Amazing food, we sat inside to eat the burgers. The burgers were made with love and full of flavour.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Delivery was 45 mins later than their latest estimate (almost 2 hours from time of order). Telephone number out of order to ring for update. Food was cold and tasteless.

Ordered through Just Eat. I wasn't disappointed as the delivery was fairly quick and the food was really warm and tasty. I highly recommend their Smash Burgers!

Tried here tonight for the first time, never again! Took a while getting here which was understandable being a weekend, delivery driver apologised for the wait but the burger meat both smelled and tasted like it was gone off! Literally had 1 bite and it went straight in the bin, waste of nearly £30🤦‍♂️

Ordered food over and hour ago and still hasn’t been delivered pretty sure it isn’t going to be either absolute joke!

My husband enjoyed his burger & mine, however I could not eat my burger as due to burger sauce (allergy) this was not in the description of the item. Mac and Cheese burger (thought this would be wet enough without a sauce). Other burgers on the menu specified that it had burger or another type of sauce, so I assumed this one would not as made no mention. Burger house you really should list this, as this is an allergen. Completely ruined meal for me as all I could eat was the chips.

By far the best burger I have tasted, me and my partner love a burger and have tried alot and always been disappointed, but not this time I had the death by cheese burger and holy sh*t I couldn't believe the flavour and how perfectly cooked it was! Amazing!!!!!! Well done we are now your regulars

Unfortunately, I had ordered from Burger House before and had no problems but tonight I was sent raw chicken. I am very disappointed in the level of care taken with my food. Hopefully I won’t get poorly from it.

Affordable prices, underrated food and super friendly service. Naga wings in particular are one to try 🔥

Haven't even finished my food yet but this is the nicest burger place I have tried. Absolutely beautiful and fresh. And the BBQ wings what in the amazing?. If anyone likes wings try them. My new favourite restaurant by far. 10/10. Smashed it. 🥰

Ordered from here when staying in a hotel, called for an update on my order I was told it was on the way and would be there very soon. I informed the guy I was waiting out side 20 minutes later the order was cancelled on Uber eats. He could have made the effort to call so I wasn’t outside all that time

Looked good then while eating it i noticed a weird taste, smelt my burger and it smelt like sick. So dissapointing

Had delivery from this place a few times, the chips are decent, nice and crispy, the burgers are proper nice! Juicy and tender, will definitely order from here again

Quick service, the food always tastes fresh and cooked well It takes us 15 mins to get home and the food is still piping hot and tastes great

Over 45mins late delivering our order. Then the fries were forgotten. Another 30minutes later they're delivered by the most obnoxious and rude delivery driver. Absolutely will never be ordering here again. To top it off, food is less appetising than a cold Macdonald's that's 4 days old! I binned my burger after 2 mouthfuls. Avoid like the plague!

Ordered at 18:59 been about 2 hours called restaurant and looks like they forgot to put my order in called again to ask if it was still coming said it would be 10 minutes it's been 30, paying 4 pound for it to be delivered by someone on a mobility scooter or these guys are flipping burgers without fire either way wishing I ordered a kebab

loaded fries wouldn't fill a toddler. very soggy too.. works burger was okay but definitely burgers itself been reheated

Appalling service!! Ordered food well over an hour from time of delivery to give the Burger House extra time to deliver, and they failed abysmally to get the order out!! Just eat said 30 mins for delivery, but an hour and a half later, NO FOOD!! Kept receiving messages saying they were very busy!! Yeah, not busy preparing and delivering my food! Order from here if you're on a diet as you wont get any food delivered!! Cannot recommend at all!!

Absolutely stunning food we had a little mishap and they replaced the food and added a few extras in i highly recommend the burger house high quality food and high quality customer service will definitely be my new takeaway

Chicken burger was great !! but the sides were very poor. The shake size wasn’t the biggest plus chocolate sauce really didn’t do any justice it tasted very cheap when mixed with Ferrero chocolate.

Decent customer service however the food took 30 mins to arrive when we were told 10 mins. Double chicken burger was ok, but too much batter in my opinion. Ketchup and mayo weren’t available but we were offered other sauces.

Nice and clean restaurant, the staff are respectful and friendly, the most beautiful and the best, their manager Anas is someone who can not describe the taste of food. Count them ok. In the month of Ramadan, they gave water and dates for free. Tried upon recommendation. Good selection of burgers. Ordered the works burger, tasty with bot too much sauce. Beef patties were a little dry which is why i haven't given 5 stars. Although my sister in-law had the double chicken. That was definitely deserving of max stars. Freshly fired chicken, with a nice kick of spice and crispy batter. Sweet potato fries were lovely. House special fries are definitely worth the price. Would definitely visit again for the chicken burgers based on that.

Ordered triple burger, this was quite nice, the onion rings where out of a packet I paid £1.99 for 3 rings. I ordered chicken Strips £2.99 for 4 they were out of a packet & the size of my thumb two had such a small piece of chicken there was more bread crumb than chicken, the fries were tiny & greasy. the milk shake was watery and tiny. Didn't look like the menu at all very disappointed for £22

Great food! There’s something for everyone from fresh burgers, wraps and wings. Highly recommend the honey wings. A must try for all foodies!

Good stuff! We had a leaflet through our door for this new place. I tend to ignore leaflets but attached to it was a nice genuine message from the owner, about their new venture. We ordered for the first time today. The food photos don't do it justice. The entire burger tasted very fresh and was cooked just right. Prices are good value. The Food was brilliant personally for me it’s one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been at the staff and service was great they treat their customers well and the food was way better than I have ever expected I’d definitely recommend this place to others you won’t be disappointed.

What can I say. Tried them on their opening nite and the place was full to the rafters,but the boys their Smashed it and the food was bang on, I won't say anymore about the food, I'll let your taste buds do the talking, you've got to try to experience what I'm trying to say, What are you waiting for? Go, Go, Go.

I would highly recommend this place! The food was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was very clean and stylish. Definitely my new favourite restaurant/takeaway and I will be coming back again soon!
