Pizza Town in Huntingdonshire

I ordered online through the website , it said 25min for collection, then accepted by restaurant and then status was cooking. I went after 30min and it still said cooking (now found out it doesn't actually change to ready or let you know when it's ready but stays on this status until collected) It was ready so asked out of interest how long ago it was ready and was told about 20mins as they pretty much made it when the order came through- ordinarily great- very quick right 😆 however not when it said it was going to be 25min meaning it wasn't overly hot as been sitting there for 20min. It was fine and the staff were fine in explaining and food tasted OK just not that hot because of the above issue. I suggest as the time seems to have no correct indication to turn it off or adjust the timeframe given based upon how busy they are. I appreciate most people would probably head over after ordering or be happy to arrive and it be ready but I didn't go earlier as it said would be 25min and I had stuff to do so therefore took my time accordingly . Anyway apart from that issue the food was OK and donner meat and chips for £8 is fairly decent. Will try again another time

The food from Pizza town is TOP quality! Amazing pizzas, delicious kebabs you name it! The portions are very big. They also have a super friendly team who goes above and beyond adding personalized notes which elevates the whole experience. Thanks a lot guys!

Payed 18 pounds to days ago now there asking for 19 pounds it gos up a pound every 2 days lol

Brother got food poisoning, he was sick all night. I’ve never ordered from here for myself as I don’t eat junk, but writing for my brothers experience. Having checked their EHO food hygiene their most recent inspection scored them a 3 and it seems from their past inspections they can’t actually achieve higher than a 3. That’s so bad sort your game out!

I order a meal and i had food poisoning after, very bad experience.

Ordered late at night, the food was delivered on time (as promised) and it was hot! The pizza tasted amazing, if not a little dough heavy and the toppings were full of flavour. Now here dear reader is where the story takes a grim turn, no less than 90 minutes had passed when an almighty thunderstorm struck. Not outside, but in the depths of my bowels! I hate to imagine the collateral damage that pizza caused on its way through my digestive system (something akin to a gigantic greasy wrecking ball, crushing everything in its path before mutating into some kind of disgusting tsunami). In short, would I recommend this place? YES, If you enjoy colonic irrigation without the need to insert pipes anywhere unsavoury, this is the place for you.

This place is poor, we had to wait nearly 2 hours for our order and the food that was delivered was entirely incorrect and when the drive spoke to the store, he was informed there is nothing they can do as they had closed. They wouldn’t even help us out by replacing the order after their mistake. Never going here again and I hope others avoid this business entirely.

Ordered buy one get one free for £22 but wanted £ 5 delivery charge to brampton and the total still they booked me was £31 because didnt book online !!!! Obviously rang back and cancelled order and they thought I was out of order

I just brought the pizza , but i think it was just a bread with little layer of cheese thats it , and i can’t describe taste because it was taste less

I’ve been to this place a few times now and overall the food has been alright, there were some issues with burgers tasting off a few times I ordered but other than that I would greatly recommend the place, haven’t tried the pizzas yet but other than that I would recommend the Donner kebabs.

Ordered a 17 pound pizza which GB turned to 26.50 with delivery. Took over 1.5 hours to arrive and was cold. Absolute shambles

Ordered 13.12.23. It took an hour for my order to arrive. IT WAS COLD. when I called them all I got was "well it shouldn't be because it comes straight out of the oven and straight to you". yes I'll admit that I ordered the wrong pizza (not really a problem as we could of eaten it), but when I said that's not the issue and they are cold all I got back is "what do you want me to do about it? I'm not replacing them" We WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. and I'm taking this to trading standards (yes I do have the phone call recorded).

Ordered a pizza to be delivered 3 miles up the road took forever and when delivered was stone and not what I ordered. A pizza costing over 20 pounds cold and not what you ordered. Shame on them

Over priced and under cooked. You would think at almost £15 a pizza it would at least be cooked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We ordered from this establishment and were quoted delivery at 8-8:20. At 9pm we called to chase the order and were told it would be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes we called to cancel and were told that they will cancel for us. After another 30 minutes, I called to chase as they had not cancelled the order on Uber eats. A very rude man argued and said they cannot cancel the order. After I queried him he put the phone down. I have now called Uber who cancelled the order and gave me a refund. Appalling service!

Taste incredible, the portion sizes are enormous for its cheap prices meaning great value for your money. Lots to choose from and good deals. Recommend the donner wraps and burgers, quality stuff!

Really quite annoyed me with how whoever i spoke to dealt with the false advertising on uber eats letting me pay for burger deals that do not exist (half pounder burgers deal - happy enough to accept the order without notifying me that this is a mistake , when called them directly the customer service was incredibly poor admitting they know this is a mistake on uber eats basically not their problem speak with them- you have my number to inform me but you accepted funds and sent different items without any heads up when i order here regularly. I'll stick to other places from now on.

Food was very decent for a kebab shop. You can tell they care about the quality just by a few small details they add to elevate the food. Food also delivered reasonably fast.

Was gutted the shish kebab I had previous week was delicious! This week's the meat was gristly and the kebab was smothered with too much chilli sauce which ruined all the salad instead of being in separate pots like before

Shocking just Shocking. Order delivered to the wrong house. Then when redelivered it was the wrong items. Would not recommend this place at all really gone down hill.

First time having food from here in years and was really disappointed. I remember it being lovely! In my kids words the food was grim. Pizza was like cardboard, chips were really dry and tasteless. My burger was nice but that was the only good bit and it was very very overpriced and half of it went in the bin. Definitely will not order from here again.

I waited an hour for a luke warm pizza and frozen apple pie for a whole £18. That will learn me to actually cook my own dinner!

I ordered a lamb donner kebab and my wife ordered a chicken shish wrap with mayo. My wife said the chicken had little flavour and she didn't really enjoy it. My donner was alright but I would be happier eating it at 3am after a skin-full. Pretty average food if I'm honest but it was hot and the delivery was fast. Sorry but just my honest opinion.

Used to be the best pizza in Huntingdon! Had uncooked pizzas from them a few ago which put me off them for years. Decided to try them again and there was a few bits of fish on my pizza (I would NEVER order fish!!!) which made me violently ill!!! They have went SO downhill with rip off prices!!! I USED TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER HERE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE AGAIN!!! 🤢🤮🤮🤮

Have been ordering food from here once in a while. But after today, I’ll never order any food from here again. I placed an online order asking to have pizza without tomato sauce due to allergy and it arrived with a lot of tomato sauce on it. After calling them they said they never got my message so ended up paying for food I cannot eat! Thank you very mich

Asked for two burgers , a large chips and one coke ,it came to £10.50. Opened the bag in the car and there was only one burger ,went to go back and get another one but they were closed,so my husband went a bit hungry because it was meant to be shared between the two of us,and he kindly gave up his burger for me,there was no salt on the chips either so they were tasteless (they used to come with at least a bit of salt on them) really disappointed !

I can unequivocally say that I will never order from the establishment again. Quite possibly the worst chicken kebab I've ever ordered. Not only was the food poorly prepared, it upset my stomach quite savagely as well. Thanks pizza town.

After a long hard day at work come home and couldn't be bothered to cook so ordered food.. the order came up to 34 for a 9inch pizza, cheesy chips and brownies.. took the food over and hour 20 to be delivered. Once delivered we tucked into the food.. the cheesy chips were stone cold and didn't have much cheese on. The pizza was all falling to pieces and cold. The only thing we enjoyed was the brownies.. they also couldn't find the house it needed to be delivered to even tho I live in a village where the house is easy to find and the prices are ridiculous especially £5 for delivery! I understand your busy but you need to step up your game.

Food order taken by a very polite gentleman. Pizza arrived in 40mins and was amazing. I can thoroughly recommend the Gourmet Pepperoni. You can taste it is made with fresh quality toppings not like some other places that use cheap nasty toppings. Best place by far for takeaway pizza.

Visited last night had an hawaiian 12" pizza for £14 collection didn't start well as they told us prices had increased, fair enough but the quality is terrible my friend had a smaller hot stuff pizza and couldn't eat it, it was raw in middle and unedable also covered in hairs my pizza base was stake and was also covered in hair this place is gross I would not recommend to anyone please avoid...... Also incase you were wondering why we didn't return them we were staying at hotel 20 minutes away and just couldn't go back as it wasn't worth it

Annoyed is an understatement. I ordered a kebab expecting toget a.... that's right a kebab. But no... I got separate boxes and had to assemble my own kebab. Its appaling, its called take away... not take away then build it yourself...

Delivery not as stated, 45 mins was 1hr 30 mins. Nice food if you prepared to wait for delivery it is quicker to order and collect

Terrible! Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, chips and chicken dippers. It was over an hour late and was the worst food I've ever had. The "kebabs" had no salad, no sauce and was overcooked. It was just pieces of chicken on top of a stale wrap. 2 pitta breads were put in the order but uncovered, at the bottom of the bag will all the other food on top of them. Not sure why they were there - they were also stale. The chips were cold and soggy and the dippers not as advertised. Were meant to be hot and spicy - they were bland. The pot of BBQ sauce we got them was the best part of the order. Avoid this place - go to Rumbles in Godmanchester instead - wish I did!

Terrible food when I rang back service was good until there said we offer half price on next order I spent 30 pound on a pizza and chicken it would be helpful if you could actually eat it with a family of 4 never again

Just had bacon burger delivered. All the bacon was fat. Ruined. Dont waste your money.

First time trying tonight... really good service from the moment I called, the guys were really polite, and helpful. the donner meat was the best donner I've had in a long time! Really fresh, crispy, and tasty salad (salad, sauce, meat, and pitta come separate) the food was really hot considering I had a 20 minute drive home. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

Food is nice, if it all turns up. Missing sons meal, took over 40 minutes for them to re-deliver a burger, member of staff not particularly helpful, saying food was on the way when it clearly wasn’t.

Ordered food at 7.35pm, meant to arrive at 8.35pm Called up at 8.55 where is it, they said they are very busy they are a bit late.... fair enough.. 30mins later still nothing! I called again they said they are on their way again... about 20mins food arrived. Stone cold, disgusting, tasted soggy and nothing much then oil... called to complaint, first they put the phone down on me, second time they tried to give £10 off from my next order... that wont happen ever again... not the first time they let us down but hoped it changed :( not happy

Outstanding customer service and really delicious food! I ordered the Italian Mafia, Gourmet pizza, Meaty Bites, and the Farmhouse pizzas along with wings, stuffed mushrooms (my new fave) and mozzarella sticks. Definitely recommend 👌

Placed my order but they did not include it , i called and was told the it may have fallen out in the delìvery drivers van and told me they would have it redelivered, had to wait another 42 minutes.

Recently been trying this place and can say hands down that it is an amazing take away. Nothing is ever greasy..ordered a mixed kebab tonight as i was told how good they are. My word...it will feed my daughter and me for two days. Such tasty authentic flavours.

Yummy pizza, but super stingy with the toppings for the price.

The pizzas here are great. Although they got my order wrong originally (missed a topping, nothing serious) they said I could grab a free pizza when ever I want to make up for it, which I’ve just done! Good service and good food.

First chicken kebab for almost a year and reminded us how amazing they are. Tastiest in the area by far! Only down side is I am not so keen on the mixed salad but the rest of the family don't mind.

This is the third time we have eaten from here, oredered on the internet for collection each time, food is always ready on time, always been evening time. I had the meatball pizza tonight and it was absolutley amazing, great taste. Never had a problem and will definatley be going back.

The pizzas here are good, but I'd steer clear of the regular crust and go thin as they come out a little undercooked with regular crust. The doner kebab wasn't all that great as it was incredibly greasy. The pita was completely soaked with it and it was pooling on the bottom of the container.

Utterly disappointed by the quality of the food. The Pizza was correctly cooked but bland and chewy. The chips where undercooked and luke warm at best - these where clearly left out for ages and I was the unfortunate soul to be given them. 2 stars not 1 because the driver was friendly and arrived more or less exactly when promised by Just Eat. But I cannot find reason to recommend the food here.

Food had no taste wrong order. Rang to complain and was told to throw it in the bin if it wasn't good enough. No offer of collecting it and a replacement. Really bad customer service will never use again and neither will my family

It’s not often that we eat a takeaway pizza, but that might be about to change! We popped in a few days ago on the spur of the moment. My wife, who is gluten intolerant asked if they did a gluten free pizza. We were speaking to Robert, who assured us that if we gave him an extra few minutes we could have anything on the menu gluten free. The end result was fantastic. I had a normal 7” meaty bites pizza. Packed with ham, ground beef etc. Absolutely delicious. The ‘made to order’ gluten free pizza (can’t remember the name of it) was also cooked to perfection. Well done, Pizza Town! Dominos need to be seriously worried!

Food was lovely, delivery was delayed by 20 minutes which was annoying but no problem. Only issue was when I called before we ordered online to ask about ingredients due to allergies the person on the phone was quite rude and belittling to the point of if i could have eaten elsewhere we would have.

never ordered from here before (did it on just eat), we ordered on a sunday and it arrived quickly before time given.. I ordered a ham and mushroom baguette, which came with curly fries and salad, it was a really good portion size and tasty. Also ordered a mixed salad which was a good size too, my son (15) who is a fussy eater had a pizza with chicken, ham and sweetcorn (his choice not one on the menu) he was really impressed, said it was really tasty and hot, he gives it a 9.5 out of 10. Chips were perfect and hot too.

Poor service lies to customers offers refunds but don't deliver from there mistake. Missed out the pitta bread on order time we got it food was cold. Manager rude disrespectful to my wife and to me after 10 years of being a regular customer to them. To be treated the way we are discusted with them will never use again. Manager gave verbal threats over the phone. The poor delivery driver I felt sorry for didn't now what to say as he stood there listening to the phone conversation. Bless him he kept apologising to us as he felt discuss from his manager.

Pizza Town has to be THE best pizza, burger and kebab house in Huntingdon! Fresh flavours, perfectly cooked and at great prices. Combined with friendly staff, this is my go to place when I want a fast food fix!!

Food was not up to scratch. Used to be very good here but seems to have gone down hill. The meat was swimming in fat!! Left me feeling sick!

So I ordered my food at 18:30 and it didn't arrive until 20:15, food was cold and an item from the order was missing, so I called to let them know and was told this would be with us ASAP, yet still didn't arrive. We call 50 minutes later and the girl on was very rude towards my partner and started making excuses about why it was yet to be delivered. I have ordered several times before with Pizza Town and this will be my last time.

Stumbled across this place with a friend, had a great chat to the guys running it while they cooked our pizza. They make a great cup of coffee and delicious pizzas to boot. Jalapenos as a topping always makes me happy!

We have taken out from here a few times. You certainly get a lot of food for your money! A large mix grill / kebab for £15.50 is huge and will serve 2-3 people. Highly Recommended

There was a piece of pepperoni in my vegetarian pizza. Usually fine for a cheap takeout pizza place.

Ordered a chicken and bacon baguette. And got a cold baguette with just bacon and no chicken, shame because I order here more than I care to admit but not anymore. VERY POOR AND RUDE WHEN I CALLED.

Bit pricey but lovely cooked pizza. Friendly delivery drivers. Friendly staff. Good selection of food
