Food was notified as out for delivery over 50 mins before I actually recieved it despite living less than a 5 min drive away from the shop. It was freezing cold with no salad despite asking for it and what was delivered was disgusting. Wouldn't bother if I were you.

Food was cold chips taste like they been sat few pcs chicken popcorn

Paid £5 for popcorn chicken which was 4 of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve seen. The kebab wrap was not wrapped it was open both ends with sauce and salad going everywhere. Will not purchase from your shop again as that meal was £20 and wouldn’t have paid £10 for it had I of known. Do not recommend

The food is amazing from here but they can never seem to understand my order so I give up trying you need people on the phones that can easily understand what I'm trying to order hung up tonight as I just couldn't understand

First time ordering from here and won’t be the last good was lovely tasty and hot well recommended

Not what we ordered incorrect sauces on chickens . Some with no sauce at all. spoke to someone who said they would deliver correct order but it didn’t turn up so rang again and they said they had checked their cctv and all was correct. It was 100% not correct

Indeed one of the best takeaway in caerphilly, the food, the staff member and the atmosphere is just absolutely top notch!. One more thing I must add is delivery driver, he is extremely quick in delivering the food and always behaving like a friend.

Although the food was very tasty, I ordered devilled peri peri and lemon and herb but received fried chicken. Also you forgot the dips

The chicken tasted like vinegar, stale chips and pink inside left all the chicken (which I ordered mostly chicken) won’t be coming back

Foot delivery was terrible. Over 90 minutes waiting and the quality was sub optimal. I’ll never use this company again.

Delivery of non warm (gone cold) and tasteless food. Expect more off anyone offering delivery of warm food. Less than 1.25 mile away! Delivery driver on time and polite (poor food , not his fault)…. Wouldn’t recommend sorry, had much better many a time from local suppliers.

absolutely love hot Chickz 🔥. Banging Food. its like KFC on steroids, but cheaper aswell. always on time and piping hot. it's been our go to for ages now. them chicken strips are massive 👌

Were a regular ordering here but tonights service was terrible got the order wrong then can't get hold of them to correct the problem so left with two meals that won't be eaten

The order was over 1 hour late past the original estimated delivery time 'due to being stuck in heavy traffic' at 2am which is not true! Took two hours to arrive from ordering. Food arrived cold, very late and no gravy.

Dry stale chicken. Rice comes in clumps. Items are marked as mild but they’re very spicy. Would not recommend.

Fairly disappointing, food was late, arrived cold, lack of passion with the quality of the food expect fried chicken to be greasy but not dripping with grease to the extend the food box breaks when you pick it up! I can’t fault a slight chargrill on the peri peri chicken but when all you can taste is where it has been burnt it really isn’t enjoyable. First and last time unfortunately.

Order was wrong , Sent Pepsi max instead of Dr pepper asked for burger with no salad and no jalapeño but it came with it on chips were cold

Driver went to wrong address first which led to my order being late. Missing the cans of pop from the meals. No dips with the meals. Had plain wings when I ordered lemon pepper. Not trying yo be petty but you should at least have what you pay for. Food was average

Cheap and great tasting food. The chicken wings are brilliant and the portions are huge! The staff are lovely and try to provide the best service possible.

Awful! Late delivery, Lukewarm food, soggy burger bun. £3.10 for 6 nasty onion rings! I love salt and add it to everything but the chicken burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The only positive was the poor delivery driver who was so nice, I felt so sorry for him delivering in the poring rain. Never again, such a shame.

Had 4 black hairs on my Chicken and chips. I can only assume they came from the black haired woman that used her hands to take the chips from the bag to the fryer!!

Twice iv had food from here and it was amazing!! Hot Chickz Mini was such good value for money loads of food well happy will be ordering again. banging!!!!!!

The chicken boneless box meal never fails to hit the spot! Very nice indeed! Also the hot chickz special burger was really nice as well. Much better than kfc.

First time trying this place and I will definitely be back. Full of flavour, generous portions and reasonably priced. A good alternative to Nando’s or KFC.

I was slightly disappointed with the quality the last time I ordered, chicken was undercooked and the service was slow despite there only being 2 customers. Menu doesn't allow you to have 1 piece meal only 2 or 3, I ordered a 2 piece and ended with a 3 which was way to much for one person. I don't mean this as a negative review but maybe there is room for improvement

If you love chicken, you are in for a treat! Super tasty food, loved the grilled chicken burger (better than Nando's one!) and yummy sauces. Very friendly owner and staff Better quality and value than other places around！ We drove from Cardiff to try out Hot Chickz and will definitely be coming back soon They do home deliveries ~ Highly recommended 👌

First of all a halal takeaway in caerphilly and the tender chicken hot sauce, amazing staff and the music was banging. Absolutely 💯 5☆☆☆☆☆ Will be coming again
