KFC in Leicester

I wanted someone to serve me so went to the counter the girl who served me told me I had to go to the machine kiosk which I did order and paid went back to the service waited for my order while I was waiting other customers came who she served face to face .When my order came through I told her why could she not serve me face to face I WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM HER WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH !!!!!!!!

Food was cold and was the wrong order

it took over an hr and normally it’s pretty early. the estimated time was 8:30 and it was delivered at 9:30 which was really late for me and the food was cold. very disappointing service didn’t except this from just eat.

Food arrived on time but was cold and missing significant items from the order. Restaurant couldn't care less when asked about order pick, just told me to take it up with Just Eat, easy way to mug off customers.

my order never arrived the driver did not even attempt to get in contact with me he stole my food.

I ordered bout 8 and didn't come untill after 10 and my kids were waiting for it for dinner I had to get them something else out of order

The food never arrived. I don't know were it went has there was a delivery code and my name. I have had enough of this retaurant. It's not the first time I have had problems.

The food is amazing it tastes fresh and juicy and is always hot . But the one thing that worries me is the toilets the toilets as I know the boys ones have locks but you can open the toilet locks from the outisde and it’s a lack of safety and needs to get fixed . Please change them and cover the slit on the outside of the lock!!

The chicken wings were fried too many times and they were dry.

Item were missing from the order, not sure whose fault it is though, might be KFC's but when I called them they advised me to contact Just Eat to get the missing items delivered. However, customer service sent me an automated email that they will deal with my query within 7 days. That is absolutely ridiculous.

Delivery biker was very rude and went around the whole street then came to deliver

The courier had taken a few orders with him and it seems like he had my order with him as he did other drops only to accept that he had picked up the order when he was close. The restaurant also lied about the time the courier picked up the order because I called them twice and they told me different pick up times. I accepted the delivery because I had no money left and refund may take a few days. The food was delivered cold

Ordered the new buffalo tower meal and got about halfway through the burger and the chicken hard & unable to chew. I'm not sure if it was reheated or something else, but when I asked for a replacement, I got no because I had eaten half. How am I going to know if the chicken is bad in the middle without biting into it? Absolutely disgusting service by the manager or team leader. I will not be going again

missed a drink off my order, my friends drink was HALF full not to mention in a clear cup as well.. barely any sweet chilli sauce on my SWEET CHILLI chicken. missing straws etc

Missing a tub of beans! Only received 1 tub!

I recently visited KFC Leicester and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken I ordered was not crispy at all. In fact, it felt like it wasn't even fresh and had been reheated before being served to us. This was far from the quality I expected and definitely not worth the money. Additionally, the service was terrible. The manager was so rude and showed a complete lack of care for her customers. This experience has left me with no intention of returning anytime soon.

Ordered couple of Zinger burgers, got it delivered and on time but burger bun was soo cold and dry without any dressing inside and chicken breast was dry , same thing with wings thats been ordered

Excellent food and quick delivery

Hygiene is not a thing here i suppose. There was a hair in the fries. Chicken leg piece was drenched in oill, result of multiplw deep frying. A mini filetvwas ordered as well, which tasted like it was one month old. Do not recommend.

A regular customer here. This time i was dissapointed at the portion. Very small pieces in a 6 Piece Chicken bucket. A third of the bucket was empty.

The men's toilet was really, really bad 👎 they need to clean and maintain it well.

Food was cold and we only received one portion of chips when I ordered two meals. Service however I can't fault, one member of staff took my tray for me and got me some sauces when I asked for them. Atmosphere is drab, floor is filthy and the music is far too loud.

Today i purchased kfc for 14 pounds (6) and i get only one big piece and others are small pieces 3 of them are extremely small in size. You the team don't give value to customers satisfaction and money. Terrible experience from the beginning - I made my order at 1pm with an estimated time of 30 minutes, the time continued to be pushed back every 10 minutes without any communication. After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes I decided to ring the shop myself to ask what was going on, to be told they didn’t know how long it would be as they were waiting for a driver still!! I said I would pick it up myself. By the time I arrived I still had to wait 10 minutes, the food was cold too. Simply not good enough,

Never Delivered!! Just Eat has no phone to call to find out. KFC confirmed order left their restaurant and dont have deliver person's contact. Just eat only help is through online and nowhere to contact delivery person. Very disappointed especially as I was hungry and late to leave the house!!!!
