Mother & mother in law visited both disabled, waiting 20mins for a key for the toilet picture below is what they had to use

Poor service. Food not very hot. Had to ask staff to clean table as dirty. Just put mess onto floor and wiped table. Rest of restaurant was shut off leaving only a few tables to sit at. Been here before nothing has changed. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusted with this place! Told to go collect a free party bucket after they got my order wrong on Friday. Arrived today to collect it, as agreed and the bare faced liar denied she had offered this. Stood there and completely lied to my face even though she knew fine well that’s what she offered. Disgusting customer service and we definitely will not be spending another penny in any of their establishments!

I keep thinking it wont be as bad as last time, it cant be, but how wrong I am. waited 12 minutes in the drive thru to be served with only one car in front of me. All in it took 17 minutes from joining the queue to driving away. I ordered a 2 piece variety meal which should have 2 pieces of chicken, a chicken fillet and two wings and chips. no fillet, that was subbed by a tiny wee bit of a chicken thing of some sort.. No napkin, no salt, no hand wipes. I should consider myself lucky I got a straw this time for my drink. Last time I got a 2 piece meal it was about £6.15. Now it is £7.49 ? aye,, I suppose I am the mug for paying

Previous reviews are so correct , stay clear go to the Clydebank kfc as this mob are nuts , there cheeky terrible attitude and the manager doesn’t really care , If you are unfortunate enough to have use this den please check your order before you leave drive thru . Awful never be back,, Clydebank all the time

Walked in today and ordered on the tablet, didn’t work, crashed when we tried to pay so had to order at counter which was no problem, just a bit of a faff, ordered 2 of the watermelon lime drinks which were made of the cheapest plastic known to man as it literally spilled in the car on the way back even when they looked like they were sealed, fries missing from order also, disappointing when your paying for a meal and not getting all that’s included.

Shout out to Ross Mc on the til!! An absolute legend who made it so easy to order and even helped suggest other ideas on what to order, a great salesmen! He made mine and my sisters day!

Did the drive through. Was very VERY rushed, unfriendly. Food was bad standard. Basically a bunch of teenagers who don't care running this place. Don't go here. Take a 5 minute drive up to KFC Great Western retail Park, at the very least your order will be right and your food hot. Never to return.

Went through drive through today which was busy. Ordered and then picked up and drove off. Opened bag, straws missing and fries!! To go back round the drive through would have taken 5/10mins due to queue and inside busy ... disgusting service. Will not be back

Visited this KFC a few days ago with my family. 3 staff members standing chatting not paying attention to customers. No straws supplied for the drinks, no napkins offered. Child’s meal was selected with yogurt, no spoon supplied for the 3 year old to eat it. There was approximately 8 customers in the restaurant at the time surely 3 staff members could cope with offering basic customer service.

Always great and very generous helpings we always leave the place totally full their chips and burgers are really superb. What a contrast to the AWFUL Dumbarton branch! Reccomended.

Visited 19.30pm my daughters Zinger had to be returned it was cold!My chicken was cold as well!I enquired about my coffee? Oh sorry did you want coffee!!!! Lmao yes I do I paid for it !!! Never again avoiding it bins overflowing floor disgusting.

My 13 year old son and friend where sold food then told they couldn't sit in to eat it as no adults where with them. If this is KFC's policy then surely food should not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 also. Will not be back. For that reason and also there food id terrible.

I see a banner outside of KFC, it looks like the best southern fried chicken to embrace planet earth but what I really good was chicken that had been bathed in oil, I will never make a visit to this place again, absolutely disgraceful

As am local to here. I am a chef but sometimes you just want to eat in the hop. Bought a boneless bucket. I did a temp check on it. It hit 14 on temp. 50 under the safe level. I will go back and buy again and will film my findings. This place needs to be shut down n i will do it

On the last couple of visits using the drive through we've been over charged on one occasion and every time the order has been wrong and items missing. Check your order and till receipt before you drive off to avoid disappointment. Won't be going again.

service was ok chicken dishes were ok as usual good value for money..only had coffees afterwards this restaurant is only 5 minutes from asda .large carpark and no problems getting a table.

I was pleasantly surprised to find KFC on the Just Eat app. I placed an order, was given an estimated time of delivery, then a step by step account of how my order was progressing. It arrived, was lovely and hot and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Over cooked and dry, the hot wings were a disappointment. No gravy left for my side dish. Soggy and oily batter on the chicken......avoid this place at all costs.

Went to buy family.dinner at the drive through. Nobody.at the window waited several minutes but.nobody.came. went to next window and the car in front was being served. Drove forward and the window was closed. Could see two.staff.speaking. Male came over asn asked what I'd.ordered told him o hadn't ordered as yet as nobody.was at the other window.to serve me. Was told to drive back round and wait in the queue which.had since built up.asked him to serve me.there as I'd already.waited which he.claimed he couldn't. Till was a few steps away.from where he was standing. Poor customer service. Told him it was fine I'd go.elsewhere to be.served food.

went in on sat and we got a zinger meal with sidewings the zinger was ok ut the side wings looked like thay were of a sparrow and the chips were pre heats would have went back in to complain but we drove a few miles away never again will i go back into kfc thay are only intrested in your cash to serve that shows this

Sorry KFC about I have to give you a very poor thumbs down. The meal was cold and when I asked for fresh was told it was already freshly cooked. Within 24 hours I suffered from food poisioning and the hospital reckons it was poorly cooked chicken. So big thumbs down KFC Clydebank for cleanliness and replacing cold food. Won’t be visiting this branch again!

Went to drive-thru with my son.. horrendous service! Told no gravy for sides, didn’t ask what else we wanted or offer an alternate or apology. Came home to no sides or dips at all after ordering meals that come with 2 of these each! Chips were freezing, chicken was luke warm, soggy and tasted like it had been lying for hours! Won’t be back.

Visited with my mum and nephew. Table and seats were sticky and dirty so we had to use baby wipes to clean it first before we could sit down. I even lined the table with napkins because I was that worried about the state of the restaurant. The whole place just looked manky!!!!

Absolutely filthy. The place was littered with rubbish and mucky tables. The food was good thus the one star but it's safe to say I won't be returning. Disgusting place.

A KFC is a KFC--this one is clean and tidy and is close to a shopping centre and has plenty of parking around it.

Mi esposa trajo a casa de comida en kfc por coche Sábado 18 de febrero y por el tiempo que me dieron y yo vivo a 2 minutos de distancia. Las patatas estaban frías, la envoltura estaba cerca de vacío. Si podríamos haber visto la furia en mi cara que tendría "ducking" para cubrir. Estos jóvenes tienen que respetar y folk el director debería ser despedido por la mala calidad de la comida ir a los clientes.

Visitado después comercial en GoOut. Tienda de rs que es. Situado muy cerca de este restaurante de kfc. La comida no está mal. Pero el restaurante que era una broma. Y de polvo centemeters Spiderwebs sticked que hasta los candelabros, cabinas pegajosa, húmedo con algo de comida en ellos. En un váter vomitó en un urinal. El peor lugar que he visitado. Lo siento.

Brilliant chicken burgers and chicken wings. The food is made to order. Friendly staff and clean restaurant.

This place has been recently done up and its very nice, much nicer than before. The staff are young and very friendly. Was here yesterday with daughter and granddaughter and it was excellent value for lunch.

Alas ordenados con salsa picante y una cola infernal y se equivocaron con el orden. Yo pagué por él comimos tranquilamente y caminamos lejos... De todos modos en publico en general benevolencia sobre KFC tiene baja sobre su calidad solía fiesta en KFC y ahora comer cuando no tengo otra opción y estoy muriendo de hambre es mala créeme.

The facilities where really dirty the lampshades covered in thick sticky dust, Toilets filthy, wet floors without any signs. The staff too busy discussing hangover's to serve customers. A real disapointment. I will avoid this branch.

Typical KFC really,but it was very grubby and not very clean at all.The staff were pleasant enough but that's about it !!

Food was always good but always found the place too cold which made it quite uncomfortable (too much air conditioning). Easily accessible to Clydebank Shopping Centre.

Me and my kids visited Clydebank kfc this evening, a favourite of ours wherever we go. One mail assistant was asked to serve us to which he turned round and says "They will just have to wait as im busy sorting this order" ... Working in customer service myself, this is just not how you speak to a customer who is paying your wages, I asked him if he would be long as I had my other son to collect from karate in 30 minutes time, the way he looked at me was completely disgusting. Appalled is not the word. then a lovey lady Siobhan came over and had clearly seen what had gone on and was clearly not happy with her colleagues attitude towards me. She helped us with everything and apologised for the guys behaviour. She threw in some freebies on top of our £20 order aswell as coming over to show what meal was what as we had decided to try different things and looked quite confused as to the amount of food lol !!!!, This lady could tell I wasn't happy with the service and was rather shocked by it and done all she could to ensure we enjoyed our meal and made it all the more pleasant for us, just want to thank her for her professional effort and hope her superiors see this and realise what a great employee they have and the efficiency in dealing with the situation was second to none, thank you Siobhan xx

Visited this place recently.. walked in. Queue was nearly out of door. With only two staff behind counter. Got back in car and went round drive through.. mid order the member of staff put his hand up in front of me and said "shush"... He was talking to a colleague.. then offered me two different options to what I had actually ordered.. without reason.. made my order eventually.. drove round and collected. Only after getting home to find that both the sides of beans and gravy were half full congealed solid lumps.. and no fries.. and the fruit juice which I was charged extra for never made it into bag.. never going back and making complaint to head office.

arrived at 1145 midweek just b4 the lunch time rush - joined the que of 3 folk =only one person serving the other 2 standing playing statues -after waiting 15mins i left in disgust

We visited KFC drive thru in Clydebank recently for a late lunch. The food was good, never had any bad chicken from there however it did take a while to get the food. The card machine wouldn't work when I got to the bottom window to pay, meaning that we were stuck there for around 8 minutes while they had to fidget about to fix it. Luckily I had wireless payments on my card, meaning that they could put the order through on another til and take my cars to pay wirelessly. Furthermore, if you are travelling to more than a couple of km away, the fries WILL be cold by the time you get home. However, I did still enjoy the food so it was ok.

went with family had wraps meals they were ok nothing like you see in pictures some of my chicken was wobbly bits so put me off staff were ok service slow not sure i go back and find it over priced

Situated in Clydebank Retail Park a handy place for a snack. Service is usually quick and the food hot and not too greasy. If you like chicken there is a good selection both on and off the bone

Saturday night pop down to local KFC 30 minute round trip, get home to find 5 portions of fries missing! Decide to phone, silly me thinking I could actually speak to someone! I tried constantly for 30 minutes to get through just rang out! Have tried over the following 2 hours to no avail. Decided to write, no easier getting a head office address! I wonder why. What food we did get was nice enough but I will not be back in a hurry! Being unable to speak to anyone or even get a head office address is just unacceptable!

after being re-vamped we thought lets give this place another bash ! well i shouldnt have bothered ! original emrecipe chicken GREASY !!!!! and as if it had been lying there in the fryer all day was that bad ! complained got new batch and still the same ! juice was watery ! chips were cold but the food that you dont need to cook was nice - the tub of coleslaw and the sweetcorn ! will not return to any KFC now - counter were friendly and helpful

This "restaurant" never has food ready for customers, even on quiet days! The managers (Purple haired NEDs) shout at the staff like it's a communist workplace. They shut of areas of the restaurant 3-4 hours before closing time and tell you not to suit there because it has been cleaned and makes it easier for them when closing the shop so they can leave early.I now travel to other KFC restaurants just to avoid this one in particular.

Got a bucket when I got home (3mins later) it was cold greasy full of drumsticks it's been a few times the foods been really awful ther myself and my family will certainly not be back ther also the customer service has a lot of improving to do!!.

Raw chicken inside an 2 piece chicken meal I bit into it and it was all jelly and blood took it out of my mouth to find it wasn't cooked could of made me really unwell 5 months on and still no response from head office

Went to kfc tonight, place was spotless, staff were quick, attentive and very friendly. Food is great value for money, toilets were in good condition with no faults, me and the people I was with would definitely return to the restaurant. Outside area was clean with no litter, bins inside and outside were able to fit rubbish in with no trouble. All condiments available also, staff are well presented and always put the customer first.It was busy and didn't get any of the orders wrong, also heard an elderly couple complimenting the staff for their help towards them (taking their tray out for them, cleaning staff helping them with their tray after their meal)Very impressed nothing like what the other reviews are sating

I haven't been to KFC in a while so after comming out of the cinema we decided to head to KFC in Clydebank for some dinner. To be honest I wish I hadn't bothered. First off there where only 2 staff that I could see working in the restaurant (on on the till and the other cooking. Secondly it was only 7 o'cock and more than half the restaurant was sectioned off for cleaning leaveing the 4 or so groups of people in the place looking for places to sit. Third the tables that where available where in a disgraceful mess, coverd with sauce and cola to the point where it was no longer sticky but rock solid on the table... It takes hours for cola to do that meaning the 6 small tables had not been cleaned for atleas 4 to 8 hours and lastly the toilets where a stinking mess that just made me want to vomit.This is not the first time I have found this KFC to be way below average. A few years back me and a friend jumped in for some food after finishing work. My friend went to the till and orderd and I said to him "I'll go and find a table and remember to grab some napkins" to which then he turned to the cashier and said " can I also have some napkins". The cashier then turned to him and said " what! Do you need to speak for your boy friend or something? Can he not speak?" implying that me and my friend where gay. I have never been so affronted in all my life and when I asked to a manager she just laughed in my face. Their staff are nasty just like the restaurant and would recommend avoiding this if you can.

This place is so unorganised , toilet was dirty first thing in the morning mirrors not clean and only 2 toilets one with a broken lock , condiments were not filled up and the whole place just feels dirty . The glass on the hot holding cupboards was grotty , been in here loads if times and there are always lots of issues decided I won't be back . Management needs to get a grip .

place was disgusting - and dead staff doing nothing and floor was full of food and so was tables - finally got a staff member to clean the table - got my order wrong and KFC awesome original recipe was far from this ! it was dripping in grease that the batter was soo soft and wet - we complained got another bit and this was just as bad ! the boneless banquet chicken was fine no issues with that - the chips were cold - overall bad experience (i went to another kfc to try food and have since discovered its just the clydebank one )

Went today & waited ages we walked out. There was far to many young people working & nobody in charge nobody knew what was going on. The girl serving kept apologising for the long wait & getting orders & take outs wrong! Very disappointing went to KFC for a change & will not be back to this one. We then went to the drive through & got served off a man that knew what he was doing & it took 5 minutes.

Have bought several "take outs".Not the restaurants fault.....as I have experienced it elsewhere...... but what happened to the famous and special KFC coating?..... it is bland and not original.We did love KFC but will not return.
