I am sorry to write this review. But,the kfc I ordered today was below the standards. Small chicken piece and very cold.It resembled like steamed chicken. Absolutely ashamed to call this item as kfc. Moreover I was billed for Pepsi bottle .But item was not delivered.

It was nice before last months all staff was nice recently some staff rude staff not thinking to customer care who shut some businesses already due to customer service behaviour

I ordered food but the burger was very cold and uncooked . I complained to staff and they given another one which was even worse . I spoken to team leader in charge and she stated that bins are never hot and cheese never melts. She aslo given wrong refund and customer service is terrible and tables are never cleaned and food is always left around. Even when you complain they never say it’s their fault but they don’t do nothing about it and states they helped solved the query but they didn’t do nothing to help. Disgusting !

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece bucket. When we arrived home, the fries were soggy, and overcooked. The chicken was also overcooked, and very dark brown. Apart from that, I always thought that chickens have two breasts and two legs. So why did I get 8 drumsticks, and 2 tiny pieces of breast meat. I know …..cheap. No pun intended. This is the worst and most disgusting KFC I have ever had. I will certainly not return, and would suggest that people give it a wide swerve. Disgusting.

The most disgusting, filthy eating establishment I have ever been in and I have eaten all over the world including third world countries. All of which were a 1000 times better than this place. The gents toilets were blocked and overflowing. Hygiene standards were so low this place needs closing down or burning down. I am stunned London council allow this place to operate.

Ordered a KFC for the family via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, my sister did not check the bag before accepting the order off the delivery guy. 2 bags of chips missing, all the corn on the cobs missing and all the gravy missing (basically of of our sides even though they were on the bag as part of the order). 30 mins of round the house phone calls to KFC and Uber to get a partial refund which will take 15 days to process. And tbf, what food we did receive was luke warm. Absolutely terrible KFC of which I will never order from again.

We popped in for a meal Friday 18th Oct 2024. Had I read the reviews before we had arrived we would have avoided this burger king. Let me start of with the welcome ummm I went to order the guy looks at me like I wasent normal. Could I order he then grunts and points to the self service machine. I had to get my hubby to do it as I'm useless. There were only a few tables to choose from one table was being used the place was empty yet the tables were dirty and floor was filthy. We sat by the window being the best option windows were filthy table needed cleaning floor was a mess. Our number got called so I went to collect there was not napkins in the bag and the two dispensers were empty, I asked a guy if there was any napkins a different guy for the first also looks at me I repeated "have you got any napkins " No sorry we have run out" Who the bloody hell can eat a buger at burger king with no napkins dear lord iv never heard a fast food place having no napkins. The buger was good thank god because I'd have shown my self up. I finished then went to the toilets yuk I just ended up washing my hand. I would have taken more pics but I didn't want my hubby telling me to be more discreet also why I bever said anything to the staff. Iv looked for an e mail to contact burger king I can't seem to find one. Does head office not read these reviews. Staff need to do some customer service training and learn how to sweep a floor and clean tables instead of walking around like theres nothing to do. The pictures iv sent is mild.

This is By Far the worst KFC ever . if you want to spend your hard earned cash i suggest you try another KFC I ordered 2 zinger burgers 2 chips and 2 drinks . i got 4 chips 1 zinger and 2 drinks , no napkins , no sauces and very very cold food . It tasted so non finger licking good basically very bland . they do not pick up the phone which i feel was deliberate due to them closing in 20 minutes . Now being as i am an ex member of the KFC Team . These traits are often expected from staff and basically take the phone off hook so there aren't any complaints Leaving people to just forget the experience and move on . now i know all you people out there are hungry but please do not waste your money on these types of gimmicks often pulled by KFC . I'M NOT A DISGRUNTLED EX MEMBER OF STAFF Just a person looking out for you paying customers

We ordered 4 chicken strip, signature fries,water extra fries and 4 bbq strips We received only 3 bbq very small strips no extra fries When I rang the assistant said I could have the missed items if I fetched them We paid over £20 for the meal which was disgusting actually This is the second time we were short on the order and I am very reluctant to use again I tried to call kfc head office to no avail there seems to be no way of contacting them to complain

My husband and myself went to this restaurant yesterday. We are older people and my husband is 70. Order no 6031 1:22 pm. Positives: Parking was good, restaurant was very empty so plenty of tables and seasoned fries were tasty. Negatives: Staff were extremely unhelpful and lacked any care or customer service. There were at least 3 staff behind the counter, they stood together chatting, as no customers were coming in. We were the only ones there and just a family at another table. The impression was 'overstaffed'. We thought someone could have helped, as they have 'Happy to help' advertising in the area right in front of them. We took a long time to work their unfamiliar machines, our ticket even says 'delayed order'. We visited the till area at least 4 times to ask questions, firstly can we pay by cash, do they serve coffee and twice to ask how to place our order and then to ask for some help. Each time they just pointed at the ordering machines. Finally, to ask if they had any table numbers for the table service, which was offered by the machine. I was told there are no table numbers, they will note where we are sitting and bring the food to us. The tables were not very clean and had crumbs on chairs, we found one which was just ok. When our order was ready a staff member shouted our number from the till. I called back we have ordered table service. The reply was 'we don't do table service'. I was obviously frustrated at my experience, left it a few minutes, and they did not bring our meal over. There was no one in the queue or being served at this time. I asked to speak with the manager privately about the experience. This was done over the counter. The manager listened to my complaint and asked which members of staff I was referring. All 3 female staff members were of a similar height, age, and wore cultural head coverings, and had no name badges. They were all customer facing and were aware of our difficulties. The manager apologized and said it must be a language issue and she would speak to them. The manager was kind and empathetic, which I appreciated, as I was feeling disrespected. I was upset that the staff were laughing at our difficulties as we were older customers. I recommend some enhanced customer service training, as currently those staff would not be able to help customers who have a disability, hidden or physical, or who are unable to operate the machine. This is a lost opportunity for customers from the disabled community who may wish to visit independently and have a positive experience. I suggested management study the CCTV to see how poorly our order was handled. I will add that we regularly use the McDonalds and Burger King machines and also choose sometimes the option to order at the till. These businesses seem to ensure every customer is treated equally and maintain their service levels. Also, table service is offered, even in their busy London restaurants.

Dropped in here on our way home as we were ravenously hungry. One of KFCs less aesthetically pleasing restaurants in the world. It genuinely has the feeling of walking into a transport cafe. A small seating area and enough serving space for the place to look busy if you go in with a friend. The food is almost up to the usual standard, but the atmosphere of the unit lets it down hugely. Far enough away from the hustle of the town centre to make you wonder how it keeps going at all.

Ordered chicken meal. Portion of chips was so small as to barely be worthwhile. So much ice in the drink that after I took it out there was only half a cup of drink. One of the three pieces of chicken had so little meat on it that it wasn't worth having either. Not a good experience
