Food arived by cyclist to say was cold when we opened .not good when you live other side of st neots

Ordered the pepperoni passion and took home what's seen in the pic. All of the pepperoni was bunched towards the top instead of throughout the pizza. Made for very greasy last bites. Would've preferred for the pepperoni to be more evenly distributed among the pizza, as described in the menu, but that's what you get with the big chains these days. The staff was nice, but clearly don't care about doing the job they applied for to the standard it should be upheld to.

We had a query and Harry sorted it out for us he was so polite and went way beyond what we expected. We were so happy with your kind gesture. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our meal it made our day. X

Ordered for collection and the pizzas were ready when I arrived, good customer service the only issue is poor street parking outside.

Great quality pizza tasty and quick

Treated like something they just stood in. Ordered on the app, it took my money.. Told me to call the store, couldn’t get through, so went down there. Told by rude lady that it hadn’t gone through and I would get a refund. Tried to order in the store, and told it would be more expensive because I wasn’t ordering on the app!! Tried to explain that I don’t want to keep paying money and it not go through, but I must have been talking a language they didn’t understand, as they just walked away.

They took my money on the app. Then told me it was unsuccessful and I should call the store. I couldn’t get through so I went down to the store. Told that if I didn’t get an email then I didn’t have an order. Very rudely. So I said I would order the pizzas there and then, which they then wanted to charge me extra because I wasn’t doing it online! I tried to talk to them but they walked away from me. I asked if I should just keep paying them money on the app in the hope that it will go through. They had no answer. I can’t understand why they can’t be reasoned with, just don’t care.

The prices are insane. Even with a 40% coupon I spent over 40 pounds. Delivery fellow was great as always.

Appalling - take £41.50 out of your bank account and then deny all knowledge of your order! Then they tell you they are sitting on your refund for 48 hours! And the £41.50 is for 2 pizzas and 2 sides and that’s after you have applied the desk wizard! Won’t be using St Neots Dominoes again

Ordered this evening with an eta of approx 1hr for delivery. 1hr later and the tracker is still showing as ‘preparing’. I rang the store who advised they were very busy and it would be at least another hour plus but couldn’t be any more specific. 2hrs + for one pizza?! The staff seemed surprised that I didn’t want to change my order to collection and that I instead wanted to cancel it. It’s pretty simple, if you’re too busy to fulfil it then don’t accept the order. I’ll be checking back to make sure my money is refunded and won’t be ordering again.

I called 2 days in a row to order pizza and no one answered the phone....

I always find my experience here a bit sporadic. I ordered a few weeks back and it was great; pizza tasted good, arrived quickly etc. However, tonight I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizzas and there was way too much sauce on the pizza, i.e. the taste of tomatoes was overpowering and the stuffed crust wasn't in any way, shape or form, stuffed. It was hard to find the filling. However, I had to call up to amend the order and the member of staff I spoke to was great. All in all a very mixed bag. Next time I'm giving Pizza Hut next door the chance to impress.

About a month ago I ordered was shocking pizza cold customer service shocking , not sire whats happened since but thought give it a go for a laugh,bang on time hit amd everything g as ordered well done, credit where its due

After waiting over an hour the pizza tracker still said prepping. Instead of waiting however long for delivery I gave up and collected myself. When I arrived, my order was already made and was sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. The app originally said 45 mins. If it’s going to take longer to deliver then just say so instead of getting customers backs up because you can’t deliver on time. Good pizza, but terrible customer service.

i always like the quality of the pizza here when i lived in the area. However they often get lost around the Premier Inn area of Town and always have to phone up for directions

I always love Dominos Pizza. The great variety and taste. Would be great if they start making cheese crusts too like Pizza Hut.

The pizzas were spot on, they happily swapped the weird dip that's supplied - the only issue was actually parking anywhere near a) legally or b) that didn't cost half the price of a pizza 🙄 Would I go again, yes if I was passing but I'd allow myself a bit extra time to park and walk!

Failed to receive a text confirming the pizza was ready and only by chance opened the 'track your pizza' to find it was ready to collect. Not great service at all

I had a bit of a problem with my order but the help I had from Mariola & Josh was excellent. Both of them were super polite and went way beyond the help I expected. I was blown away by the steps they took to make sure my order was perfect. They didn’t just make my Domino’s experience great but they actually made my day in general. Thanks a bunch

I give this place 1 star. If there were an option to give 0...that's what it would be. I've never been to a place where the people serving are so rude. I ain't going back

What in life can't be improved by pizza? Probably nothing. Stopped here on my way through the town and had a large pepperoni (that's what she said) . It was greasy and fantastic. Had a few ups and downs with dominoes. This one was pretty good though. Enjoy!

Ordered my pizza told to collect within 20/25 mins which I did then was told due to lack of staff and an overly busy evening it would be a 40 min wait! I sat and collected my pizza which was nice but wasn't offered anything by way of apology it seemed like this was just the norm customer service very bad no manger to be seen to handle the situation and manage expectations of wait time and delays! whilst waiting 4 other people had the same complaint in the shop and at least 2 on the phone that I could hear. Great shame

Got my order completely wrong and would not deliver the correct pizza. Complained and they applied a credit to my account for next time

Normal Domino's with good service

Just had a personal Pizza and chicken wings delivered. Usually excellent. Been a customer for 4 years. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. No problem. Arrived in 40 mins. However pizza was missing two toppings base was not cooked and looked inedible. In fact was! Chicken wings cold. Tried phoning no one picked up. I know it’s busy today but last time I will call them.

Average but had a funny aftertaste !

Have now waited over an hour and a half for my order to be delivered!!! I have been trying to contact the store for about half hour now but they won't even answer the phone!!!

What a useless place!!! Rang me after me ordering to tell me delivery was going to be over an hour, on a Monday. So 45 mins I ring back, and my order has been cancelled. Original order done online and paid for. I was fuming. The girl answering the phone didn't have a clue, didn't know what to do, word of the day from her was "um". Took my order again over the phone which took numerous attempts as there was way too much background noise her side. Then once the order was placed I was told my order would again be over 1 hour delay. The place and staff are a JOKE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would.

Pizza was great - really tasty and ready in good time (having ordered online in advance). Service and welcome in store were pretty average.

You can't go wrong. Just like every other Domino's pizza, great taste and it's never late.

This is the worst domino's I've ever had the displeasure of getting served by. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when it got here the cheese was literally nonexistent on 75 percent of the pizza. I even paid more for extra cheese. This place can never get anything right. Don't order anything from this store, you'll waste your money. Buy pizza hut, they taste better anyway.

Delivery staff have always been polite, friendly, made casual conversation & apologetic if there is even the smallest delay. Food is ok if you catch the right deal!

Not very impressed with my collection tonight,the staff all seemed bored and miserable, one was throwing the stuff they roll out the dough in around the kitchen area and another was making paper aeroplanes.

Pizza was amazingly nice. Wings are on point too

I have just phoned to order a pizza from dominos, I wanted to know about the deals I could get with my pizza as I order quite a lot for a party and was spending a lot of money, and the girl on the phone was very snobby and stayed silent on the phone as if I should be ashamed to ask about the deals? I don't feel like I got the best customer service possible. Well, now waiting for my pizza she said 30 minutes so let's see how long it'll take.

Not happy spoke to member of staff who is apparently the manager called Patrick at dominos at st Neots Huntington road order food at 7.30pm for the family at 8.15pm abit concerned that it's quite late they said it will be another 10 minutes and it's on the way at this stage my children have fallen asleep Hungary food arrived at 9.12pm nearly 2 hours spoke to Patrick asked the big why his comments where we are busy and did not say sorry he had a very bad attitude don't know how he got a mangers job was not happy at all hope this don't happen to any other customers
