Kfc in Leicester

Overpriced, Overcooked and over staffed as well. spent ages to make the order be understood correctly. chicken was cooked in overheated oil fryer which gives it a distinct smell. People who know Henny Penny will know this bit. I walked in so this time chips were not stone cold. Staff is ok, no value added to service. The atmosphere is kind of indifferent. didn’t feel inviting or pleased to be there.

KFC is the best chicken in all of fried chicken.service is good

It was refurbished recently and looks clean and neater than a couple years ago. Good service.

I recently visited here and had a fantastic experience with the kids. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch customer service. They were attentive, courteous, and made sure our needs were met. The food was delicious, with the chicken being crunchy and cooked to perfection. I also appreciated the modern interior design, which created a welcoming atmosphere. However, I felt the exterior didn't quite match the prestige of the KFC brand. The outside could benefit from a redesign to align with the modern and sleek interior.

Ordered at drive thru then asked to park up to wait for food. Sat there for 1 hour waiting for food and no sign of it. Went inside and the servers were acting like I was lying when I showed them the order. Someone apparently “was trying to find my number plate” but we didn’t see anyone approach our car never mind to mention it was only 1 of maybe 6 in the car park at the time. Totally shocking service and the food in the end was warmed up and not fresh. Highly recommend no one visits this place!

Soggy fries Lukewarm burger looked like made by a kid. Couldnt understand the lady takimg order.. forgot sauces in order had to go inside to get....

Not had KFC for a while and normally a fan but today's experience was very poor, Chips were undercooked some were still hard and the chicken was greasy and had 0 flavour probably won't bother ordering again.

Drive threw ordered and picked up got home and the food is cold , many times been here and food cold , so now I check my food before I leave and tell them it's cold I want hot and fresh, am surprised there not infested in mice and rats , the amount of food and packets left in the car park , they need more bins and cctv and signs saying if litter you will be fined as your on cctv

I called to add cheese to my burger as the kfc app doesn't allow you to add extras, therefore I called the store and spoke to the manager Gabriella, who initially refused to give her name as she said she doesn't have to. She was being rude straightaway and not offering to help or give 50p cheese as goodwill and totally adamant its available on the app which I told her to check and she refused. I have been a loyal lfc customer I can happily say this is my last kfc

My name is John from Leicester I went with my wife Jackie we have not had a kentify for a long time so we ordered the food the Girl Who attacking the orders was hard work it started off 11 pound when we come to pay it was 17 pound when we got home the chicken weren't crispy light colour it would dark brown and that's telling me that not changed the fat or the oil for a long time our disgusted and it would drip in with the oil we didn't eat it with fruit straighten the bin I want you to my dog how disgusted

Chips were cold , chicken strip was cold and also we got a delivery and they missed a meal out , so one of the kids wasn't happy , don't think we'll be ordering from there again to be honest not happy at all !!!!!!!!!!!

Difficult to get in and out of the car park. Board is easy to see for drive through and well lit at night. I have had varying results with the food, ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY. On a few occasions items have been missing or wrong.

Awful food, lukewarm overcooked chips, the smallest mini fillets I've ever seen. The drink ordered was not available so was replaced with an alternative that was far too large for a child. No coffee or hot drinks which seems to be the trend in all KFC stores.id call it a restaurant but that would be overrating it.

Second time I've had back food from this place. Chicken this time white slimy texture. Missing items from order. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. If ordering online folk make sure you get from fosse park KFC not narbourough Rd.

Amazingly delicious chicken, especially chicken wings were awesome! Thank you. The piece of chicken could have been more crunchy as it tasted a bit of watery. We really enjoyed the fast service, but the toilets could have been cleaner.

Ordered late at night and to be honest I was expecting dry chicken. However, it was so good, the chicken skin was incredibly fresh and flavoursome, and wow I never had kfc chips quite like it they tasted like five guys! Extremely happy with my order!

The customer service skills were as mediocre if not worst. Did not listen to the order and the chicken had burnt bits. Asked to put the chips separate as my wife is vegetarian...put in the same bag as the chicken and the response was ..well is separate as in the chip bag. Will not be buying KFC in the foreseeable future..at least one positive is that will not be wasting my cash on these clowns. This server needs a rocket and more importantly get the basics of customer service correct. Have just been back from Dubai...in terms of the service level this does not compare or scatch 1%.

This KFC is a bit of a dive from the outside. The food is ok and they generally get your order correct. Parking is limited here and I've nearly been pranged a couple of times coming out. Staff are friendly enough.

We went here through the drive through ... Ordered a family Bucket for £32.99 waited about 4minutes for the order to come and it was piping hot 🔥 and was still hot when we got home .Lots of chicken and fries 🍟... We certainly have enough to feed 6 people but there was only 4 of us So KFC for breakfast yum yum ... Staff were efficient and welcoming and helpful while ordering and polite when collecting ... At that price it was value for money and more filling than McDonald's so guess where we will be going in future 👍

On the evening of 02/12/22 after shopping at Fosse Park, we decided to get a KFC takeaway, The service was good, more or less straight through (drive-through), we ordered a chicken bucket meal - 6 pieces of chicken and chips. The chicken coating was soggy and greasy, the same could be said for the chips, as though they were dipped in cool fat for a few minutes, it was awful, and £13.99, don't think we'll be going to any KFC's anytime soon.

Had parts of our order missing was told to call deliveroo it self, which I did, which the lady I spoke too wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t want to deliver to us again! she was very rude!! So I rang back to the store and spoke to a guy called eman not sure if that’s spelt correctly? But he was so gd and understanding that he helped straight away now that’s what I call gd customer service! thank u eman? U have very gd customer service keep up the gd work!!

3 hours after eating a sharing bucket from here, we were both ill with diarrhea. Food was luke warm and the chicken was rank - commented while eating it that it was possibly the worst KFC I've ever had, a few hours later my stomach decided it was too. Will be avoiding this place in future. Feeling really poorly now.

After waiting an hour for a seat, we came to realise out of a 50 seat restaurant they only had 2 tables open. I know its social distancing time but this was rediculous, its 2m, not 20m. Every other table close is more than sufficient,so basically at the end of the day it was one in one out, why even bother opening. Food as usual was absolute drek at even at half price was poor value, the pieces get smaller and the price gets bigger, I dont know why I keep trying, maybe I hoped the owner would have spend a good few months optimising the business, they havnt, useless, avoid...

We had the 8 piece strip feast and it was dire, the strips were cold, dry and chewy, chips were warm, nothing was hot, the strips were such a disappointment decided to buy a couple of pieces of chicken, big mistake, bloody and very pink in that order. Can we get some Quality Assurance please

Seldom have we had a drive thru and the order has been correct. Usually we double check but today we were in a rush. Hey presto, no dips in the dipping boneless feast and a flamin wrap missing 🤬🤬 Strange they never seem to undercharge?

Then i am told that Pepsi costs an extra 50p on top of the advertised price which may I say has gone up again !! What a shame, ordered food for eating in but came as a take out. No napkins , salt, sauces etc. Food was ok person before us forgot his drink and staff just left it on top of counter. then visited toilets to see old dried sauce on walls etc

Ii wont ever use this place again. Poor service, soggy undercooked chips, the only side dish they had was gravy, popcorn chicken was cold and had obviously been left on a hotplate for ages, chicken fillets were just ok but to add insult the price of the family bucket didnt include the sugar tax for the bottle of pepsi. £14.99 for a crap meal +48p sugar tax. All chicken food was great and tasty, however server could not scan my app on my phone for rewards as his scanner was not working!! He had told someone about it but nothing done!! Only food downside was the rice box without chicken for the price it must have contained 40p worth of rice if that and a bit of salad definitely not value for money!!

Very disappointed with the kfc here, it's supposed to be fast food, but had to wait 20 mins to get my meal, after I asked why my collection number had been taken off the screen. Also only got part of my order, I was told this would be brought over to me, it wasn't. When I tried to get it I had to wait another 5 mins without an apology. Usually very happy with service recived from kfc but this one afraid fell very short to delivering that.

Este kfc un par de veces (drive thru) - las dos veces llegué a casa para encontrar que parte de la orden se perdió! Muchas otras personas han tenido el mismo problema y la comida ha sido frío! Gasta tu dinero en otro lugar - un montón de otras opciones, en la zona a sólo una corta distancia en coche de la carretera!

I have just been sworn at by a member of staff because he dropped the chicken and I said I think that ones still alive mate - no need for it at all, the food was cold and there was only one person serving and taking orders so it took a long time certainly wasn't "fast food"

The last twice I have been they have either omitted some things or given me the wrong order. I ordered 3 pieces meal and received chicken wings in horrible batter. How can you get that wrong?I won't be using that franchise again.. They don't give a toss.

I went to kfc and had a horrific experience we payed for a corn on the cob and family feast they then turned round and said they had no corn on the cob and said they would replace it they then told me I could not have chicken popcorn as a replacment and when they did we payed by card but gave us change in cash which is against the law but we let it go the staff seemed untrained we then spoke to the manager who was very rude indeed and wasn't very nice at all we live 1 minute away and as soon as we got home the food was stone cold and inedible I won't go on as there were many faults in the food we then rang up the manager,Donna and again she was rude but in the end offered us a refund and we threw the food in the bin and made something else as me my daughter and my mum and dad could not eat this food will not be going again and I wouldn't advise anybody else 2 either it's horrible there I would advise u to go to the one in town or fosse park are the best ones in Leicester

Words can't describe how staff in this place can get orders wrong every time you go here. Three meals ordered, 1 chips missing, three drinks no straws, coleslaw no spoon. Really is shocking. The trouble is that you expect it to be wrong when you order it. Get your act together!

Food was standard KFC however the fries were not as fresh as usual. Waited at the counter until the person mopping the floor asked someone to serve but she couldn't help as she was already packing an order! So I was served by the lady that had just been mopping the floors. No salt or pepper but loads of lemon hand wipes and paper towels. Think I'll go to Tesco's for a sandwich next time

Picked up 2 buckets of chicken for treat for the kids .Drove home 3.2 miles and the food was just warm .....Now when in America we had 2 buckets of chicken,beans ,mash ,biscuit ,gravy and fries.then we drove 6 miles to our camp and it was still hot I actually dropped mine cuz it were hot ...

Its a KFC so you pretty much know what you are getting but when did they decide that tiny pieces of chicken now constitute a portion? We has a bucket and 3 of these were these '2 mouthfull' pieces so that by the end of the bucket we were still hungary. That said, it tasted lovely and the special recipe fries are yummy and mix them with gravy for a real treat. I have been here before for a take away and they got the order completelt wrong but they really seemed to have sorted themselves out after the refit. Can't comment on the seating though as we left. All in all it was what I expected, tasty, filling but fast food so what do you expect.

Trying to find somewhere clean to sit, was impossible, the chairs were ripped and rusty, the walls were disgusting, I felt I needed to wash after I left, and the food was cold, asked for no ice in drink and despite no other customers I was given ice, would not recommend and I wasn't even buying anything for myself absolutely awful example of a takeaway, needs an over hall of staff training and complete renovation and to employ CLEANERS!!!
