Wendy's in Huntingdonshire

Awful small watery jacket potato. Wouldn't feed a toddler.

Did not receive my order. Delivery man called for the code, then never showed up.

First time ordered and enjoyed it

Driver delivered food missing the 40 chicksn nuggets. Wendys have proof they added them to the bag so they got 'lost' on the way. I went up to Wendys, Wendys replaced the nuggets.

I've only had the Baconator meal but it's the best tasting burger I've had in a long while and the fries are really good as well. The service was quick. What more can I say?

Wendy’s used to be my favorite in USA. I was absolutely disappointed how rubbish and small portions it was here in uk and may I add, not cheap. The place was empty!! Besides they didn’t have any nice fries available

Everyone is looking for savings, this is not going in the right direction, the portions are very small in relation to the price.

The refreshing opposite of the poor food and service at McDonalds (specifically Huntingdon leisure park location). Wendy’s is a little more expensive but you get a far superior product that tastes amazing. A shout out to the drive through girl who on evening of 4th Jan ‘25 was so chirpy and friendly it was a breath of fresh air.

This place seems to be one up from a Macdonald's. Had a Cesar salad, chips with cheese. My son had a burger. He said it was ok. The staff friendly enough. Saw a cleaner doing the bottom of the tables. Very nice to see someone doing a thorough job on the table legs well done Wendy's!

Good food only bad thing the cold drink was in the bag with the hot food so food was a little cold when arrived but was nice still

Our second time getting Wendy's. The first time it was brilliant - the top end of fast food with tasty, hot food and really it should be at the higher price range. So much so we did a 30 minute drive each way, just to get it this time, but it was definitely not as good. Fries were lukewarm, burgers were merely "OK" compared to the time before.

The only down side to this restaurant is the smell from the out side drains they need looking into as its off putting however there is no smell in the restaurant so you can enjoy your food 😉

I was happy with the delivery time this time, I thought I'd give it a second go as the first time was over an hour late and everything was stone cold. I will order again and hopefully it is delivered on time as it was this time

Very quick and very tasty. Would always recommend. Only issue was sitting and someone was mopping and poured water right where we were sat, making my ugg boots wet and very slippery

First time coming here and so much better than the usual fast food burger restaurants! Would say it's better than most actual restaurants which sells burgers! So good. Definitely worth the visit! Decent price aswell.

We were travelling today and stopped at Wendy's. The breakfast roll was awful. The muffin or what ever it was would be suited more for Barbie doll it was that small. The sausage burger was so thin and burnt. It wasn't good. The potatoes wedges were nice and hot though. It was to late to take it back as we had already got back on the M1 before we attempted to eat it. It was left as it wasn't nice at all. We won't be stopping there again. The staff were polite though when ordering and the toilets were clean and tidy.

Half the order was wrong. One of the workers looked at me like i was mental when I asked for it to be corrected. Chips might as well of been frozen was so cold the cheese couldnt even melt. Bacon was burnt to a crisp. Coffee tasted like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a week. Pretty poor as this is normally a nice place to stop.

The food was cold when it arrived. It appeared as though the chips were not cooked properly too as the bacon was discoloured and the cheese had not melted into the fries

The milkshake and caramelized onion burger kind of made up for everything else. The chips weren't very warm. Staff were miserable and not very welcoming, they didn't give us sauces etc, a smile would have been nice.

Fast service. Clean seating area but stark and uninviting. Food ok not a lot there for £12 large fries not particularly large. Burger was ok but not much flavour even the bacon was bland and tasteless. Disappointed.

wendys is great for breakfast , coffee is nicer than the other place , and it works out £1 cheaper , staff are excellent and if something isnt right they will rectify it.

DO NOT get delivery most my order was missing and they said they "couldn't do anything about it and to contact the delivery service" when this is a restaurant issue not a delivery issue

Great place to grab breakfast. Had the baconator which was huge and stuffed with bacon and cheesy goodness.

A nice restaurant just off the A1/A14 junction. Service was quick and food was up to the usual Wendy's standard which I enjoy. Restaurant is spacious and very clean.

Got the wrong order and then it required me to spend another 12 on the meal if I wanted to risk getting the right one. Absolutely not

I was waiting in line for my order, which took a little longer due to the customer in front placing a larger order ((9 meals). This isn't my issue.) The server placed 9 portions of fries on a tray and then left them on the side whilst they prepared the burgers. After approx 10 mins the fries were still on the tray and now cold, the same server picked up the fries and emptied them back into a pile of freshly cooked fried, mixed both the hot and cold fries together and promptly repackaged them and put them back on the tray. At this point, I challenged the worker, stating that I had witnessed what she had done. She initially denied it, but I pointed out that from the position I where I was standing, I could see directly into the kitchen, and I had a clear view of what she had done. She promptly changed the narrative from denial to one of "well to cook fresh fries would add a further 4 minutes to the wait time", which both myself and the other customer were happy to wait she totally refused to change them for any of us. This restaurant used to be a good one to visit, but after this episode I think I'll give it a miss in the future.

Food always great, portions the same size all the time, not like in other place you got half portion fries. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Seems they manager keep them happy.

Delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful was very impatient lied about how long they had to wait and was very demanding

Great food and amazing drinks good portion sizes and honestly a decent price for every item. The resturant itself is like an average fast food place & good array of seating options.

I've given up on McDonalds and thought I'd give Wendy's a try. This will be my first and last visit. Awful food and slow service. Get much better value for money, tastier food, and portion sizes from my local fish and chip shop.

First time trying a Wendy's. Really nice, the burgers are like a 5Guys but cheaper and more affordable. The chips were lovely. The self serve monitors were out of order so I did a little thing that we did back in the 90s/00's, I went to the human server to be served. The lad who served me had no professionalism 😄 he seemed very disengaged and didn't look like he wanted to be there at all. He didn't seem interested and he was finding it hard to remember my order. It was just one meal. I'll definitely be back, just through drive thru next time.

Delivered a parcel and they offered me a free burger that was nice of them but the service is slow

Food was stone cold and took 90 minutes form placement of order and an hr after the initial order delivery time on the track your order.

The servos was absolutely crap with young kids messing around in the kitchens we had a Baconator burger each and the bacon was soggy and undercooked. When this restaurant first opened it was amazing but it's quickly gone down hill and the food is way off what your expect from a Wendy's .. very disappointing and a wast of £40

Can't beat a Wendy's! Stopped there after my Daughters dance competition in Peterborough! Food great! Toilets could be cleaner. However they were busy.

No place to dump your Wendy's after meal rubbish... All other fast food venues has outdoor bins dotted everywhere for their customers convenience.. I have complained to the COUNCIL and to Wendy's about no bins.. No change!!

First time visiting a Wendy's, not sure how long this one has been open but it was very clean and tidy. We ordered two of the "Biggie Meal Deals". The Mocha and orange juice drinks with the meals were nice. The chicken burger was ok but nothing special, the fries were good, slightly crispy and very hot. The nuggets were practically non-existent, about the size of a tea spoon each and the sweet chilli sauce was completely non-existent. The service was ok but the server presented our takeaway meals on a tray so had to take them away again and bag them up for us. All in all it was an OK experience, I will go back so I can try one of the hamburger meals, the "Dave's Triple looks interesting lol. Update :- 19/10/24, been here many times since my original visit and must say that nothing much has changed although having had the chilli again this evening it seems much more" watery" than it used to, I pretty much just drank it out of the container and only used the spoon at the very end 😔.

I wouldn't dare to recommend it to anyone. If you will ask for forks, it's the only way to get it, it might be thrown to you across whole counter.

I'm from Florida and I was visiting some friends in the UK and they told me there's a Wendy's near by. I thought, it couldn't possibly be the same as in the USA, but, to my surprise and delight, it was! The food was incredible! The decor and layout was almost exactly like the one in Miami! I almost expected to see the Miami skyline when I left but it was farm land and cars on the wrong side of the road! Lol! Great to see you keeping up the Wendy's flavor and quality. The only difference that gave it away, was the accents. Love ya'll!

Don't expect to get served too quickly, had a bit of a wait for my order. Unfortunately the landlord doesn't want to deal with the drains around the services and it stinks

Good to see a Wendy's and usually enjoy the food there when I have it but just stopped off for a coffee and to use the loo and had no option at all for a normal white coffee so had to get black Americans and buy small carton of semi skimmed milk so I could put a bit in which is a bit silly Didn't want to get a Mocha thing of Full flat white option, just a normal white coffee, ah well I will come back for food tho, love the burgers and chips

It was freezing cold, service was ok, staff fine. So noisy the acoustics are terrible. I would not class this as a relaxing place to eat.

We had about the best burger we have ever had, you'll need to try it out. Everyone on the table confirmed the taste to be the best. Ample parking was available and the area was clean and comfortable.

Food was cold. Sticker on bag was torn already. Nothing was missing.

My Frosty was spilled it was on the side of the bag and 1/4 was wasted

First time trying Wendy's in the UK. Was clean inside with plenty of seating and the now normal screen ordering. Unfortunately no one in the UK knows who Dave is, so using his name doesn't really mean anything. Baconator bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, was grilled the same as Burger King and McDonald's. The only unique thing is the square burger patties, which taste the same as other big chain burgers. Seeing the "never frozen" notice was nice, but didn't notice a major taste difference. The fries were nice, though, and the fact that the self serve Coke fountain was great for having extra drinks.
