Absolutely disgusting customer service & they don't refund money when order is cancelled. Would never order from these people again.

Ordered on line, waited over an hour, was told they had tried to deliver, that they had called, NO CALLS, and no delivery on front door cam, waiting now for 72 hours for a refund

Order a 3 piece meal delivery & got 2 burnt legs & a flat burn piece of bone & some tasteless burn chips. I won't be ordering from there again. Te

I was given the wrong food and the lady manager in chingford was incredibly rude to me whilst I trying to make my order

got my order completley wrong and tried telling me that's what i order very rude staff and all the tables were very unclean

Delivered the wrong order - despite c. 60 calls nobody answered the phone, and when they did and i started to explain they had delivered the wrong item - they hung up! Rubbish customer service, rubbish KFC! DON’T USE THEM

ordered a mini fillet burger and only got one circle of sauce, the chicken was very dry and not up to the normal standard.

After having bad experience over a year ago, whereby we ordered a takeaway, which never arrived we decided to give KFC Chingford another go. Ordering a delivery through just eat. What another big mistake. The food arrived, the driver left and we sat down to enjoy our meal.Spicy chicken, check. 6 pieces in bucket, check. Popcorn chicken, check. What's missing, yep, no fries....Never will I use or recommend KFC Chingford again....

I have just ordered a meal for my family, we waited 46 minutes (yes46), the staff laughed to each other as they ran out of chicken at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon . It seems the staff tried hard to please everyone including the never ending stream of angry Uber eats drivers . Why not switch Uber off when you can’t cope or run out of the only thing you sell. The food we did get was cold at best, dry over cooked or soggy. I hope that whoever runs this franchise reads this and takes note NEVER AGAIN. The picture is one piece of untouched chicken we got before they ran out and laughed.

Staffing has improved, to the extent that I'm satisfied that for now we won't be waiting for so long. Credit where it is due.

Dirty tables just about found a table to eat, but food was okay. Service was okay, friendly and helpful. Toilets were disgusting could even bring myself to go in them

Waited to be served for 10 minutes, when asked if anyone is serving he said I'm trying to do things. Not enough staff. Don't have bbq sauce. Ridiculous.

Terrible service, waited 15 minutes, no-one in queue was served whilst small backlog of earlier orders and new Just Eat orders got the full attention of two staff. Complained and walked out in disgust. Similar story the previous week ( only one member of staff up front), despite being front of queue I had to wait for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged/served. Walked out on that occaision because they could not provide any of the 3 meals I requested. Regular customer. Won't bother until there is new management. No care for drop in customers whatsoever.

Service is poor was waiting over 20 minutes. People served after me was seen before me. Loads of people waiting around. No1 at the front serving. Not enough staff. Very poor.

Estado aquí muchas veces y cada vez que venga. Parece ser muy sucia con basura en el suelo, si han tenido KFC antes de su el mismo en cada lugar aparte de el servicio, que en mi caso podría haber sido mejor, ten cuidado porque hay un montón de gente de afuera, pero los autobuses parque utilizan este y aparcamiento sería mejor a la vuelta de la esquina
