Cashless establishment so very disappointed. Only had cash on me so I will boycott from now on.

Excellent burgers the best I have had for some time..

No complaints from me, but different to the American version but very nice can’t complain. Burgers are lovely and staff are efficient in what they do

First time trying a Wendy's. Really nice, the burgers are like a 5Guys but cheaper and more affordable. The chips were lovely. The self serve monitors were out of order so I did a little thing that we did back in the 90s/00's, I went to the human server to be served. The lad who served me had no professionalism 😄 he seemed very disengaged and didn't look like he wanted to be there at all. He didn't seem interested and he was finding it hard to remember my order. It was just one meal. I'll definitely be back, just through drive thru next time.

Delivered a parcel and they offered me a free burger that was nice of them but the service is slow

They don't have any coffee today!

The servos was absolutely crap with young kids messing around in the kitchens we had a Baconator burger each and the bacon was soggy and undercooked. When this restaurant first opened it was amazing but it's quickly gone down hill and the food is way off what your expect from a Wendy's .. very disappointing and a wast of £40

Can't beat a Wendy's! Stopped there after my Daughters dance competition in Peterborough! Food great! Toilets could be cleaner. However they were busy.

No place to dump your Wendy's after meal rubbish... All other fast food venues has outdoor bins dotted everywhere for their customers convenience.. I have complained to the COUNCIL and to Wendy's about no bins.. No change!!

First time visiting a Wendy's, not sure how long this one has been open but it was very clean and tidy. We ordered two of the "Biggie Meal Deals". The Mocha and orange juice drinks with the meals were nice. The chicken burger was ok but nothing special, the fries were good, slightly crispy and very hot. The nuggets were practically non-existent, about the size of a tea spoon each and the sweet chilli sauce was completely non-existent. The service was ok but the server presented our takeaway meals on a tray so had to take them away again and bag them up for us. All in all it was an OK experience, I will go back so I can try one of the hamburger meals, the "Dave's Triple looks interesting lol. Update :- 19/10/24, been here many times since my original visit and must say that nothing much has changed although having had the chilli again this evening it seems much more" watery" than it used to, I pretty much just drank it out of the container and only used the spoon at the very end 😔.

I wouldn't dare to recommend it to anyone. If you will ask for forks, it's the only way to get it, it might be thrown to you across whole counter.

Great tasting burgers really enjoyed them

I'm from Florida and I was visiting some friends in the UK and they told me there's a Wendy's near by. I thought, it couldn't possibly be the same as in the USA, but, to my surprise and delight, it was! The food was incredible! The decor and layout was almost exactly like the one in Miami! I almost expected to see the Miami skyline when I left but it was farm land and cars on the wrong side of the road! Lol! Great to see you keeping up the Wendy's flavor and quality. The only difference that gave it away, was the accents. Love ya'll!

Don't expect to get served too quickly, had a bit of a wait for my order. Unfortunately the landlord doesn't want to deal with the drains around the services and it stinks

Good to see a Wendy's and usually enjoy the food there when I have it but just stopped off for a coffee and to use the loo and had no option at all for a normal white coffee so had to get black Americans and buy small carton of semi skimmed milk so I could put a bit in which is a bit silly Didn't want to get a Mocha thing of Full flat white option, just a normal white coffee, ah well I will come back for food tho, love the burgers and chips

I like Wendy's as food not frozen and cooked to order

Smallish portions for smallish prices. Really enjoyed the food and drink, customer setvice could use a smile 😊 Plus clean toilets. All in all a good visit 👏🏻👍🏻

It was freezing cold, service was ok, staff fine. So noisy the acoustics are terrible. I would not class this as a relaxing place to eat.

honestly the worst food i’ve ever eaten in my existence, it’s daylight robbery and i am a victim to it. I am appalled, ashamed and damn right offended u will NOT be seeing me again… ice cream was nice though

We had about the best burger we have ever had, you'll need to try it out. Everyone on the table confirmed the taste to be the best. Ample parking was available and the area was clean and comfortable.

New fast food outlet that hands down beats all the competitors.. worth a visit when you get a chance.

First time trying Wendy's in the UK. Was clean inside with plenty of seating and the now normal screen ordering. Unfortunately no one in the UK knows who Dave is, so using his name doesn't really mean anything. Baconator bacon wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, was grilled the same as Burger King and McDonald's. The only unique thing is the square burger patties, which taste the same as other big chain burgers. Seeing the "never frozen" notice was nice, but didn't notice a major taste difference. The fries were nice, though, and the fact that the self serve Coke fountain was great for having extra drinks.

Very good burger. Only let down was the chips were cold.

My driver had to wait for nearly half an hour for my order, on top of the time it took while allocating a driver.

Unfortunately the crew did not have thier game face on. I didn't get my fountain drink and have to go back then I had not enough dips for my nugge6s then there was no diet coke and lastly I got the wrong size fries. All in all a total disaster of a visit

Clean and tidy but food came so quickly it explained why it was not hot or even warm. Adding avocado is a waste of money as I did not see so much as a teaspoon of it. I like Wendys but there is room to improve here.

Been to this Wendy’s twice since it opened, both while working away. Had the Baconator with Baconator fries, and a white chocolate and strawberry Frosty. The large burgers are delicious. Much better than the likes of BK & McDonald’s. More along the lines of Five Guys, but a bit more fast-food-y. Very meaty burger patties, not too greasy, and very tasty. The Baconator (and cheesy) fries are delicious. The taste way better than they look. Very tasty, covered in a delicious cheese sauce and topped with cheese and bacon. Portion isn’t huge, but it’s enough. The Frosty wasn’t my kind of thing, it’s in between a milkshake and ice cream, but although it tastes ok, it’s hard to drink or eat. I ended up just leaving it. “Atmosphere” is obviously just like a fast food place, so a bit cold and plasticy. Not a venue for a meal out really, more of a stop off or takeaway.

Food is delicious So much better value for money than mcdonald's, the food quality is so much better than mcdonald's. And the cost is less then the leading brand fast food..

Went through the drive thru, served.quickly, friendly staff, very reasonable pricing. When we got our food, the chips were piping hot. The burger was obviously made fresh as the salad was cold yet the burger was hot. Delicious for fast food!

I have been a few times, on different days and times, and most of the time it is very good food and god service. Only downside is a lack of facilities, but this is fine if used as a takeaway place

Went in today around lunch , quite busy however my food was still hot and fresh , arrived quickly and was kindly greeted by a girl named Ella, she made sure to update me on my order and was just fantastic to be around. I would love to come back again , especially if Ella’s there. I got the Biggie Meal deal and filled me up well. Very satisfied. 😍

Good food, speedy service and helpful staff.

We used the drive through at Brampton Hut and was served by the manager Abdulla (hope I got his name right) me and my husband both said how amazing his customer service was and just how polite and friendly he was! We over heard him telling his team to wipe down their stations and change gloves, so that was really reassuring! Thanks Abdulla for making my families first experience at Wendy’s so enjoyable, we will definitely be back!

Food was made fresh and promptly. Tasted great as usual but the frosty-cinno did not taste of vanilla in the slightest and I wouldn’t recommend. Other than that, love Wendy’s

Sadia was very nice and friendly and attentive to our needs

The Wendy's experience was good in general. The food was as good as I have had in America. Sadia one of the members of staff was very pushy when she requested a Google review and hovered at the table waiting for us to make a review on the spot, not a very comfortable experience.

Our first experience of a Wendy's, we had an excellent crispy chicken burger, cooked fresh with plenty of salad. Staff were friendly and helpful , and the restaurant had good atmosphere and was very clean and tidy.

Wow Wendy's. 👌 lovely Burger the flavour was amazing. Chips were so nice too and refils on the drinks. A couple of pound more expensive than McDonald's but totally worth it. These burgers are of restaurant quality. Chocolate Frosty was lovely too. Over all 10/10 a welcome change for 'Fast food'

Ordering is automated so it's more like Argos than a restaurant. However, it was cheap, the food was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. 4 stars for atmosphere because there really isn't one.

Easy to order food on the screens, and not waiting ages. Fries were fantastic and kids loved their toys.

First time at Wendy's and impressed by the food, better than McD and BK for the similar fare. Fresh salad and the chicken obviously not reformed etc. Similar to KFC but much wider variety. Restaurant clean and toilets good.

Best burger, and the frostie is to die for! I can't believe I'm saying this but it's better than Burger King and McDonald's. It is a bit cold inside, but the food was SO delicious, and the staff was super nice and friendly. I wish I had discovered Wendy's earlier.

Being American and thus being my favorite fast food, it was heaven. Fast clean and just like home. Didn't have the same value menu but makes no difference to me.

ordered 2 wraps and had to wait a VERY VERY long time to receive them and when i touched them it felt so cold

Great place to stop along the highway. Easy to reach, fast service and good, freshly prepared burgers. Depending on the time of day there are also good promotions to save money on. Absolutely recommended!

Could do with marking the burgers as all come in same wrapping

Half our items were missing, including nuggets and chicken wrap. Both orders of fries were old and cold and not much cheese on them. Frosty was in bag with hot food and was tipped over and opened and dripped through the bag. We love ordering from here but this was not good. Delivery driver was on time and polite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Cleanliness wasn’t as issue and the customer service outstanding. Will definitely visit again.
