Popped in on a quick break and ordered a hot chocolate with maple & caramel syrup. I was served by Beth whose customer service was outstanding! I’m usually a self confessed Costa addict but will 100% be calling in again en route to and from the station. The branch is lovely and clean, fast and friendly service and drink made perfectly. Thank you!

Good coffee, but you need to queue a bit

my drink was spilt and went all over my floor stained my floor and carpet on delivery person didn't even speak English so I couldn't even question him about it.

I was looking for some coffee for my Moka pot at home. Beth, who was serving, was very knowledgeable of all the beans they were selling and also offered to pre grind the coffee for me. She was very helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout. 5* !

My friends and I were very pleased with our trip to Starbucks. We were served by Beth and she was an absolute star. The drinks were delicious and we weren’t waiting long at all. Her positive attitude really brightened up our day. Thank you so much we will definitely be returning ☺️

I always love Starbucks. Although I was sad I'd heard they were doing a collaboration with a kpop group, NCT, with merchandise, and I think speciality drinks. but I they didn't have anything. Probably only in America.

Go shopping and go to Starbucks before ll go home for a nice cup of coffee

I don’t ever write reviews for places but this is the second time I’ve visited this Starbucks because the first visit was awful. The first time I went in, I ordered one of the limited cold brews but when I got it, it was so bitter. It was clear that whatever syrup needed to be in there was missing and when I asked them about it, the woman stated “it’s supposed to be like that” despite myself having had it numerous times from other Starbucks. They refused to re-make it for me so I asked if I could have some syrup added which was also refused. This time, I greeted the person serving me, to be ignored while they laughed. There was no customer service what-so-ever. I have nothing against people chatting with co-workers. We’re human at the end of the day but to feel completely ignored after leaving the establishment is down right rude. My husband even thanked them as he left which was met by silence. It’s clear that those who work there at this time have no interest in the people they’re serving as I felt like an absolute burden which says a lot coming from someone who too works in customer service. The one at the station is 1000% times better and I highly recommend as I’ll be continuing to avoid this specific one.

This is the 2nd coffee I’ve had here this week and quite frankly I’m nothing short of appalled. The first one I ordered from Just Eat, it arrived stone cold, a third filled, no syrup - nothing. I actually thought the bag was empty when it arrived. The second one I purchased in store today, 2 young men working and we ordered via the mobile app. We’re waiting for our order and it was called. However was a grande, so I said we had ordered 2 venti’s. Outrageously, the young man looked at me and said the tickets aren’t printing out the cup sizes, we’re short staffed and don’t have time to keep remaking drinks. I straight up told him that I’ve paid for large drinks, so unfortunately he will have to remake our drinks. Well the little toad basically messed around for a few minutes and basically poured the medium drinks in to the large cup. Which was so pale I was convinced he just gave me warm milk and syrup. So I’ve had to take my drink home, add my own coconut milk and my own coffee and stick it in the microwave to be able to have any kind of enjoyment from my coffee. Can assure you, I will never order from this Starbucks and that young man (blonde guy) shouldn’t be left unsupervised without a manager present.

Good coffee, but the service was a bit slow

One of the worst Starbucks to go to. The cleanliness of their seating area is atrocious. Sticky tables, dirty seating, just very uninviting. If yiu can't keep the facilities clean don't offer them. The chai latter's are uninspired powdered sweet mixes. Overpriced for spiced sugar water. A pity the state this store is in. Not a good example of Starbucks shops

The cashier should pay more attention to customers instead of their phone

Require a refund £8.20 very long wait to receive coffee No China available had to use takeaway cardboard cups. 1 latte & 1 latte toffee crunch. Coffee had terrible taste was bitter & too strong replacements worse very watery could not drink. Tables not cleared or cleaned place very shabby!!! Toilet is disgusting no matter what time of day I go there. Staff are nice SOMETIMES, but certain staff members make me feel like they look down on people. Tables are not cleaned regularly (or maybe just the ones I sit at). Drinks are good and I get what I pay for.

Drinking in but in paper cups, coffee was awful tbh really bitter and the milk tasted like long life stuff 26 quid for 4 lattes and a mocca quite pricey too ....😒 disappointed

The workers are not paying attention to the customers at all. I ordered latte, and keep waiting for it. The person who works there keep talking to her friend, making jokes etc but not preparing my latte at all. I waited almost 20 mins, and then I wanted to asked her my latte. She is acting like she doesn’t hear me, she kept talking to her friend and finally she looked at me and I asked my latte then she finally started preparing. It’s like they hate working there or something like that. The coffee shop is not clean enough and tables and chairs always at the random places, it’s just weird.

I pre order this and it arrived over an hour late this is the worst service I have ever received i am uppalled by the service that I have received, the drink was ice cold and undrinkable. I want a refund for this whole order

Staff all friendly and helpful especially the lady

I was sent the wrong drink I ordered and when advising the delivery man he was extremely unhelpful and didn’t offer any assistance. This is the 2nd time I have had my order ruined through Just Eat and will not be using you again.

I received my order however, when opening the bag I found the coffee had leaked everywhere in the bag and the cup was half full. For the price charged I don’t think this is really acceptable and it appears care was not taken with this order.

Angela took our order with a big smile and then the barista (we forgot to ask for her name) made the most perfect java chip frappuccino we've ever had in Europe. If I could, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my coffee drinks.

Incredibly slow service. I ordered a cappuccino when there were 4 people in front of me. Took 8 mins to get my drink. The Pret next door has double the amount of people but they go through it very quickly. I only went here as i saw there was two person waiting for a drink and two people ordering, so I thought it would be quick. The two people in front of me ordered and then I ordered... And only then did one of the two people originally waiting for a drink had his drink made. I've often avoided going here due to the slow service and have left the queue because of it. If the prices were good, drinks tasted good, and/or it was a local coffee house then I'd wait but it's extremely poor for Starbucks. Haven't tried the food. Atmosphere is okay, especially as there's covered outdoor seating.

Really great starbucks with good cleanliness, good location, outdoor seating and very friendly staff. Always attentive and never gets my order wrong - I order very specific custom drinks. The staff board is very cute as well. Standard starbucks coffee food.

Courier was near my house on the map for 20 minutes. He then marked the order as delivered even though I didn’t have my order. I called Starbucks and was told to call Just eat about it. I went out to look around and he was up the road sat on his phone, he didn’t try to call me at any point. My drink had spilled in the bag too.

Wonderful atmosphere thanks to the amazing Ms Barista with long brown hair. I do not remember when I was so warmly, cordially and professionally served. Matcha latte and sweets delicious as always. This place is distinguished by the already mentioned service, climatic music and nice surroundings. I recommend everyone to stop here for a little something

ordered a Caramel Macciato with Hazelnut syrup and got a strong coffee instead Ordered a cinnamon swirl and got a chocolate pastry instead Ordered a Caramel Frappucino but didnt get a straw so very hard to drink only thing that was ok was the lemon muffin and the delivery time

2/3 drinks arrived 3rd drink was leaking all over my drive way and on the drivers jacket. Waiting for a refund as I amde a not to ensure it was packed properly and still I was left without a drink

Busy and tables not cleared but great drinks as always.

Both drinks received were completely wrong, one was supposed to be a cream based frappuccino, we got a cold brew coffee with no syrup. The other drink ordered was a hot latte, we received an iced coffee.

Go to Starbucks around the world and it’s usually a life save. Woking Starbucks: Couldn’t understand a caramel macchiato soy milk, it became decaf semi skimmed bitter mess. Joke

They couldn't understand our order so we knew it would be a mess. As we're waiting, someone comes up asking to get their drink remade... bad sign. We then had to explain so many times what we wanted and they had already started making it with the wrong milk. When it finally came out, it was really bitter like the espresso had been burnt. You'd be better off going anywhere else. We threw the coffees out, £8 wasted

How does it take 10 mins to make 1 coffee. Disorganised missed orders and a long line of waiting people. I waited 10 mins and there was only 1 person infront. Should have gone to cafe Nero.

This is one of the worst Starbucks that I have gone to so far. The person who was taking my order showed no interest and was incredibly rude. They didn’t get my order right and didn’t bother to fix it when I had pointed out that it was wrong😡🤬😤

Have placed 11 orders between myself and daughter over the past 8 weeks and EVERY order has been cancelled by Starbucks Woking. If they can’t accept orders, why are they still advertising on Just Eat???

Food and drink all spilt and driver took it away and requested to apply for a refund.

I ordered a tall but got the smallest sizes you can get😕 not happy.
