Good coffee but it's never clean and tidy in here. The tables are normally messy.

The best thing about this Starbucks is it hasn't got TV screen menus yet.

This is the 2nd coffee I’ve had here this week and quite frankly I’m nothing short of appalled. The first one I ordered from Just Eat, it arrived stone cold, a third filled, no syrup - nothing. I actually thought the bag was empty when it arrived. The second one I purchased in store today, 2 young men working and we ordered via the mobile app. We’re waiting for our order and it was called. However was a grande, so I said we had ordered 2 venti’s. Outrageously, the young man looked at me and said the tickets aren’t printing out the cup sizes, we’re short staffed and don’t have time to keep remaking drinks. I straight up told him that I’ve paid for large drinks, so unfortunately he will have to remake our drinks. Well the little toad basically messed around for a few minutes and basically poured the medium drinks in to the large cup. Which was so pale I was convinced he just gave me warm milk and syrup. So I’ve had to take my drink home, add my own coconut milk and my own coffee and stick it in the microwave to be able to have any kind of enjoyment from my coffee. Can assure you, I will never order from this Starbucks and that young man (blonde guy) shouldn’t be left unsupervised without a manager present.

Good coffee, but the service was a bit slow

One of the worst Starbucks to go to. The cleanliness of their seating area is atrocious. Sticky tables, dirty seating, just very uninviting. If yiu can't keep the facilities clean don't offer them. The chai latter's are uninspired powdered sweet mixes. Overpriced for spiced sugar water. A pity the state this store is in. Not a good example of Starbucks shops

The cashier should pay more attention to customers instead of their phone

Toilet is disgusting no matter what time of day I go there. Staff are nice SOMETIMES, but certain staff members make me feel like they look down on people. Tables are not cleaned regularly (or maybe just the ones I sit at). Drinks are good and I get what I pay for.

Drinking in but in paper cups, coffee was awful tbh really bitter and the milk tasted like long life stuff 26 quid for 4 lattes and a mocca quite pricey too ....😒 disappointed

The workers are not paying attention to the customers at all. I ordered latte, and keep waiting for it. The person who works there keep talking to her friend, making jokes etc but not preparing my latte at all. I waited almost 20 mins, and then I wanted to asked her my latte. She is acting like she doesn’t hear me, she kept talking to her friend and finally she looked at me and I asked my latte then she finally started preparing. It’s like they hate working there or something like that. The coffee shop is not clean enough and tables and chairs always at the random places, it’s just weird.

Went into and got a coffee, there was only one till open and 2 people on them, service was relatively slow but friendly staff. Wouldn't mind to use again at all.

Angela took our order with a big smile and then the barista (we forgot to ask for her name) made the most perfect java chip frappuccino we've ever had in Europe. If I could, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee drinks.

Incredibly slow service. I ordered a cappuccino when there were 4 people in front of me. Took 8 mins to get my drink. The Pret next door has double the amount of people but they go through it very quickly. I only went here as i saw there was two person waiting for a drink and two people ordering, so I thought it would be quick. The two people in front of me ordered and then I ordered... And only then did one of the two people originally waiting for a drink had his drink made. I've often avoided going here due to the slow service and have left the queue because of it. If the prices were good, drinks tasted good, and/or it was a local coffee house then I'd wait but it's extremely poor for Starbucks. Haven't tried the food. Atmosphere is okay, especially as there's covered outdoor seating.

Really great starbucks with good cleanliness, good location, outdoor seating and very friendly staff. Always attentive and never gets my order wrong - I order very specific custom drinks. The staff board is very cute as well. Standard starbucks coffee food.

Wonderful atmosphere thanks to the amazing Ms Barista with long brown hair. I do not remember when I was so warmly, cordially and professionally served. Matcha latte and sweets delicious as always. This place is distinguished by the already mentioned service, climatic music and nice surroundings. I recommend everyone to stop here for a little something

Busy and tables not cleared but great drinks as always.

They couldn't understand our order so we knew it would be a mess. As we're waiting, someone comes up asking to get their drink remade... bad sign. We then had to explain so many times what we wanted and they had already started making it with the wrong milk. When it finally came out, it was really bitter like the espresso had been burnt. You'd be better off going anywhere else. We threw the coffees out, £8 wasted

Go to Starbucks around the world and it’s usually a life save. Woking Starbucks: Couldn’t understand a caramel macchiato soy milk, it became decaf semi skimmed bitter mess. Joke

Slow coffee making. Nasty coffee. Stale croissant. Many dirty tables. Windows upstairs filthy inside and out.

How does it take 10 mins to make 1 coffee. Disorganised missed orders and a long line of waiting people. I waited 10 mins and there was only 1 person infront. Should have gone to cafe Nero.

This is one of the worst Starbucks that I have gone to so far. The person who was taking my order showed no interest and was incredibly rude. They didn’t get my order right and didn’t bother to fix it when I had pointed out that it was wrong😡🤬😤

Went in for oatmeal / porridge on 24th december and the dates on the food was 22nd and 23rd december - 4 of them were even from the 20th!! The fact they contain dairy this is a big miss!! When I told staff she just said ‘whoops’ and removed them from the shelf. Very poor!!

Angela has served me for years now and I always go to her as she always helps me choose new drinks and advises me correctly with regards to what drink goes with a dessert. She is always attentive, friendly, always up for a chat and a laugh and is one of the best members of staff in woking. Starbucks is very blessed and I hope they understand that she is a valuable asset to your organisation. Thank you for making every visit of mine special ❤️

I went in for a coffee today and the baristas were so friendly and helpful. They were also very helpful when I asked about how to apply for a job there and made me feel very welcome. My coffee was also one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you!

The Frappucinos are ok if you don't get any of the fancy ones. The main basic coffee is good, although they don't deliver until 9am which is frustrating.

Need more staff - service was very slow on the two occasions I've been in recent weeks.

Slow service after placing order. Once received our order to sit outside Starbucks staff member and security started chatting and smoking next to the seating area which we didn't appreciate as we have a child. Not only was it by the seating area but the exit to the building this is wrong!

Had a coffee crunch frappuccino. Was ok but not exciting enough to justify the cost.

Worst customer service ever, I was stood their waiting for at least 15minutes for my order to even be taken! The lady goes one minute then disappeared upstairs, leaving the other man to struggle and make everyone’s drinks. Then a man that was sitting on a chair in the back or something comes out and finally takes my order!! Not the first time I’ve waited that long in this shop. They need more staff, obviously can’t cope with three of them in their!

Had an amazing experience with Beth and Roksanna today. Remembered our names and another great coffee. Went back for another!

Really good service. Lovely coffee chocolate crunch frappacino. They are good. I had a tall size and it was plenty to fill me up. Also had cheese and ham croissant which had really quality ham in it. Super yum!

Pretty standard. Costs a fair bit as does any coffee shop, but make sure you go here instead of the one on the station platform which charges a convenience fee.

Despite the staff being friendly they do need further training. Every time I go to this location the drinks taste awful and I have to ask them to remake them. There is always a lot of staff behind the counter but only a select few doing anything. I have raised my concerns several times to Starbucks and sadly received no response. They would benefit from a visit to the Guildford, Burpham store.

Great branch. Great staff. Wish Starbucks would branch out on vegan/dairy free cakes and pastries.

Drinks were nice but the staff were all miserable and rude like they were mechanical but the real issue was the lack of cleanliness, I’ve been to this branch on many occasions and it’s ALWAYS filthy, the tables,the floor,the windows, just makes me wonder how often of if they even bother to clean out the machines

Clean & efficient. Nice to see it open even if its take away only. Always found the baristas well trained and ready to give advice on the products in the store. Prefer Costa myself but is further away and cold today.

the 2 girls in there are great, I ordered but could not find my wallet but still offered my coffee not many people around like that now, well done Starbucks very much appreciated I will be doing an email to your head office because you are great. Down side is I have lost my wallet thanks a lot
