I am fed up with this particular store, again I have just had a fillet burger without my request for extra peppercorn sauce, or even any lettuce, last week I had to go in the store and return a burger that had been stuffed in the bag by force and was crushed, KFC is a treat for me...I wish I could ask for what I would like and be happy with the food Iam given... never had this at any other store!

Poor customer service !!!! Don't even know how to greet customer!!! Snob staff specially the women serving food n the counter wearing all blak dress and head scarf .. we end up go to burger king next door ! Excellent customer service the burger king staff...

Worst experience never order again from kfc missing items cold messy food is not what kfc quality like before they should take a look in it

Terrible. Avoid. Utterly clueless staff who are incredibly slow and inattentive. Can't even count straws. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's anywhere in the world

Ordered a delivery through the KFC app, for 3 meals a wrap, 2 hot wings and some coleslaw. It has to be said this is the worst KFC in the area by a long chalk. Anything wrong with the food? No other than stone cold. But when delivered none of the drinks I paid extra for (juice), and missing the coleslaw which I paid for. I'm sick of it, as they seldom get an order correct which I assume is because the staff and management don't care.

I have no idea with what (or why) they coat the (soggy) chips but it's utterly revolting. I always eat in so that the chips don't go soggy in the bag, but these were served soggy even when not trapped in their own heat. Chicken was ok but very greasy. Thanks for the memories, KFC, and farewell.

I got my food and it had a multitude of blood clots and I can now only taste blood and I ripped out a 3 inch tendon from 1 of them and the average piece was more gristly than an actual raw chicken ypu just bite into and that would be more pleasant basically they 🍇ed the happiness out of my bucket

This could easily have been a very negative review, as we have had three recent home deliveries, ALL with either missing or incorrect items! The store is literally only just over a mile away, but as I am currently housebound it may as well be on the darkside of the moon as far as my circumstances dictate. The most recent order wwas delivered minus x4 fries and, no matter what your opinion of KFC fries, that ruined a much needed meal after a long drive! On this occasion though, my other half was able to go into the store the next morning to complain. To her eternal credit, the Manager (unlike her counterpart at the nearby McDonald's!) was extremely apologetic, and replaced the entire £40 order on the spot, so well done her! Subsequent deliveries have also been correct, AND pleasantly hot...👍🏻

McDonald’s was offence to me and my family my little sister was practically crying as her food was cold because they didn’t call out our order number making the food come out 25 minutes late and talking about late we ordered 4 mcflurries and they took thirty minutes to serve us only because we had to ask a worker once again because they had not made our order in the first place and it was melted when we got back to our table disgustingly a woman carrying bin bags created a spillage with a horrid liquid from the bins of you can’t handle the people in your restaurant don’t work there it’s supposed to be fast food not late cold and slow food disgusting horrid food and rude profane workers outrageous!

I ordered and asked for no drumsticks or thighs as I am allergic to brown meat did they read that no they didn't had to throw it away will not order again I could have been really ill what is the point in leaving points if they don't read them, can't express anything to just eat because they will do nothing about it hope this helps future customers

Although this place was a lot cleaner than our last visit, I always feel cheated leaving there as the portions are minuscule. Their tower burger is more of a bungalow burger and I doubt if one small potato had been used for the chips portion For £1.99, the coleslaw was a small tub of cheap low fat garbage and also at £1.99, you get one fillet the size of a chihuahua’s d**k Bloody disgrace

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.
