The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Me and my wife ordered krushems, didnt get any. Got pepsi instead, not happy at all, the wife was boiling and needed an icy treat.

Terrible food, really terrible food. This has to be one of the worst KFC I have been to, food is sloppy, chicken was tasteless, some pieces hardly covered with the legendary KFC coating. Chips were soggy actually couldn’t eat them they were so horrible. Chicken was truly horrible.This sadly is not a one off experience, the KFC in Camberley High Street was great, sadly it shut, this is now the local, so when one fancies the Colonel there is simply no other choice.However I have now drawn a line, the food is so shoddy from here, little resemblance to KFC that I will never darken its doorstep again. Something has gone drastically wrong with KFC, no where near its previous standards, suggest they pull their branches to task.

Utterly rubbish stale bread roll. Salad wilted rest assured that my next fried chicken will be from any of the multitude of alternatives as there better value and the product is FAR superior

This place is absolutely awful, they never get the order right because they are not listening, how they keep their customers I really don’t know and it is always cold, I had to tell them 3 times last night my order and they still didn’t get it right, the employees are all awful

Esperaba que la tienda abriera. Me dejaron entrar antes del horario de apertura con sonrisas muy amables. Hice que mi día comenzara agradable y cálido en un día frío. ¡Gracias!

This place is putrid. The toilets are the foulest thing I’ve encountered in a place serving food. I hope this isn’t an indication of how the food preparation area is. No toilet paper, no soap, the smell is horrendous and you have to ask staff to open the door. I passed this on to a staff member and she looked almost annoyed that I was speaking to her… “I’ll pass it on” was her response. I was trying to take my 3 Grandchildren to the toilet, this is disgusting we had to deal with this. Shame on you KFC. I know you don’t care, but we will NEVER step foot in one of you filthy stores again.

I've had dome bad experiences at this mcdonalds but today was amazing. Ordered my food along with my daughters and sat down for table service. 4 mins later our food arrives with a smile. Order was correct and when disposing of the rubbish the front of house staff were friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work.

no ORDENES DESDE AQUÍ... ordenado desde aquí a las 12 pm a las 3 am nos dijeron que nuestro pedido fue cancelado. Ordenado a través de Uber come y nuestro conductor de Uber nos había dicho que había miembros del personal dentro, pero no respondieron cuando estaban tocando a la puerta para recoger nuestra comida. El servicio al cliente claramente no es genial. Gracias chicos🙏

Avoid , waste of money , kfc customer services uninterested un complaints, take your money and provide junk thats disgusting

I ordered because I was hungry and didn’t receive the food until almost 2 hours later. Which arrived stone cold and the times kept changing because it was probably that dopey alcoholic woman messing up the order as per usual. This KFC really needs to set its bar higher or they will not thrive off customers willing to come back

Compré a Deliveroo por los dos por un trato, tengo dos hamburguesas de pollo. Ni siquiera eran empanadas de pollo completas, en su lugar, compré dos tiras de pollo que podías comprar en tu Tesco local dentro de cada una. No empanan recién allí pollo aquí, va directo de la nevera a la freidora pre-empanado

Je déconseille vraiment ce restaurant rapide qui m’a rendu malade. Une indigestion très forte, à fuire ! Très gras, très très mauvaise viande, alors ne mangez pas shake shak favorisez un sandwich !

Absolutely awful - £40 order and yet again, missing part of the order - 1 meal of 3. Useless, utterly dreadful - save your money and go elsewhere.

Cuando llegamos un niño estaba causando un pequeño disturbio. El miembro del personal que trataba con el muchacho era respetuoso pero firme y rápidamente lo acompañó fuera. Pedimos nuestra comida y nos sentamos a comer, pero sentimos que nos habíamos equivocado de orden porque no había especias en el zinger. El miembro del personal con el que hablamos era increíble y rehecho y mejorado nuestras hamburguesas y añadió un poco de salsa picante (que nos dejó probar primero). Incluso nos ofreció papas frescas.
