Walked in here after searching for food as I'm spending the night locally and saw that they advertise 6 pieces of chicken for £9-80 snd I checked my bank account only to find out that they charged me £10-80 so where does this extra £1-00 charge cone from as ot can't be a card fee as tgey didn't say there was a fee. As for the food, chicken needs a little little bit more cooking time, the batter needs a bit more consistency too it to help it stick better and FAR LESS SALT...gave up as eating as too much salt ...bleerrrg It is called "False advertising" showing one price on the board upon entry and then charging another price at checkout!

Came in for some chicken strips. Fresh and tasty. Will be coming again.

My food was cold when it arrived, i ordered a garlic pizza , cheeseburger & chips and all of it came cold.

Food was cold even though the order was early. The food tasted like was like it was cooked hrs before it was delivered

Absolutely terrible. Ordered at 10pm and given Stale chicken. Extremely dry as must have been there all day. Do not recommend wasting your money on this.

The kebab was nasty and too chunky, I had 1 bite and couldn’t eat more. The chicken wings on the other hand were quite nice

Decided to try the free choice pizza, it was pretty good. The pizza garlic bread was great as always.

The phone manor when calling them to request an update as the status of my order did not change until 9 ish I was concerned that I was not going to get my food. The person who answered the phone was rude and abrupt

Rang the company and so late rang the company gave me so much grief and attitude saying I gave them the wrong address which I put in the right address no food delivered at all and now my son is starving I’m shocked and they call a good takeway absolutely a joke I’m fuming and wasted nearly 30 pound of my money which don’t go far at all now I only done this as a treat for my son bday meal which he decided to pick from here never again shocking big time so refund and no apologies going at all 😭

Came here after a night out as it was the only place with 5 star hygiene rating. Was very happy with the friendly service and great quality chicken. Best flavoured chicken nuggets i have had

Me and my son just went in at half 8 after a day down Cardiff. My boy wanted chicken strips and I had a donner kebab and both were hot and fresh. Served 10 mins later at the most and the guy who served us was really friendly. These guys will get you fed, and my boy is fussy and he loves their chicken so trust me, that's a seal of approval. Oh, and the donner was tip top.

Food tasted greasy, I understand kebab meat can be greasy on a regular basis but the entire box was covered in a thin lining of it.Lettuce was soggy as anything and the kebab tasted as it wasn’t fresh.Fair to say for the price i paid ,I was expecting much better.

Absolutely appalling I’ve visited USA chicken many of times but this time I went in there the staff was looking at me with horrible faces they had an awful attitude and the way they was looking at me was awful when the gave me my food they just chucked it on the counter they never gave me no servets no cutlery I had an an awful time

If your a believer that salad is more onion, than anything else, then it's amazing. The batter tasted like it was cooked in week old oil, v with literally only the feel of spice telling the difference between the mushrooms and Chicken batter. Spent £20 over half went in the bin.

On [date], I ordered food to be delivered to my apartment building, [Apartment Building Name]. The delivery driver, unfortunately, exhibited aggressive and rude behavior, which created an unpleasant situation. Upon arrival, he did not communicate effectively with the building security, leading to them refusing him entry. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, the driver resorted to shouting on the phone while waiting outside in the rain. Due to these circumstances, my food was left outside for an extended period, resulting in it being cold and inedible upon my eventual retrieval. I believe that had the driver communicated the issue more calmly, I would have promptly come down to collect my order and avoided any inconvenience. This experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service provided

Worst customer service I've ever seen was told my order was on its way . Called 25 mins later to be told , my order had just left , then was 3 minutes away .. then I said I will wait for a few more minutes but would need a refund . Was told there would be traffic , this was at midnight .. then shouted at and told my order was cancelled and get my money from just eat .. absolutely appauling

The chips were hard and cold the cucumber tasted foisty.. The whole meal was cold so every bit got wasted which was a shame as it was 1st time we ordered from there.A waste of money which we couldnt really afford due to both having cancer and hardly eating as it is. The chicken wasn't very nice couldn't eat it The skin was dry an burnt to a crisp as if it had been cooked twice. The kebab was hard an not edible.

Literally every item on the menu is delicious, and they're all really lovely people x especially Ali 💓 honestly my fave food get it every night out 😂 the fried chicken is like KFC but bigger portions, the pizza is lush the base isn't too thick that it's doughy or to thin that's it's really crispy, right amount of sauce so it's not drowning in it and the cheese is beautiful, the burgers are devine and the lamb kabab is to die for (would literally be my death row meal ngl) 100000/10

Missing things off my order and the stuff I did get was not correct, called them, they had a couldn’t care attitude and hung up on me first time, called again and told me that they’ll try and sort it out but there busy, I’ve never had a problem with them before, but this time it seemed like we’ve had you’re money now f#%k off

Ordered 2 kebabs one small chicken doner and chips, one lamb doner ant chips. Got both lamb (I dont eat lamb as im alergic) plus the large one was cold and chips was really soggy. When we phoned customer service was rude. Giving phone to one another, noone wanted to hear where is the problem. So my partner patiently waited until someone will actually speak with him. And he said that he want chicken donner and explained that i dont eat lamb. Than they say what they cant do that. And what they f**king busy, And manager will phone in 5min. (Yes that is exactly what they said)In 50min we havent received any phone call just delivery came over and dropped another kebab on the floor when my partner seen it he said we dont want it and asked for a refund driver just told him f**k off. After not being happy about not received phonecall and kebab on the floor. We phoned again to speak with the manager. (No manager in the store). We telling what we want our money back and hey again. No, we cant do.. you dint pay by card, you didnt pay by the app. So yes we are very very disappointed. Never again ordering from my used to be favorite kebab shop....

There was food missing from the order and the original order was delayed and arrived tepid at best

The food was warm not hot, I had a pot of garlic instead of gravy, but I was given the right drink. I have had better meals that's why I will order from them again.

I placed an order on just eat at 9:00 said it had been delivered within less that half hour when it hadn’t phoned the shop they were decent about it and sent another order out finally got my order at 11:00 the delivery driver practically threw the food at me not only that the food was cold the chicken was still pink and chewy I was pulling the veins out of the chicken wasn’t very clean the kebabs was dry and hard

Always order kebabs from here, they are always spot on, meat is always cooked lovely, i love the chilli sauce, spicy just how it should be. Never waited that long for a delivery either.

Order from here a lot this was probably the worst takeaway food I’ve had in a very long time. Chips rock hard , curry has changed to a different style, kebab full of grease , pizza was quite sour tasting

Ordered for my son food was late cold and disgusting even the driver told me the food was cold before he even gave it to me it was supposed to be delivered by 17.40 then had a message to say delivered so message them to get a message back to say it was delayed and would be with me by 8.15 8.30 it actually turned up and was stone cold complained about it an they gave me 2.80 credit absolutely disgusting service all round from USA chicken an just eat

Our order did not come and they messed it up the delivery driver gave us the wrong food wich I was happy to send back as that was not what I'd orderd and I wownt eat it to then be told I'd have the right order tonight instead of resolving this I was hung up on numerous times by the restraint and I still havnt relieved a refund descusting and unproffesional

Normally my go to place. But food was awful today. Stone cold, chips tasted like they’d been sat for a while. Asked for a shish wrap but got naan bread with lettuce & shish on top 😂 hot wings were soggy & very grease. Very disappointed unfortunately.

Usually USA chicken are pretty good but today I ordered two chicken burger meals with Pepsi max but chips were not provided and we were given cans of Pepsi. So ended up paying £15.60 for two plain burgers and two cans.

The food was cooked to perfection and the delivery driver was extremely polite will definitely order from USA Chicken again soon

Food wasn’t fresh, had clearly been reheated as chicken was so dry it was binned. Burger bun wasn’t fresh it didn’t taste nice, have always used USA chicken but last nights meal was extremely off putting.
