Customer service was absolutely horrendous. One of the staff members named Kyle was very rude as he shouted at me and my mum saying “ OI !!!!!YOU SCRUFFS CLEAR UP YOUR TABLE I SAW 5 OF YOU LEAVE BUT YOU DIDNT CLEAR YOUR TABLE” . We are a family of 4 with my dad and brother having left the kfc already so obviously he can’t count and me and my mum were still at the table and we were about to clear our table when he said those horrible things . We confronted him saying “we are still here, what’s your problem?!”. We asked to see a manager but they didn’t come out and all the staff were laughing and smiling while we were getting upset so it seems even the manager tolerates this behaviour . All these actions indicate racist behaviour. We didn’t even get an apology from any staff especially Kyle and he even said “I’m not bothered “. Kyle seemed very agitated and erratic in his behaviour so it seems he’s under the influence of drugs or substance or alcohol.

Totally let us down tonight for a children's party and didn't even let us know the food wasn't coming i will never use them again

I haven’t been in this KFC since just after lock down was lifted and was so disappointed with the rudeness of the staff, however today I thought I’d give it another go and I’m glad I did, the two people on the front were having banter and were very friendly so different from last time. I would like to say a special mention to Kyle who went above and beyond what an asset he is to the store, so if you have stayed away in the past because of staff or quality of food then give it another go you won’t be disappointed especially if Kyle is on

Disgusting customer service and extremely unhelpful staff. Half of our food did not arrive and the manager on shift refused to take any responsibility or even try to fix the problem. Third time I’ve been to this location and third time it’s been a terrible experience. The staff at this store are some of the worst employees I’ve ever witnessed in a workplace. Externally unprofessional and not one member of staff seems to know what they’re doing or have any customer service experience.

Lady at the front decided to throw my food at me and didn’t get my drink and when I asked she gave me a dirty look and ‘sighed’. She looked like she didn’t want to be there, poor standard of customer service will not be going again.

Ordered 4 mini fillets using the app and opted for the sweet chilli dip along with a piece of chicken and gravy. Lucky that I had gravy as my dip turned out to be the Spicy Supercharger Mayo. I have an intolerance to egg so the staff got lucky that I didn't use the dip. Need more QC and training for staff.

Hard chicken, orders messed up every single time, staff too busy having a laugh sitting on the side board. No apologies for awful food. Just don’t bother.

I have just ordered on Just eat from KFC Lytham Rd, After looking at the photos on the website I really wished I hadnt. Tables full of leftovers, floors dirty. I dread to think what the staff are like compared to everyones reviews, all saying RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. Well think its time that KFC had a massive clean up, I shall of course be reporting my findings to KFC Headquarters.

Walking around this part of town pub hopping my twin brother Stephen and I decided to visit this KFC for a tasty burger meal. Your typical KFC, a light and airy interior, modern decor and furnishings, staff were friendly but a bit disinterested, we got a chicken burger 🍔each and fries 🍟 ,the order was ready super quick , we tucked into our burger meals which were tasty, your typical KFC chicken burger and fries ,not the best burger I've ever tasted but certainly not the worst, it was just what we needed before heading to the pubs in this area. This KFC is easy to locate along Lytham Road, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.
