Was told we had to wait 45 minutes to just to be served, really come on KFC your really a fast food restaurant, Get a grip and sort this place out or just close it down. Rude staff telling us to wait 45 minutes to place a order. Well we never waited 45 minutes we just walked out

3rd time in my life and never again I’ve tried to like KFC I like chicken But how can a company that’s whole existence is to serve chicken do it so badly Tried the bucket of chicken was over cooked soggy flavourless. Chips were cold and boring too Soulless food

I placed an order via Just Eat who delivered to another address but who are now insisting It came to me We have video on our doorway but no person at all came here. Even so Just Eat are insisting they delivered it here. I want to see the proof they say they have but they have now closed the email customer svc sight used to send to me. At 95yrs I am unable to get out so have relied on this as an occasional treat but no more. It isn.t the money they refuse to return as much but the whole principal of it. I always found Just Eat here good but will no longer use them if it means going via Just Eat. Eileen

Absolutely disgusting customer service & they don't refund money when order is cancelled. Would never order from these people again.

Food quality very poor… What are they managing when serving such pathetic food. Treat day for the kids, which resulted in a cardboard festival of such poor quality. Half filled containers of fries which looked days old and nuggets shrivelled and cold. Keep going and making the shareholders more greedy.

Después de mi última visita me sorprendió encontrar que me habían emitido un PCN, pensando que debo haber cometido un error que casi lo pago antes de darme cuenta de que esta empresa claramente había tratado de estafarme (ya que establece claramente que si pagas, no puedes apelar). Obviamente he apelado y estoy esperando un resultado. Al ponerse en contacto con KFC para quejarse de que esta empresa ‘Civil Enforcement Ltd’ intenta estafar a sus clientes honestos y pagadores. La respuesta de KFC fue que no pueden evitar que los clientes sean estafados por esta empresa con la que trabajan para evitar estacionamientos no autorizados. Bueno, muchas gracias por su ayuda KFC, es maravilloso escuchar que se preocupa por el bienestar - el bienestar de sus clientes. No podía creerlo cuando recibí la respuesta. Obviamente, para evitar ser estafado por KFC y sus asociados, le aconsejaría que considere seriamente una experiencia gastronómica alternativa con una empresa de buena reputación que realmente tenga respeto y cuidado por sus huéspedes.

Total chaos, unhelpful staff, food just thrown in the bag - my chicken burger had collapsed and the fries were all over the bag, food tepid and really poor value

The stuff was extremely rude and arrogant after the food was missing once I explained the situation and the guy was extremely toxic to us changing the menu of our food without alas mixing everything up half of the items are missing refusing to sort the problem out. toilets were absolutely filthy bins were overflown, no toilet papers in the toilet and Staff spoke to my daughter awfully

Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

I saw a rat in the kitchen and there fries are bought basically they fry it again and they microwave the food over and over again and chicken was kinda raw not even cooked nicely

Visited this KFC last night. Very disappointed with the service. Service was poor and the chicken was dry. Is this KFC?????

Very unhygienic very dirty place , and twice missing food what I was ordering for takeaway .and when i have food kids very disappointed when food is missing.

8 hours ago NEW Rubbish not KFC chicken quality of chicken and presentation rubbish guys cooking serving food very poor standard chicken very olily on 11 4 2024 about 11pm I would re train all staff or sack shocking food there need new managers and new staff ASAP very poor will not be going back
