I literally can’t remember the last time they actually gave me a complete order with everything I ordered. Again, no sauces, replacement items.. terrible.

Visited today with a couple of work colleagues for a quick lunch and the service was ridiculous. Very slow staff and the service was horrible. Could hear some staff arguing, seem like a group of unprofessional kids. This can’t be good for KFC.

Awful establishment, seems to be run by a group of teenagers with no idea how to run a business, they have no customer service skills, waited over 20 minutes for food without a apology, it is known for being exceptionally bad in local area, would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting!!! Chips not cooked and hard .. chicken not properly battered !! Tried phoning KFC 5 times but it's just ringing then cutting off. Skin is also soggy !!!!

It has to be the worse drive through. Not only did they get the order completely wrong, food was cold and inedible. Not worth the money or petrol it took to collect.

Just ordered a box meal for delivery as a treat. I’ve never got the box meal before but the picture looked good. Delivered really quickly so how is it possible the burger is not only cold but there’s nothing of it! Chips not even cooked hard still. Only thing hot was the mash.

No sauce available, no reciept or napkins given. Went though the drive-through and was given the wrong order. Gravy was watery and tasteless and was given the wrong size. Zero customer service, young kids who couldn’t have cared less. Now too expensive for what it is anyway The last few times I have ordered there has been something wrong, says it all when there’s a half price offer on min fillet buckets and the place was like a ghost town. Will not be going back.

Absoulte shambles of a place. On three occasions ive ordered ive had issues but gave them the benefit of doubt as times are hard. But they are taking the biscuit when i recieved my food tonight. Kfc is already over priced but for the standard of this store its beyond. I was missing over half my food and what i did recieve was freezing and rock solid completely un edible. I even recieved mash potato the other day with no labels on and when i opened it was like pillow stuffing vile. Shut the place down i say!

Ordered for delivery for only half to turn up. When I rang the store, I was told I had to claim a refund through uber eats. How is it possibly uber when it is cooked & packed in store. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Shocking customer service.

Husband and I called in with our toddler,went through drive through which was empty....I did wonder why but now I know! Asked for Pepsi,had Pepsi max given to us. There was barely any chips (literally half a dozen each) and they were soggy and luke warm. Chicken on the bone was slimy and smelt funny so I didn't eat much...ate my chicken burger though as that seemed OK although it was cold. Beans were so hot you couldn't touch the carton...such a contrast against the chicken and chips. Had to ask for salt/napkins etc...wouldn't have had them otherwise. Expensive food and really poor quality. I understand why this place is always dead whilst McDonald's down the road is absolutely heaving...that speaks volumes. Staff were abrupt and disinterested,could do with some training on customer service skills. Luckily our toddler didn't eat any chicken as my husband and I both had severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea following the meal. Very very poor. Will never use again.

I ordered the Deluxe Boneless Feast through the drive thru. No Pepsi Max bottles available so had to have full fat Pepsi, then got home and there's no chips in the bucket. If you try and ring nobody will ever pick up! Here's the problems at this store: 1. There is a severe lack of stock control here. They seem to seriously under order stock and have always been the same. They run out of basic stuff like Gravy at say 5pm even though they are open until 10/11pm. They have been known to actually run out of chicken on numerous occasions aswell. 2. The sitting area inside is always very very dirty with overflowing bins and dirty tables covered in food and drinks. The problem is is that KFC don't hire Lobby staff like McDonald's do to keep the area clean, tidy & organised. This means that the front counter or kitchen staff have to come out and clean whenever they are free, which is hardly ever. 3. They either care far too much about the cost of Labour or cannot organise staff on work stations. You will regularly see just one person serving on a till inside and just one or two on the drive thru interacting with the customers, but then say 6 or 7 staff in the kitchen during busy periods. Surely that's not right? They either need to put more staff on to deal with customers or think about bringing some kitchen staff on to the front area to help out in peak times. Above all this I also just think that they genuinely don't care about the job they have to do compared to other fast food companies. In my opinion McDonald's workers are far better trained and are more proficient in customer care

Ordered a large variety gravy bucket on Christmas eve. Had to wait in the car park for about 10 minutes and when we got the food home after a 5 min drive the chips were limp, cold and uncooked. Popcorn chicken cold. The fillets and chicken were hot but disappointed about the rest. This was our second disappointment in a row so unfortunately will not return to this branch.

So after ordering via Uber our meal was cancelled and no reason was given, I called them but, they couldn’t be ars.. to answer the phone!

Just come back from KFC blackwood it was an awful experience. Had to wait 30 mins for food then to be told all chicken had gone had to wait another 30 mins not happy people after us had their food. We had to clean own table and chairs food all over the floor and bins over flowing no track and trace. I wont be going back

i went here because i saw all of the pics of the delicious looking pics of the food , i ordered bargain bucket ... let’s say it was nicer coming in than out , i was stuck on the toilet for most of the day . the employee that served me was r-u-d-e and didn’t even care that there was a rat outside the property??!!!!

We went to the drive though no answer on the telecom outside so we drove to the server hatch and told them the telecom did not take our order only to get told by the girl behind the hatch with a stinking attitude that there was no order taken so when I told her that no on answered the telecom she made it out as my fault and started give us attitude so when when we told her we been in the queue for 15 minutes she turned around no sorry or anything and told us you can go inside if we want still makeing it out it was our fault again by telling us that we were not close enough to the telecom then told her we had been there before so we know how it works so in the we went inside in the end ordered food and asked to see the manager next thing we know the staff come from the back and and just looked at me as I was talking to the manager she was just about useful as a chocolate teapot still trying to make it out as it was our fault but her attitude changed when I am contacting head office so we collected the food the chips was rank they give Pepsi max cherry we asked for Pepsi max the staff need retraining in customer service

The best chicken 8 ever had in a while perfectly seasoned the best chicken I had in a while amazing the time for the cooking was long but worth it keep it up 👍🏿

Not for the first time the chips served to me was disgusting. Also, yet again they had no sides what I wanted. To top it off fhad to wait 15 minutes to be served at the drive through, even though there was only 2 cars in front of me. When will this place ever take seriously the poor comments it regularly gets.

Visited with the family on a saturday evening and we were utterly disappointed. First of all, the table was so dirty that we had to clean it up ourselves and there were trays left all over the place. They also had no gravy or krush 'ems (but when do they ever?) The food took an astonishingly long time to come out despite there being approximately 3 groups of customers in the place. When our order finally did get called the staff had to ask us what drinks we had ordered.As we were eating we realised that our extra side that we had ordered hadn't been given to us so went back up to the counter to ask for that and the ice cream that comes with the kids meals. The member of staff informed us that the ice cream machine wasn't working; he was very rude about it and then just walked off as if he couldn't care less. Another member of staff then came over to give us some muffins as compensation for the ice cream but goodness knows where they came from as they were rock hard as if they'd been frozen! Will definitely not be returning to a filthy restaurant with staff who really shouldn't be working in customer facing roles. Absolute disgrace.

Absolutely terrible service waited over 45 minutes for food and still no sign off it then when i did ask them what was going on they told me my order didnt exist even though i had the receipt in my hand. Absolute joke. Definately avoid.

Ordered meal waited 20mins before being told that the fryer was broken and I could only have a part of my meal and it would be at least another 20 minutes. Staff Could do with going on customer service course.

AwfulGranddaughter wanted KFC after ages of not going to this one. Well at least I could get a hot drink this time, but all else went down hill-----Tables and chairs filthy.. no excuse.Toilets x 2 crap and blood?? in both. Made my gd wipe her hands on paper towels rather than going in there!! Sign says tell someone - umm the only people are cooking or serving food - SO NO!!Waited for the 1 person doing the front order as in this place it seems an order cannot be taken until the previous fulfilled?? So its no longer fast food??Apparently the original order is not on the menu and is called something else so 3 piece original meal has now become a minefield??Ok girly got her meal - it was freshly cooked but greasy beyond belief !!We had sour cherry and salted caramel Krushems - salty ?? To the point of inedible for normal people. Cherry edible but really not nice at all. Grand daughter went up and ordered a oreo Krushem, came back with a tub of plain ice cream with 8 sprinkles of biscuit???. This place has a flip screen menu which does not apply to things sold so why bother - the touch screen does not have everything that should be on the menu either?? Terrible filthy place.

This must be the the worst KFC in living history , they never have any food ready and when it is it's cold , coffee machine never works and ask them about national deals that are available and no one has ever heard of it...but everywhere else in the country has..... shocking bad.!

My husband went over to Blackwood KFC and was 1 hour 15 mins out of the house! Bear in mind we live 10 minutes away. He said you couldn't order at the window and had to go inside and that something or other was broken so the girl said. The chips were so burnt they were inedible and i found 2 hairs in my food. The beans were cold and tasteless. Havn't been there for a long while and it will be a long while before i have food from there again.

Quick service brilliant staff and always friendly will come again. Love the food here really good value and customer service excellent.

A typical drive-in service for ordering and you pay at another window. Fast and efficient. Most important, as good as any other KFC I have been to.

The Wife and myself decided to have a munch at our local KFC, we were very suprised at the quality of the food. The Golden chicken was gorgous. Well worth a visit.

The food was cold, dry, salty They had run out of some sides and dips Chips were cold and small portion FOR a spend on two meals just under £15 Not worth the money Very disappointed as we don't normally purchase kfc The photos of the products through the drive through look impressive though!

Went there on the weekend for something to eat. Waited for 20 mins for my order, queried with the poor girl behind the counter who told me that they been told that the main priority is the drive through and i will have to wait. Give them a minute to get my order or will have a full refund. Eventually meal came with a complimentary drink. Sat down and noticed that the bins were over flowing with rubbish and it didnt look like they had been emptied throughout the day, People were putting their rubbish on top of other rubbish, even on the floor. Just wish my phone had more battery to take a photo of the place. Will not set foot inside a kfc again and maybe environmental health should pay a visit.

This place is a joke it frequently runs out of chicken orders are constantly wrong Its hard to buy a meal when half of the meal is unavailable

Went to the drive through ordered 3 boneless banquet meals we drove home and opened the box to find all 3 meals this size! They were freezing cold and the sides of gravy wet half full and stone cold also. We paid almost £7 for each meal which we will not be doing again.

This KFC went up in my estimation not so long a go but it beginning to fail again. Understaffed at busy times, when my husband went in it was not very clean.

Ran out of most of our order yesterday, didnt tell us, just didnt include it in the box. Until we went back to the counter, and they told us they had sold out. Not having it. Took my food back and had a full refund and left

This kfc is terrible every time you vist they have always run out of something we don’t go anymore it’s really bad

I live for the day Blackwood KFC has a full menu available, if they haven’t got gravy (which is often) they haven’t got chicken. The staff need to smile more and if you go through the drive thru (if it’s ever open) be prepared to wait 10 minutes before thy acknowledge you. Also the chips are always cold and soggy. Close it down and build a Burger King instead

It doesn’t make sense to get a chicken selects meal from McDonald’s next door ! But unfortunately with this kfc it really does ,why doesn’t it taste anything like its supposed to greasy food funny tasting fries and bad service it could well be a franchised kfc but it’s doing them no favours whatsoever

Waited five minutes at the drive thru before being acknowledged, then when i was acknowledged i was asked to wait, eventually ordered the food and drove round. Parked up as asked which was fine, food brought to us cold hard missing three dips id paid for and the wrong sides and large items wrong. Came here about three weeks ago and recieved a different experience. I thought the place was back on the up but unfortunately id say the staff today need retraining and a lot of guidance!

Me and my partner went through the drive thru, ordered a wrap, two lunch boxes and a krushem. The food took about 5 minutes, not a bad wait really but when the food came it was absolutely awful. All of it was cold, the chips are stail and the lunch box certainly didn't have extra large fries. Was really disappointed by it and was going to call up and complain straight after but honestly didn't feel it was worth my time. I used to go here quite often but it just seems to be going downhill, I probably won't be returning any time soon.

Once again, used the drive thru, didnt receive my full order. Went inside to get them to find they only had 1 type of dip, apparently the drive thru staff should have told me, nope... Can this restaurant get any worse?

Drive through was closed so had to go inside to order. Stood at the counter and waited 6 minutes for a member of staff to serve me, once she finally came to take my order she didn’t thank me for waiting. The member of staff who appears to be on the till is currently putting chips into bags and ignoring the 5 customers waiting in the queue. Restaurant is a mess also. Hopefully the food is good, don’t know yet as still waiting for it

I’ve never had an issue with the food and always enjoyed it but the service is just so slow.

I love kfc yet this one has poorly trained children serving food to the general public . First the order was wrong then my zinger had no zinger sauce as they'd run out and to top it off my chips were stone cold . I think I'll drive to Caerphilly kfc next time

Unfortunately my daughters love KFC and I have to come to Blackwood. I can now see why it was so dirty and run down before the renovation. It’s not changed and it was stinking the day I visited. The staff and service are awful. No one cleans up anywhere.

Absolutely disgusting food. Has really gone down hill. Ordered a few things but didnt have hardly anything so settled for zinger. Everyones chicken was full of grease...dripping..

Go here fairly regular, if I'm being honest I don't know why, the chicken is just that good I guess, problem is most the staff don't seem interested, the chips are usually cold, everything is chucked in a bag, and there is always a wait for food no matter what, shame because KFC can be really nice

I came in today with my partner after a nice day out as it was my first day off from work, walked in to a miserable shift manager named Sarah who did not smile or great us nicely. She said ‘what can I get you? So I said and with a look of disgust she told me that they don’t sell that product anymore as if I should of known.. she sighed and tutted as she waited for me to make up my mind so I just said the first thing that came to mind, she put it down and hen asked what sauce I wanted so I said ‘can I just have a gravy instead’ and said with attitude ‘well no it’s a dipping sauce what one do you want?’ Horrible behaviour for a shift manager to have and very disappointed that it has put a downer on a day out for me and my parter.. also no napkins, salt and my drink choice was also unavailable. While writing this I also overheard staff saying products that was unavailable but me and my partner are sat eating these products.. bad communication between staff and they don’t even know their own menu!!

Visited KFC Blackwood yesterday and after waiting for half hour at the drive through with my children was told they didn’t have chicken, sides or drinks!!!! No idea why they even bothered to open!!! I will never visit again! Avoid!

Chicken fillets, sweetcorn, coleslaw... Pretty basic stuff really! Spoiled our family treat and we won't be trying it again. Basic stock control with regular deliveries would sort this out and have happy customers.

I go here regular... since the new renovation of kfc the ques are longer and we have to wait longer for our food... the ice cream machine hasn't worked the past 3 times I have been in there... the fillet tower box meal I had didn't have any lettuce in it... or hash brown... when I asked they said it was because it was 9pm they couldn't cook any more.. how ever they still charged me... I went up then for sauces to find they didn't have any at all or napkins.... I went to get ice cream.i waited in the front of the que for 23 minutes while one lady was getting all the orders ready... to be told sorry ice cream machine isn't working....what a waste of my time... also lots of youths swearing and being very rude and disrespectful... to customers queuing up... staff didn't even ask them to leave... Absolutely awful.. I will not be return I g I have come to this kfc for the past 6 years.... but not no more it's awful..

Visited the restaurant today, drive through order taken, £15:99 for the double bucket, was told 6 minute wait. After 10 minutes, order came could see how busy it was so didn't mind the wait. Drove home, open the box to only find the 6pc chicken! Missing the popcorn and mini fillets! Also asked for ordinary fries but got what they call "festive fries" rank!

Go through the drive through to be told there is an issue the station is down and need to go inside to order. Does anybody else think it would be a good idea to block the drive through lane off then or is it just me?

This is my 2nd visit since it reopened. Both times I have been disappointed. This time there was no chunked fillets or pop corn chicken or corn. I then ordered the rice box which was cold and inedible . Dangerous with rice!! The first visit there was no chicken on the bone. We waited 25mins foe what was left. There was no side orders no krushems and no lids for the fizzy drinks. People were walking out.

Restaurant has been refurbished and is now kept a lot cleaner, also the food has improved. Staff more helpful and welcoming. Well done Team

Only been into this place once and will not return. Very disappointed with the appearance of the interior- uncleared tables, rubbish scattered around and no staff moving to do anything. Didnt even order just left as staff seemed too young to provide customer service and had a 'cant be bothered' attitude. Not my cup of a this place

The dirtiest "fast food" chain I have ever been to, this was our 3rd visit and it's progressively gotten worse. The tables are always dirty the floor never looks clean, there's always piles of food gunk along the edges of the floor. There was no toilet door in the men's cubicle. The ladies toilets were filthy, no soap in the hand dispensers, toilet roll flung around the floor. The staff look so unhappy, half of our food order was missed out when it arrived. Gangs of youths just tend to loiter here too, there's no encouragement from the staff to move them along once they've finished.

En reconversión. necesitan claramente todo el gerente no tiene habilidades de reclutamiento como soy aún miembro del personal que tiene buenos modales y sentido común básico. Me niego a comer en debido a el olor horrible dentro resulta mi estómago. Aunque una vez esto no fue un problema, ya que me dijeron que necesitaba una vez para cerrar temporalmente porque habían atrasado en la limpieza! Gestión claramente mala! De todos modos, esta noche me apetecía un sucio louisanna realmente hamburguesa y después de una semana de entrenamiento duro que pensé que merecía. Así que fui a través de la unidad a través, como llegué un miembro de personal reconoció que había, 5 minutos pasaron a otro miembro del personal poner la basura y otros vi 3 coches esperando, 10 todavía no hay servicio, así que me decidí a Google el número de teléfono y el anillo! Yo le expliqué que era uno de los varios clientes esperando a ser servido en el coche por ser dijeron que están cerrados! Quiero decir, ¿por qué no los dos miembros del personal comunicar esta con nosotros y la operadora no podía disculparse! Hay varios problemas con este restaurante, el gerente de la zona necesita para asumir la responsabilidad.

Come to your store last Sunday . Used drive through facilities. Had two orders and needed to pay separately but was told only 1 order per car ( why this is i have no idea !! ) i then placed my order and went around to the window to pay . When I got to the window I was then told that the coffee wasn't working and yet again they had no gravy ! I only come to KFC because I love the gravy but this store has never got any in stock , when I questioned why I was told that there is a new policy and when the gravy is all gone then it's all gone . Now I get this but I visited at 3 o clock . This is still lunch time !!! Something needs to be done here because the staffs attitude stink , the manager needs to sort out production and the place needs a bloody good clean ! What happen to the guest always comes first ??? Shame because your caerphilly branch is lovely and has never run out of gravy !

Today I come to Blackwood KFC with my family .. we had been looking forward to this treat all day .. we purchased a bucket from you ( £17.99) We didn't come in we used your drive through system . We purchased the order and when waiting , asked for some salt with our order to be told they had no salt !!! A fast food restaurant without salt are you serious !!! We thought okay let's not let it spoil our order even though the last time we visited there was no napkins or gravy . we started to eat our food to find the chips was cold and the chicken was full of grease and wasn't nice at all . The chicken I can only describe as slimmy . I am extremely disappointed as we don't treat ourself very often! This is embarrassing for your staff and something needs to be sorted !!

Ate here with my family, I agree with some of the reviews that the store needs upgrading. However the person who served me was polite & happy. She advised me on meals for the children & helped carry the food to the table. Food tasted great & I will definitely return. Bad reviews must be written by people taking their food home! As ours was beautiful!

Needs a massive upgrade the restaurant is stinking and full of rust.........the floor was full of grease.......my kids live KFC but this place is stinking

3 meals and not one of them edible. Fries were cold and tasteless but the worst was the chicken. I had a twister meal and it was all going well until I bit into a piece of chicken; it was cold and like rubber. Impossible to chew. Pulled the wrap apart and there was no coating on the chicken and it didn't look like it had even seen an oven. Next time I will definitely be sitting in the queue in McDonalds.

To start they had no tango or hot wings, the chips came out warm and tasted like they had been left out for hours. The big daddy was dry and tasteless not much flavour. There was way to much batter on the boneless banquet meal also. I won't be eating at this one in Blackwood again.

I must have been to this store about 10 times over a year period and there is always something off the menu but mostly CHICKEN.when ever I been its after 20:00 at night and they never have anything instock, or the ice cream machine is broken

If you are a fan of cold tasteless fries then this is the place for you. If this is the standard of food on offer on a Saturday evening I'll stick to beans on toast. Last visit for us!

Long wait, I mean like 20 minutes for fast food that was after we've placed order... Waited so long started noticing how grubby n dirty the place is dirty eating area... Food prep area didn't look much cleaner,,, stuff on floor ppl just walking past, watched same girl walk past a pen n a few pop corn chicken onFloor about 20 times, people wandering around no hair net., was even an employee just finishing shift by look of it stood there hat off no net flicking her hair everywhere she may not been serving preparing food At this point but she was within touching distance of it... There was a smell when we went in, the food was cold and I've spent most of the day on the loo. Not happy, won't be going again.

Tried it again and must be the poorest KFC around - if it's not the wrong order with items missing it's overcooked or dripping with grease. Haven't had this experience from other KFC's around the country so think they need to look at others for some inspiration.

Everytime I go here for a drive throw I get home and my order is wrong ..... So my advise to you all , check your order before you leave otherwise you will be disappointed . Staff could be a little bit more friendly . You normally need to park up and wait , as something needs to be cooked yet not always is it fresh tasting ?????? Something isn't right ???? My only good point is the gravy is delicious .

They have a 4/5 hygiene score... I don't think so! I went there after some shopping and every single table and the floor as filthy, I flelt very uncomfortable eating in this place, we even asked someone to clean up and the girl said she will be right back to clean, we never saw her, clean up your act! Have used drive thru at this restaurant a few times they have never got order right! The food was cold, chips were hard so spent £25 on food to throw in the bin. Tried ringing restaurant to complain no answer, emailed customer services and as of yet no answer! Last time I ever visit there!

Bins overflowing with food dumped on top and flies flying around the food. Restaurant is not very busy, so no excuses for them not to be emptied. Food luke warm.

Went to KFC yesterday there were two people in the queue before us and it still took 20 mins to get served. When we did the food was warm, thought we would it in as I sat down on the only cleanish table, I looked around and there was food all over the floor, the tables had half eaten chicken on it, and the bins were overflowing you could put your rubbish in. Left and ate in the car, felt like I needed a shower it was so dirty.

If you have a long time or are not in a rush to eat then please use this kfc and you will be ok where as if you want warm food that gives you what you ask for and serves what is on the menu then go some where else

The dirtiest, shabbiest, poorly presented KFC I have had the misfortune to visit.Usually avoid KFC ever since a 'deep fried mouse' incident in Glasgow in the 90's, but was forced here by the wife who had a hankering for a zinger burger.Pepsi Co. supply drinks here, so there's no Coke or Sprite.Hash browns pale, insipid and tasteless.Customer service (if you can call it that) is severely lacking, no napkins provided, have to ask for a straw.But really, the first impression from the car park is so bad I cannot believe the KFC hierarchy haven't intervened (Presume this is a franchise outlet) .

never eaten in, but iv had drivethru, more often than not they havent got gravy, if they do charge you for gravy, they rarely give it to you.

If I could rate this restaurant zero stars I would. I have never eaten somewhere so disgusting and unhygienic in my life. Me and many others have become violently ill after eating here, chicken is served very undercooked and on one occasion raw. Will not be returning to this place ever again.

Food cooked well. Not too grease as some other establishments are. Atmosphere OK. Comfort OK. Easy access and close to Town Centre and Superstore.

Never again! After shopping in Halfords opposite I took the kids to KFC. Having waited ages to be served by young staff who were more interested in discussing other customers openly, we were finally served. Chips were bland, chicken nothing special and there were lots of litter on the floor. Few weeks later I had a parking ticket. I didn't realise there was a time limit of 2 hours and will never go there again, not even to Halfords. When you are buying a bikes for your children it takes time trying various ones out etc and between the 2 places 2 hours easily passed.
