Fantastic meal at the Custom Cafe this evening. All diets catered for in a lovely atmosphere with super helpful and friendly staff. Thank you. X

We had no food that day just coffee's and sweets. But the food looked good on other tables.

First off we waited 45 minutes for our breakfast which may as well been lunch! My partner’s breakfast was custom breakfast and was so small it was was served on a child’s plate, his tomato was so over cooked it was inedible, my green breakfast, the veggie sausages were charcoaled, my tomato was also inedible, I asked for brown sauce and was given an empty bottle. I have to say it was very disappointing in just about every way. I won’t be coming back

Been past hundreds of times and always wanted to stop but the carpark had been full so haven't stopped. Called in today for lunch and wasn't disappointed. There was a nice atmosphere and staff were friendly and welcoming. There was plenty to choose from on the menu even if you're vegetarian. The portions were a very generous size and there is even an option for small plates which suited the OAPs in a group. We had desserts were amazing. Another great thing about the cafe is that its dog friendly 👍🏼

Been here several times now. By motorcycle and by car. The atmosphere is brilliant, specially when there is live music, all the staff is friendly and the food is great.

Have been here before and food was great but this time had the all day breakfast and it was well disappointed bacon very hard over cook egg small slices off tomato cold toast white stuff ment to be butter thay fill the plate with chips?? Won’t be eating all day breakfast here in the future Charlie

Great food!!! I enjoyed vegetarian option a lot, so called V-tween - halumi burger was super tasty. If you are arround make sure you visit this place!!!

Breakfast served on ridiculously small plates (cold) grilled tomatoes warm and firm ,scrambled eggs microwave d and very expensive for a greasy spoon cafe , won't be back . Hope this explains everything Mr owner plus its very noisy

A drive to Cafe, warm friendly atmosphere, enjoyed a quality breakfast.

Lovely place only thing that could have been better is the child's meal the sausages were Lovely for an adult but small children don't like herbs and course sausages. We will be going back again as we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Lovely outside area to sit and eat.

We loved it…. great atmosphere…a busy Sunday with live music. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We sat out on the enclosed veranda and with the heater on it was perfect!

Once again another excellent breakfast. Our new go to place on a Saturday morning. Just love it. The Milkshakes are to die for! Definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict. 😋 So much choice on the menu. Staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. What a fabulous place all round.

Had a soggy apple pie with ice cream, and shop bought microwaved pancakes with Nutella and squirty cream, a black coffee and Latte, just shy of £20!! Food we had was poor and overpriced, coffee was weak, and the staff were busy chatting to each other. Nice enough girls but no atmosphere, won't be back.

Interesting place, great decor & ideal for petrolheads. Service was OK, staff pleasant... but, there were issues and it was a little slow. First we were bought the wrong drinks (they blamed new waitress)... then there were items missing from a breakfast that was ordered as per menu, tomatoes & toast missing (can't blame that on waitress)... The Motor Oil breakfast (their take on huevos rancheros) was terribly under seasoned, to the point where it was like something was missing... We weren't offered a choice on cafetiere coffee blend, even though there were several types available, something we discovered after ordering. No option to have bubble n squeak instead of horrible greasy hash browns Nice place, great potential & not overly expensive... but slightly disappointing, service and portions could be better.

Very dissappointing. Went as a family (wife and 2 kids) on Saturday. First people in the cafe just after 8am and seated and ordered in short order. However that's where things went wrong. Ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the food, during which time 3 tables who came after us were served first. Then worst of all 1 of my daughters recieved her food 15 minutes before my other daughter. I am happy waiting for food but to have such a delay between first and last daughter is just horrific, had to specifically ask where our other meals were and got a casual "the chef is new". How is it that 3 other tables who arrived after can be served their food all together and before us! No real explanation or apology. Really dissapointing as the actual food and ambiance was nice.

We fell in love with this place last summer , great place , great service and food and I love the little touches in the toilets too , especially for the ladies . It’s that extra touch that so many other places lack . Cannot recommend enough . We will be coming back . Alex and Pete .

Very slow service , very disorganised 1/2 wait for a coffee ?

Warm coffee went cold in seconds when delivered to our table, when my husband spoke of this to the waitress on answer to this was sorry .But still charged us full amount.

A late coffee stop on a Sunday afternoon so didn't get a proper feel of the venue. At 15 minutes before closing they were welcoming and agreed to serve us coffee.

My family has enjoyed going to this unique cafe for few years now, though we are not local. We like the food, the vibe, the decor and the staff (especially those who appear to be old Rockers) we also appreciate that it’s not pretentious in any way. On this occasion all 6 of us enjoyed our food. My husband always has the trailer trash pie as it’s so good, and I have the ham, egg and chips. This is usually perfect …juicy ham, nicely cooked egg, decent chips, and was very tasty on this visit. I must say though, it can be a bit hit and miss. On one occasion the ham appeared to be thinly sliced packet ham and the egg was barely cooked. Hopefully that won’t be the case again. We have huge respect for the Custom Cafe as it seems to be run in a very altruistic style, supporting good causes and sometimes employing disadvantaged people. We also love the outdoor space in the summer and the chance of hearing some live music. Well done to the management for having such a great vision for the Custom Cafe. We will continue to visit whenever we are in the area.

I've driven past this place so many times but decided this morning to call in for a late breakfast with the missus. So glad we did!! The food was great and really well priced. The menu provided a good selection of food and drinks. I had the all day breakfast, the wife had veggie chilli. Both were great. The staff were really warm and welcoming, and very efficient. Really nothing negative to say about the place at all. Looking forward to my next visit. Cheers guys👍

Only visited during bike nights. Very average food, expensive compared to other cafes near by. Good atmosphere, with live music and lots of bikes to look at.

Showed to our table and then we were completely ignored. We asked twice if someone would come and take our order but nobody came, although someone called out to a waiter for another coffee and the waiter made it straight away! After nearly 30mins of waiting we left. Disorganised service with no process behind it. Unlikely to return when there are so many other places nearby we can go and actually get served!

Great food! Lovely staff and we were treated to some wonderful live music. The staff were very helpful and accosted our fussy kids! Looking forward to going back in the warmer weather to enjoy the outside space!

What a turn around since our last visit. So much better . Service was very good, attentive and helpful. Breakfast/brunch was extensive and good in the American style. Disabled access was perfect. Only constructive criticism….please clear the table on each and every visit…the customers will appreciate it…thank you.

Decided to stop off again after a very nasty experience the last time we went in( ,the custom cafe did send me a voucher for free meal for two next time in but I'd lost it ) Wow what a difference friendly staff who couldn't been more helpful my mum is a nightmare when comes to eating out, but she was catered for and the rude waitress was no where in site we were attended by 3 waitress/waiter they were all friendly , helpful and as said couldn't do enough for us the food was lovely,tho far too much for me , but thanks to the staff who I did mention to when we left made it a much nicer ,rela

I give 5 stars because it's lovely inside and all the staff are so welcoming!!! And it's dog friendly!!! 🥳 Everything is amazing except for it being chilly inside I sat with my coat on the whole time other then that cannot moan at all beautiful place

Lunch time visit with a friend Fab gluten free chocolate cake the size of my head! So good. Will be back. My dog also loved it - he got lots of fuss and some sausage so he was happy too.

I visit the custom cafe regularly, for various things - breakfast, lunch, or their great events. All the staff have great sense of humours and are very friendly. Food is brilliant. The events and live music are well worth going to. Always a great atmosphere, no matter what time of day.

Coffee really good. Not recommending the ham and egg as comes cold and not very tasty. Leak and potato soup not good.

Had American Breakfast and it was delicious. Had the best filter coffee as well. Staff were nice and friendly. Really felt like you're in an American diner. Thanks again for your service. Next time I'm in the area, I'll pop by. (Visiting from London)

Food was sort of underwhelming, and my dads food was stone cold

I've been several times over the last couple of years. Always a great friendly atmosphere and no different today. My Trailer Trash Pie was spectacular, and my mum had a luscious chicken burger, while her partner had the all day ham and egg breakfast which he raved about. All the food was freshly made, hot, tasty and good portions. Then there was homemade treacle tart, homemade sticky toffee pudding, and a warm brownie for desert. My dog was spoiled with sausages and bacon bits and was fussed by all the waitresses who were excellent. Great stuff.

Was a regular guest at Custom Cafe when we lived in Guestling, yesterday I visited Guestling, so I went to the Custom again. Felt like home, never failed, food was great, service was a top notch. Everyone is so lovely.

Always great to have either breakfast or a cup of coffee on our way to London or down to Hastings. They did not have the Kenyan Peaberry nor the Malabar Monsoon coffee on our latest visit but this did not dampen our mood.

Never have we ever paid for our food before we ate it, it said thick ham with poached egg on a muffin, it looked like cat food ( the ham ) all chopped up cold

Went here today with my wife. It was very busy due to amongst other things an Halloween event. There was a short wait to be seated and we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. When seated we were waiting only a very short time...

No idea what has happened but this once great cafe was just awful. We arrived (3 of us) and showed to a table. The diner wasn’t busy, only 4 other tables of people. Given the menus and had just sat when a waitress came straight...

Been past this cafe many times and finally popped in. Must say a cracking full English, lovely bacon and sausages and grilled tomatoes which makes a nice change. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be dropping in again soon.

The Custom Cafe is an American themed diner/cafe with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating is in their garden which has been well tended and there is also a decking and a porch. They serve lunch and dinner items which are well priced and delicious! The portion sizes are generous. They also have a large selection of hot and cold drinks including milkshakes. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I like how sanitary products were available in the bathroom. They also do biker nights - though it is not solely a biker cafe - and live music. I would definitely come here again!

We decided to take the 2.5 hour journey to support this cafe. It wasnt too busy, about 8 tables of people who all had their food. We asked the young girl for a table for 8. She replied saying they dont have one without checking....

Staff took a while. Customer skills.. not so good. Still had a good time with friends.

Waited over an hour and half, multiple tables sat and eaten before us. Chased to be told 6 tickets in front of us still. Left without eating and saw a few others do the same Food might be nice, not sure, would completely avoid if it looks busy. I won’t be going back due to service

A great oasis of a cafe,in what is a bit of a desert for culinary places. Good size menu,incorporating quite few Veggie options. We stopped by for Lunch. I had a nicely cooked "All Day" breakfast,my partner had the Veggie version,Veggie Sausages and Omelette,instead of...

Always curious as to being asked to settle food bill before food arrives, it’s either the proprietor thinks a dine and dash will take place or the food isn’t up to scratch. Nice little venue I’d say but food is ok at best

Having read the reviews I was sure I was in for a good meal. Total opposite waited 30-40 minutes for cold food and a portion size of a kid. Best part of the meal was the drink. 3/10

Custom cafe more than just a cafe. If in the area I always try to pop in and enjoy the food and bikes constantly coming and going.

Lovely little American themed cafe with a wide variety of breakfast/brunch options. We had Hillbilly pancakes with bacon, hash browns, beans, fruit and an omelette. Food was lovely, service was great, food arrived quickly and perfect place to relax after a bike ride. Thanks

We wanted something a bit different for us old crumblies in our 60's, 70's and 80's! Lol! We were out for lunch and laughs and took our good humour to The Custom Café. Staff friendly and courteous, especially Cameron, who took good care of us,...

Ok, I definitely wouldn’t rush back. Whilst friendly the staff were pretty slack. Taking orders, getting drinks was hard work. Food was ok but nothing special. So much potential for establishment but falls short.

Nice friendly welcome with a choice of seats to sit at. We arrived after 1pm and we're given the menu. Variety of foods, all day breakfasts, burgers, club sandwiches, light bites, mac and cheese etc.. Special dietary menus available too. We had a BSA burger and Trailer trash pie. The burger was average. The pie was something different. Beef chilli topped with macaroni cheese. A very big dish! Chilli lacked heat and a mac and cheese lacked chessyness. Over all it wasn't took bad. Will go back and try different things.

Having read the reviews we thought it was worth riding down from Sittingbourne on 14/09/23 to check this cafe out. What an amazing place! Great memorabilia, very friendly staff and great food. Highly recommended, not just for bikers, but families would enjoy a visit here. Will definitely be visiting again.

The staff are always very very friendly, need bigger coffee mugs (Jo). Food is mostly good. When its not they rectify.

Popped in for some lunch...the best ham egg and chips I've ever had...eggs were beautiful home cooked ham yummy..and chips not greasy...the staff were friendly and attentive...defo be going again 5 stars

What a place! It has got special and unique atmosphere, the service is great and staff profesional. I love the garden too. Finally found place with good espresso machiato in a small mug and nice foamed milk! Food was delicious:)

This was a lovely place, not a tremendous amount of parking, and not wheelchair friendly. But very likeable, good service, and quality Coffee.

Rode there on my bike on a friday evening, which coincidentally is bikers night. They had live music and bbq. Would definitely recommend to fellow bikers or bike enthusiasts !
