Great drive thru and sit in restaurant. Very handy on our trip to Bexhill as it was half way along our walk. Quick service and food as expected.

had to wait over 20 mins for our meal . watched them open my wrap and touch it then give it to me. my chips where empty and pretty much half the menu is unavailable

Always found to be very good...on our journeys up and down the country Always a joy to see a McDonald's...

Only one 🌟 star today drove there and ordered a chicken burger, got home no chicken inside , what a joke. Chips cold again. Much better visit , Stop to eat inside today and look good inside . The staff were very friendly and may us most welcome, plus they were working hard to keep tables , floor clean and tidy. 5 star today. Last visit, only 1 star. Disappointed to here someone swearing saying F word etc when waiting for my food , drink was almost cold. It is a shame that customer service skills have slipped in all McDonald's. They used to be world class. I'm not sure why I am still going there. It may have been my last visit.

I’m really frustrated, I love this restaurant, but tonight I wanted fish and chips, and decided we’d get both, McDonald’s and Fish and chips! Not thinking, and a little unorthodox of me, I took the F&C’s in to the restaurant and started eating whilst waiting for table service, I was approached by a member of staff quoting Natasha’s Law and I could not eat it there! I could go outside on the patio but not inside! I do understand company policies, but to quote this law to me was insulting! A simple I’m sorry but it’s against our corporate policy! Would have been appropriate! I then asked for the food to go rather than eat in as a family or freeze outside! Just really frustrating, as it could have been avoided by not using this approach! I could be allergic to hydrolyzed vegetable Protein, but there isn’t a big poster outside saying please enter because we use this! As I say, I love this restaurant in Bexhill and the staff, maybe eduction towards this situation should be revised!

RAVENSIDE RETAIL PARK: I have been here a few times, but the last 2 times leaves me thinking I won’t go again. Part of order DRIVE THRU: 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets requested, got 6! How can anyone get that wrong ‘six - twenty’, they don’t sound the same 🤔. Last visit 20/03/24: Double Cheeseburger part of the order, not only was it cold enough to the point the cheese slice failed to melt, but there was only one burger or maybe I have got it wrong DOUBLE CHEESE and a burger. Check the picture out😳

Much improved since my last visit. Friendly team, still a little slow on food prep. Also, there was no toilet paper in the gents

Every time I order nuggets for delivery they always forget the sauces. This has happened three or four times

This store is excellent...the staff (like Farrah,the Irish lady,the young man(with glasses,dark hair)are particularly good. Managered SO well...it is spotless despite the glitterati of Bexhill-on-Sea trying to mess the environment up. Thank you..it is better than other eateries aroundl

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE missing £10 worth of food and didnt bother to get the orders right

It can be quite busy in the drive through similar to other McDonalds. Apart from that, it is a normal McDonalds. There is not that much parking, but I have always managed to find a space. It appreciate that is due to the site and there is not much McDonalds can do. The young staff are always nice.

One of the best McDonalds I had been to ever. The food and ambience was good.

Absolutely terrible. Stone cold chips and big mac. Delivery was on time so no excuse. No straw for the milkshake. And no hot cross bun pie as ordered. Have had similar experience the last 3 or 4 times when ordering from this 'restaurant' and this will be the last time.

This is a nice place, the staff are nice. However getting your food order right doesn't seem to always work out. The amount of times I've ordered and taken the food home and it being wrong is uncountable now. Tried complaing online, to no avail. Just think I'm going to avoid this branch purely for that reason. Which is a shame as the staff who are face to face woth us customers are lovely.

Just received my order through McDonald's app and literally we've just discovered that we have items missing and this like the 4th time!!!!!! EVEN AFTER LEAVING NOTE ON ORDER KINDLY REQUESTING THAT THEY MAKE SURE NO FOOD/ITEMS ARE MISSING! See photo's.... We reported it and told we will get money back in 15 days but this is not good enough we're hungry now!!!!!! I'm so sick and tired of it and having to deal with dissatisfied, disappointed family or guests!!! No exaggeration this has happened 4-5 times and its so frustrating and needs addressing as packing an order surely isn't that hard!! I use to think some of the delivery guys were just helping themselves but doubt this now since there is sealed bags. I wouldn't normally leave feedback but I really hope McDonald's see this and sort it out and or others who have or are experiencing same thing might share experience too so this does get addressed. Happy eating.....

Nice McDonald's food is always hot don't have to wait long either only problem is car parking space

One of the nicest McDonald’s you’re ever likely to visit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There’s a drive through and dine in with an outdoor seating area too. Order using the app to collect McPoints which you can use towards free food/coffees.

Burgers always a mess, not built correctly , cheese slapped on wherever do not go, and especially do not order through delivery

This McDonalds used to be pretty good a few years ago, now it needs improvement! Need to start prioritising customers on site & not via Uber & JustEats!! Having recently ordered food over £50 to be then asked at the collection window what my order was. Waited 10mins for them to finally understand that they had given me the wrong food. Milkshakes had by then started to melt, drove off with food, to then get home to realise I was missing a chicken burger & chips! I called the phone number, but no answer! Just couldn’t be bothered driving back down to point this out.

Really wanted a hot chocolate, and McDonald's is the place to go! Couldn't get one in Eastbourne, so drove here, always friendly and food made fresh, so ended up eating here too. One of my favourite McDonald's.

Had a delivery order for the first time it arrived on time but was stone cold and the fries were anemic, awful 😖 I haven't had a MaccyD for years and won't having another one any time soon it was a bad experience cold maccy is disgusting......

Ordered my food. Good service as usual. Took my take out only to have the wind throw almost everything on the floor. Popped back in to reorder and Jake the shift manager replaced the destroyed items for free. Some of the best service I've had in a while. Really going above and beyond.

Lovely quiet area on weekdays and great service, food is brilliant as always!

Staff are always lovely and helpful - they always rush over to help me when I'm struggling to clean up my rubbish with a squirming baby in my arms. However, several times they got my order wrong, e.g. forgot to put the patty inside the burger once, which I didn't mind too much but it was difficult tearing baby away from their meal & leaving my things unattended so I could get my burger patty put inside my burger (I usually put up with small mistakes like leaving stuff in that I didn't want, but you can't have a burger without a burger). I didn't even get a "sorry about that", but they did make me a new burger The soft play here has also been closed for years. Every time I bring toddlers, they ask to go inside - they then have to sit, watching the play area they are longing to go inside. Also the tablet holders on the table are mostly empty, except for 3 on one table - so of course the toddlers rush over and their faces fall when they realise there's nothing inside, then they have to watch the kids on the other table play on it for the entire meal; or if we're lucky to get 1, there's always a fight over whose turn it is. Honestly baffling because these are small things they can do for their youngest customers but they don't bother? Shows how much they care, doesn't it?

Placed a order through the mcdonalds app and only got drinks, no food. How can you forget the food 🤦🏻‍♂️. Tried ringing the store numerous times and no answer. Spent half hour on the phone to uber just to be told they can only refund my order, still no food.

Nearly eveytime I’ve ordered from this place they’ve either not given me items I’ve paid for or they’ve given me something completely different, not a difficult task to read a ticket 😤

Used the drive through, service was ultra slow , young lad on the till seemed completely lost and bewildered . Finally got my burger and it was cold- I'd also ordered a latte coffee and the young girl at the counter asked me if I wanted extra milk witb that???

Gave the order in driving through collected whent up the road parked at sea front opend the bags not our order different to what we ordered to far to go back as the wife had to go to work

Very fast nice table service ty

The ladies front of house are so lovely. They’re attentive without being overbearing, friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and the toilets spotless. Other McDonalds outlets should take note of how Bexhill are doing it!

An hour and forty minutes waiting for a mcdelivery, on a sunday afternoon. The food arrived cold and the courier had a moan at me. I then spoke to probably the worst customer service assistant ever, from ubereats, who refused a refund. Thanks for robbing me of £30, McDonalds.

This is the BEST MCDONALD'S. The staff are exceptional,tres tres professional,helpful and well-trained. The environment is spotless,service quick ...all in all, brilliant...in fact we go there for lunch rather than M and S across the way at Ravenside. Big up that store..they take a real pride in their store.

Waited ages in the drive thru to be told we would have to go inside to order as having problems with tills,on going inside we then waited at least 20/25 minutes for our order.Not an experience i want to repeat with a 7yr old who was getting bored.

Ordered a take away to take home the food was stone cold and all the drinks were wrong this restaurant is a joke every time we get food from here as a family there is something wrong with the order or there is items missing!!!!!!

It's mcdonalds, foods always fine, only ever got my order wrong once the only let down with this one is its very busy.

It's your basic McDonald's; busy, and with average food, but you will still go back as it is convenient.

Freezing cold chips, luke warm burger and looked as if someone had sat on it! Didn't expect much more but at least serve it hot!!!

These guys need to concentrate on orders, and maybe a little more effort in the work. Burgers slapped together, Diet drinks when we were required paid the sugar tax for original pepsi, limited sized chip portions and undercooked. Some really lovely and helpful workers generally, but in others clearly not much effort is required to work here! Disappointing

Absolutely fuming. After being in hospital I had no energy to cook. Noticed that they now deliver to our address. Order 2 basic large meals. And 2 items from the saver menu. I paid extra to have the delivery direct so it was hot! It was freezing! Opened the Bag to find one of the main meals they had sent a Mccrispy chicken instead of a double quarter pounder. And the cheeseburger had extras in. So I immediately rang the driver thinking he had handed us the wrong bag. Then realised the sticker on our bag was our correct order. They had just totalled messed the order up. Obviously it was my burger they got wrong!! Called the store and spoke to a lost unhelpful “manager”called Jamie who said there was nothing they could do, and it was ME that would have to go through the channels of a refund and reorder. Even though they’re the ones that messed the order up. This after eating in a while back and my child being served a raw chicken select. I really feel this branch needs reviewing as a McDonald’s franchise. I will be taking this further.

25 minutes to get the food. Too busy with preparing food for delivery. Chips were not salted at all. Place was packed and looked chaotic.

Drive through always very slow. Staff often don't confirm your card payment, so your sat there like a lemon, waiting to move forward. The last 2 visits, I have had melted mcFlurrys. Delivery service now unusable, and delivery partners not bothered about any amount of customer service. Won't be using again.

We ordered table service and waited about 20 minutes when the young boy came over with it it was stone cold so we sent it back and waited another 15 minutes for hot ones.

The service is top notch. My favorite meal is their fries, chicken selects and smoothies. Their fries are awesome

Pretty disgusting food as you'll see in the photo, this is supposed to be a sausage and egg Mcmuffin, burnt, dry, very small. Not as advertised in all the menus. Very disappointed 😔

Great atmosphere, very busy and probably short of staff. Even though, staff were nice.

Worst managers I've seen/heard in a while. I call them with a serious subject, they just hang up without saying anything. Good managers McDonalds!

Had me waiting 20min for a bacon roll, whilst leaving rest of food to go cold. It's managed by kids who wonder around looking lost. Also see food sitting for 20mins waiting to be collected by delivery drivers. Shocking service

Check your order. Not the staff's fault they are under resourced but meals often have items missing.

Visited this McDonald's on Saturday and it has to be said, the team working there were amazing. Attentive, friendly, and very swift with clearing and cleaning tables. It was very busy but there were clean tables to be found. Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Well done team 👏

I ordered off the mcdonald’s app 40 minutes before closing time for me my girlfriend and 2 other friends and the time kept getting delayed 10 minutes more all the time which i think is stupid considering we gave enough time for the food to come and we had no other food for a long period time. I am going to go tomorrow and get a full refund and the food for the inconvenience of this situation happening.

I had chicken wrap, iv had these in my Local chip shop so i knew it should have been good, NO it was dry & tastled Tonight im haveing one in my chip shop,i know it will be good

Drive through used. Fries limp and big macs very dry and as such horrible. Tasted and looked like they had been sitting around.

Hi. Today I had the opportunity to eat in this Macdonald. I want to tell you that I have been to many McDonald's, but none were as clean and beautiful as yours. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for taking care to keep everything so nice and clean. Good luck.

Its a McDonald's, you get what you get. The play area that takes up a 1/3 of the restaurant has been closed for years, and is now used as a storage area for stock.

The experience you get from most franchises of McDonalds are indefinitely similar to each other. With the frantic hustle and bustle in the kitchen at peak times, it's clear why the staff are incapable of being able to provide an order that is complete. After having multiple visits to this franchise, I have always seemed to have something wrong with my order. Whether this be egg shells in my breakfast muffins, missing condiments, or just the wrong order entirely, there's always something to keep you on your toes... McDonald's food will forever be the same overpriced concoction of frozen burger patties reheated with fries that are never quite filled in their container. This used to be a place that families could go for a cheap meal when the parents wanted a break from cooking for one day. But now, it's priced like a boutique burger joint, and this isn't one of those. Overall, the McDonald's experience is what you expect from it. As long as you don't want anything from the ice-cream machine, you're usually pretty good to order anything from the menu and get an edible meal that will leave you still hungry afterwards; unless you also get a 20-piece nuggets sharebox to yourself. With the inconsistency of the orders being fulfilled, every collection is an anxious rifle through your food as it gets colder by the second to see if they have truly given you what you paid for, or if there is indeed something they have missed or botched entirely.

I can’t remember the last time the bexhill branch got a breakfast order right… how hard is it to read a receipt and put said items in a bag? If you’re ordering breakfast at this branch I would advise you check you’ve been given everything you paid for.

I go lot lot this place but every time and lots it's staffs just look at you once while I wanted to be served but they don't serve you at all until someone at the back saying they to be served. Most of them time I am embarrassed standing there for their help. Not service but very bad service here

Stone cold food missing items it's not difficult ensure precooked food is warm maybe they should do a living skills course in college prior too being employed

Not one to complain but this is the second time I’ve used the drive through, collected my order, only to later discover that things are missing. How hard is it to put everything in the bag, especially as they have a screen to check against? Lazy management as it appears that most of the staff are under 20. Won’t go back.

It's first food nothing special here. This particular McDonald's at Bexhill retail Park the atmosphere is better. Gives you Kind of restaurant feel. They should open up kids area again.
