KFC in North Down

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

service was good food was good gutted they had no hashbrown's for the burger ,they ran out of straws.. the toilet wasn't the best looked like a bowing 747 landed on the back of the toilet 😑

Went in for a takeaway paid for extra chicken they didn't put in the the bag, i feel ripped off and no one every answers the phone, food was good just badly managed.

Drive through was closed for some reason, so indoors was packed. The ordering screens weren't working either, so the queue was out the door! Waited 45 minutes for food (in a fast food restaurant!!😂), at no point were we told there was a delay on food as they had no chicken on the bone! Why no chicken! It's KFC!!!!! No tables were cleaned in all the time we were there. Absolutely no organisation, no management, no customer service, no skills shown at all. Shocking experience, won't be going again and wouldn't recommend at all

What can I say….. Just awful in every way, soggy luke warm dripping in oil chicken and tepid mushy “fries”. The only thing edible were the crispy (due to being as dry as the gobi desert) hot chicken wings. Gotta admit the Pepsi max was fine. Why and how does this chain still exist, on a good day in a good restaurant KFC is just alright but this one is damn right shocking. Happily for my doctor this was a very low carb and calorie lunch as 95% of it ended up in the bin.

Hadn't been here for a long time because we had become tired of poor quality burgers, cold food or incorrect orders with missing items but fancied fried chicken so decided to give it another go. Well nothing has changed !! Ordered a Tower burger box meal and Box meal for one via the app for collection at the drive thru. My mistake was not checking all items whilst still at the drive thru because back at home we found no fries with either meal and the tower burger contained a dried up chicken fillet with barely any dressing !! About the only thing that was edible were the chicken pieces. They really need to get their act together here or just stick to chicken pieces !!! There won't be a return order from us. 😠😠😠

Not only did I get home to find they gave me wrong burgers and forgot the one piece of chicken in the box meal but what we did receive was stone cold and totally inedible.

For many years now I've wished Bangor's KFC was better. It just isnt. Newtowards appears slightly better. Hard to say, dependant on staff coming / going. Certainly always felt the place could do with a tidyup on the floor/toilets . The skin just doesnt hang onto the chicken. But its quick enough, chips ok, daughter likes the 'lumps' in the gravy..hummm. But that was only a few times, when ive had it appears mixed well enough etc With no proper burgerking in bangor, and a kfc i tend to think twice about...just wish be done up a bit etc.. lacking.. but hard to really judge.

I really felt sorry for the staff they where short staffed and one customer decided to take this out on the young lad serving. I'm normally a laid back person but had to but in he was out of order the poor lad in his early twenties got all the abuse he could give I had to remind him maybe he was one pay check from being homeless might of lost his mum there is no excuse for rudness the chicken was lovely we had travelled 125 miles Hungary and tired but staff was brilliant carry on your doing a wonderful job x

Located close to Tescos supermarket on the edge of Bangor just off the A55 duel carriage. The food is the traditional KFC standard the only negative is they don’t do hot drinks. Are food was flavoursome and tasty , ordering is simple and plenty of places to sit.

After an absence of around 10 years, the grandsons decided they would like a KFC. First time was before Christmas, the next (and last) was today. Ordered on the app both times and prepaid both times. Both times the order wasn't ready and at first couldn't find it. Chips were cold. The two female Staff I dealt with were quite friendly and polite, which was nice. Good staff don't compensate for poor food and an app that doesn't seem to work. Won't be back.

Collected two, two piece original recipe meals with gravy instead of drinks this evening. The food from this KFC is usually good as is the flavour of the gravy, however, our food tonight was well below the normal standard. The chicken didn’t seem fresh, was stringy and lacked flavour whilst the gravy was bland, quite tasteless and a disappointment. Based on this experience it might be some time before we use this KFC again, if ever.

Third time this has happened manger argued that staff packed it! We get our family a wee treat every now and again (family bargain bucket) me and my husband love the chicken on the bone kids can’t stand it. One loves popcorn chicken one fillets! This is now the third time we have no received the fillets all 8 off them and popcorn chicken!! When we called management he argued that a staff member packed it! And there was no way we could come and collect it even though we got a delivery but kids were so hungry I was willing to drive down. Rudeness and unprofessionalism from the management were appallingly

We've been going here since lockdown and after looking over incomplete and wrong orders and cold food we have decided last night was the final straw and we will never go back. The order was wrong as usual, the food cold, the staff were too busy having a laugh and the chicken size portions were pathetic. I've seen bigger thighs on budgies! There are other venues in the area far more worthy of our money. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

I just wonder what the management are thinking when interviewing theses people. Complete muppets who cannot process the simplist of orders

4times in a row, I order the same meal with the same sides and condiments. I confirm with the teller on the drive through I go, I pay, I go home to discover no condiments in my bag yet again. The food is ok and I like the chicken but the staff really need to check what’s ordered an what’s going in the bag. As some dips are charged depending on your order they are ripping me off through negligence so maybe a wee note to Trading Standards will help them in the right direction. Not happy.

So after prompt service at the speaker, we made our way round to receive our food. We payed the amount then received the bag containing what was meant to be our food. Realised on holding that it was to light to be our order so after waiting handed it back to the guy on duty. He had realised his error and handed us our supposed order, now in a bigger bag and so we left. Open reaching home we realised it was a bigger order yet it wasn’t ours AGAIN, so returned to the drive through and got it fixed. Chips were cold and no compensation such as free burger or whatever was thrown in to sweeten the error.

Just used kfc drive Thro, got home and more than half the order is missing, should have known better when service was prompt that there would have been something else wrong, how can McDonald’s do a drive Thro that works but kfc can’t?????

I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked, I don't know if it was the manager or just a worker, but he gave me a large coke to drink while i waited,he stated I would get the meal soon so I did not mind the delay.

Omg.... Wot can I saySuch a difference in this place. Order taken super quick and food given over also super quick. I would have avoided this place like the plague but now find myself actually recommending it to my friends. Don't know what has happened but my god..... Keep it up. Well done KFC bangor

We called in for a quick bite and drinks. Nice place but staff really poor. Several mistakes in our simple order for two people ! Worst aspect was cleanliness, all tables dirty, covered in discarded food and wrapping, we had to clear and wipe our own table. Staff completely oblivious even though it was not busy.

Went in at 8.30 pm they had over half the seating area closed off,3 tables were available tables were disgusting asked for them to be cleaned and was told I had to wait until he got the orders out he was asked by other customers as well....food was cold chips were green never again will I go there again

I don't go very often to KFC. But went this week and def will not be back. I always remember KFC having a lovely soft rich bstter. But each piece had crusty hard batter. Some pieces had cold chicken in the centre and tasted wet. Really inedible. Sitting in my car waiting, the place look dark and dingey. The window staff member had previously been out the back smoking and really wasn't very tidy. His attitude was poor. All in all, a learning point for the future. Avoid this outlet.

About 9.30pm the place was quiet on a Sunday night.I used my app for free 4 hot wings free gift. I ordered a 2 piece original meal and a portion of coleslaw.Everything was fine. Yes sometimes there are new staff and slow service but this time bravo for all.Recommended.

Not enough staff. Knowledge of staff not great. Order came wrong. Not a great experience. Restaurant itself clean and tidy, toilet facilities also clean and tidy. Fingers crossed issues are sorted.

I've been here a few times hoping they pick up the speed but no they are the slowest Fast Food place I've ever been. Food is always good as KFC does but just not in a hurry.

I only wanted a coffee to go, it took nearly 10 minutes to get it! Lots of staff, nobody doing much. Wrong orders being sent out, one till operating, no common sense being displayed.

I walked down with the kids on a Saturday night to get a nice treat of ice cream sundaes. After waiting an age to get served (10 to 15 mins), I was told that the ice cream machine was not working. Not wanting to disappoint, I went for the Krushem instead as they seemed nice; a frozen treat coming in different flavours.All I can say is that they were absolutely disgusting, and looked nothing like their picture. What was meant to be a frozen yoghurt type of desert came out as something like water/milk combined with ice and a sachet of something. It cost me £4.98 for 3 but I wasn't going to wait another 15 minutes to complain.So off we went to the nearby Sainsbury's, with the kids in tears, and bought Dairy Milk ice creams.KFC Bangor is nothing short of disgraceful. Not only was the frozen "thing" disgusting, the queues rediculously long but the toilet was also in a disgraceful state. I won't be back.

Place needs a good deep clean floors and windows dirty. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned. No straws given with drinks and very little salt. Will not be back

Bought a big box of chicken and chips, the box was huge but when I opened it there was barely any chicken in it and their chips taste awful and soggy. Very poor, I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 as the chicken was tasty.

I was here with my dad on day and oh my what a disgrace. Filthy restaurant, flithy tables outside, cocky staff one who was smirking away while taking people's orders! The food is ok, but I have tasted way better KFCs than this one. Very small car park and very small drive through. I would hate to see the,mom a really busy day. Please avoid at all costs. I'm surprised they haven't been checked for hygiene and cleanliness as it is rotten!

Went through the drive thru on sun night, we were told they had run out of chips! Went ahead and got 4 pieces of chicken, gravy and chicken burger. The chicken was so dry and over cooked we could not eat it, gravy was tasteless burger was the same.

Each time I try here there is always a queue and this is just because the staff seem unable to be able to multitask. They take one order and see it through -they cannot sort any other order until that one is fulfilled. In short prepare yourself for a very long wait!

Yo estaba llevando a mi bebé de 4 antiguo y no había nadie en la cola para pedir en frente de mí. También había nadie detrás del mostrador para servir - a un tipo gruñón que buscan tratar de poner órdenes.El cliente junto a mí dijo que había estado esperando 15 minutos, otras dos chicas esperando 30 minutos. Les gustaría salir de ketchup y maíz dulce.Había muy poca comida en el empelado - parecían estar haciendo una porción de patatas fritas en un momento.El hombre junto a mí al final y obviamente disgustados con sirve el servicio. El miembro del personal establecer su orden sin tanto como la recaudación de su cabeza - no gracias no disculpa por la espera abismal. Service is slow,the staff look very unhappy,tables uncleared. Everytime we visit it seems understaffed.The food is sometimes ok.There never seems to be any managers around. A very depressing feel to the place.Its not a kfc like the others i have visited.

Alguien de KFC me gustaría comentar en este y explicar lo que significa la frase 'comida rápida'? Llevé a mi hija a Bangor KFC. Llegamos a las 2:00 pm. Ahora es 2:20 y todavía no han tomado la orden el lugar no es tan lleno, quizás unos 30 - 40 personas, pero sólo hay un hombre que sirve, simplemente no tiene ningún sentido para mí. Ellos pasaron todo ese dinero renovando el lugar, pero casi nadie está comiendo. Quizás si tenían más personal, podrían servir a más personas y que podían hacer más dinero. Ahora hay 6 personas más en la cola detrás de mi hija. Quizás si la gente a boicotear a Bangor, KFC les gustaría cerrarlo. o que podrían tomar acciones para mejorar el servicio. . .

He tenido problemas con este respecto a pedidos KFC equivocado, pedidos de no estar lo solicitado, no lo suficientemente pollo etc, etc.Esperamos 15 minutos en el coche por ser dijeron que tuvieran pollo y será otro 20 minutos de espera. Créeme, no es la primera, segunda o tercera vez!Me refiero a qué tipo de negocios es un código?Ridículo, Kentucky Fried Chicken sin pollo, sólo en Irlanda del Norte.

Me decidí a visitar KFC ya que estaba abriendo así que me imagino que fue uno de los primeros clientes. Esta crítica no es sobre la comida, porque eso es un capítulo entero otros Durante mi comida decidí usar su retrete, y ojalá no lo había hecho. Es un wc muy pequeño, bastante, pero que seguramente significa que debe tomar la mitad del tiempo para limpiar. Pero no es así. Me miró hacia la taza del váter y VI Desperdicios de alguien untado por el váter. La planta del inodoro estaba mojado, me imagino que con la orina, y el lavabo no la habían limpiado. 11:00 hubiera sido un viernes por la noche con gente borracha y salida, tengo entendido, pero a primera hora de la mañana? He dado en mucho tiempo desde quejándose directamente a KFC porque tienes ignorado. Sin duda, mi última vez ir de aquí, me he dado oportunidad tras oportunidad, pero no más.

Disgusting! Avoid at all costs! Visited this evening with my son and daughter and I will never be back again! The restaurant is filthy. Plenty of staff standing chatting, no one cleaning, and the guy on the till was taking and completing one order at a time! 14 minutes for two meals, both of which were not as ordered.....Food on seats, piles of food and rubbish on the floor, and toilets so disgusting we couldn't use them. Upon seeing the parts of the restaurant open to the public, I am seriously concerned about kitchen hygiene. I will be contacting head office and environmental health about this place.

I ordered a meal on a Saturday afternoon to carry out. First of all there were 6 people in front of me who had ordered waiting for their food. I asked if it was possible to have a little extra sauce on the Fillet burger, to which the staff member replied "We're too busy".While waiting the 14.5 minutes it took to make a Fillet burger meal I noticed a long cobweb hanging from a light fitting above the counter with a DEAD FLY hanging on the end.When I eventually received my order I mentioned that it was early for Halloween decorations, and pointed out the dead fly/cobweb, remarking that it didn't instill any confidence in the hygiene standards. The Staff member just brushed me off with a dirty look.When I tried to eat my meal I found that:A) The 7UP Free was just carbonated water - No ConcentrateB) The box contained a Gravy which I didn't orderC) The Coleslaw came with no spoon/fork - How do you eat it?Overall no enjoyment in this experience whatsoever

No he estado en un KFC por un largo tiempo (probablemente 20 años o más), así que pensé que podría deleitarse con un poco de nostalgia. Gran error. Me dieron 5 trozos de pollo (no recuerdo lo que te llame la oferta) patatas fritas y salsa. Las patatas fritas estaban secos el aceite era el pollo, pero el goteo fuera de la salsa era agradable. Para rematar el personal eran claramente más funcionaba así que parecía un poco indiferente. No creo que vuelva incluso en otro de 30 años.

Went into KFC in Bangor south Circular road with my wife to get kids there dinner- on entering the premises the whole floor area was covered in dirt and grease iv never seen anything like it before and 1 person sitting eating and no one cleaning anything , once we got are food it was freezing cold two , this place is not fit for anyone to eat in and the manager needs sacked in my opinion , just to top it off 3 were out side smoking and listening to rave music on there phone , i suggest anyone to stay away from this KFC as its the worst one iv ever been two ,

Fuimos para una coma con la familia a corto plazo. Como ya veces cuando ya no te apetece cocinar sólo para lamento de nuevo, al llegar nos dijeron que había sólo 6 piezas de pollo a la izquierda y si queríamos el cubo ganga que tendríamos que esperar 20 minutos.Así que accedimos a esperar, que luego se nos dio un cubo de pollo, entrar en el espacio de aparcamiento y descubrir a sólo 6 piezas, cuando pagamos por el 10 piezas, ninguna mención de dinero, también a escuchar lo que dice, luego otra espera finalmente conseguimos la cantidad correcta. Que fue entregado sin knapkins, me refiero a que estás comiendo pollo... se nos grasienta limpie las camisas.Así que en general.Servicio pobre unatentive,cerebral, personal (sin duda relacionada con la droga, la mirarán desconcertados cantan de malezas y Diazapan)Director es totalmente culpa. Gestión de negocios pobre proviene de.Vaya a su propio riesgo.

Caminamos lejos de KFC con algo que pareciera disentería. Tuve diarrea explosiva que salieron como agua oxidada. Comparado con otros kfc en ni en los que he estado este totalmente es una mierda. Demasiada grasa y el personal tienen muchos pobres muuuuucho tatuajes de calidad.

Sit in or take away. Either way it will make you fat. Tasty chicken from a proven recipie. Hard to resist.

Called into this kfc for about my 4th time now only because it was very bad wether, first couple of times went in and had wat they call a meal it was disgusting undercooked and overcooked rubbish, tonight I thought I'd try it again after months hoping it would have cleaned up its act (literally) but no went to the drive through and ordered a wicked zinger box and the 4 chicken strips with 2 dips meal, got home to find 1 small bag of soggy fries, a mini filet burger a mall piece of chicken (not hotwings) and 4 chicken strips, this will be the very last time I waste my money on a filthy place like this I actually feel sick. How on earth this place is still on the map is beyond me. Avoid at all costs, cheeky customer service also

Llamado en 6,45 pm. Restaurante No hay demasiada gente pero un montón de gente esperando a sus pedidos, cola volver en coche a través de la carretera. lamentable, sucio, mesas de apareces.6,45 pm no es tarde pero no había pollo deshuesada, excepto los lados salsa, sin bebidas excepto Sprite y no Krushems. Esta es una ocurrencia regular en este KFC en particular.Sólo que es el único KFC en Bangor no estar cerca, pero mi hijo quería para su té. La comida estaba bien cuando llegó 30 minutos más tarde que era pero patatas fritas eran frías.Terrible lugar

I often make the mistake of going here for convenience, don't fall into this trap. Tables are never clean, the creatures making the food are always sneezing and coughing. Not their fault just poorly trained and not managed. Better off driving to Ards or Ballyhack.

Mi pedido en el a través de en coche estaba equivocado - me dieron a menos de lo que pagué, las patatas fritas estaban fríos y no tuve un recibo, así que no puedo dejar comentarios sobre el sitio de KFC. No vi mi pedido antes de salir. Me hubiese gustado registrarnos en Trip Advisor - me hubiera ido a otro lado y yo no tengo intención de volver.

KFC is my favourite food and I've been to Kentucky's all over Northern Ireland, England and USA, but unfortunately this franchise disappoints every time I go. The chicken is so dry its hard to stomach, the buns going stale, when you get home from the drive thru you have something missing usually chips or straws and the coke is never ever set up right, it either has not enough flavour or too much flavour and to much gas. I will no longer go to this KFC, just feed up with the disappointment every time.

Friday lunch time and chaos in kfc, dirty floors, tables, windows and chairs, rude staff cold food. It takes at least 10 minutes to place your order, 20 minutes for it to be ready and another 20 minutes to get your food replaced because it's cold and the order is wrong. On this occasion a disabled man in a motorized wheelchair arrived, the staff were downright rude to him an he asked for a boxed meal and a coffee in his thermos, his order was wrong and after shouting for help staff replaced his meal and set his order at the back of the counter where he could not reach it! I told staff they should be ashamed of themselves, requested a refund and left. I have telephoned kfc customer services but they just don't care, I will never ever eat kfc again, I work too hard for my money to spend it in a disgusting hovel like kfc! SHAME ON YOU!

I have to stay this store in Bangor is horrible, I have been going there for years for a Friday treat for the family, I really don't know why I kept going back as the food was greasy, the chicken was tiny and the chips were always cold. Another mager gripe about this place they always get the order wrong but you don't know unto you get home and putting the meals on plates, it got to a point I pulled into a parking space and checked the order, many a time I had to go back into the store as there was quite a few things missing. I have decided not to go back, I think I gave them enough chances...

Si tienes hambre, en coche detrás KFC y en Sanisburys. ¡Compre por usted mismo algo ... ¡será mejor que Kentucky Fried Chicken. mucha pasta y poco gallina. Patatas fritas eran frías. Personal los adelantos domóticos habituales. Llevábamos casa antes de que nos comimos (en el caso de que te preguntan, casi no lo suficientemente lejos para las patatas fritas para conseguir frío) de lo contrario me hubiera llevado la vuelta.

Absolutely horrible. Ran out of chips... Staff are useless and can barely string a sentence together. I would really love to know the criteria to get a job at KFC. Everyone is thick. How hard is it to put chicken in a box.

Se llama aquí con amigos para comer. Sólo puedo decir, la comida era ordenados que no me habría alojado. Todo el lugar estaba sucio, comida en el suelo, marcas como huellas de manos todo sobre las ventanas y cada mesa estaba sucia. De hecho me sentí sucia dejar este lugar. Era tan malo que el servicio de atención al cliente de KFC conscientes del estado de este lugar. No estoy seguro de que volveré.

Llamé como una solicitud para mis hijos y me sorprendió lo malo que era. El lugar estaba sucio, el personal en el mostrador aburrido, letargo y obviamente no podía importarle menos (aunque yo no vi una mujer más atrás con un audífono que estaba trabajando rotundamente). Varias cosas en el menú no disponible.

He probado varios platos del menú y el servicio siempre es rápido y cortés, la comida es siempre correcto, en diez años han logrado sólo un error cuando ... Como esta sucursal de Kentucky Fried Chicken es el único en Bangor con un drive-thru (KFC también en buque insignia Centro) mi marido y yo hemos estado usando durante años. Sólo elegimos este para un bocado rápido como quería probar la nueva terraza rodeada de BLT ... el producto estaba bien, la zona de comedor estaba sucio, una propina absoluta. Sucio, mesas de apareces, pegajosas sillas, usadas servilletas de papel pegada al suelo unmopped. Hicimos nuestra comida y comimos en la parte trasera del coche. KFC he ido justo bajando la colina durante los últimos años, esto sin duda viola las normas de salud? El Kentucky Fried Chicken en Connswater es la única salida que me podía describir como ser peor.

Vine aquí el domingo por la noche con mi pareja para comer un bocado después de un largo día! Fuimos a las 9 pm y no tenían pollo! Puede también tomar la C de KFC! My word i have never witnessed an operation like this from having chicken ready in 20 min just after tea time to staff that dont want to be there.and they really need to look at there hygiene half the inside eatery stinking with à dirty mop leaning against one of the tables.needless to say we turned and walked straight back out management need to look at thereselves

My friend and I went to KFC at 9:00pm and they had NO CHICKEN! I think this speaks for itself! This unit is supposedly open until 11pm!

This place is a right dump, trampled food all over the floor. This KFC, has very cheeky staff members which is a major let down. their Krushem machine never works.
