Horrible experience I am allergic to coffee and I said can I have no coffee and he gave me coffee I could’ve died and all he said is sorry the cheek that man has is disgusting the death basterd trying to kill me . And they charger me extra 2 pounds for my Carmel and didn’t give me extra Carmel I’m really upset and angry !!!!😡😡😡😡(the Indian one with curly hair )

I always stop here for a pre-travel day coffee and veggie breakfast sandwich. The employees are the absolute sweetest.

Visited briefly for a coffee before I got on a train. There was nobody on the till when I entered and I then waited about 2 minutes before being served. Forgot how expensive Starbucks is but the coffee was nice, the barista was training another colleague which was good to see! Convenient location on the platform of Woking Station.

Had no cookies and cream ☹️☹️☹️☹️ and honestly overpriced £6 for a small drink is a bit cheeky.

never had a problem with this star bucks before, i’m the last person to complain but when your spending £5 on a coffee you at least want it how you asked for it, i asked for a vanilla ice latte the lady read out what i ordered and even put a “V” on the cup to add the syrup. the woman making the drinks was just laughing around and didn’t add the syrup when it was clearly written and i was the only person in there. it was to late to go back as i was in a rush for work. tasted grim honestly £5 waisted. tried to call them to maybe get a slight refund. no answer. would definitely go to the one in woking centre as they actually listen and take time and effort with there work. the one in the station has no standards, definitely needs training. wish i could put 0 stars.

Fast service and friendly staff

For a big brand, I expect consistency. So I would advise this location to please teach ALL your staff to heat the milk properly to the correct temperature. I have tried different days with different staff, but clearly the wrong technique is being passed on. Milk should be heated till it thickens, not scalding until the milk is burnt and boiling with big frothy bubbles.

Bought a frappachino and a toasty, it was around 5 and the ladie working in the store did everything with friendliness efficiency and 100%accuracy everything was on point even though it started getting very busy as everyone just got off the train l.

I order latte and it was very good It smells so aromatic as well. .I loved it

Ordered a coconut matcha latte and I got a matcha latte with regular milk. Lucky my dairy allergy isn’t life threatening!!! Take more care and consideration. These mistakes are not acceptable.

The drink was ready in under 2 minutes. And I had a train to catch so it was perfect l.

Just visited this branch now .. the staff here really deserve a compliment ... Every time I pop into this shop, I happily leave after having my order in a couple of minutes with smiles from everyone working here. The service is quick and the staff are very friendly! Huge thank you!

Get a coffee almost every morning, all the staff are lovely and super quick. They've even learnt my regular order

Tried to phone shop 22 times no answer it's bad service and prices so much.

I consider myself a difficult customer when it comes to preparation of my cappuccino. Szilvia was the unlucky one to cope with my delicate order and she not only made the perfect cappuccino but managed it with ease and a constant unbreakable smile. Amazing service 👍🏻

Great service from Szilvi who prepared the 2 new Frappuccinos - banana split and passionfruit raspberry. She was very friendly and managed to make the drinks very quickly, just in time for my train. Drinks both tasted great, thank you!

Popped into the store to grab my usual coffee ( latte with sugar free hazelnut syrup ). Emese was at the tills and Szilvi made my coffee. Both were really friendly and helpful , and the coffee tasted great, as usual. The service was quick as well , didn’t have to wait long at all.

Friendly staff, clean store but painfully slow service, to the point I almost missed my train! Took over 5 minutes to get my drink from the point of entering the store with two staff and just one customer in front of me. The drink itself was below the usual quality - just an icy slush. One of my worst Starbucks drinks for a long time! I’m sorry I can’t be positive… but I wanted to be honest.

I visited today at Starbucks. Zannat and Samia was there. I got an excellent service and nice smile from them.

Even though it was 6:00am the team members were very friendly and efficient. It’s lovely to get great service and a smile first thing on the morning.

I was serves by Andras and the rest of Woking Station team, everyone was friendly and respectful. Couldn't have asked for a more efficient service!

Really great team - spent an hour on a video call and was given a chilled cup of water without having to ask. Awesome :)

N.B. It's on the station platform so only available to fare-paying rail passengers. (Couldn't find a way of editing to make this clearer. No criticism of Starbucks.)

Whilst awaiting my train I visited this Starbucks and was greeted immediately by the caring staff. Andras the barrista was very kind and considerate when preparing my coffee. Will be returning if I am ever at this station again.

27.11.2021 at 06.30hrs it closed. Though it said it is open at 6am. Dissappointed. Staff just ignoring you. Unpleasant place.

Was rude to me when i tried to order a frapp.

Coffee taste is so bad used semi milked with hot water .. no taste coffee Oder cappuccino but got lite late.. no customer in that time. Lady may be rude . Don’t like to service customers

Nice location, exactly where you need it

No signs up saying they don't accept cash, made an order for a couple of drinks and snacks and then when it's time to pay they refused the only source of payment I had which was cash. Disappointed and embarrassed, nice if a sign was placed on the door to warn people that legal tender cash is not accepted.

What's the point of having a closing time of 8pm if staff can close at 7 if they choose. Especially when trains are screwed on #southwesternfailway

Served quickly and tastes good. Fairly expensive for a coffee. Really good if you are thirsty on a long journey though.

Staff are great, friendly and professional but the place itself is messy, crowded and isn't really clean. There's stuff left on the side and on tables. Lunch is very busy so you night not find anywhere to sit. Cleanliness to be improved.

It was expensive even for a coffee shop and both times I visited the quality was poor. Never been back since.

It’s really expensive, £3 for a small latte. The barista was friendly enough but there was only one person working serving one person and then making their drink which was really slow so don’t stop there if you’re in a rush. Also there was definitely a fly problem I saw 10-20 small flies around the blender area.

I'm a regular and they are very warm and consistent with the wualiqu of coffee, but the quality when newbies join is weaker and weaker - Starbucks need to invest more in training. Prices getting rather high...

Really rude. One of the servers was on his phone texting and ignoring customers. Plus upon finally being served was told cash only and the was no sign indicating before getting into the queue so didn’t even get my drink after waiting for the above mentioned server to even notice me standing there

Good coffee great service for those moments you in a rush to catch that fleeting train or somewhere to sit and get keep out of mild morning breezes

WARNING: This is literally the most expensive Starbucks I've come across. More than service stations and airports. This particular franchise even still charges more for soy milk.

Dreadful experience today. There today and another customer told my son and I to stop talking, saying she had a right to silence. IN A CAFE. Staff just looked bemused and took no action to the woman.

Coffee is weak and doesn't taste of anything. Had coffee grounds in my cup to top it off!

Basic high street coffee, not bad but nothing special.
