We have had food 3 time's it's cold pre made and left to go cold The girl on the desk was very good. But it's where it's been prepared.It's not the way to do things

Never order breakfast from here. Ordered twice, one turned up and hour and a half late, with the receipt showing it was cooked and hour and a half ago so was inedible and they refused to accept anything was wrong. The 2nd time I waited an hour, only for the order to be cancelled because it had gone past 11. Will never use again.

A hectic Friday night at 6ish... Happy meals for the kids... It was organised chaos... But the Maccy D team were on top of it!

Always friendly, fast efficient service.

Busy in drive through so went in.

Nice for a lunch while out and about.

Now the truth Bexhill McDonald always consistent service Stone cold chips Burgers chucked together Frappe with sause on the outside of cup Place looks like it could do with a good clean outside and in Tell me am wrong

Popped in for a quick lunch on the go. It was great and the two members of staff waiting on the tables were so friendly and helpful, not just with us but with everyone.

Wouldn't order here again staff can't read orders correctly. Perhaps reading isn't a qualification requirement when working at McDonald's bexhill . Really easy. Read what the delivery is, put it in the bag, seal it, put reference number on it. Not difficult. That way people get actually what they have ordered.

I usually only ever use the drive thru, it's convenient for me in my busy schedule, however in the last couple of years I have found it's almost impossible to be served anything that's hotter than Luke warm when I receive it, so by the time I've travelled the 7 minute journey from there home it's basically stone cold. Also there have been occasions where I've been the only one in the drive thru as I initially drive in but have been left at the speaker with noone taking my order, then other cars have driven in behind me and gone to the other speaker, whereby several cars that arrived behind me have now been served ahead of me before my order has even been taken, that to me boggles my brain. And as a result I often choose McDonald's as a last resort now.

Cold, drinks spilt in bag and burgers were not wrapped properly

The management need to ensure the delivery drivers are fully aware of the area in which they are delivering, thereby not becoming lost. Our food was barely warm and the ice cream 80% melted. Not acceptable.

Driver was polite and food was great

the driver didn't follow instructions of my location. he called, but promptly hung up when he got stressed.

order was delayed twice then find we're missing items so they havent even sent the full order, everything that was meant to be here was on the reciept so i dont understand how they missed them

Order was placed at 7:30pm and was not received until 9pm and it was freezing cold and the McFlurry was melted

I think the courier may need to go to A+E due to pothole accident plus my food was cold he is in pain bless him

Absolutely disgusted at the service I received. I had ordered over an hour ago via Uber. Had three drivers drop out as our food was not ready yet. I try to call and no one is answering the phone.

Becky one of the managers was on st me to do a “ food for thought survey “ from the split second I sat until I left ,she wouldn’t shut up and was like a woodpecker at me ,constantly barking do the survey,I’ve got autism she pushed me over the edge , don’t go in there unless u want to be bullied

Complete joke. Waited over an hour for food and then when it was finally delivered, we were given the wrong food. How thick do you have to be to get an order wrong?? Especially with how long we had to wait.

Much improved since my last visit. Friendly team, still a little slow on food prep. Also, there was no toilet paper in the gents

I think the driver had trouble finding the house and realised I had a missed call so I called straight back and saw him turning away and didn’t answer I think he drove out of my road somewhere then he called again and I explained where it was and said I’d come down to the front which I did and when he arrived I said sorry the house is hard to find and he was just kinda rude said he couldn’t find the house and the location was “no good” was bit awkward.

This McDonald's used to be one of the best, but on last two visits they did not have the new burgers e.g. Signature burger or new Philly Cheese burger that were advertised, why not we don't know? Otherwise not too bad, service is good, and the restaurant is always kept very clean.

The guy she was sitting 20 minutes in the traffic light almost 400 yards to my house and shut the location of the app I think is due on another app thank you very late…

Really clean inside, attentive and friendly staff. Only problem is lots of delivery drivers hanging round making it hard to get to counters or sit at some tables

No sauce with mozzarella, I did not receive the pounder burger

On the tracking it stated courier was at the restaurant for an hour - no sign of food! Went to McDonald’s myself, they confirmed the driver had picked the food up but clearly hadn’t delivered it - driver turned up 2 hours after ordering and stated he “had no internet” so our food was stone cold after sitting in the back of his car for 2 hours - no apology given from driver.

Missing food. Floppy under cooked chips. Only thing salvageable was the drinks. Just eat refused to refund correctly. Poor experience.

Missing items from order - straw for milkshake and sauces for nuggets. No napkins either . Second time this has happened won’t be ordering again .

A small order for a child took over 30mins to arrive. Manager at store couldnt find order for driver to deliver!

Food want very well cooked and £18 worth of food missed off the order

Ordered on mcdelivery for it to be marked as delivered when it hasn’t come!! Then when I call the restaurant 8 times to try and resolve this issue they hang up each time!!

Food was cold drinks were nearly empty as the delivery person was on a push bike they’d spilt everywhere. We’ve have had an issue every time we’ve ordered from McDonalds on just eat

The hot chocolate didn’t have a lid on properly so spilt everywhere, soaking the bags and some of the food. Some food was cold and the rest was soggy from the drink. A mayo chicken wasn’t wrapped, just thrown in the bag. Also some items missing.

Refurbished March 2017. Restaurant with zoned customer areas, kiosk ordering and table service. Play place closed down before Covid and won't be re-opening. Good variety of seating types including round 'booths'. Separate partly covered outdoor area (for warmer weather!) Device charging points on some stool & bench seating. Parking a little limited but you can use 'big car park near shops.

I ordered my food at 5pm and it arrived at 7pm, the time kept changing longer and longer. Once it was on the road I saw the driver stopped at KFC to collect another order. So by the time we got our food it was stone cold.

The hot chocolate spilt n the bag got soggy. went to lift it up and the hot choc fell out n spilt everywhere. 1. Ive no hot chocolate to drink n 2. Now ive got to clean it all up. Not impressed.

I clearly mentioned the instructions delivery man didn’t follow that. It’s very bad

food really cold, mcflurry melted, the driver seamed to be waiting at the restaurant waiting for the order to be prepared for a very long Time, then seamed also to be outside another well know fast food establishment which happens to be nextdoor to macdonalds for about 20 mins and then on the road road for another 20 mins, either the driver was messed around or they are messing around

Philly burger had no crispy onions, 1 cheese slice not melted , no cheese sauce, no pickles, and the coke was warmer than the food. side of fries stone cold and food looked like it had been thrown into the packing, appalling.

Got everything I ordered, instructions were followed to the letter. Very pleased

fries had fell out all over the bag, mcnuggets were a bit squashed and the wrap was also squashed

My order never arrived at all! We watched him on the map literally drive straight past us and then it changed to say delivered! This is honestly disgusting how people get away with this! He couldn’t have delivered it elsewhere as we had the code!

Forgot my sons happy meal. Kid is crying because of it. Have had to give him my burger and chips which obviously isnt ideal so ive had no dinner. Food that did arrive is cold. Always bad service from this McDonalds,sort it out.

Yesterday I came through your drive in with my granddaughter. I paid almost £9 then was told it had gone through and went to the next station. We were given the drink and sauces. A new woman took over and accused me of not paying. I told her I had and it had been confirmed. She then told me it hadn't gone through and insisted on taking the card again. When I got home I checked my bank and I've paid twice! Also the phone is never answered.... so I have to either accept the loss or drive 12 miles back there.

I ordered 2 large fries and 1 medium fries and they didn’t come

driver only bought drinks didn't give us any food, when contacting just eat they said there's nothing they can do. so I lost £38 and the kids dinner. very disgusting

I paid for a barbecue sauce, didn’t receive it. I asked for a Diet Coke and got 7up. I got 4 dippers instead of the share box which I paid for. Very unhappy with my order.

Food originally was to arrive at 5:55 having ordered at 5:30. Delivery eventually turned up at 6:40

Decent branch, shame it's not local to me as that would be a huge improvement. Slight mistake on my order but quickly rectified. Very apologetic which is unusual for a McDonald's these days, wasn't even a massive issue but even so, they have the right attitude. Pleasant surroundings, used the drive thru, adequate parking to pull up and eat. All staff pleasant.
