USA Fried Chicken in Rother

Ordered a lamb Shish kebab with salad received 4 tiny bits of cold stale lamb no salad pitta was torn and soggy and cold absolutely awful phoned and complained and they sent salad and a pitta bread by the time I got that meat was cold will never use again !!!

The chips were borderline fresh from cremation, the option to not be able able to select no sauce whilst ordering left a no so great taste in my mouth. All in all not a great experience

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant.I would not recommend this place to any one.It happens today one staff he is with beard and looks like 42yrs old was very rude and verbally reallyabusive .we order the spicy chicken 3hours before he pick the phone and he said to us it will given within 5mts when you’re here.I’m going there with my kids to collect that he start playing and dramatic.He just ask only for my family cash on delivery at the same time he accept from others card payment .He said to us no card payment now and he keep waiting us there25 mts for the cash.lt happened today at 8 pm.my kids really tired.He making a new law only for my family that time.l never hurt that man before l don’t why he does like this to us.l bring this issue for everybody attention.we know that shop always accepting card payment.yesterday they did today onwards too when we are there.But he never accept my card.He is very unkind .several timesMy friends and my family experienced very badly from that the same man.But always we keep silence.Thats why he do it again and again to us.Its really painful.Today my kids really hurts that’s why l post it.Thanku

The service is terrible thay only sent of half want we ordered we called them and Thay said we will send out the rest of the order that was missing it’s been 3 hours and still waiting won’t be using you again and to be honest, the food wasn’t great that they did send

Has not been a great experience. Staff were rude and weren't interested in what you wanted. Felt really unwelcome. Decided to leave and tried wow chicken and heard that isa fried chicken were the reason they closed as well. Not good at all.

Really really disappointed. Order took an hour and 20 minutes, and even after 3 phone calls (starting at 50 minutes, when the website promised 45 for delivery) when it finally arrived the driver seemed stunned we’d been waiting so long and promised to feed back to the manager. The order was WRONG! The main pizza ordered was supposed to be double pepperoni and I paid extra to add onions and olives. Pizza arrived was just pepperoni (and not a whole lot of that - see photo) and my partner’s pizza, while correct was just lukewarm. And the pizza tasted about as good as you’d get from a supermarket. No idea what was going on tonight, but really poor. Very disappointed indeed.

Kebab meat was cold , chips were hot , it was OK nothing special.

Ordered delivery, fried chicken and snacks. Food delivered no snacks. Called shop, they said “yes”. I doubt if he replied already and I ask same question again, he said “yes no snacks.” I said but you charged me for the snacks, no phone call no refund and now no solutions? “Oh sorry we don’t have stock.” “so what is your solution to my paid money to the snacks?” “Well you can come next time and get it”. What a joke. Check your delivered/packed food twice if all items are there and correct.

Always had a lovely meal from usa fried chicken. Chicken wings are banging. Best (homemade) chilli sauce in town. Good portions and always hot on delivery with friendly delivery staff. Can't fault them.

I loved thefood i had chicken nuggets and spicy wings and cheesy chips bossman was so nice he even said soory for a 15 mim wait witch is not that long especially cuz it was packed i recommend

We ordered Large Chicken Shish Wrap, Large chips, chicken burger and another chips and honestly it’s the best food we’ve ever had. Called bossman to put the chips inside the wrap and he sorted us right out. Amazing food, brilliant customer service. We are coming back again for sure. Thankyou very much guys :)

They need to update the closing times. I came in tonight at 11:30pm with a big order although the website says it’s open until midnight land the sign on door says it’s open it wasn’t . So we had to take our business elsewhere…

I’ve been here a couple of times recently and I can say am very happy with the service I received staff are amazingly friendly I’ve ordered a cupple of things off the menu here and the chicken they serve is delicious and fresh and cooked to perfection and the chips that come with it are so fresh and tasty I can’t complain and the prices are low

Ordered two donner kebabs - absolutely disgusting. Not even cooked throughly, it was tastless and felt like rubber. The burger was awful, the meat itself was cheap and tacky. The chips we're recooked and overcooked. A waste of £30 on a takeaway. Do not recommend.

Have used this place many times over the years. The chicken is usually moist but well cooked, and the pizzas have been fine. They seem to be popular as they are always busy with deliveries as well as collections. I have no complaints.

We had a bad delivery from here about 4 years ago and gave a wide birth. About 3 months ago I revisited and had great shop service and food, had a couple of great deliveries after that too! But this last month, the food and phone service has been appalling!! Delivery guys/girls great!! But won’t use again because the food is dire!

right yeah. had to wait ages for just a burger , no hygiene my guy was scratching his dirty face then touching the food. and the food itself is horrible. i never do reviews but this place should be out of business. the chicken burger that was first of all way overpriced- was burnt, chicken was dry and falling apart i feel sick. the chips were like pebbles. for the price and for ur health DONT COME HERE.

3rd time we’ve used them & all three times they’ve got it wrong with toppings on pizza. Either missing or mixed up between two different pizzas. Person taking order was surly & didn’t seem to care as was delivery driver. Not surprised with that attitude that order was wrong. Three strikes & you’re out. Never again.

Ordered chicken wings weird smell and weird taste. Chicken didnt taste right my son started feel sick immediately called them rude reply 😡 complaining to food and hygiene safety team . My boy ended up in the hospital.

Really not happy anymore. The last 2 times we ordered from here the chicken Shish was burnt. Tonight we ordered and got 1 donner wrap too many- and was charged for it. I called several times to be told the driver was coming back to give me a refund- 2 hours later and no driver, no refund. Not happy at all. Such a shame because the food is actually good.

So I’ve ordered food from this restaurant to be delivered I placed an order for a large MIXED DONNA Kebab meat WELL DONE With a portion of large chips when my food arrived my chips was missing My kebab was not mixed donna it was Lamb sheesh kebab and koffty kebab I was really upset with my food come as I’m allergic to the ingredients that they use to make koffty kebab but also my food was not well done like I asked. When I rang up to let The gentleman that placed my order with that my food was not what I ordered and explained my situation he was extremely rude and was not helpful when asked for a refund was told that that wasn’t possible this really made me angry as I was hungry and now £12 out of pocket

Cold. Dry. Missing bits from order. Just don't bother order a McDonald's, never write reviews or bad reviews for that matter but had to make an exception with just how terrible this food is.

Had a chicken wrap, could not even look at it. Chicken looked disgusting with fatty skin on and smelt weird. The big surprise was the human hair found right on top of it. So disappointing!!

WARNING!!!!!!!!! I went here for the first time this evening to get a takeaway. I ordered my food and went to pay with my debit card and was told that they only take cash and was pointed in the direction of the cash machine. I pointed out that I'm a disabled person and can't walk more than a few steps. Absolutely discusting way to treat disabled people. I'm reporting this to the council. Maybe inland revenue might want to take a look as well.

Disappointing Really dry food. And For got my coleslaw They Cut up a chicken breast and used for a chicken burger and left a small bone in it. (Unreal) The ribs are really bad. I don't no how anyone could eat them. I did order my food late but there shud be no reason for what they have given me. JOKE

Ordered 2 x Chicken fillet meal, Garlic bread, and they turn up an hour later delivering cheesy chips and a very cold garlic bread. Finally get through on the phone and they can't bring themselves to sort the issue, leaving people hungry and tired, claiming it takes 45 minutes to turn the grill back on and cook - absolute rubbish and my advice is to avoid completely.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers and a garlic bread. Got delivered a portion of chessy chips. Called them and it was too late to put right as the grills has been switched off. Delivery driver had 2 orders and gave our order to someone else. Its not difficult to deliver the correct order or put it right. Avoid

Delivery was 40 mins late. Order was wrong. Chips cold and dry. Burger lacking on fillings and dry. Onion rings cold and soggy. They said they'd send correct order but it never arrived. Will never order again.

Ordered a chip wrap and it came with cheese in (I can't eat dairy). Rang up to explain and they said they would send another one out but never came back. Fair enough as it was late but don't say you're coming back if you don't plan on doing so, just offer a refund. I was starving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly i ordered from them at 2216 and the order arrived about 2320 , the complete order was wrong including BBQ ribs meals instead of chicken strips which is a very huge mistake to make for starters then... i called and explained and was assured i would receive the correct food ASAP , an hour went by to no response and on the second phone call was assured it was coming again , 20 minutes later , still no response..... and it has now been 2 hours and the stores phoneline is off will update from tomorrow

Me and my family ordered a delivery from USA chicken shop in Bexhill prior to the England football match. Ordered at 4pm and it arrived at 6.10pm. To top it off the order wasn’t even complete. After making over 45 attempts to reach them by phone they were still not able to fulfil the order! They also put the phone down. Food is of very poor standard, cold, dry… just disgusting! We won’t be giving this business another penny! If you are thinking of eating from here, don’t!

Fast delivery and tender meat but that's where it ends. Shish tasted more like roast lamb rather than marinated and grilled. As for the chilli sauce, well i dont know what it was made of but a big part of what it should be made of is harisa but not this one it seems, a bit of heat and no flavour, i so love pita soaked in meat juices and sauce its almost the best bit. Shant be going back.

Well, that has to be the worst meal we has ever not eaten! Scampy burnt, rock hard like stones, dried up chips and a kebab that was greasy! All lobbed into the fire along with their menu. You have been warned!

The burger is easily the best takeaway burger i've ever gotten. I order from this place 2+ times every week and I've never had an issue once. If the delivery is late (i think once or twice this was the case) they would upgrade the order (e.g larger drink) without me even asking. Would recommend to anyone, 10/10.

Just ordered yet another delivery from USA. We've always had consistently good food, from pizzas to burgers to kebabs. The pizza offers are amazing value. Very good timely delivery service, with such lovely people that work at the shop.

Inedible ribs, utterly dire chicken covered in plastic tasting coating, packaged ice cream tasted as it should, sealed bottled drink also tasted fine. Avoid.

Lovely fat juicy greasy food full of msg. They do get my order wrong sometimes but normally it’s pretty speedy to arrive. If you want a gourmet meal this isn’t the place for you however I’d choose this over some fancy meal any day.

A good standard of food and service, as well as brilliant prices.As a family we are all pretty picky eaters and honestly would put the USA Fried Chicken pizzas on a par with Dominoes that charge double to pay for the stupid advertising and head offices wages.In all the years of buying food from them, only once we had an issue and they fixed it straight away.If you want that regular little treat, give these guys a try. The taste was underpinned well with freshly sliced onions, shredded red cabbage, and a few other vegetables.The Lamb Doner meat flavour was as quite delectable and as expected, moist as well as dry in places, giving a fine balance that I found was further enhanced via the cuts of lemon found within. Delivered to my door in less than half an hour, and to my stomach in significantly less,A nourishing kebab which was not greasy and unpleasant; but rather one to eat with joy as an economical expenditure.

I was really craving 1/2 pounder burger with cheese and chips. Had been eating healthy for many days then decided that's it, I need a treat, I need a burger and chips! It was my 1st time visiting this restaurant / takeaway. What a lovely surprise that they cooked my burger and chips fresh within 5 -10 mins like they said. They were really helpful when taking my order, offered great service. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is decent, I'm happy and I will definitely be returning again that's for sure. They over exceeded my expectations. I went there based on my friends recommendation and I am so glad I did. Couldn't recommend it enough. You will not be disappointed. I am visiting the are so ordered food for delivery. The reviews on Just Eats were 4 star. I wish I had checked here. This is literally the worst food I ever had. It did arrive timely, and warm but the order was wrong. I don't even know what to say - how could a restaurant stay in business with food this bad? Unbelievable.

Really am disgusted with the food tonight. This was the 2nd time ordering as my first order was great. However tonight/ dreadful! I had what could only be described as lard at the bottom corner of the box and only found as I always tip by kebab on a plate. The outta was soggy with grease and had to kitchen towel off the meat. Had two bites and was tasteless and just grease. Sauce was missed off the chips, cold chips that were soggy. Only decent thing was the can of tango. Never again

When our food arrived there were a couple of little things missing but when we realised the food wasn’t hot we got in touch. The restaurant were helpful in getting it sorted and a new meal was sent immediately and we didn’t have a long wait which is good for a Saturday night.

Missed an item, I phoned to get it delivered again. Never arrived. Food quality is okay quality, good if you have a hangover

It is correctly ranked #110 out of #110 in all restaurants in Bexhill. I have personally witnessed meat being chopped up outside on the floor, pizza's bases stored on the floor and made whilst people are smoking inside the shop, no equipment is ever actually washed up but rinsed under a tap outside. And god knows what else is done, I have only wrote this review after seeing someone was ill and really felt the need to let people know what they are getting before they buy food from here. (I will add a photo of the meat being chopped up outside.)

The worst food and service I have ever received. Food turned up 45 minutes later than the app said and I had to chase this up on the just eat chat as they wouldn’t answer the phone. The chat team said it would only be another 5-10 minutes and they where even later than that. The box the chicken came in looked like it had been thrown about as it was beaten up and was really greasy. Asked for burger sauce which there was a finger nail sized amount. Lastly I ordered two meal deals which should of had two drinks but only got one. Will never order from here again!
