everything stale..not hot. bacon inside burger looked very old

it was the wrong order but looks nice a young lady delivered it the receipt is correct on the bag the food is not

Food stone cold. Not impressed. First time ordering and last time. Not sure whether driver had multiple drops before us but you cannot expect people to eat cold food. Least McDonald's is lukewarm.

Burger was ridiculously small and not worth the price at all. Was not at advertised at all. Disappointed!

the delivery driver forgot my son's cheeseburger so I rang up and the young lad called Anthony went out of his way to bring my son his burger and even made it a double cheeseburger for the inconvenience of us having to wait, very happy with the service. thank you

Burger and chips so salty, they were inedible. No idea why but chips you could see were covered in salt and burger taxted like eating a spoonful of salt. I like salt on my food but definitively something went wrong with this food

This initiative seems to be underway, which is encouraging. In summary, while Burger King St Neots has had challenges, steps are being taken to improve. I advise being aware but also hopeful about ongoing positive changes. Everyone deserves a respectful work environment, and this location is working towards that goal.

I don’t normally write a review for my takeaways but this one from Burger King deserves one. Absolutely perfect, did not arrive cold like other takeaways, and the food was well packaged and put together, it made for a really enjoyable meal.

BK called me to confirm the order and still got it wrong. Both burgers didn't have the extras. I called them and they said there is nothing they can do we just have to eat what was delivered otherwise contact Just Eat and request refund. This is very bad when I have paid for the food. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from BK anytime soon.

Fast friendly service, clean tables etc... parking has weird lay out, but as that's my only criticism is doing well.

We visited the restaurant in st Neots at a busy lunchtime. Although we found it difficult to find a parking spot, as there is a very small area for cars , once inside the restaurant it was very quiet . Most of the trade appeared to be for the drive thru. Our meal was served quickly and was excellent . We had a steak burger which was very tasty . Definitely a 👍.

Onion rings tasted like they were cooked in old oil not pleasant. Burger tasted weird. Like the grill had not been cleaned. Only saving grace of the whole meal was the chips.

I went there looking for something hot but ended up having something cold the bread was really saggy and the menu was really confusing, the attendant did a bad face because I was taking too long looking at the menu, and I was the only customer in the store. End up paying 3 pounds more than what was written in the menu without knowing why. I believe it is better to not go back to Bugger king anymore.

Waited at till for staff to take order. After 5 minutes of looking I looked through the kitchen to find staff on their phone in the office, realised we were stood there then proceeded to take our order. Food was quick yes but tasted like it had been sat for some time. Then part of our order was apparently still being cooked so waited for this by eating our food. Half way through staff shouted our order was ready. Parking is a joke as 3 chains being Costa, KFC and Burger King all share 1 car park. Considering the place was empty, tables and floors were dirty and clearly not cleaned. Overall not 100% satisfied

It's a fast food chain. It was fast, and it was food. Fast food isn't cheap anymore either. The staff was a bit rude, the place was fairly clean, the food was hot, came quickly, it tasted better than Macdonald's but still tasted like fast food, it was fine. In a pinch would go there again.

Originally ordered through just eat (who you can only contact through email now), driver got mixed up, the restaurant was lovely enough to re deliver the fresh food themselves, so kind and considerate and empathetic towards diatary requirements, lovely staff and food thank you again
