KFC in Chorley

Fantastic! Went @ 10PM via drive-through. Biggish order, literally took a minute, incredible service. Food which included a Family Feast, fillet burger and several sides was perfect. Chicken was absolutely spot on, tasty and faultless. Previous experience in October 2023 was bad - chicken was dry and overcooked, clearly used old oil. I complained and KFC sent a voucher. Been back twice and can honestly say its hugely improved - food quality excellent and the staff cheerful, efficient and friendly. Well done and thank you!

After numerous disappointing trips, enough is enough . The drive-through service was manned by a student lacking communication skills, struggling to accurately take our order. He didn’t get it right and when we rang to address the issue, the indifferent attitude of the staff member who responded, coupled with a rudeness and attitude, highlighted the overall incompetence of this restaurant's employees. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

Had delivery, 2 drinks missing . Was sent 2 fruit shoots that were frozen!!! Regular chips… there was about 15 chips. Disgusting attitude when we rang to complain from a female member of staff! Will never buy from here again

After an evening at the pictures we fancied a KFC on the way home ...should've gone the burger King or maccies or even Dixie chicken. I don't relish this but it was absolutely £20 quid's worth of SH1t. When we got home see the pictures below.We only live 10 mins away from the venue, food was cold, limp tasteless and fed to the dog and even he was dubious avoid this place please

So much wrong…… Ear splitting terrible music (2:30pm). Staff shouting at each other (probably over the music) about their rubbish shifts. Zinger burger & chips, well…… Chips cold & soggy. Burger tiny piece of chicken, 1mg of mayo & 1/20th of a lettuce leaf. Total & utter garbage, no excuse as I sat in…… I’ll not be troubling them again with my coin!

Called in for lunch the restaurant was quiet at the time. Plenty of staff on today which is good to see. What isn’t good is staff standing around talking when tables are littered and there’s is nowhere for people to sit down. The tables were extremely sticky and could do with a clean. The floor looked like it had been cleaned with a greasy mop. Although the food quality Is good here it certainly lacks in cleanliness. On the whole good job. See you next time.

Refused to visit Buckshaw after getting a 6 piece bargain bucket containing 3 legs 3 thighs. That was two years ago. Today the missus decided to treat me by popping into Buckshaw to get a 10 piece bucket. One guess what it consisted of? They must think we are mugs!!! N.e.v.e.r a.g.a.i.n

If only I could give this place 0 stars. Horrendous. Always missing food. No one seems to care. Awful. Avoid at all costs. I have had no chips in an order of chicken and chips on 3 occasions now. I will never return. Also my last bucket had legs only. Just vile

KFC Buckshaw Village Drive through. 22:15ish, they close at 11pm drive through so plenty of time, certainly not last minute! I ordered 3 original chicken. I waited longer than I ever have - nobody in front of me, one boy casually sweeping the floor. Eventually came to the window, took my payment, gave me a bag "Here's your 3 pieces". Got home to find KFC as I've never known it since 1978! The coating was so hard I had to break it with my hands, tasted burnt and incredibly greasy. There were actually 4 pieces but 1 was miniscule and another almost totally battered bone. Never again.

Worst place ever do not get food from here it's rotten and no one seems to care. They don't change the oil at this place and the service is poor beyond anything I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs

Shocking in an empty-ish store waited 30 minutes then cancelled as they more concerned serving Uber, deliveroo & justeat

So today our drive through order yet again had no chips. My bucket only had legs in it and the quality was like nothing I have ever seen before. The chicken was actually soggy and not crispy and had black oil coming from it and smelt like real old oil. So I had rank chicken legs and no gravy. This is my money they are taking for this food. Third time I have got home to no chips. I will never get food from this store again. Staff all need sacking or retraining the incompetence is staggering. Avoid!

Zinger Stacker Burger, with only one fillet (it's meant to be a stacker!), no cheese and to top it off brown lettuce. Its happens to much here hence why i usually go to Chorley KFC, where they actually seem to care about the food they put out. Prices have gone up and quality has got even worse. Never ever wasting my money at this one again.

Drive through on ordering that went quite well, at the payment section I was told please proceed to one of the bays your food would be 5-10 mins? Which was a while but I waited at the front like a good little boy!! After 20 mins proceeded inside to ask what’s going on! To a response like you have asked for chicken (10 piece bucket ) which takes a while to cook! My issue is this guy Ryan so called manager just wanted to argue because we ordered 10 pieces and he missed the point that his staff says only 5-10mins at the point of payment!! I will never be coming back to Buckshaw again as Ryan has a very bad attitude and this isn’t the first time!!

I really don’t know why I keep coming back to this KFC! On every visit, staff continually leave out items from the orders…. I’ve never written a review for KFC but on this occasion I felt it necessary. Since Ubers, deliveroos etc have been flowing through the doors, service has got even worse but todays visit took the biscuit. I’d order our meals to find as usual things missing, sauces, stirrers, sugar etc anyhow the young lady quickly provided the items. My grandson decided he needed to use the toilet, literally as soon as we had started eating. So I told a member of staff where I was going and NOT to clear out table. It was more than evident where I was going as the door to the toilet to be unlocked and was opened by the same lady I’d asked NOT to clear the table! On return the same young lady was actually clearing the table!!! Obviously I was shocked and asked her what she was doing, to be told she thought I’d said to clear the table! I cannot comprehend for the life of me why she would think to clear it when she was the one to open the toilet door and the one I specifically asked NOT to clear our table! Her attitude was one of oblivion and when I asked what she was going to do, she advised she’d sort it out again. In true Buckshaw KFC service the order came with the wrong drink, items missing and an attitude I can only describe as lacking in good customer service as there was no apology, no smiles or anything just one very miserable, oblivious to the world young lady. If you are using young people then at least train them properly so they give your customers a good customer service and a good experience, not a bad one. I think this will be my last visit after todays debacle!
