The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Having arrived late at my daughter’s in New Haw we decided to feast on a banquet courtesy of the Colonel. Not being expertly proficient in IT I decided to place our order via the KFC app and opt for collection. Job done, Order placed and paid for, I headed to the franchises to collect our much anticipated bags of delight. Order collected, I headed to my daughters house to be greeted by four eagerly waiting faces, Managing to manoeuvre my way to the kitchen and avoiding the circling vultures I placed the bags on the worktop. Seconds later, I heard the screams and anger, missing items ! Not only were there missing items but they were my daughter’s order, no gravy or chips. Not wanting to be asked to leave her house, I offered her a share of my gravy and chips. Once the rules regarding double dipping were established, we tucked in. Then disaster, Imagine my disappointment when half way through my Zinger box meal, I discovered my Buffalo Bites chaser were also missing 🤬 I cannot criticise the quality of the food, delicious as always, but the missing items caused unhappiness. I should have known better, it must be part of the training package to disappoint customers by not placing all of the items ordered into the bag. Remember folks, check the contents of your KFC bags prior to leaving the premises.

I wish I had read the other reviews before having my meal Poor is an understatement. KFC is usually fresh, not overdone and a variety of chicken pieces. Had the bargain bucket for one. Always get a drumstick but on this occasion that’s all you got. Drumsticks!!!! Thought of complaining but looking at them I don’t think it would sink in. Boooooo!

Entire place was a mess it was disgusting and disrespectful and when asked that had not cleaned it up and refused and told us all to move. Yet the entire place was a mess. I honestly wish I hadn’t seen it worst night of my life. All that bacteria.

Staff are appalling, long queues, get to the window 9/10 get told to park up as food is never ready when you get it it is cold honestly just get to Alfreton this is not worth the visit if going towards Mansfield go either Sutton or kings mill McDonald’s

He visitado este establecimiento un par de veces ya que es relativamente local para mí, por desgracia casi todas las visitas no han sido satisfactorias. El servicio al cliente es muy pobre, me parece que casi todo el personal es extremadamente grosero. Pedí una pajita en el mostrador y la señora me miró como si estuviera siendo el mayor inconveniente, seguido de un “allí” muy severo y grosero y señaló dónde estaban. Le dije que no había nada, así que arrojó la paja en la bolsa y la resopló e insufló y luego se fue. Este es solo un encuentro que he tenido. El personal a menudo te trata como un inconveniente y son muy groseros. Los quioscos siempre están fuera de los recibos, ya que el personal no reemplaza la lista. El establecimiento no es muy ordenado o limpio. Sigo regresando con la esperanza de una mejor experiencia, sin embargo, no creo que sea probable que suceda. No volverá en un futuro cercano.

Decidimos cenar allí después de un día de trabajo ocupado y antes de hacer nuestras compras. La cena - en la zona no estaba muy limpio. Debería mantenerse más limpio. En un momento dado llegó un grupo de jóvenes solo para calentarse. Se sentaron cerca de nosotros y comenzaron a wapear mientras estábamos comiendo, y ninguno de los miembros del personal les prestó atención waping en la habitación.

I ordered food but the burger was very cold and uncooked . I complained to staff and they given another one which was even worse . I spoken to team leader in charge and she stated that bins are never hot and cheese never melts. She aslo given wrong refund and customer service is terrible and tables are never cleaned and food is always left around. Even when you complain they never say it’s their fault but they don’t do nothing about it and states they helped solved the query but they didn’t do nothing to help. Disgusting !

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

Mother & mother in law visited both disabled, waiting 20mins for a key for the toilet picture below is what they had to use

Crap, asked for large meal, got small chips and the meal was cold. It’s the same every time. I would give 0 out of five if I could. Don’t waste your money, crap

Arrived 11am. Food was pre warmed at an early time. Strange, chicken was dry the skin on the chicken was hard. The staff was really nice. Not a great experience. The man sorting the not working self ordering kiosks smoking outside says alot.

This is By Far the worst KFC ever . if you want to spend your hard earned cash i suggest you try another KFC I ordered 2 zinger burgers 2 chips and 2 drinks . i got 4 chips 1 zinger and 2 drinks , no napkins , no sauces and very very cold food . It tasted so non finger licking good basically very bland . they do not pick up the phone which i feel was deliberate due to them closing in 20 minutes . Now being as i am an ex member of the KFC Team . These traits are often expected from staff and basically take the phone off hook so there aren't any complaints Leaving people to just forget the experience and move on . now i know all you people out there are hungry but please do not waste your money on these types of gimmicks often pulled by KFC . I'M NOT A DISGRUNTLED EX MEMBER OF STAFF Just a person looking out for you paying customers

First problem my order of two triple cheeseburgers and one large fries became two double cheeseburgers and two medium fries. Second problem the burgers were almost cold and the fries were a lot hotter than the burgers. The last problem is that I collected in car from take out but only when I parked in their car park were the problems discovered. It was chucking it down with rain so I didn't complain as I should have done.
