Very slow, though the food was good, and rather unusually as ordered Tonights was the best in quite a few years.

The drive thru order screen needs replacing, been like that for months. Food is good, but the waiting time in drive thru always seems long.

It's a KFC 🍗 Not haute cuisine, but you know what you are getting. Food was piping hot, ready quickly and tasted like Kentucy Fried Chicken. At a KFC that's pretty much the full set.

Above average all around. What you'd expect. We're out of forks when we arrived so that was annoying but the spoon worked.

Totally gone down hill. Health & Hygiene doesn't seem a main priority here - and keeping the area clean doesn't seem a priority either. Carpark was a mess no one can be bothered to empty the bins - so there were seaguls and rats everywhere. My beans were crusty, and didn't have a sticker on which is the first time ever from KFC the beans haven't had a sticker with when they were made and when to consume by. Put me off my food a little - the chicken was very soggy. In My tower burger the hash brown looked like it had been dipped in a bottle of ketchup it was honestly covered. Not great at all. Poor standards Also it's not even a cheap meal anymore you're looking at £25 for 2 people to have a meal. Also bring back Pepsi. Stop forcing people to not have sugar

Went to this KFC after watching a film at the nearby cinema, We went into the drive through and the man on the speaker had a very noticeable Indian accent and spoke incredibly fast. He eventually asked us to pull up to the window and order so we did and there were boxes piled up in the window, it took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready while cars were piling up behind us. It took so long that when we got our food the car behind us came out aswell and went into McDonald's. When I got home and tasted the food it was cold at best (we are about a 5 minute drive home). Avoid this KFC and choose the McDonald's instead.

Never showed. Acidentally sent food to wrong place, no food arrived. No call to say its wrong. My bad for the mixup, had not noticed the address had changed from the saved one. But annoyed no call to state othewise

The deliverers always find difficulty finding this place. I wish if somebody who know this area well delivered from now on.

Bought a 10 piece family feast from Huntingdon and 7 of the 10 were chicken drumsticks not happy as I thought it would be a selection. I would not recommend and won’t be using this branch again.

I haven't eaten the food yet because I'm still waiting ages in the queue. But I could not understand the person talking. He spoke really fast continually despite my saying I was struggling; he had a thick Indian accent. Bad call KFC. NEED to be able to speak clear English as key requisite for the job really.

It took you guys over 45 minutes to get my food to me and to find a delivery driver not ok!!!!

Mineral water was STILL, expecting SPARKLING, one set of HOT WINGS missing.. Just so disapointing

wow. it's a low bar, but by far the worst kfc I've ever had. Stevie Wonder on the mayonnaise is going to bankrupt the place! I wouldn't have minded so much if my "zinger" was actually a zinger fillet, or had zinger mayonnaise, but no, it was whatever Stevie could find out the back... see photo...I wish I was joking and this was x2 so wasn't even a one off. Abysmal.

Got some KFC due to busy day, ordered boneless strips and fillet burger. Strips were way to salty, to the point woke up 3am following morning, had to down 3 pints of water. then for the rest of week feeling not well. Both me and my sister had KFC that day and both felt very unwell after eating here. This KFC has never been up to standard avoid like the plague.

Not sure what has happened to the Huntingdon KFC over the last few months, but the last two times the orders were wrong send today waiting in the drive through to order....Still waiting....Still waiting no one around so drove off ...for my last time

Delivery driver went the wrong way and didn’t read my delivery instructions. Ended up calling me. Food was still hot and on point.

Got the wrong items delivered even though it had my order receipt on the bag.

Order was on hold for nearly 20 minutes until a driver decided to accept it. When it arrived food was cold so half went in the bin. Only thing that was hot was the beans. Will think twice next time

MISSING ITEMS, POOR COMMUNICATION

Ordered from here yesterday evening as I had a busy day and wanted something quick. Ate the food and not long after eating I felt unwell. The next morning I was vomiting first thing. I've never had great experiences with this KFC, but that is the last time I am ordering from here.

Got order wrong in a drive through so didn’t get what I paid for. You’ve got one job. No drink, no sauce and no wings 😂. Amazing.

Selection of chicken was poor - mainly drumsticks. Not one breast piece..

Delivery was never delivered! Very annoyed and wasn’t even told, I had to ring the restaurant to be told they had no drivers!

I don't like coming here as it is always dirty with the tables feeling sticky to the touch. The tiolets are always messy and never look like they ever get cleaned. Service was efficient if not polite

It's always clean and fresh in here. The staff don't all speak good English but they make a good pleasant effort. The food as usual was fresh, hot and lovely and a. Good mix. Of choices.

I went on the 24 th march for lunch with my daughters and once again but even worse the tables were all dirty and sticky. When I got there almost all the tables were empty and I couldn't find any cleaned. The only one cleaned was the one near the rubbish bin- no one uses it for obvious reasons.the toilets were also in a very bad situation. When I mentioned to the waiter, she apologised and said had been very busy, anyway was not the first time and only few people were there. The boneless family bucket came with gravy that did not have any flavour at all. Is Hygiene an element for consideration there?. Can quality be looked at as well?

Just received our delivery, yet AGAIN items missing & cold, not the first time either! 4 portions of chips missing, no cookies, sent out small popcorn chicken instead of large! Sent out two graveys instead of two beans! No Pepsi, ordered 8 pieces of boneless chicken only 6 pieces arrived placed order at 9pm arrived 10.15!,,, cold rang to complain No answer! Require a full refund avoid avoid avoid we have never received the correct order or it ever being hot will never order again from here!

Called in for a collection at 21.15, the door was locked. Went through the drive through and it took 20 mins before our order was ready , absolute joke for fast food

Ordered a vegan burger! What a joke! Wilted bit of lettuce, no tomatoes, and the vegan burger was like a rock!! I couldn’t even bite into it!!! Absolutely furious. And the fries were bloody awful!!

Ordered through the app for collection in store, but the stored closed at least 15 minutes early so could not "collect in store". Other customers had also had this issue. 03.03.24. Even while standing by the door, staff gormlessly looked at us and ignored us. Appalling KFC!

The food was delivered to the wrong address and not at all easy to speak to your customer service team to fix this issue. I still don’t know if how to get this sorted or get a refund. Very disappointed with the whole thing.

Driver was pleasant helpful & friendly. I got a text to say my food was on the way so I had notice that he would arrive early. He read the instructions and the food was hot when it arrived and was good

Ordered through just eat, waited 40 minutes for it to say with the delivery driver, only to be cancelled because they decided to close! ( we had a whole hour before closing time) Absolutely disgusting, if you can’t be bothered to do a simple order, then get a new job!
