Absolutely appalling, only one pay screen working and no one on the till. After eating a piece of chicken with the skin I took it off the second piece and the chicken was almost red. My brother had to throw 2 pieces of his away. So out of 6 pieces of chicken 3 were eaten so we will possibly be ill later. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered on the app,wrong order came,driver stated he was just the driver. Went to the store myself to sort. Got the order but surprised how little you get for £35 ! Should have known from before and from what friends say,whatever you order something will be wrong or missing. McDonald’s are way better for service.

Food was mostly good, chips were well done and nice. Chicken fillets and gravy were really good and hot, can't fault them. However some of the original recipe chicken may have been left out too long, a bit tough in places.

Missing items from order via driver through, small portions of chips and cold food, very disappointed . Not recommended

Ordered a variety bucket for myself and my 2 children. Arrived on time from just eat but the food was warm and dry. Wings were dry and didn't taste fresh. Chicken pieces were dry and hardly any meat on them. All bone. Gravy even though warm tasted really nice after 30 secs in the microwave Fries were revolting. Hard and wet like they had been reheated. This is possibly the worst KFC I have ever ordered from and I definitely will never order from Rugby kfc again. Shame as the kids love kfc but the local chicken house produces much nicer food than rugby kfc.

Ordered 2 snack buckets as needed to be quick as coach’s waiting outside, the staff were so slow and inefficient, our completed boxes sat waiting in the warmer whilst staff waited items to complete an order before us, whilst doing so they were talking to each other, they literally could have made our drinks and handed over our food in this time.. I have worked in a Kfc myself before and was shocked at the laziness of the staff.

Below is my complaint to KFC We have just had the worst meal from a kfc ever. The food was not even hot, and we ate in the resteraunt. It was luke warm dry and horrible, the chicken was tough, dry and unpleasant, the chips were also like warm and undercooked. I asked for no leg meat with my meal and received a leg, which I took back and had it changed, the leg wet back into the stay warm cabinet, this I find discussing. I told a member of staff that it was the worst KFC we had ever had and she did not offer a solution and was almost uninterested. Having wasted £18 on this food, we have decided that the chances of eating there again are slim to non existent. On top of the appalling food and lack of staff service the restrant was cold and unpleasant

Avoid unless you want to be seriously ill. This place is disgusting, dirty tables, food on the floor, no serviettes, staff look dishevelled, the Manager is rude and scruffy.. Had a Mega Box...more like a Minging Box!!..chicken cold, chips cold, Hot wings partially cooked...binned most of it. Went to the toilet before we left and if I'd gone before I bought my food I wouldn't had had it, the toilets1 was absolutely disgusting, urine all over the floor, the urinal was spraying water all over the floor but to cap it all there was actual fungus growing out of the wall, well established fungus which means it has been growing there for a while, first thing I noticed when I walked in there so what state must the kitchen be if they can't be bothered to clean the toilets and do something about the fungal growths sprouting from the walls (see photos) Used to be a decent KFC....doubt even the local Rats would eat there now for fear of getting the raging Sh*ts. NEVER AGAIN!!

Proper bad. Order was incomplete meal for one boneless burger and strips.... Got home and, no burger in the bag, I should have checked but given that they passed me my meal with a smile I went on my way.... ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER..... SOME STORES MAKE MORE MISTAKES THAN OTHERS..... just saying like???? All in all I'd try on of the other many eateries local. Some of them are lovely.

OMG i have had KFC s all around the World Jamaica, Mexico all over . The KFC i had today was the worst ever . They never had any hot Drinks, the attitude of the staff was poor to day the least . and my fillet burger if you could call it that it was cremated . The Burger was like have a joke rubber Chicken in a Bun That was Stale you Couldn't Chew it . the orange tango was like syrup . All I can say is i am Glad i dont live in Rugby anymore i cant Live without a KFC

I ordered using the delivery service, a ten piece bargain bucket. Delivery was good via Deliveroo, food was hot, but every piece of chicken was a drum stick the cheap cut with no breast pieces. Cynical and very poor, probably get away with it because it was delivery. They don’t answer the phone either. Not very happy at all and doubt I will eat there again.

Food wasn’t cooked properly, poor organisation, too many chiefs and not enough Indians, management belittling the young staff by telling them off in front of staff and customers on shop floor, lack of communication between staff members. Maybe a complaint to HR…..

We visited this restaurant for the first time in a long time. It has been refurbished and that looks ok. The issue is still the same, slow service and looks disorganised. The food was ok to be fair, but no ice available on a warm day and the bottles of drink were also very warm.

My husband and I stopped at the Rugby Services to grab a KFC on our way to an event in Birmingham. We'd had to wait for the beans and yet they were still cold. We had a boneless banquet, BBQ chicken and Chilli Chicken and it seemed OK. We arrived home from the event and my husband felt sick, within half an hour he had an upset stomach and was being violently sick. Within a couple of hours, I was the same. We should have flown to Poland the following morning, but were too ill to leave the house. It was the most expensive KFC I've ever had as it cost us two flights, four nights hotel and a trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines. There were lots of young staff and a couple being trained up. Please train them to cook the food properly.

Possibly the world. Always get something wrong on the order and never apologise when we go back. Very slow service, lots of staff running around like headless chickens (no pun intended) but not actually doing anything. A total calamity.

Seriously hate this place, fills me with anger. For starters why can you never ever get a hot drink? Machine is always down! Today when I went they only had cans of Pepsi or tango absolute joke! This place is definitely franchise owned and they don't give a crap about walk in customers. The wait times are ridiculous as all they care about is satisfying the massive line of Uber eat, just eat drivers. No matter how busy they are or what time to day you go they never have more than one staff person taking orders. They also cannot string a sentence or understand the English language, I have to talk very slowly and still watch them Input my order wrong on screen. Chicken is always sloppy and wet, even the mini fillets are soggy and gross. Fried chicken on bone is alway slimey and the chips taste undercooked and are squidgy and floppy. It's like they took everything good about KFC and took a massive dump on it.

Passed the long time in the ‘queue’ (one person in front) by guessing what was missing from each meal from the customers lining up to complain. We won! Ours was missing a drink - to be fair we’d only ordered one meal so can understand...

Ordered online.. 3 items missing.. no one bothered answering the phone so after half hour of phoning I went down and the woman looked at me liked dirt.. didn't believe me obliviously... miserable bunch... if they did less talking maybe the orders would be right......

Its the dirtiest KFC that I had ever visit! Had to wait 5 min someone to take my order. The toilet was wet, dirty with no soap and no working dryer... Terrible experience!

Advertised as closing at 8pm, refused to take our order at 6.55pm. Not the cashier’s fault, but it seems a bit cowardly of managers to leave them to take the flak from very angry, hungry people.

Ordered a family bucket of 10 pieces of chicken. Got home to find only 6 pieces. Fries were hard probably from the previous day and manager put the phone down when I complained.

The chicken was cold, the chips were cold and so salty they were barely edible, the fillet burger had brown lettuce inside which was slimy and a blob if mayo so far over to the edge of the bun the bun itself was mostly dry...

This place seems to have some bad reviews but was served quickly and efficiently by Daniel P today been served a few times by him and always polite and courteous, and without fail will wish me and my mrs a lovely day keep up the...

Spent about 40 minutes waiting to be served to get all the way home to find out they'd got part of my order wrong and stuff missing, I have been trying to get an answer on the phone for an hour as wasn't going back...

Visited today for a quick lunch. Very slow service. Zinger had no taste. Had to wait 10 mins for fast food? Followed by fries at least 10 mins later. The staff member lacked basic courtesy of saying "sorry for your wait". In fact she didn't...

How is this place still trading? Got home after spending £30 on food to find that one of the burgers was missing from the order. This has got to be the third time that there has been something missing. Will not be visiting again!

Went in after an early evening visit to the cinema. Order screens not working, no hot drinks available (again, this us the 3rd time). Service very slow, managed to get the food order wrong, tables dirty and bins full. Will not be returning.

2nd visit since KFC shut in Market Harborough and the 2nd time the chicken was dry. This time I could taste the franchise is maximising the use of the oil at the cusp where the flavour is tainted! No like this site!

The worst ever service you could expect from a drive thru. The customer in front had a issue with their order. I watched the server go and get herself a drink. My payment was taken and I could see my order on the counter. I was told it would be 5 minutes. The server attempted to serve other customer, in which time I noticed another member of staff go to the front and come back with two drinks. My food was going cold. My daughter told me the server had rings on her fingers and she was touching her face with her hands. I noticed a microwaved product in a box. being slung into the burger trays.After 15minutes since my order was taken - I was asked if I had paid! I said yes, then she wanted to see the receipt. I was ready to leave at this stage without my meal. I took the meal, I received no eye contact, no smile, no apology.

Como el ir de Kentucky Fried Chicken - este tiene malos los niveles de servicio para el paseo en coche por sección. El personal no es muy útil cuando le preguntamos alguna pregunta sobre los nuevos platos. Me dijeron que en la recepción de pago que una parte no estaba disponible. Cuando pedí una alternativa, aparte de su oferta de pequeñas patatas fritas - esto no fue aceptada. Después pedí a cancelar el pedido y me dijeron que no podían hacer que la orden ya había sido procesada! Esto nunca sucedió en Mcdonalds!

En coche, nos apuraron por así que no tuvimos tiempo leer lo que ofertas de los que ofrecen, tuvimos que pedir salsas, la comida era comestible, nada como las fotografías y tibio. Está bien para algo rápido. Comer en era peor, las mesas estaban llenos de basura y sucio, el personal era servicial cuando nos dijeron los aseos femeninos estaban sucias y no había papel higiénico en cualquier lugar. El pollo tirada nueva era insípido y tibio, cuando volvimos, dos dieron parece de eran achatadas y Juro fue recalentado en el microondas. Nunca más!

Frequnetly dirty - tables not cleaned and rubbish left lying around. Staff could speak better english too.

As KFC restaurants go this one is reasonably clean, in a good area with a drive through and the staff are pleasant and polite. The food - well everyone knows about the food not much to say, Fried Chicken.

Nos quedamos esperando a ser servido por un tiempo, durante el cual no había cola y unos 6 personal se levantó alrededor haciendo nada aparte de jugar luchando y andaba buscando pero no sirve. No sólo parecía una señora que sirve a todos - Sé que algunas personas no se les enseña las cajas, pero venga, no dejar pagando clientes esperando alrededor mientras estás jugando - no gran rapor para su empresa!La comida era un poco frío (chips) pero comestible como no quería tener que volver y esperar otra vez.

Been 3 times lately in drive through have missed kids ice creams off every time last time I ordered something and got something completely different! will not be going back staff need training as obviously inefficient.

Tras pedir un £9:99 cubo de ganga con salsa extra y dos mazorcas nos informaron que no podían hacer salsa extra, y estaban fuera de pollo. Nos ofrecieron una comida de pepita de pollo del niño entre nosotros dos adultos. Eso fue todo lo que tenían [ teniendo en cuenta que es un 24 horas en coche por ] me dijeron que a olvidar. no pollo ??????? Lo que realmente hace a tomar la p *** . Fuimos a MacDonalds cruzando el camino ; gran servicio, comida caliente, inglés y una sonrisa por menos dinero!

Normalmente me encanta un KFC después de un ajetreado día sin almuerzo, y he usado este KFC antes, con resultados mixtos. Recientemente se ha renovado en-línea con decoración nacional y cosas como la puerta no cerraba correctamente en un día con viento (Aún después de años?) puede resultar molesto a mitad de camino a través de su pollo de variedad. Tengo que decir que el café ha mejorado muchísimo pero mi última visita me hizo decidir, esta es la última vez que vengo aquí.La verdad es que era después del almuerzo, así que no debería esperar fresco - debo? Pero el pollo estaba tan seco era incomible para comer incluso con el mejor café. normalmente se quejan, pero el personal ese día no pudo ser molestado. sólo había otros dos personas en el paseo en coche por, y el personal parecía aburrido. quejándose acerca de esto y que y evitando ojo en contacto cuando entregue mi "pollo". Yo no diría que mi bandeja fue lanzado a mí, pero sólo me asusto de eso ... Si el servidor incluso comprendió mi inglés, que me han ayudado. Es una broma permanente en Rugby cuando va a conducir a través, nunca entender su pedido y no entiendo. recuerde que oír todo lo que diga!!!No hay excusa para la mala comida, mal servicio y una muy mala actitud. cruzando el aparcamiento es un Mac Donalds, que siempre ha brindado comida rápida con una sonrisa y personalizada.
