Just had an order delivered, the chicken was awful, small pieces possible. Rock hard with hardly any meat on it. Threw it in the bin it was so hard. Wont eat here again.

I ordered from UberEats, and they someone how messed up my order completely and the best they could do was offer me a promo code for in store during the pandemic! Good one. The staff are incompetent and obviously undertrained because my whole order was wrong and we called up to ask for a redeliver and they couldn’t even do that so as a whole 1/10 do not order from here

The staff care more about talking, gossiping talking about a member of staff who was due to start shift, was sick and had to go home. Could tell by the way she was talking that she did not believe this person. When we arrived it wasn’t overly busy but the tables and floors were in a complete mess. They don’t listen to customers.

I visited here today on my own from university. As I walked in there was 2 people in the entire place the women on the counter came straight over and asked ‘can I help’ as I hadn’t had chance to look at the menu yet I said ‘just looking a second thank you’ now when I said this I didn’t mean I didn’t want my order taken full stop. She then done all the Uber eats/deliveroo orders which I stood and waited patiently for her to finish. Whilst this was happening I had to listen to her conversation with her colleague which consisted of ‘I can’t say that in front of customers’ so she whispered very loudly to which the lady serving me replied ‘f**k you stupid b***h, next please??’ I told her my order with disgust on my face she had no manners and gave me my food box open and just slid it over to me. I will not be returning I think the level of professionalism is at an extremely low standard and in my place language like this in front of customers would lead to an immediate disciplinary. Utterly disgusted and the food was cold to top it all off.

This food outlet was understaffed, which resulted in the following 1) waste food over the floor . 2) tables left with rubbish, food waste, and dirty. 3) waste bins overflowing onto the floor. 4) customer toilet was the filthiest I have seen, toilet would not flush and full of urine! No toilet tissue, the disabled alarm activated,.. 5) no hot water to make tea or coffee, and no chiller to serve ice Cream! KFC should be ashamed to have this open, and to have a hygiene rating of 5 is a joke! Newport City Council should visit and close this down as unhygienic...

Like many people I am a secret KFC consumer and enjoy my KFC chicken but this was a really bad experience. So I ordered 3 pieces of chicken but asked for no legs - of course I got three legs! The tray was soaking with water when the food was placed on it - I asked for a dry one but the serving staff had to disappear into the back to find one... so we ended up with the wrong order, a wet tray and very average service....really!

Have been twice recently for lunch, same problems, dirty, lack of staff alternating between 1 and 2 at front desk, nobody to clean and a 30 min wait to place order and get served, if it wasn’t for vouchers would never enter again

Under staffed since opening, waiting 10-15 minutes even if it's quiet, then another 10 minutes for collection,table's ,bins pilled up with rubbish ,toilets a mess

Long wait in a queue of 2 only to reach the front of the line and the cashier walked away when he returned after 3/4 minutes no apology just “what do you want?” Then another 10 minutes to be grunted at and told this is yours. No friendly ness no help and by the state of the floors and tables no cleaners. My advice go to McDonald’s at least they’re always clean.

Had to wait 5 minutes to be served even though there was plenty of staff and noone in front of me waiting ti be served, had to wait a further 15 minutes for my food. Whilst i was waiting, there was a queue to the door of people waiting to be served, only to be ignored by members of staff and no apology for the wait.

Against my better judgement I returned here,hoping they'd sorted the previous problems I had on my last visit and because I love kfc. However this shop is still as bad,churning out burnt dry chicken and gravy like water. The place is a mess and now for sure I will never return.

The place was busy but service was poor, and they didn’t get my order right, items were missing when I got home and opened the boxes. Very disappointing.

Been in this kfc 3 times and each time had trouble getting served. The staff haven’t a clue of customer service, no acknowledgement or sorry for the wait. When in a hurry forget there’s no organisation. Staff need retraining

No offence to the front of house staff as its not your fault but this resturant needs more staff, i went in to order a lunch box which should be fairly quick as it is 2 mini fillets and some chips but i had to queue for at least 10 minutes although there was only one customer infront of me that wasnt being served then upon finally ordering i was made to wait 15 minutes for my food, i didnt expect a £2.99 "Steetwise Snack" to take nearly half an hour. More staff needed

Cannot believe the standard of food served here. We've just bought a family bucket that is totally inedible. Everything is burnt to a crisp. They had no gravy so had to have coleslaw. They had no change so they owe me 2p. They charged me...

Went to KFC in Friars Walk many times, the food is standard KFC but the place not dirty but not quite clean and doesn’t seems to have enough staffs to clear up the table. So I always clear the table up myself if I eat...

I love kfc and have visited the new one in Friars Walk now 3 times. It will be a while until I return. Yes it hasn't been open ling bit c'mon someone needs to get a grip of this place before it's too late. Firstly...
