Food was delicious, large portions and a reasonable price. Excellent service too. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back soon.

A great restaurant for a big family feed but the best thing about this place are the staff. Every time we go there, the girls who serve us are always super friendly and helpful.

Went for lunch but was given two menus- an All day menu and a lunch menu. Ordered the brisket stack from the lunch menu but was charged from the all day menu. When I mentioned this the waitress said she assumed we'd ordered the the all day menu which meant an extra £10 on our bill. Therefore I gave given service 3 stars.

Ten of us went for meal..Great food . Lovely staff.

I went with my mother in law and husband I mean it was alright the foods okay, the service was okay bare in mind there were like 2 other tables so super quiet somewhere to eat I suppose.

Always a good treat when you've got some money for it. Big portions for the price. Little bit too much but food is great

9 of us just had a meal to celebrate my sons engagement staff were fantastic and the food was delicious

Lovely as always, good to see they have sorted the chip issues out lately, 4£ for 1 large potato in a fancy small bucket really pissed me off

Tłumaczenie tekstu za pomocą aparatu I do not recommend this restaurant. We came as a family of six people, including two children. For over 15 minutes, no service lady came to take our order. Four of them stood behind the buffet, then a fifth joined them and they discussed freely and laughed as if they were not at work. After such a long time, we were disappointed and sewed them in with an accent of thanks, but they didn't pay any attention to us. The incident took place on 18/07/24 around 6 pm.

0 stars for delivery as it never turned up contacted the restaurant and they were great and said driver had gotten it but I was the second person to phone complaining about no delivery obviously the driver has stolen it.

So today 19 July 24 I went to Blue Chicago Bangor at Bloomfields. The food was okay, 6 out of 10. The serving staff were good—the girls. However, sitting at table 9, I watched the three to four chefs at the hot plate preparing the meals before passing them onto the waiters. Tea towels over their shoulders, they used the tea towels to wipe down lift plates and clean their hands. Next, they placed food onto the plates. Using a bowl to scoop out the chips from a large plastic bowl sitting on top of the hot plate, they placed them into another tin tray or bowl. Placing their hands to the side of the bowl, they poured in the chips. Chips that fell to the side were picked up and put back onto the plate or put back into the large plastic bowls above the hot plate. Another chef, wearing blue gloves, He lifted food and placed it onto the plates. He wiped himself down. I never saw him changing his blue gloves. He could have, but not while I was there. Last but not least, another chef was washing and scrubbing the top hot plate/counter, wiping it down with a blue roll. He was not wearing gloves, and to top this off, he was observed using his hands to put all the food onto the plates: chips, burgers, etc. The hygiene practices of the chefs in the front are not very good. I was there for approximately 40 minutes.

The worker Blair was really good for serving us and was nice please give him a raise

Casual atmostphere and bustling. I ordered the Nashville burger which came and was fine but nothing to write home about. My partner ordered the steak tacos which at first look, seemed delicious however they were soaking wet with fried onions and then 2 hairs were discovered, a short one in the guacamole dip and a long one in the taco itself. When we notified a member of staff she took the plate to the kitchen and clearly found what we had also found and offered to take it off the bill. When we went to the bar to pay, the trainee waitress did not know about the situation and handed us the full bill and when we notified her of the situation she went and got her supervisor who couldn't have been more ignorant talking about us infront of our faces as if we weren't two feet in front of them. Supervisor also questioned the fact that there was hair in the food until the staff member who found them told her. After all this, we never received as much as an apology. Service was absolutely atrocious, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

The ordering service was simple for a newby like me, delivery arrived a but earlier so that was good. food was well packed, hot and best of all very tasty. so all worth a well deserved 5☆ .

Stunning place great walks, dog friendly and lively shall beach

I had high hopes for this place having never went, it was my little brothers birthday treat. We arrived to quite a few staff standing doing nothing chatting...so after trying to make eye contact we decided to seat ourselves, we were then given menus...after sitting for ages waiting for our order to be taken, a female approached us and took our order, she then said to us " did a member of staff seat you here" I said no but we were given a menu by a female waitress, she then asked us "can you remember which member of staff it was" I was like no tbh I wasn't sure, she then told me in a 99% empty restaurant that as we were a party of 2 we shouldn't have been seated at a larger table and that staff are meant to know that...so I sat looking at the nearly empty restaurant awkwardly thinking do I even want to eat here now as not only do I feel uncomfortable I've been asked to identify a member of staff to possibly get them reprimanded! Now I'm no expert but I've always been told to never involve customers in any staff issues and definitely not make them feel uncomfortable to the point of leaving. Anyhow I thought let it pass for the sake of my brothers birthday as maybe the food might redeem itself I was WRONG, I've definitely not got a 5* pallet but my goodness it was desperate, starter was basic and main was garlic diced chips, not a flake of garlic and like something bunged in the oven from frozen supermarket Isle and reheated within an inch of its life bone dry and cold, couldn't eat them, burger was dry as hell and chicken like chewing rubber, even bap disnt escape the microwave, The bill just shy of £60 and gross. Don't recommend, go to mc donalds honestly far better food...if you pay that amount of money for a meal, fresh food on your plate isn't too much to ask...not microwave bone dry rubbish, too much chatting less attention to food and service.

Staff attitude in Bangor restaurant is appalling. They need proper training. We had to make a small complaint but the way it was handled will stop us from going back. We know of others that this has happened to aswell

Was just in today for a Sunday lunch with my family and all of us had a roast, have to say one of the best roast dinners I’ve ever had, meat was so tender, mash was lovely, veg was perfect and portion size was very generous, whole atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic and staff are so helpful and made us all feel so welcome, would definitely recommend and we will 100% be back again soon

Went for dinner here and have been here a few times before. As always good and tasty food. Plenty of food to choose from with great portion sizes. Never had any problems here and always leave full. Quick service and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Chicken wings were far from fresh, chicken was very tough and bones were completely black from being frozen then reheated. When you pay that much for chicken wings you at least expect them to be prepared freshly.

One of my side dishes was missing. When I rang the restaurant, they had realised this just after the courier had left but had done nothing to try to fix this. I was told to submit a request for a refund however I would rather have the missing item delivered. I was told they couldn’t do that, but could make my way to the restaurant myself if I wanted the item. This is really not great customer service - it amounts to we know we got it wrong, sort it out yourself. Not impressed

Good place, well visited. Food good, tasty and well served. The service is good, the prices are affordable. I had a misunderstanding with the waitress. I didn't understand, she didn't understand me or she didn't want to understand.. But in general everything is fine. I have visited this establishment twice and will visit again. I recommend. Unfortunately I have no pictures..

Another must visit when I am in Bangor. Always busy when we are there but get a table with a minimum wait. The chicken stack is a must if you have never tried it before.

I went on Valentines day. 3rd wheeling with friends. Food was beautiful. Place was very busy and fast service. I had Chicken Santa fe with skinny fries. And a starter of Cajun mushrooms. And sour cream dip.

Lovely staff very chatty and friendly. Good quick service too. Food a bit disappointing this time. I ordered a chicken dish and just realised as I finished that there had been no peppers in it when supposed to be and the chicken tasted like it had been fried in rancid oil - unpleasant after taste. Not up to normal standards.

Second time getting a delivery from here. Got the fries with pepper sauce, cheese and bacon with crispy onions. 10/10!

Atmosphere was dreadful. Visited the gents before escaping. Did it have soap? Not a chance. Last time over we ate in an italian chain in the same lot. I wasn't surprised to see it shut down on this visit. Very likely this place will be too on my next visit. Bangor continues to die!

changed the cooking/ delivery time after 30 minutes, the garlic cubes were hard and the Coleslaw had black bits in it. Won't be ordering again.

The ribs and the chicken were cold . They came in a pizza box . No wonder they were cold . You would think they would use a tin foil dish with a lid . Very disappointed was looking forward to it .

Had a great eating out experience food and service and staff were first class and we had a realy nice time out for a Birthday meal, it would b lovely to see more vegetarian options, this an observation not a complaint, and we will b back defo.

We've ordered chicken wings, steak and Sunday roast. Wings were absolutely amazing 👏 however I've asked 4 steak 2 b medium and instead I got rare one...still tasty tho. Sunday roast had no taste at all still huge portion. Overall good quality and big portions. Defo will come back

Ordered Santa Fa chicken & garlic cubes. It was delicious! Cubes were soft and full of garlic! Will definitely order again. Would like to see a few new starters on the menu, like sour cream cheese & seafood chowder please!!

Very nice restaurant, well worth a visit. I had lunch recently (beef brisket) which was tasty and generous. Nice decor and atmosphere. But the stand out feature was the staff who were welcoming, professional and friendly. Great parking just outside the door too.
