Subway in Leicester

I ordered 12 cookies, 1 6 inch sub and one foot long sub yet I only got the footlong and they left my 6 inch ine and when I try contact them no reply and this happened today not happy at all and I will be expecting a refund by paying them a visit tomorrow

was due 455pm didn't turn up until.nearly 6pm. no apology

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Don't even deserve 1 star. Placed an order through JustEat. Over 2 hours later, no sign of the order, contacted Subway, and they said there was nothing they could do, as the order was with the driver, and the driver has no phone number. Absolute disgrace. Nearly £30 down the drain.

Don't deserve a star. Over 2 hours late, contacted Subway, was told there was nothing they could do, as the order was with the driver, but there was no way to contact them, so, the order never even arrived and we were left hungry. Abysmal service.

We visited Subway, at St Nicholas branch very early in the morning yesterday and were served by Khan. He was extremely polite and delightful. A big shout out to Khan and I would like to mention him because his customer service skills is remarkable and refreshing to see. Continue with your good skills Khan!!

I orderthe food for pick up andwhen i rwach after 20 min they say you can cancel the the order because its not ready because they serving their walk in customers first i told them i order before all of these people here. Dont know how these type of people get hired

Absolutely the worst place to go, i do NOT recommend. We informed them that we had a 50% off code and we asked and they said they accept however when paying they full well KNEW we had one but didn’t let us use it. However the next person that ordered, the girl behind the till said ‘do you have the subway app’ i mean wtaf and allowed him to use it. We didn’t even get a sorry or nothing at all . No refund, no you can have this much off an item. It was terrible experience do not recommend they can’t do there jobs.

Food is good, service is good, but theres always a shortages of tissue papers and sauce options

The sub was good. Unfortunately the rest of the meal was missing… Called restaurant and was expected to collect missing items. If I’d been able to collect I wouldn’t have ordered delivery… Restaurant needs to ensure that orders are not only prepared properly but also handed to the courier… Not impressed really.

Very poor we order veggie food there no veggie patty inside and when I call them can’t pickup

What is the meaning of 24 hour if you don't serve the food for 24 hour . I am going in the morning and they like right now don't have food . Then you have to close it down bro .

6 inch sub for my 4 yr old missing from order, also ordered 12 cookie mix and 3 x raspberry cookies and was sent 12 white chocolate and macadamia so missing 3 cookies and no mixed flavours. Rang the branch directly trying to sort out so we recived the food and was told there was nothing the person could do as they "weren't on shift when my order was prepared." we ended up having to request a refund thru the app, absolutely horrendous service I will never order from this branch again.

This is the worst branch ever.... On Narborough road leicester. Customer service is dreadful They don't even put the right amount of filling inside. Practically salad Is just for show. The customer service is awful they think they know it all. Dumb right rude. My husband had food poisoning from this place

The time for delivery kept being delayed further, only getting my food an hour after I ordered it. Of course, this led to being cold on the food and had to reheat some of the food. I also asked for my submelt to be without onions and they had them on so I had to pick them out when I could

Food wasn’t delivered, staff at subway were totally disrespectful and told me I hadn’t order yet cash was taken!!! Will never order this through just eat again!!! Total let down!!!

Amazing subways and friendly staff!

There's usually some guy sleeping in a chair but I don't begrudge homeless people. Some weird stuff going on with youths disappearing into the toilets. The food was fine, standard subway stuff but I feel they could do with a security guard.

Bread was stale, dry and shrivelled. 2nd time this has happened from this Subway.

Khan was so far the best employee from night shift who helped us out

Went here when we had the offer on the app. The lady was laughing since we were using the rewards which is quite insulting. Firstly denied saying that you are reusing the points, which is bit of a shame when we went to this place for the first time. Offer customers reward points and laugh when they use it. Strange marketing. But definitely won't visit this place again. Save yourself from insult and avoid this subway.

Worse behaviour and I never suggest here to anyone. They don't accept to use your subway card. Always tables and chairs are dirty.

Cold soggy and forgot my order notes

Disappointed with subway franchise at this place. Worker someone called mr Khan with no professional service nor behaviour works on your sub.

I frequently use this subway, but today there was an unexpected disagreement with Mr. Khan that has made me quit using it. I want to express my concern to the manager that this employee has served too many customers with bad attitude in front of me with changing gloves. Even after telling he said “the gloves cost money and don’t tell me how to work”. Today it has gone overboard. It would be appreciated if the manager gets in touch with me for more information.

This place invites you to get humiliated in front of others. Their customer service is VERY poor, they cant even allow you to use your own collected points in order to place an order, as they just deny to serve you and asks you to pay or leave. I would avoid going to this subway at all cost. When asking “why would they not serve to us” their reply being cause you were rude and thats it. I mean can a customer not even place their order and pay using their points… What kinda joke is that? RIDICULOUS!!!

I am a regular customer to subway. The guy name Khan refused to give me a Sub and he claim that he own Subway restaurant and I am not giving you a sub By point’s he was very Rube to us. it’s a subway policy if you earn point’s you can have free Sub and I have Enough point’s to get one footlong Sub and he was Very Rube to us as you can see in the Video

Worst customer service ever. Never seen a staff with such a worst behaviour and attitude! Never having subway in my life ever again although i was a regular customer to subway! This guy name “Khan” has changed my thought towards subway’s customer service and the way they treat people a strict action should be taken against him! The customer service is getting worst!

26/07/2022 16:00 . I am regular subway customer went for foot long meal deal . The boy who served me in bun section just didn’t put toppings in Normal stand amount other customers next to me can clearly can see it too. It’s just not right, I have not said anything wrong also still want get on with that, Then the women in veg side just took bun and given me arrogant look then slammed in the bin and start shouting rudely and arguing with the customer next to me. We try to explain that it’s jut not right and the way you talking is bullying it’s called. I have never being to subway like this. It happened to me week before morning shift guy. Just so rude. I don’t know what’s wrong with this people. I don’t know who hired them or they don’t get paid or some thing they just not normals. Just Arrogant bully’s . Leave customer service and stands. Just talk and behave normal for god sake!. This subway got some serious issue. I will never ever recommend anyone this place. Also just not safe to eat this food . I don’t know how they prepping the Servings. With this ripe of head. Nasty ,, Wow 🤬🤬

Quiet at the time, food was decent. Staff were nice and friendly.

The counter staff is very courteous and fast. They know what they are doing and always offer service with a smile even when it is very busy.

Worst subway ever staff are absolutely useless asked specifically for meatless meatballs and the gave me meat thinking I wouldn’t notice as I’m a vegetarian, no apology and had to request a refund myself as they all just stood there bone idled

Unsure how but my whole order was absolutely wrong.

The bread was totally dry, hard to chew and shrunken. No tomatoes and too many pickles and jalapeños. No cheese.

For some reason driver started going right way, then turned off and went opposite direction back into city centre, then 'signal lost' for several minutes, before continuing and actually delivering. As such was around 10+ minutes late compared to what they should have been, so toasted food was colder than should have been (especially with lack of insulated bag I thought was required for all Just eat orders?), and cold drinks against it didn't help/ made packaging soggy and stuck to product (possibly would have been same anyway, but would have been to lesser degree). Plus driver was busy having a conversation on his phone to someone when he arrived, breaking off only long enough to ask my name, before continuing conversation during handover. Not the best impression. Food was good though.

Everything was fresh and tasty, My order was Prepared and delivered very quickly, The only thing that I've found happens regularly is the lack of salads normally when I go into subway I get alot more salad on my subway.

Subway was horrible. Bland and tasteless. Meatballs tasted burnt and made whole meal yuk!! Sauce arrived in pots rather than in sub. Defiantly want be ordering there again!

Pre ordered as took around an hour for subway to finish order. I also asked them to write on each sub whag it is as this was an order for an office that social distances. Overall not happy

Their sandwich making skills are something to be desired, but the cookies are epic. I no longer get the subs- just the cookies today :) someone even wrote a note with a smiley face saying they didn't have all 12 of the double choc, so replaced some with choc chip, saying "we hope this is ok." No problem, thank you!

Usually have a really good experience here, but seems to be going downhill. Today I ordered a subway melt, and the lady decided to put the ham on the left and turkey on the right. I pointed out that they should be mixed, but she seemed very confused by this as though it was an unusual request. She then skipped taking my friend's order and served the guy behind us. When my friend asked if he could get served she said "oh I assumed you were sharing". I don't even understand her logic, and would have appreciated if she had at least asked. Won't be returning to this branch.

Besides the fact I’m missing a cookie, a drink and a packet of crisps. The food was nice, just annoyed that I’ve wasted money on something I didn’t receive
