I ordered via the self serve, which repeatedly prompted for extras and delayed me... i then approached to collect food when it came up on the screen, it wasn't ready, so I waited again. When it did appear from the server I requested some mayo to go with the fries, and was told that would be another 90p, i had already paid over £10. I refused, I took my food and drink quickly as I had a train to catch. On getting to my seat I had a drink and it was the wrong drink, which I had paid extra for sugar tax and it was pepsi max or alike, even the button on the top was depressed! Then I went to eat the food and it was cold and poorly put together. This is one of (maybe not quite the, but) worst burger Kings I have been to, it seemingly works on the premice that people will not check (as their staff don't seem to either), and will just keep going past as it is in a prime location. I have had poor experience before here, but thought I'd give them another chance. I am a regular traveller and often have to eat around here, there are many other far better and more reaosnable, and even quicker outlets, wassabi, McDonald's, Leon, Starbucks, subway, Greggs... these are all miles better....even a whsmiths sandwich!

Stopped at Keele especially to have a KFC. There was no food available at all. After finding the Kidderminster branch closed when it should have been open the previous day, this really was the icing on the cake! How do KFC manage to stay in business, when you can't actually buy anything! Rubbish.

Ordered 6 pieces varity meal. Waited for 25mins as they had no chicken and had forgotten my order. After a few trace up, my order was ready but the original receipe chicken I got 5 drumsticks and 1 chicken thigh. This is the 2 times I had the most drumsticks in variety meal (I ordered 10 pieces and 6 pieces before) I asked whether I could change 2 dramsticks to other part of the chicken but they said they had only got thigh and Dramstick. Stagfs are not helpful. My daught doesn't eat drumstick. Very very disappointed.

On arrival we were informed that discounts were not available as the systems were down and they could would not honour any even though I pay for a discount card on arriving at collection window a member of staff with there back to us clearly had their vape hanging out there back pocket contravening food safety laws as this is the second time in two weeks no paid for discounts poor quality food and general unhygienic presentation we will not be visiting the store again

OMG - just had a chicken burger - the chicken was almost cremated - god knows how many times it was cooked today! The bun was stale, vile - finished off with a squirt of mayo and NO other filling lettuce etc - I can only assume they ran out - I don’t use KFC very often adm tonight I was reminded why!

Food ordered and collected as staying at a Hotel down the road hardly any distance, arrived cold - tasted extremely salty never had this saltiness before at a KFC I had a rice box and some buffalo bites just didn't taste right so left some of it. Ate this then was vomiting 3hrs later and upset stomach too, felt unwell for a couple of days after. Another lady at the Hotel we stayed at said she had had issues with that particular restaurant too. Personally wouldn't go here again when in the area, has put me off KFC .

Service was slow, staff clearly didn’t want to be there, chips soggy and cold, chicken served cold, I was told Pepsi Max and Diet Pepsi were exactly the same and when I got my Pepsi the cup was half full. Definitely can’t recommend and certainly won’t be back.

Was actually a delivery. We don't order that often because they always leave an item out what we have ordered and paid for, this time they did it again, and on telephoning them they said sorry about that, contact the delivery company, I said it wasn't the delivery company's fault it was there's and that it wasn't the first time this had happened, to which the guy said he was ending the call, I said thank you for not helping and will call their head office. This place needs a manager that is on the ball, and should ensure all orders are met by competent staff.

Shocking, I paid £9 for my meal only to be told the payment had failed on their end despite the money had left my account as my phone showed a pending transaction. I was told the payment would fail and to pay for my meal again. The transaction did not fail meaning I spent £18 on a £9 meal.
