KFC in Leicester

We were driving north towards Leicester Forest East Service Station on the M!. My huge travel companion asked if we could stop for KFC. Parked and eventually entered the large restaurant area and went towards KFC. There were 4 electronic selections service order/pay stations - but NONE in use.Joined the queue of about 30 people waiting at the 5-place service stations - but only one person serving. Eventually she declared that they (KFC) had run out of chips! The waiting crowd of hungry travellers were very quiet. Since KFC had run out of chicken the previous week, there was that distinct atmosphere of utter weary resignation. My huge companion went and joined the massive queue at Berger King. I felt much better and quite righteous by not eating any of this junk food.

Told the wait would be 30mins. Complete joke lol Weekend staff are much better than the weekday staff

Terrible place gave it more than a few chances ignorant and rude staff. Slowest service ever and food cold and stuff alway missing avoid

Although I went a while ago, the place was disgusting, my boyfriend and I wanted a change from McDonald's, so we decided to try KFC, everything felt greasy, even after washing my hands. The chicken was incredibly salty, and drinks practically water, will not be rushing back anytime soon.

Store was empty and spent nearly £8 on a big daddy box meal and one piece of chicken, what I actually got can only be described as a stale bun, no lettuce, a few chips and a pot of beans. If they have no stock then close until you have. I'm done with this place forever

KFC in Braunstone is terrible! The service is bad! Staff are rude, within the space of 3 hours not one staff came to clean up! Some don’t wear there hair nets, on a good few occasions got cold food and a few times it wasn’t even cooked properly! When told the manager he didn’t even sound like he was interested. In the last year it has gone down terrible and not very good at all!

Well there was nothing quick about this place there were only three people in but the staff ignored us for a good 15 minutes when order was finally taken half of it was brought out and left on the side whilst the tortoise who was serving took another order. Therefore our food was getting cold after some more waiting I eventually had to call her to finish our order and get some warm food during all of this the manager was wondering around blind to everything on the phone. What a hellish establishment

You dont really expect gorumet food at a KFC. However you should expect the food to be edible. However at this KFC the food was inedible, it was cold and greasy. The restaurant was dirty with food over the floor and tables not cleaned. I would recommend that this it should be avoided at all costs.

Made the mistake of taking the kids to KFC in Hamilton Leicester on Bank Holiday Monday, rude staff, restaurant was filthy, food was average.

I hardly come to KFC, I asked the young lady on the counter what was in the fillet burger( after i come here probably once a year) and she said ketchup and didn't know what the difference was to this burger and the zinger burger, then receiving my food my fries were cold & I had to go back to the busy counter after I was missing a spoon( or as it's called a spork) for my beans. I went back down the stairs AGAIN to get new fries and the rudeness of the member called Florentina, she was trying to get me to queue up AGAIN to get my new fries that I've already paid for and her attitude stunk! Also the person who served me Harshdeep also gave me half a Pepsi cup full not a full Pepsi which I also paid for! Waste of money! Disgusting attitudes!

Food is ok , but the slowness of service is so baaaad. I have been there week days and weekends. It seems they employ 1 person to work the counter! Never once has The service been under 10mins.

Un buen lugar para venir para un bocado rápido para comer con los niños. Mis hijos especialmente como el pollo y palomitas Crushums Mi favorito es la torre zinger burger. Siempre se sirve comida caliente y siempre con una sonrisa.

He estado aquí varias veces y lo he pasado muy falta lustre servicio aquí por desgracia, lo que es una lástima, porque uno o dos de los miembros del personal aquí son absolutas joyas y merecen un aumento a tratar en las situaciones que hacen....

Nos alojamos en el Ibis frente a frente, después de ver Leicester jugar en el fútbol europeo. Un grupo de nosotros salto para conseguir algo de comer. Nos dijeron que debíamos dejar mientras sirven el paseo en coche por - después de esperar 15 minutos...

La comida estaba fría, el restaurante parecía una estancia de cerdo, inodoros había excrementos en la planta, cola era muy larga. Envié un correo electrónico quejándose a KFC con fotografías. que no nos molestó.

Si tienes una queja en KFC no te molestes siguientes, incluso con su oficina principal, ya que no están interesados en sus comentarios.

kfc braunstone avoid at all cost gave me food poisoning from chicken wings will never eat kfc again first thing I eat all day and was the last for a week really bad

KFC LEICESTER LAST STRAW OFF REDHILL WAY LE4 2JDIs this the best KFC you've tasted, it certainly was mine, sweet as, hit the spot totally, cooked fresh, restaurant clean, yum,yum. On a visit to the National Space Centre & this gem is only .7 miles away, no need to hike to the town Centre, you try & decide.

Each time they got the order wrong, items missing, if you use the drive through check what you have ordered is what you get.....would NEVER use again!

I went to KFC at 10 St Georges Way, and I regret to say that was not what I expected. :(- I have eaten KFC since years, in Maputo city and Nelspruit South Africa, and to find that here in Leicester England, they don't serve my favorite cole slaw salad. They just don't have it.That KFC cole slaw is the main thing on a menu that makes me eat more at KFC.- The chips they served is not the quality we KFC addicted wants, we want fresh and not frozen chips from 3 months.- There is no queue and was difficult to know who was the first to be attended.Just try please try to eat on a KFC from Maputo and Nelspruit than you guys are going to know that there is a problem here in KFC Leicester or on whole England.

Imagine if you will the M1 Motorway brought to a standstill, the beacon signage of the Leicester Forest East service station promissing comfort to the weary traveller. Shelter,Hospitality, and sustantenance. Not for Leicester Forest East the easy convenience of a cafe at the ground floor! No the thrusting dynamos of the 1960's created a 'bridge cafe experience' where one can view the stationary traffic whilst eating from a bag and drinking something luke warm from a paper cup. I cannot imagine when this great food hall once imagined as though it was a Corbusian Mediteranean Restaurant became a choice between KFC, Burger King and ever enticing 'EatIn' But this huge space filled with an auditoria of empty chairs and a few of the undead has certainly been transformed into Purgatory. After only a few minutes of looking around at the shell shocked numbed faces of fellow diners tempted off the M1 I wondered if we had not all been killed in a motorway pile up and we were all drifting about waiting to be allocated above or below. Certainly the experiance that awaits you at KFC automatic check in is quite possibly a test of your mmoral fibre. Had I not been assisted by a fellow colleague I am not sure I would have ever made it through the labyrinthian assault course that is set up as a challange to see if one is worthy of the Zinga meal. Having been tempted by the offer of butter corn chicken and looked at the promissing picture of a succulent fat chicken thy and corn on the cob, I was a little disappointed to receive a box of chicken balls heavily coated with pepper to disguise the recovered meat and a fatty emulsion mix. complemented with a two inch( 50mm) corn on a stick in a bag from a microwave. We had two of these as the order process had been so traumatic and therefore the disappointed doubly so for the sum of £14! The tables, chairs, and floor were not clean and it is difficult to imagine when anyone could be bothered to make the effort. As tp Leicester Forrest East I cannot imagine how long ago one would have ridden through the forrests to encounter this experience perhaps the great Earls of Dudley once went hunting in these parts? As to the Colonel's Kentucky Fried I am affraid there is much to be done Service, Cleaning, better signage, and I am affraid for the cost it is simply not worth it.

KFC is one of the best fast food restuarent in leicester and in some ways around uk as well. I love it, good food, goood service and good value for money.

Always loved Kfc, and it is always consistent.There seem to be hundreds of copies around the Leicester area, but Kfc is the daddy.

Not the best of surroundings and the upstairs closed on a busy day. Fairly typical of any fast food joint with the usual problems of queuing and not enough staff serving. The cleaning staff are always very friendly and polite in my experience as are most of the serving staff. Food wise what you see is what you get and if what you want is fried Chicken, this is your place. Price wise it caters for most with the average price of a meal about £5.00. Food quality varies dependent on how busy they are; if it's a little slow then the Chicken may be a little from standing too long. If busy then the Chicken may be a little too greasy from not resting after cooking. There is no atmosphere to speak of as the decor and surroundings are very basic, but if you need to eat on the go it is sufficient. Not quite a fast food restaurant when busy but still worth a visit on a Saturday afternoon.

Decided to grab a quick take out so used the drive thru. Placed order and was asked to wait, got home and there was food missing from the order, sauces were not available either.

Love this idea.You get served much quicker, and its nice to be able to eat in your vehicle for a change, and not feel rushed at busy times
