Quick delivery, hot food, but we had opted to leave put some items which hadn’t been taken out of our order, so only given 4 stars

Everything was warm! Driver was lovely, they left me a lovely note with a cute love heart on it because they didn’t have any normal coke but gave me Coke Zero instead. One of the best takeaways I have had, tasted just the same as when you visit the store, usually expect it to be soggy, bit cold. But this definitely wasn’t, was perfect and I’m usually the first to complain about anything. So thank you Brampton Wendy’s it was 10/10

Sent me two incorrect orders in a row, which I was unable to eat. Waste of time and money.

Sent me the incorrect order. Re-ordered and sent me another incorrect order. Completely incompetent.

I have ordered from Wendy’s a few times and only once have they got the order right. I thought I’d try them again as it’s been a long time, but they forgot to send part of my daughters meal - 6 chicken nuggets! That’s a large portion of her dinner missing! And I would expect a refund on that missing item. I’m dissapointed and will not be ordering from Wendy’s again at this point

great place with good value for food

Just very average and arguably priced too high for what it is. I wouldn’t drive past the other known burger chains to go here now that we’ve tried Wendy’s. Toilets in this one weren’t great. Kids needed to clean them before use because the mixed gender use saw the seats being used for target practice. Service stations see low standards of consideration by users, we get it. Just not pleasant in what was an otherwise forgettable visit.

My first impression was that of a smart modern semi stylish restaurant. This was Mty first Wendy's, so I was surprised it was a cashless fast food retailer. The burger was only better than average. They leave the skin on the potatoes when making the fries but they do taste better than they look and the coffee was about average. So overall, nothing special but a good alternative if you fancy a change from your usual franchise. Reasonably priced.

Dim Manager, asked for some hot water and was told that they cannot help due to company policy. Went next door and they had no issues helping.

Really nice food, but don't take cash, and don't serve the 'Cinnabon pull apart' as shown on the website.

i ordered a caesar salad, with avocado and extra salad dressing. I got lettuce in a box... no dressing, no avocado... and the chicken was wrong so i spent 15 quid on lettuce... How do you possibly f up a salad!?!?!?!

This is not a copy of McD's, but it's a very tasty alternative. I had a breakfast wrap which was delicious. Venue was quiet so a little cold

First Wendy's and I was excited! food was cold. Large chips consisted of 18 chips, not a large chips. Baconator burger has one burger not two. The baconator chips had 4 little bits of diced bacon and a dribble of cheese.

Best burgers. Far better than McDonalds, Burger King and 5 Guys

What you see is not what you get. Being first time and I can say others are far better and cheaper a bit. Donuts soggy. Overall not recommend

Ordered food for six people and just got a couple of wraps and a couple of drinks. This must be at least the fifth time our order has been incomplete. So disappointing

The staff certainly don't want to be there. A muffled ug if you are lucky. Food was cold and minging. A reply to the owners reply.... I already did this on the day..... Not heard a clue... Sums up Wendys totally.

delivered on time but.. ordered for a family of 3. only 2 of the 3 frosties arrived. the cheese is obviously cheap square sliced cheese and the burgers were very dry. First and last time ordering from here.

Service is really order it yourself electronically and they bring it to the front desk. Can't judge the food as I only wanted a bottle of water.

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Dave’s Double, but instead, I was given a baconator burger, despite the fact that I don’t eat pork. Thankfully, I double-checked before eating, only to realise their mistake. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given my drink. When I tried calling the restaurant to report the issue, no one answered, i even left voice message. I also left feedback through the QR code survey, but no one responded. The service at the drive-thru was unprofessional, with staff giggling while taking my order. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this visit.

Staff are rude and can’t get an order right, every single time I’ve been they’ve got the order wrong There attitude is awful and the lady I spoke to over the phone was very rude.

No fault on the delivery driver. We placed the order at 8pm, the ‘tracking’ was very inconsistent - jumping from 18 mins until delivery when first ordered, 35mins, 23 mins, then to 40mins etc. Order finally arrived at approx. 9:45pm, food stone cold.

It's great that they make your burgers to order. It's fresh and hot but they should also consider giving you hot fries. Half the meal was cold.

Shocking. Overpriced, £35 for 2 adults and 1 kids meal. Under seasoned food, cheese on baconator fries cold and clumped together looking like scrambled egg, texture of kids nuggets like rubber, bins over flowing despite only 2 orders in kitchen , toilets flooded with urine all over toilets and walls. Disgusting and horrible expensive experience. Just go burger king or McDonald's nothing special about Wendys.

The size of the wrap was shocking. The smallest I have ever seen, and everything came cold. Not happy at all.

Food was advised to be delivered by 18:30 and 18:45. Food finally arrived at 19:30. Food was all cold, apart from some luke warm nuggets.

Driver delivered food missing the 40 chicksn nuggets. Wendys have proof they added them to the bag so they got 'lost' on the way. I went up to Wendys, Wendys replaced the nuggets.

I've only had the Baconator meal but it's the best tasting burger I've had in a long while and the fries are really good as well. The service was quick. What more can I say?

Wendy’s used to be my favorite in USA. I was absolutely disappointed how rubbish and small portions it was here in uk and may I add, not cheap. The place was empty!! Besides they didn’t have any nice fries available

The refreshing opposite of the poor food and service at McDonalds (specifically Huntingdon leisure park location). Wendy’s is a little more expensive but you get a far superior product that tastes amazing. A shout out to the drive through girl who on evening of 4th Jan ‘25 was so chirpy and friendly it was a breath of fresh air.

This place seems to be one up from a Macdonald's. Had a Cesar salad, chips with cheese. My son had a burger. He said it was ok. The staff friendly enough. Saw a cleaner doing the bottom of the tables. Very nice to see someone doing a thorough job on the table legs well done Wendy's!

Good food only bad thing the cold drink was in the bag with the hot food so food was a little cold when arrived but was nice still

Our second time getting Wendy's. The first time it was brilliant - the top end of fast food with tasty, hot food and really it should be at the higher price range. So much so we did a 30 minute drive each way, just to get it this time, but it was definitely not as good. Fries were lukewarm, burgers were merely "OK" compared to the time before.

Don’t waste your money. Spent £30 to receive no cheese, nuggets missing and being ignored at the till. Not the same as America at all

I was happy with the delivery time this time, I thought I'd give it a second go as the first time was over an hour late and everything was stone cold. I will order again and hopefully it is delivered on time as it was this time

The only down side to this restaurant is the smell from the out side drains they need looking into as its off putting however there is no smell in the restaurant so you can enjoy your food 😉

First time coming here and so much better than the usual fast food burger restaurants! Would say it's better than most actual restaurants which sells burgers! So good. Definitely worth the visit! Decent price aswell.

Very quick and very tasty. Would always recommend. Only issue was sitting and someone was mopping and poured water right where we were sat, making my ugg boots wet and very slippery

We were travelling today and stopped at Wendy's. The breakfast roll was awful. The muffin or what ever it was would be suited more for Barbie doll it was that small. The sausage burger was so thin and burnt. It wasn't good. The potatoes wedges were nice and hot though. It was to late to take it back as we had already got back on the M1 before we attempted to eat it. It was left as it wasn't nice at all. We won't be stopping there again. The staff were polite though when ordering and the toilets were clean and tidy.

Half the order was wrong. One of the workers looked at me like i was mental when I asked for it to be corrected. Chips might as well of been frozen was so cold the cheese couldnt even melt. Bacon was burnt to a crisp. Coffee tasted like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a week. Pretty poor as this is normally a nice place to stop.
