Kfc in Huntingdonshire

Kfc not the same as it used to be, it really has gone down hill. Chicken is dry and very small.

Not normally one to complain but we walked in and was greeted with piles of rubbish, should’ve took this as a sign to leave but we were both very hungry. Long waits even though the drive through wasn’t busy nor was inside, there was 2 other people waiting as well as us during this time, mistakes with orders were made, two people left during the time we were waiting, food delivery services were waiting 30 minutes+.

Received pathetic zinger burger, couldn't believe how small it was for £6 and it only had a tiny bit of lettuce. Complained to manager, was just told I should have ordered a burger with more fillings/extras.

Waited for 45 mins because they lost control of what was ready. Unacceptable as you would expect to have a proper system in place.

This really is the worst KFC known to man. All round awful from the food to the service. Dreadful

Don’t use JustEat. Spent £30 on lunch including a child’s meal which got stolen by the driver. Shocking that a meal including apple sticks and a juice got robbed. KFC staff were sort of helpful (giving a phone number and a “sorry your issue is with JustEat”). Whilst I appreciate this was predominantly a JustEat issue, KFC had poor records of the actual driver, took no accountability for poor onward service and couldn’t replace the meal because of “policy”. Poor customer experience despite the manager trying their best with a very limited toolbox.

Took 30 mins in the drive through and the food wasn't ready and they said most kf the thing was out of stock wrong drinks no gravy that I ordered and smells rotten would not recommend

Went in for a twister wrap meal.. gave me extreme vomiting about a hour after eating it , and I felt like the chicken was undercooked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Once a great fast food joint in Huntingdon now this KFC has gone down the pan. Went here for lunch after work, my relatively modest order took a whole 20 minutes to prepare and a day later I had food poisoning, go figure.

Went to kfc today and paid £43 for a 10piece bucket of chicken and 2 box meals as i was waiting somebody spilt a pepsi all over the counter and on the floor the customers side i could not believe it that even after a customer told the girl behind the counter who came to look at it nobody cleaned it up and people were walking in it when they went to the till,ok i understand that they were busy but how long does it take to mop it up 2 seconds i also noticed that not one employee had a smile on there face and even had a customer next to me moaning that the staff were rude as well as miserable so after waiting 20 mins for my food my order number was called i went to the till picked up my bag said thankyou to the girl and i went to car as i got i noticed she didnt give me my bottle of pepsi or the drinks for the box meals so went back into the store and told the girl who said it was my fault for walking away with my bag i said to her why didnt you say anything well you would have thought i had swore at her so she unhappily filled my drinks and couldnt even manage a smile when she gave me them so off home i went when i got home the ten piece meal didnt even have any chicken in it just had 7 fillets and fries so apart from rude unhappy staff they cant even get a simple order ready, absolute disgraceful service will never be going there again somebody from kfc head office need to go there and witness it for themselves

started off as 25 minutes went down to 15 minutes back up to 23 minutes down to 12 then 18 then 13 then 16. carried on up and down. originally said 20 to 35 mins. it was over an hour.

Every time we go through the drive through it takes atleast 30-45 minutes. It’s absolutely insane being honest.

Good KFC, reasonable service, food hot and tasty.

Saw the advert on tv for the gravy chicken. I thought I'd give it a try, and I took it home, needed a knife & fork to cut the gravy.

Very rude employees. And forget so much of your order.

Food cold and items missing. Apparently can get a refund as I gave them the code. Would recommend that you check the items before letting the delivery driver leave.

Worst KFC I’ve ever been in. Stopped off here with family during a long drive and was not impressed. 1. Had to take my son back out to the car to change him as the baby change facilities were locked up. No explanation available from staff as to why. Toilets were manky and stinking. 2. We had to clean our own table - it was filthy, stained and sticky. Other tables in similar state. 3. Order took over 45 minutes to complete. Portion sizes were ok, but chicken was hoaching with grease and fries were lukewarm warm at best. 4. Because our order took so long, we got hit with a £100 parking charge for exceeding one hour in the car park. Didn’t see any signs warning us of this on our way in or out. Ridiculous situation. No way we’re paying it. Normally love me a KFC, but this was absolutely awful. Staff couldn’t care less about hygiene or customer service, and the parking fine is a disgrace! Avoid.

Really kind driver or delivery person

Forgot an item yet again!. I will order from them again but time after time after time an item is missing. This time it was a bottle of water for my daughter. The time before if was born on the Bob, the tie before it was popcorn chicken. Every time I tell the delivery driver but he has no control on the inefficiencies of the local KFC in Huntingdon. When they do a stole cake they must be in awe at all the extra items they have!

delivery time kept going back up to 10 mins once it reached 3/4/5 mins. in total was half an hour later than scheduled. courier was in the restaurant waiting for 20 mins minimum! everytime we visit this branch it is dead, yet when you want delivery they're suddenly suuuuuuuper busy. hmm!!!!

Ordered vegan burger. The burger patty was not only very dry it was hard like a rock. I struggled to believe that it costs £6.99. Customer service was the poorest i have ever seen anywhere in the fast food chains. No thank you, no smile. It took 20 minutes to deliver the burger. I ordered as Eat in but, they handed me over a takeaway box. I also doubt the hygiene of the workers as I could see that they ladies at the front were trying to fix their hair constantly with hands (no gloves). The same people were dealing with foods as well. I will never go back there and will stay away from KFC in general.

Very rude drive through employee, we pulled up to the machine and he said "Wait a minute" in a very disrespectful tone, no "Please wait" or anything like that just a blunt and disgusting "Wait a minute" then when we tried to order he said "Speak up" again in that "I don't care" tone, he never said please or thank you, then we pulled up and he held out the card machine and said "pay" then after he finally got the food he just said "There" and slammed the window in our face, extremely disrespectful employee, I will never be going here again when I'm in the area, me and my three passengers were appalled by his attitude, if negative stars was an option...

Awful and cold. Worst KFC I have ever had.

DO NOT COME HERE!! YOU CAN ONLY PARK FOR 1 HOUR. OUR FOOD TOOK 45 MINUTES TO MAKE, BY THE TIME WE FINISHED I GOT GIVEN A PARKING TICKET. ABSOLUTE CROOKS Over half of the tables had rubbish on them, the floor was sticky, the food was cold, and you had to have the toilet unlocked by staff to use it.

Was ignored for more than 20 minutes and I felt like ordering mega deal but I waited ages for just 9 hot wings. Customers who arrived after me got their food much earlier and had larger orders than me. Ridiculous!!

I saw the original time that he supposed to drop it off which is 17.59 but delayed because he went to McDonald to collect other deliveries which made my food cold, unsatisfactory

I had a very disappointing experience today. I received two chicken pieces of extremely poor quality-they tasted like expired food, and I had to throw them away. I ordered with high expectations, but I was really let down. It feels like I wasted my money on this order. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be purchasing from this store again.

I ordered just after 15.30 and received at 17.47. Everything was stone cold, tasteless and just horrible, threw it away £30 wasted and a child not happy about eating later then they normally do. A treat became an untreatable.

Visited a number of times over the years and the team are always about as dynamic as a blocked pipe. That’s assuming they get the order right first time. I’m surprised it’s still in business.

The JustEat driver was brilliant and it wasn’t his fault. The KFC staff were laughing when he arrived to collect it and he had to go to the counter four times to ask for it. He was waiting for an hour to collect the food. We live 3 minutes away by car and it took a lifetime to arrive. Ridiculous. The poor JustEat guy was distraught due to the behaviour of those who were working in KFC. They also forgot part of our order. Joke.

i ordered my food at 6:30 and it came at 8 o’clock, the food is lukewarm and it’s all packaging and all the food are squashed .

It took them 1hr and 20 mins to acknowledge and deliver a bucket of chicken from a kfc 10 minutes away

took nearly 2 hrs to get here and when it did the chips were freezing cold, hard and lifeless, the chicken was cold, hard, dry yet really greasy. how has the standards for kfc fallen so far???

Popped to the drive through tonight what a terrible experience. Arrived at 6.35 placed an order after a short wait then had to wait 40 minutes in the drive through waiting for my order. If I hadn't been hemed in I wouldn't have waited. There was no apology once I was served. Never going to Huntingdon KFC again.

Honestly one of the worst kfcs I’ve been to, the dinning area was overflowing with rubbish despite the small amount of people inside. Our order took over 40 minuets to be completed, with no updates or apologies from the staff. The food wasn’t even good after waiting so long as they had only part of the order ready and left it on the side to get cold whilst the rest cooked. Whoever the manager is should be really disappointed.

I was sick after having KFC from this place. I ordered burger and chips . Both are very soggy . After placing order place with in 1min they give food which means hope it’s prepared from morning and served in evening . Terrible service. It’s like they’re playing chicken roulette—will you get your extra wings, or will you leave with disappointment and a side of frustration? The staff seem overwhelmed, the management looks nonexistent, and the whole place operates like a chaotic experiment in patience testing. Honestly, you’d be better off going to Tesco, grabbing a buttermilk chicken, and cooking it yourself. It’ll be faster, hotter, and won’t leave you wondering why you paid premium prices for subpar service. The only reason I keep coming back is because my wife craves chicken, but even she’s starting to question this relationship—with KFC, not me!

food time was cancelled and moved 4 times. all of a sudden it says delivered, no delivery occurred no tracking nothing. now having to wait for a refund and reorder somewhere else as now closed!!!!

waited 2 hours, no updates, rang kfc directly and was told just eat was the problem as they do not have enough drivers. The driver cam after 2 hours and contradicted the story. I ended up with missing items too. Very bad experience

considering it was called a dipping feast yet was sent zero dips was a bit ironic. ordered Gravy as a side yet was delivered colcoleslaw instead. all in all it was very disappointing and also cold so won't be ordering from here again
