No wonder this Restaurant is rated 21 out of 21 in Bexhill. No customers when we arrived, cold food, overcooked touch chicken. The worst KFC we have ever had. Very disappoint, with disinterested staff.

Half order delivered, phoned branch and spoke to supervisor who dismissed my complaint and told me to call Uber. Uber were not involved!! It was ordered on the KFC APP….. She couldn’t care less , argued I was being rude, no offer to rectify mistake…. Apology Time and time again food missing… cold , always missing salt, napkins and the smallest pieces available…. Use Hastings’s it’s far better…. Worst Kentucky I’ve ever used!! Just my luck it’s my local…..

The worst place in east sussex.the staff are so ignorant and racist its so terrible.its utterly disgusting and backwards.they make the environment terrible to be in

Well the food was hot and lovely but unfortunately the service wasn’t the best first of the tills was cash only… the staff cooking the food out back was swearing and on the screen it said are order was ready to collect and over 15 mins later it was ready… what’s the point of having the screen if it’s not correct?

One of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been in. The stench of urine from the toilets was revolting, filthy tables. Restaurant was empty so there was no excuse.

Absolute waste of time and money will never ever return to this one. Floor was slippery from overuse of floor cleaning solution it wasn't wet it was a slippery film coating. The 2 staff members on front counter (1 was in a grey shirt) didn't even speak to us the only word that was said to us when we collected our food was 'here'. The food was disgusting the chicken was like jelly and gristle. The krushems are alot smaller than they used to be. The food tasted like cigarettes my kids couldn't even eat it. It was £30 for 1 adult and 2 kids that was a disgusting price for 3 'fast food' meals. Awful place shut it down.

Just went to lunch for kfc they where very rude from the of i asked what drinks do you do she said them over there (the soda slots) no I said like water or orange juice yes so I ordered got my food and sat down I turnt a round six- eyed mermaid looking me across the tiles staring at me like hawks very uncomfortable eating then there was shouting from the kitchen raging bandit archer shouting at the staff until he realised he was in a shop and not in a staff room slagging his workers of . Totally unacceptable standards

So the staff are terrible because they don’t even care about the restaurant staff get your meal wrong we have been up to the counter 6 times for them to give us our order outrageous

If you enjoy dreadful customer service, terrible staff (that will get your order wrong every time without fail) & overall a frustrating/bad experience, then go to KFC in Bexhill.

What is going on here when you think service can't get worse it does 25m for 1 single meal 1 girl on counter struggling self service machines out of receipts a total shambles the managers of this store need a kick up the backside it's obviously a staffing issue how hard can it be unless they are paying rubbish .

Don't know what's going on at this kfc it used to be good ,but last 6 m the service is slow the machines you order from don't have receipt paper or won't work properly, staff seem to not care (don't blame them when they are paid peanuts) but what stood out this time was the amount of rubbish left around the bin areas and on some tables very off-putting.

Very poor management at this restaurant. Staff there is so unprofessional. Simply just go to the nearby McDonald's if you're hungry. Avoid at all costs this KFC.

Was served by a man called Bobby who was lovely and helpful, really calm even though it was busy and our food took ages to come. But nice service and yummy food made the time worth it

Went there for a meal with family and it's so bad no table service available ,toilets closed and 20 mins to receive order . Personally I feel it's a case of they don't pay enough and can't get the staff and/or deliveroo Uber eats have destroyed the eat in side of the business as there are so many delivery drivers waiting for orders I overheard one of staff say only 2 staff serving on sat and sun eve which is crazy . When we did get the order it was all in wrong boxes with items missing will use other stores in future hoping they are run better .

Pretty decent food that was delivered quickly today. Menu on display was limited, menu on app extensive. Staff working though orders at speed.

Visited this branch on a day out in the area. Cannot fault anything, have visited kfc's all over in kent, London and Essex in particular. Sometimes I have been disappointed with food cold and items missing, Rainham in kent terrible. From entering the site everything was clearly signed, everything was efficent and stress free, staff were friendly and the food and drink was perfect, definitely the best I have tasted at any Kfc. The Management and staff deserve high praise, also the cleanliness inside and outside was impeccable. Well done, will definitely be coming back.

It really speeds things up when you preorder. For the first time in my visits to this place, I actually experienced fast food. Staff were working hard, but felt like they needed an extra member of the team to keep up.

Never again, I don’t go to “KFC” or as I remember “Kentucky Fried Chicken”very often, I think the “F” must stand for something else these days , the most revolting food I have ever attempted to eat utter filth, It’s tasteless and the chicken is grey ! This place never ceases to amaze me 6 members of staff behind tills all hanging about like they dint know what they are doing queues of people waiting to order and waiting for food a Cople that came in just before we did were still waiting for their food ages after we had ours when we got our food i asked for napkins that i was told they dont have any of seriously!!!!!! My daughters popcorn chicken was cold!! The place is freezing i sat with my coat on. Its just frustrating watching the staff wandering around like they dont have a clue what they are doing and customers getting more and more stressed madness sort it out people

I can’t recall the staff members name but he didn’t make our lives easy when trying to enter the store. Put our masks on as we entered and were told to do so as we were. Like can’t you see were putting masks on no need to ask us to. Already not a great start but it gets worse. He asks us to scan a track and trace thing which we are new to and have to download an app etc etc. He says you can have details written down but as a last resort. We don’t have time for this right now. We will download the app later in our own time. For now let us just have it written down and next time we visit we’ll use the track and trace via the app. But no we can’t do that we have to argue with this rude employee about the situation to which point we eventually get let in and make our order at the counter by other members of staff that gave us no trouble at all. Like I said I don’t recall his name but he you’ll know when you see him. trust me.

Disgusted with this KFC arrows showing in and everyone using the same door, door and windows had all handprints on..the push knob was filthy, the order screens are not cleaned !!no wonder this virus is spreading, no one cleaning the tables and coffee on the chairs, plus my daughter has been sick all the way home as cold food and wasn’t cooked that nice. The chips were awful brown eyes and skin in the bag. Instead of chips, waste of money completely, thank goodness McDs are so clean and do things correctly, needs a deep clean

Lockdowns easing... KFC are advertising offers on tv etc... the Tuesday deal etc...Decided to try it... closedNot the first time... opens closes opens closes...A few weeks back, we had to phone in to see if they were open... they were on that day but the person on the phoned giggled when asked the question.. so even staff are aware of this nonsense. Who would’ve thought that KFC needed a phonecall to see if they are open.Before lockdown... “we take cash only no cards..”This place has turned into a mess.. Mcds round the corner are laughing. What a shame.

I like kfc now and then I got like once every 3 months but every time there is something missing it’s really annoying when you have a family at then you end up in the firing line like it’s your fault so I’ve decided not to go there anymore.

I'm a regular drive through and have had decent food on every occasion. Sometimes it could have been cooked a bit less. I'd like them to put tissues in the bucket to soak up a bit of grease. It's KFC, it's worth what you pay for it.

Myself my sister and our sons came in for lunch today and it was busy to say the least. We use this kfc often and never had any issue but today was different myself and my sister were shocked how one member of staff was doing the work of at least 3, she was serving customers loading up trays with orders making drinks all the while there were at least 10 customers waiting for there orders she even found the time to go check the disabled toilet when the alarm went off. Despite Sam being amazing and running around like she didn’t have a spare minute to her left were 3 members of staff standing watching a 4th member of staff restock the ice cream machine and when she done the unthinkable and asked a member of staff for help the response was quiet simple “don’t talk to me I’m busy” we were shocked and I was thinking busy doing what????I’m sorry but if I had to work with team members like that I would find it very difficult to keep my cool. I fully understand this is a fast paced restaurant and everyone has there own role to play but it seemed very much like she was the only team member out front playing her part and also everyone else’s

Good meal like the skinon fries, and the nice girl who took the order and efficient gentlenan with moustache! Thanks for a nice, freshly cooked meal & keep up the good work at Ravenside KFC 😊

We have used this restaurant for five years now and never had a problem. The food is always good and hot which sometimes other restaurants in the franchise can’t manage. We don’t understand how they get bad reviews.

Absolutely awful place. We were stuck in the drive through queue for 45 minutes, what a joke. We wanted a quick dinner with the kids in the car before going home. KFC sack all your staff at this restaurant & give it an overall. Your 16 year old boy staff are gross & dirty. The finally handed over cold food at which point we were so disappointed with the whole experienced we demanded our money back. What an incredible waste of time. Do not go here

Sunday evening travelling home thought we’d cheat and get a kfc through the drive though. We live other side of Hastings and on our return home we discovered both sides missing from the family bucket, the chips were a poor amount (only enough to feed two adults and not 4) The chicken was over cooked and dry. Won’t be going again

Visited at lunchtime on Saturday 23rd March 2019. I was able to park in the car park despite it being Saturday and the lunch rush. Ordered our meals using the self service machine which were working perfectly. Our orders were prepared quickly and we collected them shortly after placing our order. As fast food should be. There were no ketchup left on the counter so I asked for some more and the server instantly got another tray. Good service! The chicken also tasted great. Reminded me of how KFC use to be!

Seriously? WHy do I keep returning here? I keep thinking, this time, they'll be faster. They really aren't. The food is general KFC fare, but the speed of service is just terrible. 8 minutes for a tea is really not acceptable.

If I could give this nil stars I would. This KFC is consistently bad and we will never go there again. We have just had a drive through where we got home to discover they had given us the wrong order, so had to drive back to rectify, not exactly fast food! We were faced with the most appalling customer service, no apology only “oh yes this is the one we knew we had effed up”. She couldn’t have looked and acted less bothered if she had tried. It looked as it this member of staff had taken the Kevin and Perry customer service training session. We asked for the manager to tell him how disgusting his staffs customer service was and got the feeling he is flogging a dead horse. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Let's be honest, KFC might be cheap but the service received is never great. This branch is the best out a bad bunch.

Took ages to receive the food, staff miserable and unhelpful. Tables not cleared, food all over the floor. Meal average. Go elsewhere guys.

If you like waiting around for 40 minutes for something you didn't order then this is the place for you. They can never ever get an order correct, absolutely useless.

Slow service, sloppy presentation and bad chicken. Never seems to get any better at KFC, no matter how many times you try.

I have visited the drive through and gone into the restuarant many times, each time there is a problem. It is a combination of one or more of the following: no card payments, no mayonnaise, coffee machine broken, cold fries and chicken, a wait of up to 30 mins for your order. The staff are rude and couldn't care less. I don't visit this place now, I go to Mc Donalds instead for better service. They need to replace the management and staff with a better team.

Went there tonight 15th dec for a takeaway, went in an ordered as we had a massive order, first of all there wasn’t anyone who could use the till and ring up a big order, one girl could only ring up a small order ( what the hell )

This branch is a shambles, and has been for a while. Twice now I have had to get a refund after waiting over 30 mins for my order (once in the restaurant, once after braving the slooooow Drive Thru). There's always something wrong - card machines broken, hot drinks machine broken... today they hadn't actually bothered cooking any chicken. For goodness sake KFC either put this place out of its misery or invest some money in it. It's just embarrassing.

Me and my boyfriend have been in to this kfc a couple of times now and every single time we’ve come back in the service has been okay, the waiting time is shocking took us an hour to get our food, The machines are always broken so you can’t do self service, they often only do cash, the drive thu is always so long as well as the inside line and they ALWAYS get our order wrong. They always miss something in our bag whether it’s sauce we paid for, popcorn chicken in a box meal, small things but we paid for those things specifically. Not happy. Never coming back again, we’ only be wasting our time and money.

We went to collect our take out, after having to wait 15 minutes to be served, we were told we can order the new louisiana Burger however they had no cheese or buns to put it in, so we changed our order to a mighty bucket with a mini fillet and a cherry pepsi max, to then be told they had no cherry pepsi max, and only had 3 drinks to choose from, we then placed an order, and waited 30mins(at least) to recieve it, while waiting we could see packs of chips just waiting to be used. Once our number was finally called we were told they had no bags to put it in! They also gave us small chips (we ordered large) and forgot our gravy, they then sorted the chips but forgot our gravy AGAIN. There were no napkins but blue roll instead!! We then got our food home and as expected the chips were stone cold!! And the chicken wasnt much warmer! We left our mini fillet to last (best till last) and to find a fillet of chicken between to bits of a roll, with no pepper mayo and no lettuce as you would normally expect!!! On the same do i wrote to them regarding this and 7 days later i am still waiting to hear from them ( they say they will be in touch in 5days ) not only has the quality gone, stock gone, us customers are going too! To which KFC clearly dont care about!

Sat 20 Oct about 17.40. Ordered a fillet box meal and a tub of gravy. When asked what drink I wanted, I was told it had sold out. I then asked for 2 alternatives and was told they had also sold out, so I asked the person on the till what they did have.... and was given a choice of either diet pepsi or pepsi max. When my number was eventually called out nearly 15 minutes later, I was told they had no more corn on the cob, and would I like extra gravy instead!!! REALLY? Trying to get a refund on the corn seemed pointless as it was part of the box meal. When I arrived home 20 minutes later and opened the box, the chicken was missing and the underside of the fillet burger was burned black. I have had shoddy service in the past from other kfc outlooks but this is worst

Went to kfc tonight as hadn't been for a while. Won't be back for a long time. The food was terrible. I got take away. Chips were cold and my zinger burger went in the bin. My wife ordered a bbq wrap which they gave her the wrong item which she couldn't eat . The wait was ridiculous for a fast food restaurant several people had already asked for their money back which isn't great.

Over 20mins to get a zinger rice box in the drive Thru, longest I've ever waited at a kfc ever, half hearted apology at best. Very disappointing!

Did not even bother to eat here tables not wiped tomato sauce stains left over them the floors not cleaned either rubbish left under tables discarded food etc descusting

tried to get a takeaway here yesterday. First sign up saying cash only, this seems to be a regular occurrence. Then two cars in front of me and it still took 15 minutes to be served! Food was cold and management even colder, no wonder it is in the bottom 3 restaurants in Bexhill.FIRE THE MANAGER

We should have known something was wrong when the drive through was shut, there was also a sign on the door saying no hot drinks. The queue was huge as only one of two automated ordering machines were working then that one broke also leaving only one till out of 4 operational. The staff didn't seem to know what was going on and were wandering around aimlessly. Absolutely no management presence. 40 minutes to get served an absolute disgrace to the KFC brand

Went twice in the last month,i came away on both occasions with no food!! 30 minute wait for food on both occasions, understaffed and the staff that were there were just not up to it.i wrote a complaint to KFC and all they did was apologize,did not seem concerned.lots of people were complaining and i saw one young girl member of staff just throwing chicken in the bin! Which on a couple of occasions she missed,and she didn't even bother to pick them up off the floor!!!

Gave up waiting to be served, many people waiting for their orders, staff throwing food away because it has been stood too long, it is a failed shop, if you really want KFC find another, this isn't the first time I have experienced this, previously people get sick of waiting and ask for refunds

I've only been here a handful of times because I know how bad it is, but the times I have been, have been truly awful. The drive through usually takes around 20 minutes, they don't always have tortillas (so no wraps or burritos), recently, the drive through has been frequently closed, and this evening, it was cash only, so no dinner for me.

So slow today. I just ordered a burger. It was in my hand 14 minutes after ordering. Far too long. Ended up wolfing it down whilst driving to my destination as the wait made me late.

Just moved to the area and been to this KFC here 3 times in the last month.

Have been here once a week for past 2 weeks first time waited 25 minutes from ordering to getting the food and then there was items missing 2nd time 15 minutes wait for food and once again items missing one girl serving and trying to get food ready and serve to us there is a serious staffing issue in this store as well as a major rat infestation outside ,managers don't seem to care go to McDonald's on same retail park of you want fast food with nothing missing until KFC realise they have problems at this store .

Last week the drive thru was shut so I went inside only to have to wait for 10 mins to be served and another 15 mins to get my order. Not exactly a fast food joint! Yesterday I saw the queue of cars came out onto the main car park so it looks like the Service is just as slow. McDonald's down the road must be happy as KFC's loss is their gain!

Waited nearly half an hour for a Kansas boneless meal which, when we looked in the bag, had no boneless fillets in it at all! When I asked the young lad behind the counter for the fillets he handed me a box with 3 fillets. I showed him the receipt and told him we were missing 8 fillets not 3. He then went out the back and got someone else who came and asked what the issue was. I explained that we were missing 8 mini fillets, he then went off and appeared back a few minutes later with another team member and finally the fillets! Safe to say we will not return to the Bexhill KFC.

Waited in a long que for nearly 10 mins then waited another 20 mins while the kitchen got its act together and found my order which was 3 drumsticks and a rice box...hardly a difficult order.. staff could not care less said they were waiting on the fillet for the rice box

Every table was dirty and there was a spillage on the floor. I asked the lady on till if we could get a table wiped and she shouted over to the kitchen "lobby is filthy" Then after a 20 minute wait for my food, I had to wait for my drinks to be made while my food was getting cold. I then asked the man handing out the food for a table to wiped, to be told "We are short staffed I either pack your food or wipe your table" We ended up with a dirty table and after being in there for about 40 minutes in total not one table was cleaned and the spillage was still there when we left. The toilets were also filthy, my chips were cold, condiments were empty.

20 minutes for 1 krushems. 20 minutes! Yes they were understaffed I was told and they were all very polite so i thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. But after 20 minutes of waiting my order number gets deleted off the screen and when I enquire and explain that all I want is 1 Krushems he makes it for me there and then in less than a minute? Which obviously I’m grateful for as they were so busy but why did it need 20 minutes of standing around when it’s such a quick process. It’s such a shame because KFC is my favourite fast food takeout but I think that is no longer the case.

Went mid day with a mate. Had a very good ice cream with caramel. Service was very good. Nice and clean. Parking restrictions not a lot of space , may have to use main area

Again another inedible meal . Worse still only realised when we got home with it. Gave them another chance, never again .

Turned up at 10pm on a Tuesday to be greeted with a lock door no walk ins jus drive thru but I haven’t got my car so tough luck

When we go we keep getting poor service and get the wrong food. Today was no different. We went inside as the drive thu was packed and inside was the same. 1 person serving a queue to the door. Ordered and sat down to wait watching the screen but after a while our number disappeared, I asked about it and was told that after a while if you have been waiting too long the number goes from it. People were waiting for 15 mins + and we were waiting about 20 mins (order placed at 18.42 number 2172 if KFC look at this). We ordered 2 fillet meals 1 towered and 1 normal but got zinger burgers both towered instead although the boxes were marked to what we had ordered. As we were taking this home we only found the mistake when we got back. I tried to call the store but no answer and that's the only way to contact. End result - I am not going back.

We ordered 2 meals and had to wait around 25 minutes for them to be ready. We took the meals home and they were both spicy zinger burgers which neither of us like and my husband is allergic to spicy food. Phoned straight away but it rang and rang for ages so in the end we gave up. £13 for the privilege of food that went straight in the bin.

Since the KFC distribution fiasco the food is poor. The two peice chicken meal had grey chicken which had a tough texture. The zinger meal is terrible. The KFC chicken in the zinger is half it’s original size, and when you eat it, half of that is just batter. I would say you are getting about a quarter of the chicken you used to get.

Went in here to feed daughter. She wanted her 2 piece meal. Something like that you'd think would be already available, but we had a wait for her food. Queue to get to the counter, wait for the meal to be prepped.

Disappointing to KFC later in the evening. Food was very greasy and the coke was flat, not impressed as with fast food consistency is key.

Went through the drive through last week & had a cheese, bacon, chicken burger meal & when I got home I was shocked at the bit of bacon ! Was hardly worth putting in as so small as shown in photo !

Quick service despite it being really busy. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was kept clean and tidy. Food tasted nice.

There were some customers that kept getting the wrong orders and even after they thought they had got it right they hadnt. Our meal was ok but the chicken batter was soggy and didnt taste as good as other places we had visited.

First if all I ordered 2 fillet burger meals and was handed 2 warm 500ml bottles of Pepsi , not the usual cups with ice, Then the burger was tough and grisly

Just what was needed for a tasty snack. On. A cold day.we. had a. Snack box. Which included. A piece of chicken and lots of chips. Good. Value. For. £1.99!! Well worth it staff. Helpful!. And. Friendly. Place. Was. Clean. And. Tidy.

Food OK. Only one member of the team at front counter, had to wait over 5 minutes looking at our lunch for the same lone member of staff to give it to us, whilst the staff and manager out back looked on and did nothing. Went to mens loo to wash my hands and the hand basin had lumps of mud/sh1t all over it...GROSS!! I told a member of staff and 5 minutes later no one dealt with it, so I told another member of staff and still hadn't been dealt with 3 minutes later when I left.

Went to kfc drive through today around 7.30pm, was really busy in and outside. Waited in the queue for 25 minutes and ordered a 10 peice variety box meal. they had an offer that you get 8 free hotwings. Usually love kfc as a treat so was looking forward to it but got home to find no popcorn chicken which we should of got 2 small Boxes. And 16 hotwings but thats not good if you dont like hot food like myself. The chicken was soggy and greasy. I think they couldn't handle being so busy so rushed the food out. Completely disappointed. Wont go back for a while now.

My wife returned full of praise from the service she received from a young female member of staff , polite, helpful very apologetic after a few minutes wait!Food was hot, tasty, no complaints.

This is a great little KFC, have been several times. The staff are always helpful and polite. Normally do take away but have eaten in . Very handy as just off main Hastings to Eastbourne Road , with plenty of parking.

The food is very hot and nice but the service since the refit is incredibly slow with teenagers not being able to get your order correct and not have a clue took about 40 mins to get food once placed order .

Normally visit every couple of weeks.Always use the drive thru. The chicken is always good but invariably chips are cold! The attitude of fhe cashiers can vary from miserable to downright miserable

Yet another occasion where I have been given the wrong order when going through the drive thru, and no apology at the window for a 20min wait.

We visit this kfc branch alternate Friday evenings after travelling to the area for the weekend. I can't recognise it from the negative reviews on here as I've never had a problem. Maybe it's dependant on staff rotas as Friday evenings circa 6pm sees hot, tasty, perfectly cooked chicken, be it in the form of fillets, zingers, wings or popcorn. The speed of service (we park and go in) is amazing. I've never been in there for longer than 5 minutes when ordering different items for a family of four on a Friday evening. If I'm being picky (cos nowhere can be perfect...) I think we might have had the last few fries of the batch on a couple of occasions. A little bit worse for wear but edible nonetheless. Will continue to visit.

The amount of times I have been too this place and the staff are unable to count to 10!!! "Can I have a 10 piece Bargain bucket please" get home and there is only 8 in there thankyou very much and then don't answer the phone when I try to complain!!!! Only the norm I spose!!! Don't go there very often and when I do nothing changes!!!

Use the drive through quite a lot but quite often find the chips and chicken popcorn to be soft and not "fresh" out the pan, prefer to eat in as find it fresher, usually young staff but pretty standard KFC nothing exceptional and quite expensive for fully loaded and boneless banquet, better off having something else

Consistent quality every other Friday night. Drive through service is reasonably quick. Cannot fault it for a KFC take away

KFC is an acquired taste; you either love it or you don't. It really is great value for money whatever you buy. You get the same great KFC experience, and this goes for any branch. I prefer it to McDonalds, Burger King or any other chain simply because taste is maximised into every single bite you take. It is traditional for my family to come here every month, and although KFC is a high calorie intake, there are healthier options on the menu.Everyone's heard of KFC, and in my opinion it is the best fast-food chain around. This Bexhill branch delivers my expectation of KFC.

Was served by a very well spoken young,But the food let it down big time.Dry warm chicken not very good.Also looked a bit grubby.

The staff were really helpful and friendly here, there was a nice atmosphere. The food was great, I just love those secret herbs and spices! The restaurant is spotlessly clean.

We were going to use the drive through but decided to pop in for a loo stop. The loo smelt, & was dirty. When the food came, we weren't offered sugars for our coffees, & when my partner returned for some, he was told by the lady on the till that it was behind her but she couldn't leave the till, even though there were no more customers, AND they turn away from the till to get the food anyway! Our chips were not hot when we got them, so by the time he returned to the table (unwiped, incidentally), they were all but cold. My twister was also erring in the side of cooled. With not many customers in, one would have presumed that at least 1 the 3 staff members knocking about behind the till May have been able to pop out front to wipe tables, chairs, & pick up rubbish, even if they couldn't manage the loos!

Drive Thru quick and efficient for a take away - better than most - staff helpful and seem to know their job.If you like chicken & KFC then this would be a good place to try.Enjoy

Used the drive through for fast service, staff were polite and professional. Decided our order as we drove along the channeled traffic lane (a little narrow in some places! Beware if you own a broad vehicle) Placed our order drove to the next window to pay and collect.Seating inside and out (nice for a sunny day) Toilets available and clean Food was delicious in taste, pipping hot and adequate portions.

Normally dislike this type of corporate food station, but the quiet calm atmosphere, gentle service and tasty and huge portions were just what the young lad in our care and I needed after watching a 3D film that I would describe in the same way as the food.

Visited kfc 1 30 chips were warm not hot chicken piecies not cooked long enough tasted bad pink inside feel sick only had 2 bites why cant people cook properly did not even recieve drink i should show them how to cook good wont enter again

So we don't normally eat fast food but after a long drive from Dorset to Bexhill the only place open was KFC. My partner and I both shared a meal. To cut a long story short the meal tasted horrible and within 5 hours of eating it both my partner and I were very ill! Neither of us stopped vomiting for 24 hours! It completely wrecked our holiday! I will never eat KFC again but at the least I suggest everyone avoids KFC at Bexhill at all costs!

Nothing good to say terrible tasting cold food this KFC is on my door step and I would rather drive in to Hastings or Ore .I like chicken but I will not be trying again for a long while

We decided for quick KFC on Christmas Eve all the food was so over cooked it was almost inedible the area around the restaurant floor so very tired and looks quite dirty. They need a kick up the backside definitely the worst KFC I have visited

If you like cold disgusting unedible mush then look no further. It's truly the worst fast food place I've ever been in. This place cannot have been visited by any inspectors because it's not fit for purpose. Cold food that looks and tastes like cardboard. You have been warned!
