The food was freezing cold chicken was very dry and tough . The delivery driver was extremely rude . I had to walk 5 minute in the pouring rain to get my order because he wasn’t following any direct I was giving him

Absolutely shocking if you are expecting a home delivery, waited 30mins before they decided to cancel my , I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they did it a few months back, now it's happened again

burgers as usual were great, but the chips we got were rock solid. like re fried chips that we couldn't really eat and considering it's 8 quid for keema fries that end up in the bin, I just through money away.

Had been really excited to try, when arrived there was 0 atmosphere, just dead silence. There was a guy behind the counter trying to hock up phlem, who seemed really confused that we had come in and wanted to order food. When we went to order they said they don't take card so we went to find a cash machine, the only one we could find charges you to use it. Wasn't welcome had attitude when asked for menu when we went to order he had a bit of an attitude and said we don't do card so we just walked out not best place

Absolutely love the food great value for money. The halloumi fries are one of my fave 😋 been here a few times and we've never been disappointed

One hour and 20 minute wait for food, all cold, shame

food took 2 hours to come and then was barely warm, I will not be ordering from here again.

I've ordered from Burger & Co regularly over recent months and I have to be honest, each time the food has arrived hot and fresh. I've sampled a few different items from their menu and I have found my favourite, which is the kickin burger with masala fries. I can't tell you how much I enjoy this meal. The food is always on time, although I accept that if I order when it's busy, it may arrive late, but this hasn't happened yet. I think my my waist size has increased a little since I started ordering from them, so I might have to eat from there a little less, but not yet... I'll wait for the chest pains. Thanks Burger & Co, keep up the good work.

food was fantastic again and the same great food and service as previous orders from here. Only 1 issue is no onion rings again with the create your own burger which was added extra which happened on a previous order also.

The burger was great however order was missing some items and as a diabetic I only order Diet Coke but was sent original coke , no use to me. If the order is build your own at least read the order.

tasty and non greasy burgers, had a make your own and is well worth the money for the food on offer. Chicken pir-piri wings were fantastic also. Highly recommend this place

We usually love this place but....the food arrived cold, we decided to treat ourselves to a desert for a change (dond like chocolate) so we ordered toffee and cream cheesecake and got chocolate fudge cake 🤔 Burgers are getting smaller, but nice to see the containers are to be recycled.

Burger bun was soggy, the meat had no taste and burnt, chips tasted like it was reheated. For a burger place they don’t know how to make burgers. Food was disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!

Got a paper menu through my door today, prices seemed decent for the style of restaurant. Went to order online and the prices are about 20-50% more compared to the menu I had just received. My order came to £9.65 according to the paper menu whereas online it was around £14. I called in and asked whether the online prices were incorrect and was told that the paper menu has the eating in prices and prices are up due to the cost of living. I feel miffed that a menu I just received is advertising incorrect prices.

The burger was nice. Better quality than a standard burger van. Skin on fries were perfectly cooked and chicken strips were great!

Wrong items delivered. Was told that kitchen was closed and they would give me what I ordered the day after. No apologies offered at all. Tried to order my replacement tonight … kitchen closed and cleaned down 5 mins before it’s showing closed on just eat. And then got told if I don’t order my replacement tomorrow night with ‘Ali’ I won’t get it at all as he is going in holiday. what a shambles.

Best place for burgers when in Newport! Highly recommend the Lahori Tikka and the Buttermilky Goodness burgers - they never disappoint!

Food boxes had crumbled before delivery. Everything was wet and messy. Burger was good but using cheap boxes has really ruined my experience.

My burger was cold, stale and the beef pattie was burnt. The chips were also cold and stale and the milkshakes had separated and formed a horrible foam on the top. Very disappointed

The food is good, but the burgers had little to no sauce in as requested so a little bit dry. The service was great unfortunately they had run out of lamb I wanted but they contacted me immediately and replaced it with any other meat. And as stated it was still about 10 minutes earlier than expected.

the driver and i had numerous phone calls going back and forth, the driver claiming to not be able to find the place and then he started getting angry. he told me he’s been driving for 20 minutes and that he’s going to drop it back at the shop for me to collect and i refused as i paid for delivery and do not drive. he then refused to deliver it and then told me to phone justeat for a refund. im absolutely livid and finding a number for yourselves is quite frankly impossible. please get in touch asap.

There was a tiny hole in one of the boxes which hold the wings and the sauce got a bit everywhere other than that it was all great. Absolutely fantastic.

I ordered churros but they didn’t turn up with the food. I assume they didn’t have any, because the last time they didn’t they called me to offer an alternative. This time they just didn’t bother so I am a bit disappointed. The food was a little cold too, but tasted good. It’s usually great food and service here but not this time.

Contacted by restaurant about a cheese that was unavailable and asked what replacement I wanted. Turned up on time and food was lovely! Good portion sizes also. Only issue was when I was about to eat my burger I noticed there was an egg missing from the burger. No other issues and would definitely order again

Turned up late and freezing. All the chips and garlic bread were soggy, both burgers, chips and garlic bread were pretty flavourless, . Won’t be ordering again-disappointed.

This was the quickest time we've ever received our order in, 30 mins earlier than anticipated! There was a spate of ordering where we weren't being sent the right drinks or fries but this seems to have been rectified completely and tonight the food was piping hot and delicious.
