KFC in Huntingdonshire

An awful place, to be avoided at all costs. Visited with my family and were served pink chicken. This was flagged to the manager who admitted that sometimes the machine doesnt cook the chicken properly. No accountability or appreciation for customer service or basic food hygiene. I will be escalating with the local authorities and KFC. Such a shame that the Proud KFC name has been tainted.

I ordered a burger, chips, drink and one piece of chicken delivered. What arrived was no chicken and 11 (eleven) chips. For nearly £17. How does KFC forget chicken? All you do is chicken!

Went into the drive through to get some food for the family. myself, Mrs and little ones all sick next day with food poisoning. Will not be going there again

The very thing KFC are famous for, this restaurant have ruined. Very chicken, like chewing on leather, undercooked chips. We don't do fast food often and now I know why. Honestly can see why there place is deserted

For starters we couldn't get a blue badge parking space because they were occupied by Deliveroo and Just Eat driver's cars, neither of which were displaying a blue badge. Toilets not very clean and tea or coffee had been spilled on the floor stretching from the staff kitchen entrance, through the door leading to the toilet, and round in front of the customer service counter. Draughty and cigarette smoke from folk standing right next to the door smoking. Chicken very greasy.

It was a terrible experience from KFC in St Neots. They took the wrong order with seasoned chips and food was cold.We called the restaurant and asked for a refund or to replace, the man who answered our call didn’t even had the patience to talk and didn’t resolve the issue instead of that he just hanged the call disrespectfully. I am pretty sure that KFC gave me somebody else’s order and charged me extra since they were in a hurry to close the shop Never knew that KFC was this disastrous and horrible Customer Service

As always they forgot the hot wings I ordered as an extra. This branch is always missing items from drive though orders. Terrible service as it’s never refunded.

Even when the store is empty of customers, the staff keep you waiting at the drive-thru a ridiculously long time. When they eventually do drag themselves over to the intercom, they sound bored and miserable. It then takes ANOTHER ridiculously long time for the food to arrive at the window (even though you're the only car waiting) and it's invariably cold. I just don't know what they do in there all day. Where's the manager of this franchise? Why doesn't s/he care about this place? This is the only KFC (and I've been to many!) that I would recommend you actively avoid.

If you have ever watched the film 'Trainspotting', then you will know what I mean. Food is as expected of a KFC, but the gents toilets are enough to make you want to throw up whatever you have just eaten. Can I suggest the drive through.

Order had item missing, fillet burger was over cooked, dry and tough, the Pepsi max was flat. Not for the first time and probably won’t be the last. Keep hoping it improves but it never does. Won’t go back again or will travel to another one and hope it’s better.

I can't even remeber the meal becuase we stopped mid journey for just over an hour in the car park and have received a parking fine!!! Apparently max 1 hour parking which I agree may enough for most but I obviously did not notcie any signage and didnt expect a restriction like that WHEN YOU ARE A CUSTOMER! Appalling con.

Young man and lady serving today had a quick efficient system going on between them. Chicken was not greasy and the best KFC I have had for years. Well done excellent service and meal. Thank you.

We visited this kfc a couple of weeks ago and had a sit down meal, we have just received a parking fine of £60 or £100 .this was due to no fault of ours. The road was so busy we were unable to get out so we had to drive through the order station and this took over 20mins resulting is us being 12 mins over the hour. Be aware it shocking .

Great value if using the app for discounts. We get the family bucket to share between 2 households. Never had any issues with this restaurant.

Every time I come here I say never again and yet I do come again and it just gets worse. The staff are rude, there are always things that are not available and the food is awful, so once again - never again (until the next time)

Really dissapointed with the service, very abrupt, then my order was incorrect to which could be both our faults as taken over the drive through with interference, but one upin the pay window no pleasantries, totally disappointed will not be eating here again.

The drive through is always solid, food tastes fresh and nice and hot. Don’t really get why the reviews here are so bad..?

Once again cash only. Numerous times recently this has been the situation. Problem being paper sign explaining the situation is at top end of drive through. This results in you stuck for ages to get out again if you only have card payment. How many people carry a large amount of cash at present. When you speak to management they do not want to know. Ended up at Burger King. There loss

Visited this KFC branch on Saturday 2nd October around 1.30pm. My first meal at KFC for a long time 4 people in front of us queueing only one member if staff taking orders So took at least 15 minutes before we got to place our order then had to wait about 30 minutes before I got my order had to ask stuff numerous times before a lady actually did anything about my complaint and then I Didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant and ended up eating it in the van on route Also the hash browns were missing so definitely not using KFC again very poor.

Poor quality and very expensive. The chicken pieces are now tiny. Bad customer service. Support other eating places in the town.

Drive thru service pathetic and food missing from order. What food we did have needed to be thrown away it was very poor quality. Avoid.

I went to this KFC asked for 4 pieces of chicken and chips, I asked if I could have all thighs as I do not like dry breast meat, the chap on the intercom said no problem. I thought he said £4.19 which I thought was fair, when I checked my credit card and then found the bill in the car they actually charged me £7.47, they gave me 4 legs NOT thighs and charged me £1.99 for just one leg and £1.29 for a packet of chips the size of my fist, which is not very big. I did not check the bill because it was about 8.30pm and dark and the contents too. Feel conned !!!!

Check if open by phone in advance. I arrived at 22.05 and it says on the door open until midnight but already closed. However now looking at the reviews, probably just as well.

Perfectly good kfc. Drive through straight forward and prompt service. Food good quality and tasty. Would definitely return.

I called in for a takeaway for a group at work and have to say that I found it much better than previous visits. Long may the improvement last. Service was swift, despite being very busy and food was good and hot. Now moved up to average in my view when it had been very poor. Let's hope this continues.

This is going to be a short review. We went for a takeaway hoping for improvement. No such luck. The worst KFC I have ever been to. One female member of staff who at least smiled and offered me a drinks holder was its only saving grace. Not even given a spoon to eat beans! What was I meant to do? Suck them up with a straw? Awful!

We visit kfc as a family of 4 in the lunchtime. Wasn't very busy. My husband made an order to sit in. Person on the till had no experience at all because he instead of put order as a sharing bucket he've done everything saperate which was more expensive. My husband back to the till but people behind the counter didn't react at all. Some even ignored him. Finally he had refund and was charge properly. When we had our order, spicy hot wings been mixed with boneless chicken and the amount was wrong. It was not enough plates, no dips. So he back to the till again asking to speak with manager. He was told that manager is at the back. Finally he came. He explained the situation and was told that will have missing food. He refund for hot wings. The food wasn't done, no one came to us, no apologise. Definitely we will not come back. Staff was not experience, no customer focus at all.

Cant fault young man at service window for helpfulness , but if you want to hear swearing from the staff behind him ie f@ck off and c#nt this is the place to come too !

This place has repeatedly been the worst KFC I have visited. Shame since its the nearest. I rarely go here and to be honest, this visit typified it. I clearly asked for takeaway and yet it was produced on paper plates and a tray. They of course then had to transfer it all to a bag with tongs. Look an age. Ptetty luke warm by the time I got it home. Passed a friend on his way in having been given the wrong order. Wasn't even busy. Saw another order that was clearly messed up. Not rocket science. Get some competent staff for goodness sake.

The chicken is always bone dry, the staff are extremely un-professional when you try to ask for fresh chicken they actually think it’s acceptable to have a full blown conversation about you whilst you’re standing there!!Don’t bother taking notice of their ’opening times’, as I regularly like to get some hot wings on the way home from work at about 23:15 and I’m told sorry, we aren’t cooking anymore- even though they advertise being open until midnight!!Shambles

Went in kfc for a change,they had no tissue to wipe my greasy hands So I tried to get toilet roll instead,well no toilet paper either. I think it’s a bit of bad management ware ordering goes.

KFC, it is what it is. You know it's chicken different ways. So the only difference is the service and site.

The restaurant was spacious and clean. Staff were all polite and friendly. It was easy to place my order and my meal was prepared straight away and given to me on a tray, complete with a paper plate and a spoon (for my gravy). The chicken was hot, fresh and tasty. Not keen on the new skin on fry’s.

So after waiting 15 min in the drive thro que I’m told it’s now 9 we aren’t taking any more orders. Yet it was only 8.57pm they’re meant to be open til 12

I walked there on Saturday evening to hopefully eat in, websites states restaurant closes at midnight! I got there at 22.08 and it was closed so I walked to the window just to get served at 22.47pm the guy in there was clueless and has no hygiene standards! It does not take a few seconds to wash your hands! I waited a further 10mins to get my food and it was stone cold. The place often smells disgusting inside and from the poor hygiene I’m really not suprised!

Went on the website and it said it closes at Midnight so walked for 20 minutes to get there at 23:15 only to find it closed. How unreliable can you get? What a complete joke of a place. Looking at all the other revues I’ve probably dodged a bullet!

Came to kfc whilst my group of friends and me needed food after coming from the skatepark, absolutely disgusted by the poor conditions of the lampshades which are covered in dust and the smell the restaurant has is disgusting literally smells of urine this needs sorting toilets are also dirty and pubic hair found all round the toilet

Food is a,ways hot even though you have to wait ages for it, a few times the orders have been incorrect and the staff want to chat amongst themselves rather than give good customer service.

My fault - I know it’s bad, I should not have gone ... but I did. At least the food was ok this time, had to wait for a long time though, but having driven all the way home, unpacked the food (which was an 8 piece dipping boneless feast) there were no dips! Clue possibly in the name? NEVER AGAIN! (Well, until next time anyway).

The food is always pretty good, but everytime you visit on the drive thru it’s a “ please wait a moment”. Have two windows but only use one. Use them both, speed up the service and all is good.

Today we picked up a takeaway. It was a case of convenience and to be honest, the food was better than previous visits. They got the order right, whi H is an improvement on previous visits. Only suggestion is that it would be handy to be given a spoon or fork to eat baked beans! Started to eat and found (yet again) that this had been forgotten. Credit where credit due though. Has improved.

Took my daughter and her friend to KFC drive through in St Neots and while we queued we watched around 20 rats invading the bin area close to the restaurant. Whole place generally dirty and poorly kept. Decided not to stop for food so went to Mc’d just down the road.

What can I say this place is a joke I've visited this place 4 times over the last couple of months only to be told " NO POP CORN CHICKEN" and " NO FILLET TOWER MEALS " what kind of place are you running, why don't you buy more stock for you existing businesses instead of building another under stocked shoddy expensive establishmen(BURGER KING), and the parking don't get me started on this , it would't surprise me if the franchise owner also owned a car repair business as well you can't enter the tight crammed car-park without someone nearly running into you or swearing at you because of the rubbish inconciderate parking plan that some idiot that will never attend site come up with in his bedroom. IF YOU HAVE ANY BRAINS DONT GO BOYCOTT.

We go to KFC fairly regularly and some of the time its ok, however they have messed up our order almost every other time we’ve been and it is unacceptable as the staff are clearly incapable of checking the order before handing it to customers.

We took our youth group for an end of term party. Big Mistake! No particular problem with staff or food, but our teens took time to decide and we were there about 90mins. Unbelievably, parking was limited to 60mins as I found out when landed with a £200 fine. No notification, just 2 x Finals. Why risk it? If you get blocked in, you'll still pay - best to stay away. KFC UK weren't interested - not our problem.

Very poor service and extremely long wait for our food, need more staff when it’s busy, will not visit again

We visit KFC at least once a week the staff are great. They will allow you to change your burgers to suit your own taste. And are always friendly. Not all KFC restaurants are as good

This kfc in line with company policy serves cold food to drive through customers. This is company policy to reduce waste and costs in the knowledge that drivers will not be able to come back.

This kfc is very dirty the tables are never cleaned seats have tomatoe sauce on them..the floor is covered with chips and grease..the service is poor ..they never have any breast chicken when you place an order..this kfc needs a lot of attention to detail .. please come and look at this kfc..

Firstly, the parking is ridiculous. It's in the middle of nowhere so no risk of anyone leaving their car there all day so I have no idea why they have such limited restrictions. If you park along the side the building infront of costa, it's impossible to get out if there is a queue for the drive through. You just have to wait for the line to clear. If you had been in for a sit down meal you are at a huge risk of being trapped in the car park and overstaying the allowed hour.

I've tried this KFC a couple of times,both times I've been poorly after!I will never eat here again, such poor standards and food quality.Not worth the money or the being ill

Used drive through to order, after collecting order we left and later discovered the order we were given was someone else's so over paid as our order was dearer. Strongly suggest you check your order when it is passed to you at the window before driving off and don't be hurried by the staff.

After a very busy Saturday working very close by this KFC we decided to go and eat on site as it was quick and easy. I have to admit we went over the 1hr aloud for parking.This was only due to not seeing any signs warning us at all. Due to living in Yorkshire I didn't have a clue. All we were interested in was food after a very busy day.I have wrote to KFC as a customer but they have not even repied. After explaining Everything to the parking ticket company Civil Enforcement Ltd They are not interested and says my ticket still stands...Shocking also KFC you should be ashamed of yourselves because you should warn every hard working customer when food is purchased that you only have 1hr to eat and move on.....PLEASE DON'T USE!

OK it's a Drive Thru however there is little parking for those wanting to eat in. Limited parking shared with the Costa next door.Food was acceptable for this type of establishment however the service was poor. There was a concentration on taking orders and money over putting the orders out to customers. Similarly there were more staff processing Drive Thru orders than restaurant orders. Finally customer's had to ask for cleaning product and cloth to clean tables.

Standard KFC with hot and tasty chicken. Located in handy location but parking is poor. Staff are freindly and helpful. Mobility access is good however setting is poor. Toilet faciities are poor.

On my visit the tables were dirty and when I asked a member of staff to clean it it seemed like I had asked for the impossible, she cleaned tables around where I clearly wanted to sit

It's a KFC so you know what you are getting, this one was ok but the fry were soggy, I don't get the gravy thing it looked and smelt horrible, didn't ask for it as it came with the meal. The area around this little complex needs a good clean and looking after, a bit of a bin...

Order was wrong, fries were old and reheated, wouldn't visit again. Not much more I can say and I love KFC but struggling to find a good one in the area

Worst KFC I've ever had. Thought the meat looked a little pink whilst I ate it, and then was violently ill less than an hour later. Will never, ever, ever, be coming back to this drive thru again.

Kfc is great for a quick takeaway. Not this one. This kfc has gone down hill. This used to good and food tasted good. The chicken was over cooked, dry.

I was hoping for a quick drive through service, however the person taking my order at the drive through made me wait for quite a few minutes, then they got my order wrong. Realistically i will visit again because I like KFC but it was bloody annoying that someone couldnt even get an order correct

This has got to be the worst KFC in the history of KFCs, no. 1. 5 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. 2. Food took 10 (timed ) minutes to arrive 3. order was wrong when it did 4. was told by the ignorant server that it wasn't his fault, the waste of space Manager wandered over, barked something at the employee then walked away. 5. was then told by another employee that it was a nightmare to work there at the moment - well my dear it ain't much better being a customer! 6. Tables were filthy.What annoyed me most though was the complete lack of co-ordination, effort, dedication, team spirit - well lack of anything really within the whole restaurant!Avoid at all costs, KFC UK - if you see this review....and i'm not the only one saying stuff like this....sort it or close it.....

I placed my order and said I would like chicken breast (I don't like thigh or leg) I was told by the young rude girl that I may get that (you don't get what you pay for here then) as I stood waiting for my order other people came in placed there order and left some people even ordered the same as what I ordered but still I haven't been served I asked where my order was as I thought I had been waiting around 15 minutes the rude server said you have been waiting 8 minutes actually by this time the manager approached I explained what had happened he said I could have a leg and a thigh I explained I only liked chicken breast so he said nothing he could do (he was a waste of time) it didn't end there kfc start to look really amateur now they have run out of cooked chicken you couldn't make this up people were coming in but no chicken hence hungry people a lady was served once she had paid she was told it would be a 15 minute wait for chicken she was fed up as why wasn't she told on ordering? after around 30 minutes of receiving my fast food the rude girl practically threw a bag of food at me (I assumed it was mine) I told her how rude she was her reply was I don't care I'm leaving in a few weeks (she wont be getting employee of the month) that sums up there staff i wont be going back there ever and will avoid at all costs st neots have enough fried chicken places with friendly staff

I cannot comment on the restaurant because we used the drive through, which was efficient and the staff were friendly. But the food was horrible. The chicken was very dry and overcooked.

The bun was burnt and the four piece meal ordered was just four pieces of fillet burger, the guy taking the orders on the drive through could not understand and certainly was struggling to not only take the orders but also speak English rang after we got home to be told no manager only a shift runner who funnily enough could understand and speak clearly he said understaffed typical response all I can say kfc shame on you for paying poor wages and what's the excuse on recruitment.....

We should go and have treat. Lunch time busy moment. Place looked OK from outside but when we came in we saw dirty tables and floors. We were waiting for order just few min. But when we sat down (dirty sticky table) and started out meal - disappointed. All parts of the meal where just warm, burger was from warm to cold (big daddy meal) as well pice of chicken. So - cold food with cold drink left unpleasant feeling and sickness, after when you tried to put rubbish into the bin - surprise - full hardly managed to put my rubbish in. Will never back there again!!!

Basically nothing new that it has not been written already in so many reviews here. In essence a really poor customer service, the staff is always busy chatting between themselves, lack of attention to the customer, the drive tru is simply pointless the speaker is always broken so most of the times ended having to order in the window where the food should be served instead. But one common thing which seems to be happening all the time is about the orders always being wrong. The only way of avoiding having to get back is eating there which then makes the Drive tru absolutely pointless.You call to complaint and they simply ignore the call and offer the usual potential rewards on next visit. Too late for lots of customers like me. I love KFC but this one in St Neots is simply disgusting, the food is also very bad cooked in comparison to other KFCs. I do not understand how the owner of this place does not attend these complaints and make something urgent about. There are plenty of high quality take always in this town so just avoid yourself a bad experience and get your chicken from somewhere else until this KFC can do fast food properly.

Visited this branch last Sunday, we drove to the drive through ordering point and had to wait over 5 minutes for anybody to take our order, even then they took half the order and told us to drive round before the order was complete. The food we got tasted as though it'd been sat under the heaters for hours. I took my meal back in to ask for a refund where I was informed by the manager that he was unable to refund my meal as I'd already eaten some of it (how do you know it doesn't taste good unless you eat some of it). He then got quite aggressive and started to raise his voice at me when I questioned this.

Often go back just to see if things have changed but sadly not, young immature staff serving with not even a hint of a smile or warm welcome really present themselves like they can't be bothered . Food is not great compared to other KFC .Tables are never clean.

Waited ages to be acknowledged at the intercom. Never happened, drove round to the payment window to find nobody there. eventually a girl arrived picked up the headset and began taking orders. Still ignored me. Eventually opened the window and tried to sell me somebody else's order. Refused to take my order and I was told by her, via her manager to drive round again and then she would serve me. In total took nearly 15 minutes to get to that stage. Told them not to bother and drove away. Subway got my money that day.

First impressions last!! The man at the counter was incredibly rude his English was also not good, it's not the customers fault if he doesn't understand!! Ordered our lunch & he slammed the change on the counter we had to ask for sauce, straws etc as there was none on our tray. Found one of the only clean tables in there and started our lunch which by kfc standards was mediocre at best. The music was a mixture of garage & rock not very suitable. Needless to say we won't return and I think the staff need to receive more training too!!

As with my previous review I still get dragged into this KFC by my kids occasionally and tired of watching them tuck in so decided to risk it and order something last night (Feb 2015) from the drive through.I'm happy to say that the ordering microphone box has been updated and no longer distorts so therefore a conversation could be had with the Employee who also spoke legible English which resulted in my order being correct - yay!The 3 piece meal I had also was quite tasty but, and I don't get why it seems particular to this KFC, the coating was soggy again, why can't they get it right???Anyway, upshot is that things have improved slighlty from the service side of things and marginally (possibly) on the food front so deserves the upgrade by one star.

Recently went to this kfc and after eating a chicken wing a few hours later I couldn't remove my self from my bathroom for around 48 Hours. Don't eat here for your own health

I get dragged to this KFC by my kids regularly, they usually have something that even this KFC can't cock up like popcorn chicken but sadly everything i've had from this KFC is either over or undercooked, poorly presented, poor and broken English service by the servers, distorted order box from the drive in with I would say a 50% strike rate of getting the order right /wrong from it. I have encountered my food being placed on the "ready shelf" while the girl on the mic happily took the next 3 orders leaving my food to go cold for just over 4 minutes, that's poor and I asked for it to be redone and was looked at like I'd murdered her mum.I actually just take my kids and watch them eat their simple dish now, they seem to enjoy it and why shouldn't they, like I said before even this KFC can't mess up popcorn chicken. Many other KFCs are wonderful but avoid this one... unless you get dragged there by your kids of course!!!

Being local we often visted this KFC. However, on TWO late night visits we have encountered chicken that is pink / raw in the middle and by no coincidence less than 48 hours later we ended up being ill.I will truly never visit ANY KFC again.

The first time I ever when to KFC it was like I was in heaven. KFC is the best food ever if you want a good meal go to KFC
