Nice food was hot and quick delivery

I ordered just after 15.30 and received at 17.47. Everything was stone cold, tasteless and just horrible, threw it away £30 wasted and a child not happy about eating later then they normally do. A treat became an untreatable.

3 and half hour late and cold was awful. need all refunding pleas

The JustEat driver was brilliant and it wasn’t his fault. The KFC staff were laughing when he arrived to collect it and he had to go to the counter four times to ask for it. He was waiting for an hour to collect the food. We live 3 minutes away by car and it took a lifetime to arrive. Ridiculous. The poor JustEat guy was distraught due to the behaviour of those who were working in KFC. They also forgot part of our order. Joke.

we ordered 3 regular fries and only got 2

food arrived very cold, can't cancel or get refunded.

It took them 1hr and 20 mins to acknowledge and deliver a bucket of chicken from a kfc 10 minutes away

i ordered my food at 6:30 and it came at 8 o’clock, the food is lukewarm and it’s all packaging and all the food are squashed .

took nearly 2 hrs to get here and when it did the chips were freezing cold, hard and lifeless, the chicken was cold, hard, dry yet really greasy. how has the standards for kfc fallen so far???

I ordered 10 pc of hot wings ,They delivered only 8 ,and 2 wings missing.and I have given the specific delivery time but it came 10 mins earlier

food time was cancelled and moved 4 times. all of a sudden it says delivered, no delivery occurred no tracking nothing. now having to wait for a refund and reorder somewhere else as now closed!!!!

Poorly run part of the chain. Avoid the drive through unless you want to get ripped off. My portion of chips amounted to about 12. Jokers

Took way too long. Courier arrived and waited there for 30 minutes before being handed the food. On top of that we were missing items and it had to be reheated. Very bad show.

waited 2 hours, no updates, rang kfc directly and was told just eat was the problem as they do not have enough drivers. The driver cam after 2 hours and contradicted the story. I ended up with missing items too. Very bad experience

considering it was called a dipping feast yet was sent zero dips was a bit ironic. ordered Gravy as a side yet was delivered colcoleslaw instead. all in all it was very disappointing and also cold so won't be ordering from here again

They forgot the drinks. Again. Food itself is alright but they keep forgetting the drinks sometimes which is annoying.

Not sure if he’s got issues but the ginger guy on the drive threw is so rude every single time we go it’s like he’s a teenager throwing a constant strop

Slow service with so many staff,in the back of the kitchen a lady is cooking with long hair down and is not wearing proper hat. She is also not wearing kfc shirt.Instead she is wearing a jacket.

Please stay away from this place if you can!! I wish I knew how horrible this place is before going in. First of all website says the are open till 10(they are not!!!) We get in thinking oh is close we could have nice warm KFC inside. We got in ordered the food, sat down and there was a guy sweeping floor which gave me very bad look that I asked if we can seat here. Why not just say sorry we are closing?? But ok so we sat down waiting for ages for our food when they were empty just us in and guy for delivery order waiting. Another bad look for women which was preparing food, she was so slow with doing it like you could feel it she is just doing that to make you mad! We felt so unwelcome there and on that moment I knew it was a mistake coming in there. Once after long waiting she called my number I went to get food and with a big rudeness she told me that they are close so we are not allowed to it in there. So I said but you website said 10. She said well but is not is 9. So rude women. Made us walk from the opposite doors from the car park as they close the main one and it was heavy raining. And just on the end we got to our car and realize there is part of our food missing. She didn't even say sorry for it!! Man which stood next to her sorted the rest of order and apologize for it. And not cutleries was given, no salt no napkins. I tried to get some napkins on the way to the car but box was empty. Could not eat my salad and the rest of food was cold.

Shocking smells and shocking service. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had getting fast food. Walk in and greeted by the smell of urine. There was a cleaner near the tills mopping the floor, we thought they were dealing with this so carried on our order. The KFC app is terrible and would not scan out QR codes. The order was placed and no receipt was given from the computer terminal. No message to even say this. Whilst waiting the smell of urine persisted even when we moved to the other side of the restaurant. It was obviously coming from another place that had not been cleaned. We did not hear our order be called out, it was sat there for 10 mins, nothing on screen to say it was ready, when it came up it was ready we approached and asked for our order, it was the one that had been sitting there, I was furious, no apology, nothing was said, I took my food and left. I do not know how this company even makes any money, appalling customer service, I will never be using KFC again, and would encourage others not to. This is not the first bad experience ive had here, but by far the worst and will certainly be the last. To tope this off when opening the order at home, realised the order was wrong!

Terrible service, alright food. Has a closing time of 10pm weekdays, I often try to get KFC after a film and this store always seems to close up from 9:15pm onwards. Tonight all the staff were inside, I drove round the drive through, the staff saw me and ignored me. Unreliable opening hours leading to no service. During the day service and food is good. But what a money waster having a KFC near a cinema and the staff deciding to close it early every day, I wonder if the company knows that they are paying their staff to lose them money.

Ate here today. The food was okay although could have had fresher and warmer chips. My major issue was with the state of the toilets. They looked and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned for days. The stench of stale urine was so disgusting it was causing me to retch.

Drive through lol bucket haven side hm okey then can I have 2 side salat pls yes we’ll end up with 4 salads in don’t even ask for 2 separate chicken end up in one bucket no fork no tissues no even one dip well done to management there I changing shop it’s about time bye bye kfc( one more think can I have Pepsi max yes sure and they give u Pepsi diet )

Absolutely shocking kfc through drive through last night absolutely disgraceful so stale and dry pretty much put me off of kfc for a long time, so disappointed wasted my whole meal it was disgusting, felt like it had been prepared 3 days prior I would never recommend going here and will never go to this kfc again for the foreseeable future if your thinking of going here don’t they will ruin kfc for you!!

Delivery driver turned up with the wrong order (he brought a McDonald's) then left and didn't return. Just Eat will not process a refund because I gave the driver the code. Nowhere does it state not to give the driver the code if the order is wrong.

Is a very clean space and is very spacious inside!Staff all the time very polite and respectful!The food every time was fresh and well made!Thank you guys!👍

Lovely meal but only half of the order was correct. I ordered a BBQ tower meal and received a zinger meal. It was still not but not what was expected.

Absolutely appalling service from Sandra (lady in the till) who had a bad day and present disgusting attitude towards customer. Arrogant and skillless girl can't see the difference between freshly made and wormed up. I will advise you to take some further training how to deal with customers as your behaviour was not acceptable! Food far away from good , warmed up hot wings! I think you need to go and see service in KFC in different areas of the country and leave your grumpy attitude in Huntingdon. If I am asking for something to be freshly made I mean it. We are nice people but not stupid. Maybe Sandra instead of wasting her talent on the till can wash a floors round as there were sticky and was only morning. As much as menager was trying to fix it Sandra was the more clever one sad girl AVOID! NOT Recommended

The driver picked the food up, went to a town miles away and then cancelled my order for no reason.

Very slow, though the food was good, and rather unusually as ordered Tonights was the best in quite a few years.

Zinger rice box lukewarm & stone cold in places. Didn't get the can of pepsi max either. Very dissapointed as was looking forward to it after a hard week at work and not wanting to cook something tonight. Quality control & checking all of items are in order before sending out to customer. needs looking at!!

The drive thru order screen needs replacing, been like that for months. Food is good, but the waiting time in drive thru always seems long.

Chips were cold and old, chicken was wet with grease, honestly grim. Like chomping an old dish sponge. The sweet chilli chicken bites were swimming in the sauce which was over powering.

It's a KFC 🍗 Not haute cuisine, but you know what you are getting. Food was piping hot, ready quickly and tasted like Kentucy Fried Chicken. At a KFC that's pretty much the full set.

Above average all around. What you'd expect. We're out of forks when we arrived so that was annoying but the spoon worked.

Totally gone down hill. Health & Hygiene doesn't seem a main priority here - and keeping the area clean doesn't seem a priority either. Carpark was a mess no one can be bothered to empty the bins - so there were seaguls and rats everywhere. My beans were crusty, and didn't have a sticker on which is the first time ever from KFC the beans haven't had a sticker with when they were made and when to consume by. Put me off my food a little - the chicken was very soggy. In My tower burger the hash brown looked like it had been dipped in a bottle of ketchup it was honestly covered. Not great at all. Poor standards Also it's not even a cheap meal anymore you're looking at £25 for 2 people to have a meal. Also bring back Pepsi. Stop forcing people to not have sugar

Went to this KFC after watching a film at the nearby cinema, We went into the drive through and the man on the speaker had a very noticeable Indian accent and spoke incredibly fast. He eventually asked us to pull up to the window and order so we did and there were boxes piled up in the window, it took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready while cars were piling up behind us. It took so long that when we got our food the car behind us came out aswell and went into McDonald's. When I got home and tasted the food it was cold at best (we are about a 5 minute drive home). Avoid this KFC and choose the McDonald's instead.
