consejo y se mantenga lejos de aquí

The food was cold and one of the orders was missing and the drink was warm and the drink was spilt the burger was freezing cold

Decent food not the best came a tiny bit cold but was probably the delivery the chicken drum was juicy and tasty but the wings were too crunchy almost and abit burnt Overall 5.5/10

Kentucky Fried Sparrow. Probably throughout the KFC chain, meager portions of chicken and chips being served. Plenty of other Chicken and Chip options for better value, wont be returning.

Cold food!!! Waited ages!!! We never learn, as we’ve been here before…….always the same. Maybe the worst McDonalds we’ve used!!!!

Slow and wrong food AGAIN I very rarely visit Bradford Broadway because it is shocking, but sometimes it is a must. Hungry well avoid KFC Staff do not understand English, queried he had given the right Krushem (milky bar) because the one given was chocolate. All we got was yeah yeah it is, I said clearly it isnt and he walked away. GUESS WHAT it was Malteser! Water Melon and Lime drink is just lemonade and my wrap was flat cold. I think the KFC gang need to be managed better!

Only 60 minute parking before a fine is issued. Do not bother calling kfc as they don't appear to want to help their customers. I did wonder why parking avaiability was plenty full. Wasted time and expensive meal.

Avoid this place was told to wait in bay one for my food only to find out a week later that i got a parking ticket for parking where they told me to park, must have a deal with the fine company or something. When i asked staff about it they basically didnt care and said they wouldn't do anything about it
