Good place, well visited. Food good, tasty and well served. The service is good, the prices are affordable. I had a misunderstanding with the waitress. I didn't understand, she didn't understand me or she didn't want to understand.. But in general everything is fine. I have visited this establishment twice and will visit again. I recommend. Unfortunately I have no pictures..

Another must visit when I am in Bangor. Always busy when we are there but get a table with a minimum wait. The chicken stack is a must if you have never tried it before.

I went on Valentines day. 3rd wheeling with friends. Food was beautiful. Place was very busy and fast service. I had Chicken Santa fe with skinny fries. And a starter of Cajun mushrooms. And sour cream dip.

Great American Style food , Great Burger's and as clean as a whistle ,Great friendly service and well priced with good portions you will not come out hungry 😋😋

Lovely staff very chatty and friendly. Good quick service too. Food a bit disappointing this time. I ordered a chicken dish and just realised as I finished that there had been no peppers in it when supposed to be and the chicken tasted like it had been fried in rancid oil - unpleasant after taste. Not up to normal standards.

Atmosphere was dreadful. Visited the gents before escaping. Did it have soap? Not a chance. Last time over we ate in an italian chain in the same lot. I wasn't surprised to see it shut down on this visit. Very likely this place will be too on my next visit. Bangor continues to die!

Had a great eating out experience food and service and staff were first class and we had a realy nice time out for a Birthday meal, it would b lovely to see more vegetarian options, this an observation not a complaint, and we will b back defo.

We've ordered chicken wings, steak and Sunday roast. Wings were absolutely amazing 👏 however I've asked 4 steak 2 b medium and instead I got rare one...still tasty tho. Sunday roast had no taste at all still huge portion. Overall good quality and big portions. Defo will come back

In today for Xmas dinner. Food was lovely but very disappointing on service. Too long between courses I had to literally stand up and wave at the girl to come over, when it wasn't really that busy

Very nice restaurant, well worth a visit. I had lunch recently (beef brisket) which was tasty and generous. Nice decor and atmosphere. But the stand out feature was the staff who were welcoming, professional and friendly. Great parking just outside the door too.

Food stone cold, fries drowned in sauce not ordered, meal inedible, manager of restaurant rude and unapologetic I was warned but took a chance anyway £26.50 down the drain, would not recommend!

So again but for the last time 1 meal was left off our delivery. This time we were expected to drive up and collect . Nope sorry never again, we'll find somewhere else that can actually put a order together and deliver it complete.

5 staff on the floor, all actively avoiding all the tables with customers. After a dinner rush, there were 12 tables with customers - 5 wait staff is more than enough to deal with this. Yet, no one could seem to get any service - with two different girls really avoiding eye contact with any customer... . After an 18 minute wait - we gave up trying to get our table cleared and order dessert - so went up and paid. The two tables closest to us heard our talking and packed up for the same reason after us. I enjoyed the main course, but that service was shocking.

Burgers without rice, prices are high, but the dessert is great. The addition after several years of visiting is this...As a family friendly restaurant it is great. The food is good and tasty, warm but not cold. I was disappointed to order ice cream, the portions are very small. There are a lot of people, you even have to wait for a table.

BE VERY CAREFUL EATING YOUR FOOD. Myself and the wife called in for a quick meal, i had the chicken sizzler and although the service was great during seating/ordering things went downhill very fast... As i was chewing a piece of chicken i felt something stick into the side of my gum, i put my hand in and pulled out a piece of METAL around 1-2" long. I IMMEDIATELY called over a member of staff whos attitude changed as i was complaining ( imagine if a young child got this stuck in their throat! ). She took the piece of metal out to the kitchen and after a few minutes returned and said...( The chief apologises, it was a piece of wire which has come off the wire brush used to clean the grill ) And that was that... she walked away at this point and i left the food as i was not willing to play russian roulette again. At no point was i offered a meal replacement. So i Waited for my wife to finish hers then went upto the till to pay. No offer of a discount and no apology.. Stay well clear of this place, we will never be back again.

Went with husband and kids for Father’s Day dinner, food was great, service was terrible!!! Waitress had such a chip on her shoulder, so rude. My husband asked for extra napkins, she walked past, no eye contact and threw them down, my son asked for another coke, her reply was “I’ll get someone over”. No one came and my son actually went to Tesco garage to get a bottle of coke!!!!! When we spoke to the manager, (we’r not Karens, promise) she was apologetic but kinda laughed it off and said she would speak to the staff member, although she didn’t even ask who it was!? She did, however, deduct our starters from the bill, but the evening went a bit sour,

If you eat here don’t make the same mistake I did and order a side of fries with a pizza, as the pizza is massive and you WILL struggle to finish everything! Food was delicious and the staff were friendly. There was also a good selection on the menu. We will be back!

On a whim, my wife and I called into Blue Chicago Bangor for some lunch. We ordered both a chicken and a shredded beef 'stack' from their lunch specials menu. Portions were plentifull (too much for my wife), hot and very tasty. Service was great and prices were on par. Great experience, will call again.

Went here foe the first time in a long, long time and ignoring the teenagers i took with me i loved every bit of it. Great service and food was served quick and tasted good. Yes its US food and not that fancy but you dont go here for gourmet. Would go back but maybe leave the teenagers behind.

Absolutely love this place, the food is delicious and the speed at which you get served is brilliant also, the atmosphere is great as well, not so loud you can't hear anything but loud enough to be private, the staff are great and extremely efficient, can't wait to go back.

Update : made a complaint and was offered a 50% voucher of my total bill . I took this and went to the blue Chicago in dundonald it’s portion sizing was pretty poor as well but other food was at least cooked to a better standard . Either way I’ll not be back at any of the group’s restaurants - I’m fed up going out being charged high prices for mediocre food small portions etc etc etc Three meals purchased three unhappy customers. A combo meal big tray with limited amount of food either add something to it or reduce the size of the tray it looks bad . Classic burger- possibly the worst burger I’ve had all of 2022 - tbh if you want dry barely warm pre cooked food head round the corner to MacDonald’s it’s half the price . Childs lasagne when a four year old tells you it’s bad you’ve to double check but she was 110% right awful . Your fries are the worst dry and chewy I’ve tasted in along time , warm cardboard you’ve either pre cooked they’ve dried out and then warmed them up or you buy cheap chips - again Mac Donald’s is around the corner .. I’d not be back in tbh two of the meals we had where on par with fast food chain . At three times the price .

We arrived in and were seated immediately. Then the same waitress sat a large group at the table beside us. She came back and took their food and drink orders. After that, she proceeded to stand at the counter chatting with her colleagues. The table beside us had their drinks brought to the table. We were still ignored. We left after 15 minutes of zero service and will never be back.

Place doesn't need customers. we were sitting 15 min without a waitress taking our order, while she took 2 big tables that arrived after us. To be clear, restaurant was 25% full. I heard amazing things of this place. What a massive disappointment. Poorest service ever.

A friend and I had an early dinner in Blue Chicago on Saturday night (14th Jan 2022). We just wanted to catch up and have a bite to eat. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff busy and our server in particular was so welcoming, friendly, professional and polite. She took great care of us and wasn't overly intrusive but checked back now and then to see if there was anything else we needed. I really wish I had gotten her name as she is a real asset to Blue Chicago. You never know what people are going through when they walk in the door of a restaurant... and it makes a world of difference when staff are hospitable. I'll definitely be back.

Very quick service and food was generally dead on, but the sesame chicken was awfully dry it just ruined the dish. Also the musics was too loud, and it was just a pure Taylor swift playlist that did a loop while we were in (odd given the interior design, posters etc).

Went there with my son for his birthday. Who's recently moved to Bangor from Liverpool. We all loved the food everything was great Looking forward to visiting again the next timewe come over from. England.

Landed at noon, no booking, but no issues seating a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The food was amazing and served quickly. Absolutely loved it, our favourite restaurant in Northern Irelan!

I ordered a cod and when It came out it was living and it bit me😭😭😭

Ordered two meals for pick up, none of the staff on the phone during ordering had a clue, got home with the food, the brisket was tough, bland and not very exciting at all, the champ also bland and peppered sauce just bog standard boring sauce, the chefs(if you can call them that) are clearly not interested, I would not recommend this particular restaurant, over priced bland, boring food, won't be back.

You will not leave Blue Chicago and still be hungry! The portions are substantial, good quality, delicious and well balanced. Service is fast and staff are very pleasant and helpful. The environment is faux American diner format with booth seating and is comfortable and clean. It is however, when busy, a little loud and conversation can be difficult. That said, you'll be so busy eating, you won't have time to talk!

There are so many options available it is hard to make a choice but we settled for a variety of different chicken burgers and chicken stir frys. Considering how many tables were being served on a busy Friday night, there was not an unusually long delay. The food is ok, but not particularly well seasoned, however the portions are generous.

It's a slick company with good staff training and visible management. It's the only restaurant that's ever succeeded on this plot. Everything that came before it failed. Food is good and well presented. It won't win any prizes for individuality but what it does it does very well.

Had a great meal out this evening with the hubby. It is refreshing to go somewhere where the waiting staff are so well acquainted to serving people with allergies. Our waitress (Tamzin) was amazing. She immediately set us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Food, atmosphere and service were all great! We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to others.
