McDonald's WOKING - MORRISONS SITE in Woking

Food quality very poor… What are they managing when serving such pathetic food. Treat day for the kids, which resulted in a cardboard festival of such poor quality. Half filled containers of fries which looked days old and nuggets shrivelled and cold. Keep going and making the shareholders more greedy.

Discriminated against in front of all other customers. My mother has just attended here, with 2 of my children. They needed the loo and she asked about the disabled loo (which was out of order) and told to go upstairs. She wasn’t stable enough to climb the stairs alone. The manager also proceeded to ask in front of the whole of the restaurant “are you actually even disabled” THIS IS DISCRIMINATION!!! Not all disabilities are visible and therefore you shouldn’t demand to know before helping. My mother was forced to leave their meal and head to a place with more accessible facilities. I am utterly appalled that this was the managers behaviour and that he allowed others including staff to actually laugh while this exchange was happening. A formal complaint is being made.

Not very welcoming twice I was told "ere ya" with my order no thank you or have a nice day. So rude if they like the job leave. Puts me off going to often. 😕😕

Went through the drive through. Got McFlurry’s at the 1st window and a flat coke then sent to the 2nd window. Waited 10mins then beeped and someone asked what. Waiting for food. 5mins went by and someone put food in my face and said hello. No apology for the wait and flat drink and now melted McFlurry’s. Won’t be going back.

Awful service, food cold. Dirty floors and tables Absolutely disgusting, its no wonder children are not ill thru this I cannot believe what people see in this food, tasteless and does not look like the advertising shows.

This McDonald's used to be under a lot of pressure and get orders wrong in the first three months of opening, but now I feel it's gotten a lot better and I feel as though it is way quieter than the other two McDonald's locations in Woking. Only opened in 2020 and food and staff both fabulous too! 🙂

If I could rate this a zero and be able to post a review, I would! This has to be without doubt, the worst McDonald's I have ever been in and I will be writing to Corporate to suggest they said in a franchise manager to check this establishment out as their fries are definitely not McDonalds fries. There was none of the caramel coating that Mcdonalds used to ensure the crispness of the fries. The fries in the boxes had definitely been made quite some time earlier and were a huddled mess of limp lifeless flavourless cheap fries. These were so far from the crisp straight fries that you normally get that I'd hazard a guess they came from Morrisons freezer next door they were horrible. The milkshake was to strawberry what my backside is to my elbow ... not related! Had I not known it was meant to be strawberry because that's what was ordered. I would not have known what flavour it was. The order came so quickly and was so cold it had obviously been hanging around for quite some time. The chicken nuggets that we ordered tasted like fish, so I'm guessing the oil used to fry them could do with being changed. It has been 15 years since I last visited a McDonalds, and it will probably be another 15 before I go back. But seriously, if someone from corporate doesn't go down and check this place out, they're doing themselves a huge disfavour. The food was a total waste of £22 as most of it went into the bin. It was only after we got the food that we checked out reviews of the place.... we should have done it first. It's such a shame, as there is a huge amount of footfall and car traffic going through that the food should be hot and crispy. What they seem to be doing here is making it in bulk, and you're getting old, cold food, because they made it 20 minutes ago. The food arrives too quickly to have been made fresh to order, and needless to say we will not be going back.

Messed up my order yesterday, like and idiot we ordered again today as its late and we've been out, ordered food for 4 people and brought one meal which wasn't even our order. This happens to us regularly, we are never surprised anymore, the chances of getting the correct food from this store are slim to none

The foods always cold. A member of staff had hit a customers car and was argueing with said customer and taking photos. The staff upstairs who are cleaning speak to English at all and can’t even engage in a basic conversation! The machine didn’t give a receipt, so my husband asked the lady and she just looked at him and said ‘I don’t know’…. Like honestly, at least employ people who can speak basic English! There’s no manner or customer service at all, the lady handed us our food, we said thankyou and she just looked at us as if we were speaking alien and walked away. Honestly the customer service, or lack of, is disgusting. Sort it out.

I had gone to this branch of McDonald as it was conveniently in town. I came with a friend and we ordered food i had filled out a service as i was happy with the service i received from a particular staff member at a different McDonald's branch and received a voucher which i was not expecting. I decided to go here simply so that i could use my voucher but the voucher was not accept at the self check out and the member of staff informed me that vouchers were no longer being accepted. Found the entire event humiliating in front of my friend. Ordered food anyway but it was cold especially the fries. Do wish i was told about the voucher not being applicable ect would have saved me the embarssment. Surey a system exists to do this. Would have liked my food to be warm at the very least burger was edible but fries were sone cold not a nice experiance. Dont think i shall be getting any Mcdonalds again.

How can they get a McDonqlds so wrong. Big Mac does not taste like a big mac and why oh why oh why are the fries ALWAYS cold....

Since this place is opened just a trouble. I have ordered the food (unfortunately I had to choose this one) anyway, I ordered from here, I did not received what I ordered and paid for. I ordered a new Double BBQ Quarter pounder cheese burger in large meal, One slice of meat was missing, also the fries was so hard, When I have seen it, I tried to call the restaurant, they didnt even pick the phone up, I called them 27times, then they put the phone away and of course the line became busy. This is not the first time to miss something, last time my child missed her happy meal. You need to teach your staff properly otherwise the place gonna collapse which is seems, already in progress….

Management bully. I visited the McDonalds Drive thru this evening and witnessed a manager in a white shirt, his name badge was Kyle. This man was bullying young staff. This is a terrible impression for a socially aware family restaurant. What lesson does this teach our children and young of the world of work. He should be re-trained and helped with his anger management.

Not only was our food icy cold they forgot to put in the dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks and there were no napkins! The meal was atrocious!

Absolutely useless go elsewhere; never open on time! Staff are lazy and rude too customers! Foods never ready ‘we are having problems with our machines’ good luck if you want a soft drink that never works and then they make out it’s your fault and your causing them hassle by asking for your Order usually greeted by an angry lady who basically throws your food at you and slams the window, this has been my experience for at least 10 occasions now! You’ll wait for it to open LATE! Then sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes to find out their soft drink machine doesn’t work, no sausage, so you can have an egg and a coffee but that’s about it! And even then it’s awful! Absolutely disgraceful 0/10

Was in the drive thru and got left waiting whilst 4 cars on the other side got their orders done, so went round expecting to be able to order where you pay and got told can’t order there even-though been able to order at the pay point on numerous other mcdonalds

Have had a wrap several times from the drive through - always very tasty and hot. Excellent coffee !!

Got stuck in the lift and left for ages as they couldn't find the key with 4 children. Food was cold, orders all wrong and staff seem incapable of even conversation let alone making food right. Give it a miss, worst McDonald's
