Went to KFC just for dinner and there was hardly anyone there. It was a Friday evening and they closed at 8 for some reason. Food arrived fast but sitting in was filthy. The floor was riddled with old food that hadn't been cleaned up. The food was nice enough though. Staff decent. This place has gotten a lot worse than it used to be.

OMG! I have no idea how this place stays open! I got the 2-piece classic chicken dinner. First it was far too salty. Second, as a 72-yr old expat from the USA, I am very very familiar with the Colonel's spices; the Colonel has never authorized this blend. Second, the fried coating was not stuck to the chicken, the wing and leg were kind of floating around in that salty sack. Third the fries were a bit soggy and didn't seem freshly cooked. One of our boys got a chicken sandwich. He didn't like it so I tried to eat it. I realize this is subjective; but I don't like a flaccid slab of hash browns on my "burger". I also didn't like the sauce. Finally, the staff were VERY nice and polite. That was the one positive.

Absolutely ridiculous- my daughter was in the restaurant for 1 hr 25 mins and has been sent a parking fine for £90 - what a joke! I will never use nor will my daughter, KFC again.

Worst experience in any 'fast food ' ever... I went today with my daughter and grandchildren for a quick bite....This is anything but fast food the wait in an almost empty "restaurant " was 25 minutes....My daughter keyed In the order and specified no sauce on the children's burgers.. We also ordered food and a tea and a black coffee....Order came sauce on the burgers and the milk in the tea....We had to go back up and rectify the mistake.....Chips were cold and soggy...The kids meal offers a chocolate ice cream which they went up for....Surprise Surprise there was no chocolate icecream...However they received a plain vanilla....I cleaned our table when I arrived as it had not been cleaned from the previous diners....I bring wipes in my handbag but don't expect to clean tables......Whoever owns this establishment needs to take heed to reviews...People ordering from Just Eat would to visit to see the disarray this place is in.....I often get food from the drive thru but never again....

Absolutely awful ! Got delivery and the food was disgusting. The chicken tasted like rubber - literally couldn’t eat it. Meals had an additional charge online than they would if you went and bought them normally. Also missing stuff from the order… Will never be back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - This is the WORST fast food shop in Derry and i would be surprised in the whole of Ireland. Expecting to get food as a walk in customer after 6pm is totally impossible. Seems like they value their Deliveroo/Just Eat and Drive Through customers (slightly better after reading the other reviews). Its certainly not Fast Food. At least 4 times in the past month I've been told they;re closed and its only Drive Through - USELESS when you're on foot. WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN, WILL ACTUALLY DRIVE TO LETTERKENNY IF I EVER WANT A KFC AGAIN

The floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned all day. All the tables were dirty and there were spills on the floor. Chips squashed into the floor

I ordered for delivery through uber eats and I lost money and they don't delivered it.my humble request to everyone this is the second time. Don't go and waste your money and time with kfc in derry.i went to their shop and ask about the status and the duty staff behave me very badly

No clean tables in the place which the staff refused to clean even when asked. Both bins overflowing. No spoons for ice creams. Food was OK but not great. #DoBetter

Went here with family. The state of the place is unbelievable. You literally have to clean your own table. The floors were in an awful state and the bathroom was disgusting. I would hate to see the food prep area when the front of house is this bad. It’s the first restaurant I ever dreamed of calling the Environment Health on.

The order was wrong yet again that's three times now it was cold to I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone..... The restaurant it's self is dirty and the staff look very unhappy.

If I could rate negative, I would. Sat. 8/20/22 about 6PM Have to order at drive through. Waited 50 minutes for food! The order was wrong! Got someone else's order and bucket was short two pieces. Sides of cole slaw were not the size they should have been, they were small size, half full and water. This location is a complete disaster. They should close the location instead of running so poorly. As we left a wave of customers were leaving the cars going into the location and were in heated discussions with the little staff that was there. This was waste of $45. Grade F-.

I visited this KFC branch for a family meal today.Upon entry to this restaurant it became clear all tables were unclean with sauce on the walls and wooden chairs containing food and grease ingrained In-between the spindles on the backs of the chairs.I visited the toilet which smelt strongly of urine and the floor was greasy with unclean walls.I approached the manager (Sonia) to raise my concerns and she said they had been extremely busy.I explained the whole restaurant required a deep clean and that it was simply disgusting and that I would be reporting this!!!

Shocking, disgusting, unhygienic, careless and really just disrespectful. Those are really just some of the words that jump to mind having visited this restaurant. From the windows, to the floors, the tables, the toilets and heaven forbid the kitchen, there is just a severe lack of cleanliness in this restaurant. As I write this review, had I not been visiting with 2 kids who were looking forward to choosing which takeaway they'd like, I dare say I'd have cancelled my order and left. There really isn't any excuse for the extremely poor standards displayed here. This location was recently refurbished, you'd think a sense of pride and customer service would have followed. I'm not angry, I just feel disappointed and let down by the lack of respect for customers displayed. What more can I say, ive just watched a customer (elderly lady) asking for a cloth snd some spray to clean her own table, she was actually given it and allowed to go ahead. A worker then arrived beside us, half wiped a table, crumbs and dirt onto the floor and left, prob would've been better getting the cloth and doing it myself. Raised the points with KFC, they sent me a £6 voucher and said the manager would be notified. If the manager can't see what's in front of them, they won't care when someone points it out. This is a staffing, training and company problem. The staff would rather have been elsewhere or so it seemed. Keep the voucher, I'd rather eat from the bins at McDonalds.

I buy kfc regular this has been the second time in a month that I have received very poor quality over dried chicken reheated chips also two pieces of chicken on a 3pc meal was all bone with very little chk one a wing that was smaller than a nugget buy pass and go else where very poor value only writing has as they will not answer as I have tried to phone them several times

-10 this establishment is disgraceful and disappointing tonight I ordered a ten piece which should have been 10 pieces chicken two large fries and one large gravy. After delivery we received 6 pieces of chicken one fry and was charged 22.50. I’ll will never return here again and will make it my business to highlight the the difference between a good establishment and a bad one . WORD OF MOUTH …….. NOT HAPPY

Got 2 kids meals and 2 adults meals. Payed 30 pounds . Absolute rip off of a restaurant. I will never eat here again . My 4 piece had 3 tiny bits of chicken in it . Chips were full of grease. 0 stars

I purchased 2 buckets of chicken from this shop Tuesday 18/02/20. I was told the Fresh Batch would be ready in 12 mins I said OK . The Chicken was greasy, the coating dark. Do they ever change the Cooking Oil?? Doesn't look like it. Acrid tasting. I did ring the store several times to complain. No one picked up. If this was the Fresh Batch I wouldn't like to purchase it if it was sitting in Hot Holding for any length of time. See photos of chicken and amount of grease in bucketsNot a positive experience. Terrible. Went threw drive threw girl that severed us was a joke you would get more manners of a rat eating a dead horses hole. Supposed to be large side of gravy couldn’t even do that right. Food was also freezing. Place is a disgrace avoid.

My husband went to this KFC for our Saturday night takeaway. He ordered a big daddy meal and this was the burger! No hash brown, lettuce or bacon! Now this was a 10 mile round trip to our home, so I rang to complain and was given the excuse that they were very busy! The rude female staff member proceeded to tell me that if I didn't stop being cheeky then i would get nothing! I asked to speak to the manager to be told, they wouldn't be available till the next day. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and i certainly won't be returning anytime soon!

Went on Sunday 19th May, the floors and toilets were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The food was dried out and tasteless, but above all the staff didn’t even want to be there and the lack pride taken in their work was depressing to see. We will never be back.

Very good food for fast take away served by friendly guy. Clean surroundings but background music was a bit loud. Good value.

Fui a conducir, y al regresar a casa, no podía creer lo que se había dado para el banquete de la fiesta familiar. El pollo estaba seco y duro y de color oscuro y las patatas fritas eran asquerosas. Tan pronto como tomé la tapa del cubo, supe que no era bueno, entonces, ¿cómo puede el personal no ver esto antes de dárselo a los clientes? No podíamos comer esto y era solo un desperdicio de dinero. La gerencia y el personal deben analizar seriamente cuánto tiempo se está quedando fuera la comida, ya que el pollo se secó como si se hubiera cocinado mucho antes de que lo recibiéramos. ¡No volvería y creo que los estándares y la calidad tienen que mejorar MUCHO TIEMPO! ! ! !

AsquerosoYo y mis dos hijos fuimos aquí para un bocado rápido ya que estábamos hambrientos. Desde el principio, las cosas no fueron muy buenas, muy pocos miembros del personal no parecían particularmente como si quisieran estar allí y se mostraban en su servicio al cliente extremadamente lento para tomar pedidos y atenderlos, aunque por qué cuando el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío. El pollo en la mía y uno de mis hijos envolturas eran extremadamente secos y muy duros, eso es lo que en realidad era el pollo pequeño en la envoltura que parecían abultarlo con tomates y salsa. El pollo con palomitas de maíz de mi otro hijo también estaba muy recocido y todos nuestros chips estaban quemados, pero de alguna manera estaban fríos. Las bebidas estaban extremadamente aguadas, con un vago guiño al sabor real de Club y Pepsi. Los lados de salsa que pedimos estaban tibios. El piso estaba absolutamente sucio, las mesas no eran mucho mejores. Comparado con McDonald's, un poco más abajo en la misma calle que estaba llena, pero aún así conseguí dar una experiencia de cinco estrellas, entiendo completamente por qué no había nadie en este KFC ya que nada era bueno: el servicio, la comida o la limpieza.

Amazing food loved it the taste was out of this world can't wait to visit again been a great experience my friend suggested we go there to try the food as we love chicken service was brilliant and was fast and was tasty I can't wait to come back soon

Visito este KFC varias veces al año y, en el mejor de los casos, solo es mediocre.

Standard of food shown in the photo, looks like someone found it under the mechines and served it to me, worse than the props from the walking dead won't be back more like some thing that survived the hiroshima bombing.

Really impressed with this place I must say. Excellent staff, espically a young lad called Nathan who was of great help and made the ordering process a load of fun.

Pasamos al autoservicio porque pensamos que seria una opción rápida, sin embargo, la bocina no funcionaba entonces tenias que avanzar hasta la ventanilla para hacer el pedido y luego esperar a que te lo entregara, solo había 3 carros adelante de nosotros y se tardaron al rededor de 10 minutos en atendernos.

I just popped in to get a quick bite to eat. Simply wanted a chicken burger and fries. The fries were cold and the burger was absolutely disgusting. So disappointed with the service also. Very rude staff.

Hmmmm what can i say it is what it is,staff were efficient in serving us but the surroundings left a lot to be desired,dirty sticky tables,rubbish on the floors which look like theyve never seen warm soapy water or a mop,sorry but i can't recommend here ill not be back

1st time bk in months and some things never change!! Staff so uninterested due to slave like working conditions so the product is bad which means brand name suffers!!!! 3 piece variety meal had 2 pieces of which 1 was a disgusting mini leg and the other a 2 bite breast!!!!! Also changed all drinks to the cheapest on the market. Why management try to cut corners on quality is beyond me but mc Donald's wud beat this 100 times out of a 100 which is a disaster when I prefer chicken.......

My partner ate out of kfc last night on the strand road and was vommiting for several hours afterwards. My mother and I ate out of this place three weeks previous and we suffered serve food poisoning symptoms after consuming the food. In my opinion its very concerning for public health.

went today as a treat for my grandson what a disaster the floor and tables were disgusting chips were freezing had to send back the chicken as it was freezing was made to feel that the meal was cold because we had had it for a while we had only just got it to the table never again would we go to this kfc no wonder its always empty

Sat in with my husband and 2 kids. Service slow, dirty floors, disgusting sticky tables, and the food was stale and horrible. Female toilets where overflowing with human waste, and the bathroom floor resembled this. I mentioned to staff, who where not interested. I contacted the kfc head office who sent me a free voucher for a chicken tower meal as an apology! I don't think so kfc! I will never be back. The place needs closed down by the food standards agency! Downright revolting! Wipe your feet leaving the place!

Visitamos este KFC muchas veces, primera vez ya hechos recientemente. La comida era muy buena tenía la comida fuerte río único problema fue que era muy lento el servicio, si ocupados necesita el segundo hasta en uso. Lugar parece bueno ya que las reformas podría haber hecho con cómodos asientos, pero se ve mucho mejor. El único inconveniente es la higiene como siempre aclaro mesas podía hacer con alguien empleado como una mesa clara como McDonald's, que haría una gran mejora. Aparte de eso, no estaba mal podía hacer con mejoras, pero siempre ha sido así.

Mi esposa y yo llamamos en un bocado para comer, nunca estaba harto del lugar porque de visitas anteriores. Sólo había otro cliente con un par de niños pequeños en las instalaciones. Se ha hecho pero parece barato, sirve comida y sólo pudo encontrar una mesa que estaba limpia cada uno de los otros estaba sucio y también pude ver que el piso también estaba sucia. Fuimos al baño para lavarse las manos y una vez más, esto es una vergüenza. Supongo que debería haber dibujado a la atención de la supervisora, pero si él o ella no podía ver el estado del lugar, sólo otoño en saco roto. La comida era simplemente bien las fichas de aspecto y sabor como si hubieran sido re climatizada. Nunca comer en este lugar de nuevo. Alguien debe tomar seriamente en el estado del lugar probablemente explica por qué estaba vacío.

Este lugar no es muy buena en todo. Toda la experiencia de principio a fin es siempre mucho más de lo que vale la pena sin complicaciones. Para comenzar con el servicio la falta personal en habilidades básicas de atención al cliente y habilidades de preparación de alimentos. En la zona de desgaste personal cocina capucha tops que no son de manera aceptable tanto para la salud y seguridad y las normas de seguridad alimentaria. Este me pone fuera de inmediato.

Totally avoid this hole the staff are rude and the food is well below standard of any kentucky i have ever visited we had to take my four year old to nearby sainsburys to use toilet because the seats were covered in urine and the floors were filthy i am going to kentucky website to make a serious complaint about this place because it it is not fit to call itself a kentucky restaurant.

21.3.16A blonde lady served me and a passenger tonight at kfc drive through at around quarter to 10 she took our order and did not state price or order back to us(that was fine didn't mind trusted her) then after 15 mins of waiting and multiple cars waiting behind she handed us the order while we waited for drinks my passenger realised she only had popcorn and not the chicken burger she ordered and paid for to begin with when we told the lady she said no I clearly heard you say popcorn chicken meal when me and my passenger clearly heard my passenger say chicken fillet burger meal ? Then to stare at us expecting us to leave so I then asked for a chicken burger since that is what my passenger ordered and then she said fine that's 3 pound something ! She was sour and not pleasant at all, I normally go to mc Donald's and I decided to try kfc tonight and I'll not be back ( terrible rotten service their staff need retrained or sacked) !!!

Food is rubbish? Service is rubbish and dinning area is filthy. You don't expect much from a fast food restaurant but you should expect a little more than this!!

The best thing about KFC is definitely KFC krushems. I find the chicken very greasy however this is just a matter of opinion. KFC is in a great location along side the river foyle.

Whilst visiting this establishment my boyfriend and I were met with many disappointments, firstly the staff have zero customer service, the restaurant was absolutely filthy old food and used napkins scattered around the floor, plenty of staff were on although there wasn't that many customers which fuelled my amazement even further as to why the place was so dirty.. Perhaps just lazy staff!! An unpleasant experience and would question weather id waste my money visiting again for such poor service

Was over less than an hour ago in the drive thru with my partner and autistic brother trying to order my brother a meal. Pulled up to the speaker box and tried to order when a horrible sound started to repetitively come through, near enough deafening the three of us. I could see from the car window that the staff member with the headset on was experiencing the same sound as we were, so we decided to wait and order at the window.When we pulled up to order, we were refused service and accused of causing the sound from the speaker. The staff member told use to go to McDonald's as we wouldn't be served by her. My partner went in store and confronted the staff, where he was further accused of creating the noise and made out to be a liar whilst trying to again order my autistic brother his dinner.We left and went to McDonald's where the customer service was far better. I'd advise against going anywhere near this disgraceful establishment. I am also registering a complaint with the company myself.

Visited KFC on Strand road with my husband. Husband ordered while I choose between 2 dirty highchairs for the baby. Floors and tables were dirty and sticky. Food just warm and greasy. Both hubby and myself felt very nauseous a few hours later. We both have upset tummys today again. We will never go back and we're so glad we didn't have the other 2 kids with us.

have visited KFC strand rd Derry several times . Staff average but this last 12 months exactly the door is ajar and the coldest breeze comes in it and never seems to get fixed .

The staff are like something you would see running the street at night looking for money to get there next bag of monkey maddness and the food was that bad I wouldn't let a child from a 3rd world country eat in the place ..........

Went in here last nite to order food as the drive through is the slowest one ever. Ordered a big daddy meal with no salad (which I stated twice) to ensure there was none put on, ordered beans as the side and another meal .. Our food took ages to come, one of the girls just walked past and through the beans in the box while still moving she didn't even stop to look what way they landed in the box.. The place was filthy so we decided it would be safer to eat in the car. When we opened our food in the car the two burgers were through together the stuff was falling out of then and the big daddy burger which I asked twice for no salad had more salad in it than anything else, the beans which were through into the box had spilled over the box and they were out of date the day before.. The staff have no pride in their job what's so ever, they have no manners, they are slow and lazy and don't listen to what the customer asks for, the place is dirty all the time. These staff need a proper manager and training or the place needs shut down, it's the worst KFC I've ever been in!!!

The girl at the drive through was one of the most ignorant people I have ever met! looked down and sneered at me maybe because of my accent? Will not go to this KFC again will go to the waterside.

KFC is KFC!!! What more can say. I love the chicken when I am in the mood and it is good for handy pig out. This KFC seems not to be run very well. The couple of times that I was in it seems ot be a bit messy to get an order in and the the staff where not that welcoming (even for a fast food).

I went there last year and I got to say this KFC has got to be the worst in the world! The food tastes nothing like typical KFC I felt sick after eating there. The half an hour drive to Letterkenny is worth having a decent meal.

You know it isn't healthy, but occasionally nothing else will do. And when you really want to put the brown rice away and have some fried chicken, then you'd assume KFC (the most prolific high street brand) is the place to go. Normally KFC is usually quite decent, but not this one. The staff are unhelpful cretins and the level of hygiene is disgraceful. It should be closed down immediately.

Really bad food, staff uninterested.. you have to wait forever... god knows how it stays open. I have givin up trying it cause everytime I eat there I feel sick after. The staff do not want to work there and the mess around it is off putting.

This is the third time ive visited these premises and in believing in giving it another chance i made a mistake for the third time.The service is...sorry cant use that word in my head...awful,the toilets are a disgrace and the service is absolutely so negative its shocking.So as from my review i will never visit this place again...what a waste of money and time.
